Absolutely amazing service today, incredible bar staff. couldn't get better. Did an incredible service, even with the till down. They dealt very diligently and professionally with an issue surrounding a customer in the garden with her bare foot displayed, like a hobo. they also handled it professionally when the man kicked off and started being rude and aggressive to the bar staff. One of the best pubs in bath and the West Country. All due to amazing staff and great service

Visitamos Bath por una noche de dos días solo, pero encontramos que esta es la mejor / mejor cafetería. Muffin de desayuno delicioso como era el tostado de jamón y queso. Los pasteles también son preciosos. Es pequeño y muy ocupado / popular. Poppy fue tan amable después de nuestra última visita, nos dio algunos pasteles para nuestro viaje a casa! Gran vista desde aquí también

The views are absolutely stunning. That’s the end of the good bit. Grumpy landlord. I asked for a pint of Otter but as the barrel was low I received a mixture of ales. No apology. The food menu was a bare handful of dishes. I requested a rare steak. I received a well done piece of meat. I shan’t be returning or recommending.

A flat roof and pickled eggs. What more can you ask for when you are out for a pint. Could do with not letting kids run wild though

I always go there for good old full English and it never dissappints. Great place to go fpr a cup of coffee or meal or both!

It has halal chicken Samoli sandwich, toast, or tortilla It tastes nice I got chicken, cheese and vegetables samuli

I always thought I made a brilliant chilli then I tried Gary’s honestly the nicest chilli I’ve ever had!! Thanks Gary!! We often stop in for a drink and sometimes a sunday lunch but hardly on a week night, only stopped in for a drink on the way home and Gary had been cooking his chilli, let me try some and it was amazing! Can’t wait to go back for the curry night between Christmas and new year, best save us a seat Gary!

Falling apart at the seams, expensive accommodation, frequent lack of hot water, broken down heating systems etc etc. Unresponsively managed and ran. Taking advantage of Bristol University student population, and all seemingly without a care...

Great hotel, family run, all staff helpful & happy to assist you in anything, carries bar is the heart of the hotel, Sunday carvery is the best!!!

I was greeted by the (assumed) proprietor, a very pleasant and friendly geezer. The other staff were equally as welcoming. As a teetotal bod I normally avoid licensed premises but I thought I'd give The White Hart Inn a go as the café next door was closed. I strive to be as accurate as possible with my reviews so I've gotta say my latte was fairly ordinary but, in mitigation, they're a pub. The primary function of such establishments is to sell alcoholic beverages, those around me seemed pleased with whatever was in their glasses. The menu also looked inviting.

A very mixed experience. When we arrived, we sat upstairs, then when we went to order food (no table service) we were informed that upstairs was now closed - not sure why we couldn't have been informed that on arrival when we asked if we could go upstairs. Food was ordered and it took absolutely ages to arrive. There was one other table that had ordered food, so not particularly busy. The other table received all but one of their ordered pizzas. The last one arrived when most of the pizzas were at least half eaten. This was the same theme with our food. After waiting at least an hour (we offered a complimentary round of drinks due to the extensive waiting time), our order arrived in dribs and drabs. This included a burger arriving with no sides on it - no fries or coleslaw whilst coleslaw was placed on the vegan plate. The food was tasty but definitely not worth the long wait. Not sure I would revisit.

Can be busy at times but worth wait

Loved it! The food was super tasty, the coffee was great, prices were fair, and the staff were really friendly. Definitely recommend!
