This place is now closed but the three fishes wetherspoon is on the opposite side of the road & still open

The almond croissant was lovely. However, they served me a large coffee in a broken coffee cup which spilt all of me in my car. I then went to Costa and they laughed at me. Proper embarrassed.

Where do I start? When I went to women’s clothing I discovered brands I wanted were no longer available, instead large areas resembled a market. I no longer had a choice of shoes. I kept bumping into members of the public looking for assistance, to no avail. As regards the restaurant, that has been going downhill for some time. Hot food like leather as it had been heated for so long. I’m not a fussy eater but I admit I won’t be eating there again I’m so sorry to see the store become like this. I must add that the available staff are still the very best

Came for Sunday carvery. Can't believe how this place has changed since present management took over. The food is great, the place has been newly decorated and the toilets are clean and fresh. Will be back with all my family very soon. Thank you.

Very disappointing meal. Went with friends and the quality of the food was substandard. There are far better pubs in the area.

I had the most shockingly rude customer service experience here this evening. I came in near closing time, but first checked if it was ok to get a coffee and they said yes. A blonde woman working there then openly complained (in front of me) about serving me and said that they should have closed the doors. I have no idea how anyone would think that this is an acceptable thing to say in front of a customer. I will not go back to this costa again.

Not sure what people are moaning about. Had a burger and a drink here today for lunch. The burger was so tasty and full of flavour - I liked that it was not too big - chips and salad were lovely too. Great service. Attentive staff. What’s not to like?

My partner and I visited on a Tuesday when most pubs in Margate were shut! The lady behind the bar was lovely to us and they had some good beers on tap. We really enjoyed the decor; it felt like we were in an old traditional seaside pub which is what I was searching for, worth a stop by!

i had went to this subway for a quick lunch today and the staff was all walking around behind the counter looking like they didn’t know what they was doing.I ordered a 6inch ham and cheese saver tostie which was fine other than the fact my bread was stale, i had then ordered a pepperoni and cheese footlong dipper and i had got given something completely different to what i had ordered i had then went to eat this considering what i got was completely different to what i ordered i was already disappointed on my food.The bread was stale once again and the fact what i had asked for was pepperoni and CHEESE then didn’t get any cheese in this i was extremely disappointed with my experience at this subway. i wouldn’t suggest going here as clearly they do not listen to your orders as they should and also not one single staff had a clue on what they are doing.

Massively over priced. The jam for the scone hardly covered it. One cup of tea, not a pot. The scone was more like a large bread roll. Not a great experience.

We have been sat here waiting for 2 coffees and 2 cakes for half an hour now. They aren't even cooking sono reason for the delay staff are just standing around waiting for the batista. Gone downhill dramatically since Hillers took over.

Total mess of a shop. Disgraceful garden centre. As is the attitude if the staff. Products priced wrongly is the customers problem not the staff according to Wendy at the till

When I went there I went to get fried egg but it had egg shell in it I did tell someone but they wouldn't do anything so I won't be eating egg in there no more as it has put me off. If I find anything else wrong with my food I won't be eating in the nomore .

We were given a lovely table in the bar, as we hadn't booked and it was very busy. The service was quick and friendly. The food was very good, fresh, tasty and really good-sized portions We are planning to go again when in the area
