This is small cagfe set back from the coast path, ideally placed to rest a while. Great coffee and cake. Highly recommended

We had our extended family Christmas meal here and it was really fabulous. The food was delicious and the staff warm and friendly. Great experience.

The Hive is absolutely adorable. Best cafe I've ever been to. We visited for lunch as part of our holiday in The Cotswolds. From start to finish it went beyond our expectations. We were warmly welcomed in by the owner. What a lovely lady!! We had the homemade soup of pea, courgette and lettuce with a homebaked cheese scone. Absolutely delicious!!! Seems strange to have soup in August but it was just what we needed. The cheese scone was divine!! Had a really lovely latte and my husband had tea. The decor was really welcoming and comforting too. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and it was very evident how well it was being managed by the owner. Definitely a must if you want some lunch in Stow on The Wold.

Excellent food and very friendly service. My lady had the Cornish mackerel which was delicious but the salads which accompanied the fish were wonderful-such a variety and all adding to the splendid lunch. I had the ham and grainy mustard sandwiches-lovely slices of good ham and a good helping of mustard as well. I also had the salad selections. Overall two excellent lunches.

We stumbled upon this cozy cafe while exploring a quieter part of town, and we’re so glad we did! It’s just a short walk from the sea, making it the perfect spot to relax after a coastal stroll. The toasted sandwiches were fantastic—fresh and crispy—and the smoothies and coffee were top-notch. The staff were amazing, especially with our kids, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was our sons 5th Birthday and he loved going out for a breakfast adventure. A true hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be back next time we visit!

Popped in for Lunch whilst visiting Dartmouth and glad we found this Bistro The food was excellent and reasonably priced I had mixed seafood and it was lovely very nice place and pretty busy & we offered to shared our table with a couple of strangers and soon good chatting and having a great time, The owner appreciated us sharing the table as brought in a couple more customers who would otherwise have gone elsewhere, nice if others do the same - you never know you may get on and meet some lovely people will certainly return here the next time we go to Dartmouth

Super cafe with bottled beer too! A lovely welcome on arrival by the owner & his staff, dog friendly, fantastic position for views & short walk from car park. Lovely & clean, great coffee & selection of cakes. We visited a couple of weeks before Christmas & it’s all decorated beautifully with Christmas tree & fairy lights. Romantic place or family place too. Thank you

Realmente encantador lugar para parar a tomar un trago de té de burbujas. El ambiente es encantador y tranquilo, el negocio está limpio y el personal es tan educado. Su gama de tés es excelente y también su gama de burbujas. Puedes tomar la bebida caliente o fría y nada es un problema para ellos. Great food, friendly atmosphere, fantastic views and location. My husband and I came with friends. Between us we had lamb hotpot, hake, and pear & apple crumble. Generous portions and delicious. No frills, very informal, but great atmosphere and good service. We'll certainly come again. Would be fabulous on a warm sunny day, to sit outside and admire the glorious views.

Has the beef with lemongrass, green beans and rice. Thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and flavour. My daughter had the crispy tofu noodle soup. A feast for the eye as well as the taste buds. We shared some veg. rolled in thin pancakes with a peanut dip. Staff are helpful and friendly. Price is very reasonable. It's basic table and chairs , some shared tables, but its street food ambience is fine. The market has great food places and it's a joy to start discovering them.

Superb food, service and wine. With Four friends- two meat, two vegetarian. We went for the chef's menu. Every dish was well balanced, superbly presented and served and tasted great. Wine selection great and added to a top quality experience.

The best traditional pasty I have had in Cornwall, and the sourdough loaf and cakes were brilliant,was waiting for misses in a shop , the shop window drew me in , really good bakery ( pasty was huge ) ,will return when we’re down again

Our favourite place by the harbour at any time of year, for coffee and cake or lunch....Lovely staff, great food. 🐶 too.

Tropezó a través de este pequeño gran lugar mientras paseaba por Bournemouth. El café era de primera clase. También tuvimos un bagel cada uno y pastel. Los bagels se llenaron generosamente, yo tenía el vegano con tomate y aceituna enormes, secados al sol. No es un relleno que hubiera elegido pero funcionó muy bien. El croissant de almendras fue el mejor que he probado. Había mazapán dentro y encima. Lo mejor de todo es que no era particularmente caro. Definitivamente no más que las cadenas inferiores cercanas. Si te gusta tu café, vale la pena visitarlo. Hay algunos asientos abajo y más arriba.
