Creams Cafe Bournemouth - A Dessert Lover's Paradise. We recently indulged in a delightful dessert extravaganza at Creams Cafe in Bournemouth. The strawberry ice cream was a refreshing treat, and the strawberry shake was the perfect complement. We also loved the classic combination of chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip ice cream. The bubble gum blue shake was a fun and flavorful addition to our order. For those with a serious sweet tooth, the Oreo cookie dough and Bueno on white cookie dough were absolute winners. The Hot N Cold chocolate fudgecake Volcano was a decadent experience, and the Millionaires crepe was the perfect ending to our meal. If you're looking for a place to satisfy your dessert cravings, Creams Cafe is definitely worth a visit!

Prices is terrible ask for biscoffe sundae charged me £5 with no BISCOFF biscuit just sauce . If u wanted biscoff biscuits extra £1 bloody RIP OFF. IM NOT surprised not many people go there any more . Soft ice cream not expensive . Won,t be going there again .

Really disappointed with what we got. I ordered a lemon merangue cheesecake and got a lemon merangue, not a cheesecake at all. Just pastry which I don't like. The strawberry ice cream was also expensive for what was served. I love sweet things but have had much better elsewhere.

I am a cookie lover. And always ask for it.it with soft ice cream .This time I did not get soft ice cream with cookies I was disappointed

Food was with the driver for half an hour before it got too is and was no longer warm and tasted terrible

Order was 1 hour 35mins late… no updates no way to contact just eat and no answer calling restaurant absolutely appalling NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

And I got my first order time 18.00 hour too updating time at 6.50 which then was already late the. Arrived at 19.40 never will I order again 30 plus pound eastefci wanted to cancel I rang the shop twice no answer an no one wanted ice cream when finally two hours late

This morning my girlfriend and I have been eating here a „little“ dessert. It is a lovely place and the food has been very delicious. The worker has been very friendly as well :)

We ordered a milkshake and it was completely spilt. We couldn’t even have a spec of it. Gutted. The delivery driver said to take a photo but I don’t know how to send it to you

The crepes were a little underdone,for me,but that's just personal taste,still an enjoyable sweet treat..the apple crumble never disappoints,and the pistachio gelato is outstanding..definitely 10/10.

It’s nice and delicious. But the reason I give 2 stars is because the lady didn’t put gloves on when she made the waffles.

this is the second time i’ve gone to this creams and this is the second time we’ve been disgusted by the customer service. today we walked in clueless with no sign directing us whether to be greeted by a waiter or to take a seat, but instead the lady who didn’t seem to be enjoying her job whatsoever looked at us and back down at her phone three times before bluntly telling us to go to the till on the other side to order. i will be honest the food was amazing, but considering we were one of the only customers you would’ve thought they’d ask how the food was like every other restaurant but no. we got up to leave and we left the waiter to continue as she was, on her phone with AirPods in with not a care in the world to realise we were on our way out the door. don’t expect me to go there again, i’d rather get a bus to the creams in town.

Hour wait and was late and items missing from the order. Tried to ring the restaurant to sort the missing items and said the number didn’t exist even though one given on the website. Tried another number and no one bothered to answer.

Went in for a late night snack and the service I received blew me away. Gao was friendly and bubbly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was lovely too

My food was 30 mins late and then the delivery driver sits in her car outside my house for five minutes!

We ate at lunchtime and ordered waffles & ice cream. Daughter had flake as an extra & I had chocolate sauce. It was sunny and warm enough to sit outside in the sun with our delicious hot waffles. We are not usually in these parts so this was somewhere different. The cafe inside is decorated in quite dark colours.

My waffle was freezing cold the chocolate on my waffle was sit and dry my ice cream had melted my delivery time kept changing as it seem there was no drivers clearly my food had been sat there waiting

I ordered a biscoff waffle for my daughter who was having a really tough time. Being 110 miles away, this was the only thing I could think to do to put a smile on her face. I mentioned she was having a tough day in the order notes. Not only did the staff put some extra biscoff in the box they also wrote a lovely note. This made her day. Such kindness is rare. Thank you all those involved

Paid £34 for 3 options that should have come with 3 scoops of gelato and 3 soft scoops. Ended up with just one of each. Can’t get hold of them on the phone as the line is dead. It’s too expensive for these sorts of ‘mistakes’

Food was cold, clearly made as soon as they received the order. We should have been given an earlier collection if they were able to make the food so early that it had enough time to get cold.

I really didn't enjoy this. It was a Waffle with bananas and strawberries, plus toffee sauce and Ferrero Rocher and we also had a Rolo Doughnut, Sounds nice right But this weird box of microwaved waffle matter turned up . It was so drowned in cheap chocolate and toffee sauce, who knows what was underneath, I tried to find out but was beaten by by gallons of cheap nasty sickly sweet gloop , . No cream or ice cream with it to temper the flavour, I thought it came with ice cream? What I ate was truly horrible, to look at and eat, it was so insipidly sweet and nasty it made your mouth dry. and the rolo doughnut as well, a cheap flaky defrosted ring doughnut just absolutely smothered in cheap gunk, total rip off It was cheap ingredients, microwaved out box waffle, flaky crumbly doughnut and nasty, It was so revoltingly syrupy cheaply sweet its enough to

We needed a sweet hit, badly an fast Creamed delighted us by delivering prompt an every thing was ice cold, as a ice cream sundaes should be an the thick shake was belting!!!!! 10 outta 10

I have never experienced anything better than this in my entire life. I have climbed mountains, sailed the seas and ventured through wild lands. I have been as high as a kite and as a low as a dungbeetle. Never have I has such a joyess and wholesome experience

Ordered a Oreo cookie dough. Came with no Oreo ice cream, literally a few crumbs of oreo, no wafer, no chocolate shavings

Great place for a desert, plenty to choose from quite a large menu. Good service maybe a bit slow but worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Ask for no caramel sauce, choc instead, comes covered in caramel top to bottom in a average size plastic cup. Disgusting service.

We came in an sat down at a table, nobody noticed us. The table wasn't cleaned up until we asked the personal several times. As we went to the bar to order some ice-creames. We stood there for 5 minutes an nobody asked us what we'd like. The communication an motivation of staff was bad.

Did not received the correct food that was ordered

Payed £15 for 1 waffle, incredibly disappointed by the size of it and how dry it is! I got Nutella sauce on it and there is hardly any, even though I asked in the notes to get alot, I probably didn't even get the minimal amount. Also I payed £1 for whipped cream which was basically pea sized.

Both milkshakes ordered turned up with the cups completely upside down, milkshake leaking from the bag. Awful service with no correct phone number to call to fix this.

So food as usual I am very happy with service how ever on this delivery an item was missing my 2 ice cream scoops with my Oreo waffle are missing other than that I recommend creams when things are not missing

Staff behavior was better than everything

Hey Just Eat so i ordered my creams and it turn out my food was squashed and cold and the driver was not careful with it .The food was not edible and i had to throw the food in the bin.Im really disappointed with the service you guy provided me with as I want a full refund to my bank please.
