This is the nicest place I’ve been to in ages. Fantastic coffee, cake and their bagels are delicious. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area which is great. Claire gave me a very helpful map. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend you drop in !

A great little place for coffee and snacks with very friendly staff. They have a wonderful selection of cakes which makes it hard to choose just one! My advice... take a friend and go halves.

Had a lovely flat white coffee in here on our visit to Newquay. Sweet treats available which we didn't eat but looked the part. Noticed bagels were also available. Quirky vibe perhaps not for everyone, and off the track a little, but we wanted great coffee and found it.

Friendliest cafe I’ve ever visited, and I go to a LOT of coffee shops. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The bagel of the day was so tasty. The coffee was so delicious. 100% will visit again next time I’m in Newquay.

This place is a little gem!. Very chilled out.... reminds me of cafe irie from years ago 😁 You can stay in or take out but if you stay in they have a little deck area out front and inside they have cute little cwtchie corners, great music in the background, really cool and quirky art work on the walls and a little basket of games to play. This place is pet friendly, the dogs even get a little biscuit!. They offer a wide range of hot and cold drinks, vegan/alternative options and really nice sweet treats, all really good prices!. The owner is as mad as a hatter 😆 Very chatty, friendly and smiley and makes you feel welcome whether you're local or here on holiday. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice chilled out place to take a load off 👍

Love this cafe. Hidden away 2minutes from Asda. Comfy seating inside and outside.Coffees lovely. Best cake was Jaffa gateaux but carrot cake good too.

Excellent alcoholic coffee, very nice fully loaded bagels, and a lovely glass of freshly made sangria. Friendly proprietor. I wish I'd found it sooner!

A hidden gem. A little off the beaten track in Newquay and well worth a visit. Had an excellent bagel accompanied by a spiced rum Americano and followed by a nice glass of freshly made sangria.

What an absolute gem of a cafe. This place lives up to all of its reviews, it’s truly excellent. I stopped off here for a quick coffee and bite to eat on a short work trip to Newquay. Warm reception from the owner, delicious coffee and bagel. They also have a “pay it forward” service where you can pay for a token to be stuck on a board by the till allowing those who need it to get a free coffee. Such a great idea. This place was honestly a highlight of my trip. Excellent.

Lovely space, beautiful people and the best coffee in town…

A little gem run by such a lovely person! We stumbled across it via a quick google search for coffee and found ourselves going back multiple times during our weeks stay. We’d always grab coffee to go as well as their tasty crumpets, but each time felt like a personal visit to a friend. Would definitely recommend!

Visited Coffee On The Corner while in Newquay visiting family from Australia. The atmosphere was great. Staff were bubbly and helpful. We had brunch a few mornings...they sell awesome bagels and tasty crumpets aswell. It was great to have somewhere to go for a coffee and then a beer in the arvo. Especially when the sun was out. Would definitely visit again

Visited Coffee on the Corner with friends and family when visiting Newquay from Australia. It was the perfect spot to chill and relax especially when the sun was out and we could sit on the outside deck with a coffee or beer. Staff super friendly and helpful. The coffee shop is presented really well and the decor is fresh and quirky. Will definitely visit again when I am back.

Proper coffee served with a smile. Also good selection of snacks, including crumpets! Left my wallet there and the owner personally delivered it to my house. Can't thank her enough for her kindness. All in all great business and shall be returning

Lovely place. The woman running the coffee shop was so lovely and absolutely gorgeous. I got a really really nice oat latte. Wish I would have tried the cakes because they looked really nice. Good space to read and have a cuppa.

I've been coming to coffee on the corner since my days at University, needing a break from the monotony of lectures. Now graduated, I still frequent this coffee shop as the atmosphere in here is just amazing! So relaxed! Friendly, chatty staff and customers, and of course the cakes and coffee are just delicious (and vegan, so a bonus!). Having a coffee in here is honestly the same vibes as just hanging out with a cuppa in your living room. it's so welcoming and homey. Will be coming here for as long as I'm in Newquay, and may pop back even after just for some delicious locally made vegan carrot cake!

This was such a nice cute coffee shop. It was such a good atmosphere and the lady working there was really friendly. They even had vegan desserts which was a nice change because I'm lactose intolerant! Would defs recommend coming here

After my daily luke warm slurry from (sounds like rosta) I fell out of love for coffee but was rejuvenated by COTC superb coffee nice and hot and fresh. Hazelnut latte is the best second only to the staff who are amazing. It's a very engaging place to be a chance to unplug and talk which I like very much.

As coffee shops go this is right up there tucked Away too out of the hustle of newquay well worth seeking out

I went to this unique little coffee shop the staff were very welcoming and allowed my dog in.. They did me a beautiful iced latte with vanilla which reminded me of America.. And a beautiful fresh piece of cake which was out of this world.. They then gave my dog a treat and fussed him I could not of been happier with the service.. This is a must go if ur in the area..

I came here for a coffee and a snack and really liked this cafe! My waitress Fay was lovely and made a great coffee. The atmosphere is lovely and the whole place is lush. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice cafe that's a bit more chilled out, and free of the hussle and bussle of Newquay Town centre.

Looked for a nice little coffee shop in Newquay, it’s not easy, and found this one. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff and just what we were after.

We needed somewhere to grab a coffee, this is well located, has strong WiFi and a good character. Staff were very friendly and the vibe was chilled. Coffee came out quickly too!

For a start one of the best coffees in Cornwall in the evening it turns in to a chilled Jamaican buffet place with great music definitely a place to get you morning coffee or have a beer and chill in the evening great place!

During one my regular visits to Newquay, I have recently discovered this very relaxed, well decorated and customer focussed coffee shop. Excellent coffee, great cakes and very engaging service. It has rapidly become my favourite to go to coffee shop, somewhere to relax and work. There are no faults about which to refer!

Absolutely lovely, cosy and warm family run cafe. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by warm and kind staff who immediately treat you as if you've been going there for years. And there's consistency as well in the service despite which staff member is on that day, which is quite good. Food is absolutely fantastic. I would strongly recommend the goat's cheese ciabatta with caramelised onions, it's just so scrumptious. Don't get me started with the cakes, vast selection from bakewell, carrot, brownie etc. I don't drink coffee that much so I can't comment, but I've spoken to other fellow customers who absolutely adore it, hence why I see them pretty everyday when I'm there for my lunch break. Service, food and ambience all 5 star! If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you pop in and experience it for yourself.

Great little spot in Newquay for a quiet coffee. Really dog friendly, both staff and customers too! Really nice to see a community focused coffee hang out, recently became certified dementia friendly with the purple angel dementia awareness program and also offer suspended drinks too which is a great concept that’s just to name a couple of things they are doing for and with the community. I think this is a really special and inspiring place.

popped in for a cuppa on the off chance on our way back from the town centre and was treated to a nice calm out of the way place with great coffee as well. set back from the main road and just near newquay health centre so no excuse not to pop in ..:-)

This is a lovely little cafe,tucked out of the way. The is clean and the staff friendly. It was not very busy when I was here, so the service was great. I would recommend this place.

My husband and I needed a new tyre and while it was being fitted we spent our time in this nearby cafe. We had a warm welcome and I had the BEST coffee I have ever had The lady was proud to serve this Peruvian coffee.

The nicest place to go in Newquay for a quiet brew, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Open nights towards the end of the week too for those that want an end of week wind down 💯

Great place, lucky for us on our dog walking route. Our basset loves this place and always stops at the water bowl out the front. We are always made welcome with fantastic coffee and cake alongside a biscuit for Harvey. Chilled music softly playing in the back ground to a great little gem hidden just off the main track.
