Personal muy poco comprometido y reacio a servir. Muy pocas opciones de helados. Usar las manos para transferir el helado de la tina congelada al cono. Porciones escasas para ascendieron a £ 9 para 3 cucharadas pequeñas. No es un buen ambiente

First visit. Came in hungry, left angry. Four rude and apathetic staff members on. Forgot the order, laughed on realising and no apologies. I’d avoid like the plague and would recommend you do too

El peor ambiente y el personal son tan poco profesionales y groseros! literalmente no saben de lo que están hablando cuando pides algo nuevo en el menú.

Just great to be out, somewhere different. Clean, tidy. Friendly staff. Does what it says on the tin. Now I'm going to tuck into my waffle and icecream.

One of the best cream’s I’ve ever been to. This one has a kids play area, which was really nice for my kids and they enjoyed it. The food and drink were amazing and the staff were really nice. I would recommend this!

Paid for parking and it was closed! :-( it would be nice if they updated their opening hours

Entré el lunes por la noche pedí 3 cucharadas de Gelato sabores agradables, pero estaba goteando por todos los lados y por toda la mesa estaba amontonado en una pequeña tina de cartón tina de mala calidad Cremas es solo de la calle principal no muy lejos de McDonald's en una buena ubicación, pero el personal no tiene interés no podía descuidar Pensé en darles la otra oportunidad anoche de nuevo un restaurante vacío en un jueves por la noche uno de los empleados solo en su teléfono sin entusiasmo alguno de nuevo pidió 3 cucharadas de Gelato de calidad Gelato pero lo estropearon con tinas de naff pérdida de tiempo no volverán necesitan a alguien para agarrar el toro por los cuernos y ejecutarlo correctamente de lo contrario estarán en problemas no tienes un restaurante como ese 🙄

Delicious waffles and really great customer service.

Visitamos aquí por primera vez poco después de abrir un domingo por la mañana a las 11 am. Éramos las únicas personas allí (2 adultos y 1 niño) todo el tiempo, tal vez esa debería haber sido nuestra advertencia. La comida era preciosa, debo decir. Pero el ambiente y la higiene del lugar era repugnante. 11 am un domingo por la mañana no esperas tener música sonando fuerte con cualquier otra palabra siendo una palabrota o algo racista, ¿cómo está esto bien? Quizá a las 9 de la noche cuando todos los niños se hayan ido pero no por la mañana. Era horrible y tan fuerte que no podíamos hablar de ello para disfrazar las palabras. Este lugar es sucio, las mesas, los pisos, asientos con agujeros, luces rotas. Luego nos atrevimos a bajar a usar los baños, estos deben estar cerrados como un peligro para la salud. Los alimentos se almacenan en el suelo en el pasillo, una silla que sostiene una puerta contra incendios cerrada, cubos que recogen el agua que gotea del techo, inodoros que no se cierran y tienen contenedores desbordados. Hice que las cremas fueran conscientes y recibí un correo electrónico del gerente de la tienda disculpándome y aparentemente sorprendido, al leer las reseñas anteriores se muestra que este es un problema de larga data. No sé cómo este lugar no ha sido cerrado por la salud ambiental. Ofrecí un vale de £ 10, no gracias amigo, atesoro mi salud más que eso y no volvería a someter a mi hijo a la música vil.

Went to get ice cream for takeaway asked for plastic tubs the girl very young and very rude said no I asked if I could buy plastic tubs as ice-cream would melt she got on her high horse and said I will just cancel order when leaving she said bye very rude immature girl

very good food but I dont like food

basically, me and my 3 kids went onto the zipline and some lad threw ice cream on my youngest and he fell off and bumped his head proper bad.

The desserts were ok(nothing exceptional but not bad either). drinks were sub-par. A good place to hangout.

Great place for desert. Where ever you are having dinner, skip desert and have it here instead. It is great. For kids, there is also a play area too. It is tastefully decorated although it is looking a bit tired in places. The sofa seat we sat on has been repaired with a replacement piece of material on top but it is already starting to peel. On arrival we had to find our own table and get a menu, then we ordered at the counter and they bring the desert over. The staff were very friendly and polite. The ice cream sundae was simply amazing. The waffle was freshly made, delicious. This is not a place just for kids, it is for all ages. Highly recommended.

I ordered last night Belgium cake and it wasn't even cake. It was the half it was burned and it was very dry. No tasty no nothing. I'm so sorry guys but I'm very disappointed. We have to respect little bit the people. Thank you

I have come here on multiple occasions in the past couple of months. Every time without fail the staff are miserable, sour faced and not helpful in the slightest. They seem to have lots of time to talk to each other yet as a customer get very very poor, basic, unenthusiastic service. They are happy to continue their conversation whilst I stood there waiting, no recognition whatsoever. I gave them another chance but have regretted my decision yet again.

Lovely place to get a sweet treat. Plenty of vegan options and food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The server Dimitrius was very polite, attentive and worked fast. Definitely would recommend and would go again.

My husband took me to this Dessert Parlour for the first time 7 years ago in the evening before he proposed me. Since then, this became our favourite place where we go when we want to enjoy really delicious waffles and desserts. I absolutely love the furniture, the sofas are so comfy, the service they provide is so good. Highly recoomend it. They have so many options you can choose from: waffles, crepes, cookie dough, doughnout,ice creams, hot & cold beverages etc at a resonable price. Pros: they have the option to order to your door, everything is freshly prepared for the customers, love that. They also have a play spot for kids, absolutely lovely, good place for kids birthday`s parties as well. Will defintely be back there soon!

Absolutely shocking - Rude staff that clearly didn't want to be there, next to no toppings on my waffle and the cookie dough was a laughing stock over how small it was. No smiles, no hellos, one set of cutlery for 3 people and an awful, stale atmosphere Won't be coming back again

This is not the experience I expected from Creams at this branch... I ordered a crepe and even had a long conversation about it with a staff member at the till... She came to my table with a waffle... Then another waitress came to my table with another waffle. Then the place filled up with smoke as something went badly wrong and burning in the kitchen. I had to step outside as my eyes were stinging and I couldn't breathe, coughing senseless. 25 to 30 minutes after ordering time, I finally got a cold crepe... Then someone in the kitchen dropped what sounded like a whole pile of crockery... They also seemed more interested in fulfilling delivery orders than taking care of the vey few in person customers on their premises... No one checked on me after being served or said good bye. Oh and one more thing... This place hygiene is really not the best and the decor and furniture is really getting tired... I won't be back...

Good venue, has a soft play for kids (although could do with a little TLC as some mats have worn). Service was a mix of friendly and one chap who literally ignored all requests and contact. Food is well portioned and tasty and plenty of choice

Really good find. It's a little tucked away and looks pricey but it's surprisingly reasonable and there are plenty of flavours to chose from and a variety of sorbets for vegan gelato lovers

Ice Cream delicious, service very good, furniture dated, cleanliness OK. I have just reduced my star rating because I was shocked to be served my dessert with a large single use plastic spoon. Why move away from wooden utensils which have served us well for decades? I will not visit again until the plastic disappears!

Good portion sizes. But the ice cream was a little icy. Would not recommend this place if you are sensory sensitive due to the interior.

Ordered the Sunday Funday as we usually do and they came in cups 1/3 of the size

Dirty and unseafe place to play for children(soft play area for kids). Leaking sealing in a toilets area today, very wet and slippery floor. No toilet paper.Only warm/hot water from one tap running,the other tap was broken . Soft play area damaged a lot. Materials wripped,dirty with rubbish everywhere,hanging camera on a cable inside the soft play ( only 2 cameras working). A lot of improvement needed in this place and like I mentioned earlier in my opinion not safe for kids.

Asked to wait for 10 minutes so they could catch up on orders, which I get and was okay with. But then served other customers who arrived after us before us and left us sat down where they told us to sit, we just left without anything after 15 minutes

I normally love it here the staff is very friendly ( usually I'm there around 9pm weekends a gentleman or lady serve me they are amazing ! Today I went there with a result of half an hour argument, left emptyhanded and sad! And she lied that she spoke to the manager but refused to give me his details and refused to give her name.

Although being decently busy , during their popular hours , i was served quickly with high quality products. My experience with the customer service was exceptional and very professional. All their team was very friendly and welcoming , considering it was my first time coming . Yazan and Amelia were very good at the tills , and for sure i will be coming again. i recommend others also come to creams town centre as they will not be disappointed . Thank you very much Creams .

The quickest service I have ever received at a Creams, and very generous with toppings! Would definitely recommend this branch. Only negative would be that there wasn't anyone to greet us on the door, and it was very unclear if you seated yourself or went up to counter to get menu's yourself. Otherwise staff were friendly once seated. Visited 20/09/22

The definition of Dessert place!! Paid £8 for two desserts and it was so delishhhhh!! Go check it out if you in Bournemouth, it’s soooo worth it!!

Great choice available but was left waiting at the podium for ages with no greeting or offer of assistance from any staff, despite several of them seemingly standing round doing very little.

This morning me and my family went in for something sweet, we ordered waffles and milkshakes. Everything tasted amazing and was perfectly made. However, what was even better than that is the warming welcome that we got by the tall lady who seemed to be in charge. The smile never left her face, and I could clearly see the level of professionalism in the way she took our order and served us. More than Half an hour to get my order on the table, I got it while my friends finished there Plates and ready to go.
