The food was AMAZING also the milkshakes are good as well, really enjoyed our visit to here, the ladies was lovey in there, only us in there but was lovey and relaxed 🩷

The cafe has lovely cakes and coffees, the side salads looked lovely. It just seemed a bit of a shame with the service. We asked to order twice. Everyone seemed more interested in the resident jackdaw, whilst no one started making our drinks. The youngest waitress almost seemed shy and the other 2 ladies just kinda faffed about. I wouldn't have minded waiting but it wasn't busy at all. Just us and 1 other table. Found it a bit strange to be honest. But I'll be back because it is nice, and nice to sit with the garden around you. There's a peacefulness there. Just don't go if you're one schedule!!

EXCELLENT CAFE ! Very friendly, quick service and lovely food. Good value and very generous. Went above and beyond with service !! Very child friendly.

Good food, coffee and cake. Service really bad. Slow, had to ask several times for items. No spoons with coffee, no napkins, had to get napkins myself in the end. Staff basic training.

Visited 13th 11.30 for lunch today. A lot of tables reserved however they managed to fit me in for lunch. Quick service from the very friendly team. Panini enjoyed very much and abi done my latte perfect. I appreciate you all fitting me in on short notice and looking after me so well.

I'm a local, waited half an hour for three coffees. Were ignored by your staff today, they didn't want to serve us at 11 am on 12th April . The girl said she'd be straight over to take our order, she served people who came in after us with drinks & cakes, totally ignored us & I had to prompt her three times to take our order. When the coffee eventually arrived it was very mediocre & luke warm & no apology for the horrendously long wait!! Totally embarrassing as I was meeting a friend from midway on their journey home, who I hadn't seen for a couple of years. Whoever owns this cafe needs to take a grip on this business & employ staff that actually want to do their job! Rubbish place to have a coffee & will be better off going elsewhere in Liskeard area!!! 😤

Staying in a holiday cottage nearby and stumbled across this lovely little cafe and garden centre. Absolutely top notch food, friendly staff and quaint setting,prices very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful food, service very good and efficient. Very clean and good social distancing whilst there. Both myself and my wife felt at ease with the way they handled the current health/cleanliness issues. Would recommend a visit to anyone and will be back ourselves.

Best cream tea we've had in ages. Had a very poor experience in Polperro yesterday but this is on the opposite end of the scale. Initially looks like a small garden centre but don't be fooled, cosy, welcoming and delicious. So pleased we found it and went in. If we are in the area again we will certainly go back.

Visited today with work colleagues for afternoon tea. What a beautiful place. The sandwiches were awesome and the cakes out of this world. I would definitely visit again. Perfect place for a bit of piece and quiet with friends and family while enjoying all the goodies on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff were all marvellous.

I had a beautiful vintage tea with 6 of my friends today xxx fantastic value @ £15 per head all homemade delicious cakes & scones & plenty of it washed down with as much tea as we wanted xxxx lots of social distance & beautiful setting highly recommend xxx will be visiting again

This cafe has been quite drastically changed due to Covid19 and looks lovely and as quirky as it did before. SD seating including a beautiful sofa and a baby grand piano.We had a delicious lunch difficult to know what to choose.Only one small point always find the coffee on the weak side.

Aw I just love Cafe Fleur. Always such a friendly and warm welcome. Excellent coffee and the staff are just wonderful. There are plenty of cake options, which are beautifully presented and taste amazing. Whether you're gluten free or vegan there will be plenty of choice. The breakfasts and lunches are great and Rowenna is very happy to make any tweaks to your personal preferences. Everything is fresh and delicious. The free parking is so handy. Do pop in, you won't be disappointed.

The amazing ladies at Cafe Fleur organised an afternoon tea last minute (day before) for our group of 5. THANKS AGAIN, you made my mum’s birthday perfect. There was a lovely warm welcome and service. The food was all gorgeous, especially the meringues they also did my vegetarian sandwiches on a separate plate so they didn’t touch any meat ones...thanks!We each had: Sandwiches, two different cupcakes, two scones, and a meringue. There was so much we couldn’t eat it all but they were there with foil for us to take anything home with us which was lovely.Thanks again ladies, we’ll be back!

Called in after a long drive and a work meeting prior to the drive home. We were given the choice of where we wished to sit and the lady serving us was very attentive.Being a very fussy vegetarian I asked for something that didn’t contain cheese and she went and asked if there were any other options that they had that were not on the menu.Whilst waiting for food there was another customer who was clearly unwell and when she fell down the lady jumped straight in to help her husband get her seated and although she gave the lady help she didn’t draw everyone’s attention to her to save embarrassing the lady and her husband.Whilst paying the lady remarked on where we worked as my colleague had a branded jacket on and what a small world as the lady who gave great service is actually married to our area manager.Well done to Cheryl ( as we now know her) and to the rest of the team in cafe Fleur for great service to us and all the other customers in there.Would definitely visit again as the homemade cakes looked amazing to.....

Called into cafe fleur today for a breakfast.Ordered the homemade vegan sausages. In one word they were ‘Gorgeous’Really tasty and full of flavour. Even my mum who is a meat eater tried it and agreed that they were really tasty.It’s a lovely little place with very friendly staff.Definitely will be going back especially for a breakfast.Also fancy trying the vintage cream tea

this cafe is very good for teas and coffees. It has a small list of food to eat. The list is not very long and the meal is OK.

Had a lovely lunchtime meal. The ladies were so friendly and helpful. Even went home with a baby spider plant! I’d not seen one since I was a child so was allowed to take one of the babies will back again on my next visit to Liskeard

I was looking for somewhere to meet work colleagues and this was a great half way point. Very friendly and welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and we’ll definitely be back to try the cake!

Hidden in the back of Goldenbank Nursery is Cafe Fleur who undoubtably have the best cake selection around. Lovely ambience, good music in the background and a wide choice of food from breakfast through to those wonderful cakes. Well worth a visit.

Just had the best EVER toasted sandwich, filled with delicious cheese and pickle, surrounded by great granary bread. Excellent attractively served accompanying salad.

What an amazing find. My wife and I have recently moved into St Cleer and popped in here on a whim.We were not disappointed, nestled away in a garden centre is this wonderful little oasis with some of the nicest and most helpful ladies one could wish to meet. We had a lovely Latte and pot of tea plus two beautifully presented and delicious Homemade Fruit Scones, one of which was Gluten Free.For us, the GF is where these guys excel.The Owner/ Co Owner is also Coeliac so makes the wonderful GF cakes, scones, pancakes herself. While eating my scone and loving it I happened to look around and notice many other customers also experiencing the same delight and that speaks volumes.Wonderful, top marks ladies. Keep up the good work.

We visit Cafe Fleur on a regular basis - "Ladies who lunch!" - and today we had a lovely "Vintage" tea for a friend's birthday. The food was delightful and the service very good. Cafe Fleur is well worth a visit and it has free car parking!!

We visited this afternoon, as a family with a pram. Immediately welcomed by the lovely staff! Nothing was too much! The food speaks for itself homemade and you can certainly tell! It was delicious. Value for money as well and certainly one of the best cream teas we have ever had.

i go to cafe fleur often with my daughter we always have the same beetroot bread with smoked bacon cheese and salad it is presented beautifully and the staff are so friendly we smoke so are able to eat outside and have a ciggarette it really is such a little gem there highly reccomend

Stopped in for a late lunch with our two little boys and were not disappointed. Cafe fleury is family friendly and the staff are very welcoming. We very much enjoyed the delicious savoury scone lunch, and bacon and Brie on beetroot bread. The scones were so tasty and served warm - to Die for!

We have visited many times before for coffees while in the area and we always liked what we saw on the menu. This time, after coffee, we decided to come back later so reserved a table for lunch. What a good decision! The food was delicious and service excellent. With so many tasty options on the menu we will be visiting again when in the area!

Cakes to tempt, freshly cooked lunches and the staff are so friendly. Lovely place to pop in to for coffee with friends, you are never rushed and they are happy to have dogs too. It's individual and inviting.

We went for lunch today and as usual the food was delicious!! beautiful presentation--all diets are catered for, and they have a good assortment of dishes on the menu--we use this lovely little cafe regularly and the food and service is always consistent--we have never had a bad meal there. Cafe Fleur is an hidden gem in Liskeard. It is remicent of an old-fashioned French tea shop--lovely decor and fantastic food--give it a try you will not be disappointed. It is excellent value for money!!!!!!

Today whilst in Liskeard shopping my mother and I visited cafe fleur for lunch as we have done quite a few times now. Everytime the service and quality of food is fantastic. The lunch menu is current and fresh and the cakes are outstanding. Even on a rainy day tucked under the canopies of the garden centre we sat outside and enjoyed this place once again. Definitely recommend to anyone nearby.

The wife and I popped in for brunch. I had the best ever BLT, freshly cooked smoked bacon and freshly sliced tomato with side salad.

Always receive a lovely welcome from the staff when visiting. The food is delicious and the menu is quite varied.

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. Service was calm, friendly and efficient. The display of homemade cakes was awesome. Everything was delicious. We had a lovely afternoon in nice surroundings. We will be back.

We visited this during our holidays, just for a tea and was struck by how helpful and friendly the staff were.

It is extremely easy for catering outlets to do egg and chips badly, but not here. The humble egg and chips is elevated to a glorious plate of deliciousness at Cafe Fleur; perfect locally sourced golden yolked eggs, proper HOT and fresh chips on a plate and not going cold in a pretentious mini deep fat fryer basket and a delightful and tasty salad on the side. The only other egg and chips platter on a similar footing in these parts is Karen's Restaurant in Tavistock. This is great value too with a friendly and efficient service. Look no further if premium quality egg and chips is your thing and the rest of the menu looks extremely inviting as well as the wonderful homemade cakes on display. Incidentally, the egg and chips here is so good that it doesn't even appear on the menu: if it did, Liskeard would certainly grind to a halt due to the queue in to the car park!

Under new management as of August 1st and what a lovely surprise, I loved my sandwich followed by homemade scone and cream. Best of all was the lovely lady that now owns it, very friendly and chatty. Lovely place and local staff .

used to be great but very disappointed with recent lunch there. Coffee was like dishwater, houmous wraps, had a thin slick of watery houmous in the middle, and the salad was rather too wilted. Plus the place was full of dogs.

I was with a group of ladie visiting a nearby garden and we wanted a lunch stop. This lovely little Cafe is situated within the Goldenbank Garden Centre. From a small kitchen area all ten of us were served promptly and catered well for; one of the party needing Gluten free options. The soup was Gluten free as were three homemade cakes making a change from the usual boring commercial plastic wrapped offerings. Amazing the choice and quality the two ladies could serve from the small kitchen area. Definitely a place to call again when in the area.

We only stopped for tea and coffee but the service was excellent, the ladies in this shop make you feel welcome and the drinks we had were well presented and tasty.

The two ladies serving and cooking did everything to make your visit special even down to supplying a socket for my Nebuliser!! and taking photos for visitors. Quaint, small, traditional tea room with excellent choice of regular favourites and a Specials board highlighting "dishes with a difference". Everything freshly prepared, cooked and beautifully presented by friendly staff. Always enjoy our visits.

We had a trip to Liskeard on the train from Looe, and had to find out cafe fleur, we were so glad we did it’s not that far from the centre of town, but really worth the effort. Such a warm welcome when we walked in,in a lovely warm cafe, we had sandwiches and then a cream tea, what a treat absolutely brilliant, thank you ladies ❤️ x

Visiting Liskeard again and needed a quick bite and really enjoyed my toasted tea cake. My husband said his cheese scone was delicious (recommended by me, as I had one the previous week!!)

The cafe, its staff and the food are an excellent find for all travellers. Set within the local garden centre it is not a huge place but the service is exemplary and the food wonderful. I would highly recommend this place for a casual meal to light tea/lunch with friends.

We popped in to cafe fleur in looe for a light lunch. The food was lovely. My daughter and i had soup and my husband had a ploughmans. We were impressed at the offerings of gluten free items to a nearby table. Their baked goods looked lovely but we had what we needed to warm us up on such a cold day. The bread that came with the lunch was also stunning!

Popped in today for a quick cuppa had an AMAZING hot chocolate with marshmallows and a flake... had a scones and jam also amazing...

What a pleasant cafe this we have been several times, always busy but always got time for you , great food selection including great crab sandwich , prawn sandwich , always freshly made to order, good value , friendly staff, would always recommend this cafe , see you again soon.

Went on 4th December for vintage tea with a friend, all I can say is FABULOUS , great food, great service. Left feeling very full and able to take home what we couldn't eat. Absolutely recommend. Will definitely go again

I have visited this delightful cafe a number of times and it never fails to impress. A really good choice of both light bites and cakes always available. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The festive decor added to the homely atmosphere. We will continue to visit as often as possible. Well done.

Had scampi and chips, best home cooked chips I’ve had in a while. Friendly service and lovely decor. So nice went back 3 weeks running each time as good as the last one with a fab lunch menu! Very impressed.

Well, I was stunned by the discovery of Cafe Fleur. Loved the decor, LOVED the menu - so many things to be tempted by, loved the two ladies running the place. Was just bowled over by it. My soup choice - sweet potato thai style had run out so I chose a wrap with humous, feta & olives. It had plenty of green leaves in it, which is just how I would have made it and it was simply delicious. I will be making this for packed lunches. I loved the accompanying garnishes of extra salad, which included fruit. It was tasty and beautifully presented. The ladies certainly take pride in their work. Must go back So many other things to try.

We have visited a few times before, but today was special as it was our 52nd wedding anniversary & we could'nt think of a nicer place to have lunch.

Needed somewhere to take my mum for a snack, trouble being I am both gluten and dairy free. This lovely cafe should be proud that they could offer me such a range. Lovely scone and an iced tea - no additives (another no-no for me!) Will visit again!

Lovely cafe in the garden centre. Great selection of light bites and specials. We had the salmon pate with baguette and a pannini melt, both of which were excellent. Good ingredients and a generous size. Side salad had a kumquat, which was nice!

We have been to fleurs cafe many times over the last 5years ,always have great food and service ,we flelt the need to say how this little hidden gem,is well worth a visit, if you are in the area or passing ,just 2 /3minutes off the A38 it’s a great place to visit any time of day,breakfast,lunch,or afternoon tea,a great selection home made cakes too.very nice atmosphere very feminine,lots on personal touches ,set inside the garden centre you are surrounded by shrubs and flowers,just like being in your own backyard ,give cafe fleur a visit you won’t be disappointed.

We called in for a coffee and saw what was on offer, so we came back later in the day with my mother-in-law who is in a care home 1/2 a mile away! It couldn’t have been a better decision - we had tea and cakes and what cakes they were, sublime. Don’t hesitate to go and experience this place for yourself - we will be back, it’s just a shame we live in Surrey or I’d be there every week!! Thanks too to the ‘apprentice’ who did a fabulous job and looked after us superbly.

Came here for the first time with some work colleagues before an afternoon of meetings and it was amazing! Waitress service was great and you feel very welcome. The cafe decor is so lovely and creates a relaxed environment. You can also pay by card which is helpful. I had the afternoon tea for 1 and it was lovely and fills you up for the day! I will definitely be coming here more often, well done ladies!

A lovey treat, quirky warm and friendly surroundings and amazing gluten free sandwiches, scones, meringues and cake. All of it utterly Devine.

We stopped in Liskeard as we just wanted to stretch our legs and have a cuppa before heading home to South Wales. I called the cafe as we drove past the garden centre to see if they had room for 9 of us to just drop in. They were super helpful on the phone and told us to come on in. We even had our family dog with us, who was welcomed and given dog treats to help calm her. It's a small cafe with a vintage (perhaps a little OTT) theme, but exactly what we were looking for. We had the handmade scones with jam & clotted cream - these were amazing, might even say best scone I've ever had! The portion sizes were great, the cheesy chips simple but hit the spot and the tuna baguette was more than enough for lunch size! The service was friendly, they couldn't do enough for us and the whole party would more than happy visit again if we were in the area. Thank you!!

I come here regularly for lunch, as love the good here and staff are friendly. This is the first time I have had the afternoon tea ( you have to book 48hrs in advance). Wow, it was greatly presented and so much food! When booking Caroline asked if it was a special occasion and had a banner and balloons there which was a great touch. Will always recommend this place

Wonderful afternoon tea today served by two lovely ladie in a lovely cafe.So much food too which included a selection of sandwiches, two scones each served with jam and clotted cream. For each person a chocolate cupcake, a lemon cupcake, a slice of battenburg and a mini strawberry pavlova. Seved with endles pot of tea or coffee. Take home anything you fail to eat couldn't fault anything. Oh an as we were there to celebrate a birthday the table was suitably decorated. We will be back Highly recommended.
