Above and beyond service. I arrived 15 minutes before the 7am opening time, after a 4 hour drive from Hampshire. I was welcomed in, in spite of the early hour, with a great coffee and a bacon sandwich and was given the best advice as to where to spend the day. 100% recommended.

Real food for real people. The proprietors helped enormously and took a real interest in our challenges. Thank you very much!

We stayed overnight in Newquay, and were trying to find a restaurant that had gluten free meals. The Cornish Coffee Bean took care of us! Our niece said her gluten free breakfast was "phenomenal!". The guy serving us (owner maybe?) was talking to us about our travels through the UK, and when we told him where we were going to be staying that evening, he told us that we would be a very short drive from Stonehenge (missed the summer solstice festivities by a couple days). Thanks to him letting us know, we added that historical location stop for the next day! Thanks for the great food and service!!!!

Stopped here for lunch while we did our laundry and the service was impeccable. They were so friendly and helpful and to top it off the food was delicious. I had the tuna panini and it’s the nicest I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend!

Visited the Cornish Coffee Beam twice whilst on holiday. As always we found the staff welcoming and thr food excellent value. The arrangement put in place due to rhe ongoing restrictions was excellent and made you feel cery safe. Will returm again next year and would recommend anyone to visit...

Cannot praise this cafe enough! We discovered the Cornish Coffee Bean “by accident” and opted for a takeaway breakfast as all tables were busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and enforced all necessary Covid rules which made us feel very secure. Breakfast and coffees were prepared to order and very tasty. Would definitely recommend - special shout out to the banana cake!

Firstly, Jason and his wife are really lovely people and very welcoming. I've been geting sandwiches from here for a while now and I highly recommended The Cornish Coffee Bean for a bite to eat. Very nice drinks but bigger than I expected

Wow! I’m so impressed!! It’s clear to see that this wonderful couple have put in so much effort to keep themselves and all of their customers safe, while still providing outstanding service and top quality food and drinks! Though they have downsized their menus they still have an array of delicious light bites, sandwiches and cakes at an affordable price. They also cater for vegetarians, vegans. I couldn’t recommend this local spot any more ! Love it xx we’ll be back x

Called here for a spot of breakfast as we always do when we use Chester Road Launderette. Lovely little Cafe. Great Staff and lovely well priced food. My Wife had a sausage and bacon sandwich and I had the BLT. Both fresh and tasty. If your passing by I recommend popping in even for a cuppa in the sun.

I came here to have coffee while washing at the launderette next door.Very friendly guy, knows what he was doing with coffee.I ordered a late macchiato, unknown to all British, but he was keen on getting it right - thanks so much.The granola bar had a great flavour.As you sit there, you notice an awful lot of locals come here for a pre work chat and fetching a to-go-coffee - nice.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast before a drive out. Had a cup of tea which was really nice and a bacon bap which was very generous! The people running the cafe were really lovely and attentive, made us feel very welcome! Would definitely recommend and the cafe has parking right outside the front which was helpful.

What a lovely place for meeting up with your loved ones or other friends, value for money and you can sit in or out. We sat out as we had our dog. Fresh water for the dogs, and lovely food. You as a stranger and leave as a friend

Returned to this coffee shop after almost twenty years of not visiting Cornwall, preferred it then,it was fresh and vibrant,now it just seems like it's an o.a.p. hangout,the foods pretty bland,but large portions,,bring back the original couple who opened the place,and get Chester road "vibrant" again

Good coffee friendly staff worthwhile half hour

Visited here whilst at the laundrette next door and what a lovely surprise. The gentleman that served us was most than helpful, I could choose exactly what I wanted with my jacket and it was a very very good price! Partner said his panini was good too. Will definitely be back, even store change for laundrette next door which is so useful!

I visit the Cornish Coffee Bean when using the nearby laundrette. Jason is always super friendly and welcoming - often remembering what regular customers are drinking and their names when they walk in. The food is delicious and fresh, their coffee is of a very high standard and they provide Soya Milk (handy as i am lacto). They are efficient, friendly and their prices are very reasonable. A trip to the Cornish Coffee Bean is very worthwhile and relaxing!

Always pop in here, I can never pass if it lunch time as their toasted sandwiches and paninis are the best, cheese always perfectly melted. The prices are pocket money prices, but the food is all fresh and made to order, and the cakes are fab. Plus the owners are really friendly, after a few trips you won't even have to give your order, they will remember. So go give a visit.

If you want coffee and don't want to pay a fortune for it , then this is the best in Newquay . The staff are always pleasant.Most of all their coffee is always well presented

The Coffee Bean is open for Breakfasts and Lunches.My wife and I use this regularly about once a week. They carry a large selection of sandwiches and baguettes all made freshly to order. the staff are friendly and accommodating and service is excellent. the only problem is it is on the small side but it does not spoil ones enjoyment.
