Unfortunately no longer doing pasties at the time of visit but instead had a bacon and Brie panini that was made within 10 minutes and absolutely delicious! Lovely customer service and atmosphere, highly recommend.

Lovely little cafe tucked away, amazing quiche, good selection of sweet treats, all home made. tasty coffee and friendly staff. Dog friendly too, it’s much bigger inside than it looks on the outside.

This local caffe is packed full of charm. The food is absolutely delicious and very affordable. Within our stay in Cornwall we went there multiple times and would not hesitate to go again. A must if you are in the area.

Visited off the back of trip advisor reviews, and it did not disappoint. Solid cooked breakfast, excellent omelette and in my sons own words, who is someone an expert as he only eats burgers, “the best breakfast burger ever 10/10” he declared. To be honest the show stopper was the home made chocolate eclair, honestly best we have ever eaten, our Aunty won’t be happy now someone has taken her place as eclair master

What a find! Great coffee and food.

Great pit stop at the Churchtown Cafe - we had the quiche, veggie and Lorraine were both delicious. Thanks to Sam for the pastry tips! Highly recommended. Although we didn’t have any ourselves the cakes looked amazing, especially the homemade eclairs. We will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO EAT IN NORTH CORNWALL. We have visited this fabulous cafe, run by most welcoming couple every time we come to Cornwall and it never disappoints. The food is delicious. There is a wide range of options and there is always a number of specials. The cakes need their own special mention, they are all home made and so yummy, we always have to bring a couple home with us. We highly recommend, definitely worth a visit.

Found this gem in St Teath, just down the road from our friend’s house, where we’re staying whilst on our break. Proprietors are a lovely and welcoming couple, and the quality of food etc is awesome. Highly recommend a visit.

Spotted the reviews on here and had to give it a try, so glad we did.. Called in for an early lunch and received a very warm welcome from the staff and local ladies who do lunch. Very lucky to get a table straight way as it was packed, always a good sign. The cappuccino was delicious and smooth .. we both had Panini’s the Brie, bacon and sweet chilli was outstanding paired with a lovely tasty side salad. Highly recommended and very dog friendly

Really warm welcome had a lovely breakfast and latte. Used a couple of times when staying locally. Dog friendly and just 5 mins drive off of the A39. Closed on sunday & Monday

Great little café! They have gluten free options and a really nice little cubby hole for kids to play in.

Fabulous cooked breakfast and I especially love that they use local produce including meat from the local butcher. It’s a wonderfully friendly cafe, comfortable and welcoming to all.

Stumbled across Churchtown as we were passing through the village and it was coffee time. Lovely little place with delicious oat milk coffees and a nice atmosphere. Super little find.

Nice find. Good choice of gluten-free food. I enjoyed the spicy chicken and a brownie. The cafe is dog-friendly, which was great. Nice atmosphere and pretty village.

A lovely cafe! Shabby chic with a modern twist. Great service and a friendly welcome. We cycled to Churchtown cafe from a nearby campsite, to have breakfast, which was delish!! We found a cosy corner with sofas to sit and enjoy our food. Vegan and vegetarian options available too which was great for me. Lovely cake and good coffee too. They even were so kind to let us charge our phones as we were camping without electricity. Highly recommend and next time we are in the area we will definitely be back for more of the delicious food that they serve.

Found this little gem when passing through - AMAZING pasties. The Moroccan pasty is an absolute treat - it is huge- my teen boys were satisfied with one each. The pastry is light, the filling is plentiful and well seasoned. Filling includes a selection of vegetables not just the common potato, pumpkin, etc. Have been eating pasties from Trevone, Padstow, St Ives, etc. but this was truly the best - hence I’ve taken the time to write this review. Warm and friendly service too!

Pretty location and a nice place to sit for a while. Really nice people with good-looking cakes and decent espresso-based coffee. Would be a fantastic stop on a bike ride. Great to search for a coffee shop and find a great local place rather than the usual suspects...

Best rocky road I’ve ever tasted.

This little quaint cafe is a MUST if you’re nearby and hungry. I highly recommend the homemade Cornish pasties, pies and rounders. The latter being an egg and bacon wonder that I denied my partner a sniff of. I’ll pay for that later. We ate here everyday we stayed in the area and nothing disappointed. It also helps that the owners are adorable. Check it out. 5/5

Thank you Kerry and everyone at Churchtown for my amazing 21st birthday cake! They went above and beyond with creating this incredible chocolate cake covered in minstrels, galaxy chunks and maltesers. It was absolutely delicious and expertly made, and really made my day! I feel like so much care and time was put into creating it and it really showed!

Churchtown Cafe is right in the centre of village of St Teath, a short diversion from the A39 Atlantic Highway between Camelford and Wadebridge in North Cornwall. A centre of the local community this cafe provides a good range of homemade and locally sourced food throughout the day. Always a pleasure to visit and always a warm welcome. Just a shame I don't live much closer and could visit more frequently. please

Wonderful cafe with really friendly staff, superb food and stunning cakes to delight! We eat their for breakfast as we were passing one morning, then went back the next day as it was so good!

Another delicious lunch today, didn’t have room for the amazing coffee cake that was staring at me 😂 And always a lovely atmosphere in this cafe.

This is so worth a visit if you're anywhere in the area. A wonderful little cafe in the heart of this pretty little village and it certainly feels like the hub of the community. Excellent coffee and home made cakes plus hearty hot meals. Such a shame I live 300 miles away! Highly recommended.

What a crackin cafe . As a one time cafe owner myself I look past the immediate tables and cakes . Simple menu , with sausage or bacon treats for dogs ! Lovely Earl Grey tea. Small seating TV ( low volume ) area for kids and bright spacious seating around . Spotless open kitchen , and bright and airy . Very relaxed atmosphere, I’m sure I’ll be back !

I visited this little café with my brother, two teenagers and my three young nephews this week for brunch before leaving Cornwall and I am so glad we did! Food was lovely, service was very quick and the menu was perfect for the mixture of ages (3 to 40 something!). We took some brownies with us for the journey home which were absolutely delicious!

We dropped in for a coffee but stayed for lunch. It was burger week and we had a veg bean burger and an individualised bacon and egg one. Both were delicious as were our coffee and hot chocolate. Free wifi and great vibe. Lots of well behaved children enjoying their visit with us.

Modern and clean cafe with lots of character in the heart of small village. We have visited and few times and the food never disappoints. Staff very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great food, excellent service, good value for money.

We have been there for a late breakfast. Seems to be the village’s meeting point with a lot of women dropping in for a talk. In the open kitchen the ladies who run the cafe are preparing fresh pies, chilies and cakes. Everything homemade and freshly prepared. Sad that vacation is almost over and we can’t come back. Would love to have such a cafe in out hometown.

Really lovely cafe and dog-friendly 👍. Fresh, homemade produce including lovely cakes with gluten-free options. Very reasonably priced pick 'n' mix stand for well-behaved children 😉. It even provides ice cream for dogs!

What a surprise to learn of this little cafe on the corner of time. Lovely, simple, warm, friendly atmosphere and very good cakes. Their offering of a box of cakes towards the WISHFEST festival in nearby Tintagel was gratefully received and sold on the bar to raise money for children with cerebral palsy. Well worth a visit.

Great coffee. The food is good and not overly expensive. I recommend the bacon baps, bacon is cooked to perfection and is served in a fresh large floury bap. Also worth noting that they provide stokes condiments which are far superior to the usual Heinz/own brand served in most cafes.

Not my first review here, but worth commenting again. If possible, it’s improved further since my last visit.

This is a very cosy and welcoming café. Very family friendly. The food is all homemade and yummy.

Bright, beautifully modernised little cafe in the heart of a very traditional Cornish village. Ace food, fast smiley service and a very fine pub a couple of yards away. Good takeaway service for holiday home renters too, including frozen homemade chilli, curries, pasties and pies.

We have visited a few times now, more since they installed a new coffee machine and he staff had training. The friendly small cafe with chairs and tables/chairs is welcoming. The staff always have a smile and friendly word. The coffee is great and the brownie is the bast that we have ever tasted. We've not yet had lunch here however that will be rectified soon as the nachos and chilli looked great and good value today. They have a small specials menu and sandwiches. A good place to visit - a little gem!

We stopped in at this cafe today after a long walk with our dog. It's lovely!!! We split a brownie and a white chocolate tiffin (they both looked so good that I couldn't decide)! We will be visiting again that's for sure.

We were staying in a holiday cottage nearby & wanted to go out for breakfast. Found this little gem on Tripadvisor. Breakfast was lovely, food all locally sourced. Staff were friendly & helpful, would highly recommend. The coffee & cakes were very tempting too.

What a find! Met up with former work colleagues/friends for coffee and lunch. Lovely welcome from Kerry and her team and excellent service. Great atmosphere - the place where the locals go and stay. The food was excellent too. Children most welcome with toys available for them - good attention to detail. The owner of a local hostelry is a regular here which is a good sign. We will definitely come again. Can recommend.

Met friends here for tea & cake, we had a 1,2& 3year old with us! The cafe was just fantastic - fab range of toys to keep the kiddies happy while we chatted. Such lovely service & a fab range of delicious cakes - can't wait to go back!

I meet up with my friends and family regularly at churchtown. They cater for every age including my 18 month old girl. So friendly and the food is fabulous. Loving the new smoothies on the menu and great coffee. My personal favourites are the bacon Brie and sweet chilli wrap with the tasty homemade coleslaw, and the cream tea ( delicious great sized scones !! )

Lovely little cafe in the village. Ideal for breakfast/ lunch bites to eat. Although they don't do a full breakfast menu as such, they have a wide selection of breakfast sandwiches available. I had the bacon and egg bap which was a very generous serving and absolutely delicious. Fantastic value for money. Most ingredients are locally sourced too which is a nice little extra touch.

A group of 9 of us found this place and indulged in some of their lovely cakes! The service was friendly and efficient and gave us some lovely cake to eat as well as teas and coffees. It is a small cosy place to chat and enjoy their home-made cakes. We are now thinking about having lunch there another time as the menu looked tasty! The prices were also low, so a great way to spend some time...

I am a frequent visitor at this gem of a cafe.A very warm, friendly greeting is guaranteed. The team are an absolute asset and joy to spend time with. I always witness a very homely and cheerful atmosphere where the staff clearly take pride in all they do and obviously enjoy their work . The food is of high quality and cooked to perfection.It is also great value for money. It is child and dog friendly too. I would highly recommend a visit

A group of twenty friends met for tea and cakes. Churchtown knew we were coming and were prepared with wonderful goodies, including a massive chocolate cake; we ate a whole carrot cake (it was fabulous). All very fresh, good portions, lovely hot refreshments; quick, friendly service. What's not to love?

Popped here and was delighted by service and menu and clean , crisp decoration , A simple menu, excellently executed and an amazing welcome. books for sale for charity . We parked by the Bell Tower. Absolutely love going to Churchtown. Always a friendly atmosphere and all welcome. The food is amazing and never go without having a slice of home made cake. I love how the kids are catered for too. Also there is always some sort of event to look forward to there . !!!
