Costa Coffee, Costa Plenty. Ok the Coffee is pretty good, selection of pastries not so good. The service is poor, I felt quite bad interrupting the servers when they were on their phones.

Honestly don’t order from here the food was freezing and they didn’t make the caramel frappe

Delivery driver stole my order and never delivered it.

Staff are very efficient and friendly. The place is tired, outdated seats are all stained. The staff are admirable, as being in this particular location customers can be demanding. In particular philippa (pip), Rebecca and Beth all smiled and were courteous in dealing with some particularly difficult customers. Hats off to them. Always a great experience in this store, best in the area.

Nice generic Costa Coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful but they are a bit slow at cleaning the tables hence only 4 stars

We went in for a pit stop having shopped. Very busy and children running through the place. Couple of empty tables , stacked with dirty dishes. A member of staff cleared a table, we asked if she could wipe it pls, she said she would come back, she didn't. The disabled toilet was FILTHY , so dirty. I'm afraid we most definitely would not return.

Food and drink good just as it should be. Delivery spot on.

Love a Costa coffee. Can be very busy inside and not a lot of room between tables. I just pick my time for visiting.

All of the drinks had no marking on them and we were unable to identify what drink was which because of the state of them in the packaging

Order missing items - told the driver and he just said “that’s all they gave me”. There’s no contact details so can’t contact Costa and there’s only refund option on Just Eat! What if you actually want the food that’s missing? Are you expected to submit a new order and pay delivery all over again? Shocking service!

Great, no issuse apart from the fact that theres too many people sitting with empty cups for far to long, one person at a 4 person table, in my case i had and elderly lady with dementia, and bulk bags sat at a table for one ,because the 2 ignorant woman beside me sat with empty cups since we went in , we had food and hot drinks , and they still sat there ,totally ignorant this should not be allowed next time i think I'll ask people to move

A regular haunt of mine. Great coffee and a wide choice of eats. Very pleasant staff and generally kept clean and tables cleared of used crockery. Can be very busy on a Friday.

The worst latte I have ever tasted,or lack of taste,when I pointed out it was more like hot milk the condescending server said that's what a latte is,milk and coffee, really!!? It was watered down coffee,no taste at all,a disgrace to call this coffee. Hope you got my note I left on the napkin.

A busy but spacious Costa, with lots of tables. Friendly staff.

Staff are not friendly at all - they serve you coffee like they are making a favour to you! Sad face, lack of hospitality manners. Please change your attitude to better and you will be praised for it!

Was very busy at 4.30pm on a Thursday evening, with only 3 staff on, so queued for over 10 minutes. Then we had to sit at a dirty table which we cleared ourselves. I wont be back.

The cheese in my british ham and cheese toastie tasted horrible, nothing like the normal one does, im concerned the dmall bit is ate is out of date.

Coffee - half full! Packaged poorly and given a gluten free treat instead of the bakery I originally ordered.

Given a small coffee on delivery + no cream on the top of the frappe, packaged poorly! Rubbish service

Wrong item delivered and Costa currently have no phone lines! When eventually managed to speak with store no solution could be arranged, all a waste of customers time and money

Usual good standard of coffee. Unfortunately if you are sitting in you have to wait in slow moving queues of take away customers. Discouraging.

Never had a problem before, but when they delivered the bag it was dripping wet so all the drinks fell. Floor is stained and we have no drinks. No way to call just eat or contact costa. Incredibly disappointed.

When some items were unavailable the staff took the initiative to replace them like-for-like along with a very nice note to explain (after trying to get in touch via telephone)- excellent customer service!

A great selection of food including M&S sandwich products . My wife and I had coffees and biscuits which we enjoyed. The staff in the Avenue were were pleasant and helpful as always.

This place often is in shambles on a Friday morning either with new staff unable to deal with orders . This morning there was a huge queue with the billing machine not working. It’s become a joke especially for those customers that are in a rush. The rolls across at butchers or Greggs aren’t that bad for those that can’t afford to wait at long queues at this Costa outlet

Hi. My daughter and I were in today and she fainted and needed an ambulance called. She is 25 weeks pregnant. The staff and customers were all so helpful and the staff went above and beyond to help us. She is in the hospital now with her partner. Baby is fine and she is recieving medical care. Thankyou so, so much to everyone.

Stopped in for a coffee and toastie, both lovely, relaxing atmosphere so will be back

I specified a medium hot chocolate extra extra choclatey. I received a large hot chocolate which is definitely not extra choclatey. Extremely disappointed

No fault of the restaurant but the bacon inside the baps was inedible. Basically uncooked, translucent fat.

Staff sometimes too busy on mobiles or chatting to pay attention to making good coffee, got large cappuccino, never in its life was it a cappuccino, full to the brim, no froth, milky week tasteless latte. Won't be back this is not the first time the coffee has been sub par. Dodge if you like good coffee.

Was given the wrong order in the delivery. The iced drink I did receive, the cream was melted on top and the milk had started to separate in the drink. The brownie that came in the order too was squished.

It's Costa. Coffee is fine, staff are friendly, mostly, Covid and social distancing is in place and clearly signed. It's not distinctive or interesting but it does what it does well

Filthy! There is plenty of time to clean the CD carpets the chairs and educate the language you address to th ed customers. Takeaway cups filled to the top...a matter of safety! ...althdough we asked to NOT follow the cups but give us stronger coffee by filling the cup to the half...no attention given...2 people in an empty place and cannot get ONE order right. Toastie was good!
