Me and my boyfriend ordered drinks we sat down inside and we were told to leave by the manager. Her reason was apparently we didn’t order anything even when we ordered drinks and she judge me by being stereotypical just because I was black saying I looked like the type to mess around and what I was wearing and thought that I was some sort of threat but all I was just trying to do was order and sit down and relax with my boyfriend. I had no intention to harm or mess around my intention only was to order a drink. It made me feel down and kind of impact my day because as myself and my boyfriend are autistic so we never understood what we did wrong. My boyfriend confronted them about it and as soon as he brought up corporate their tried to ask us to come back which my boyfriend refused and she tried to ask if we would like a free drink which my boyfriend got me a iced tea but free drink doesn't solve the problem. Now every time when I walk past the starbucks I just can’t even go back there because of the situation but that’s life unfortunately but please don’t go here it’s horrible.

You can watch and enjoy the way how the Hospitality dieing in the face of earth here. There is nothing call customer service, they take away your spoons as soon as you finished sturing your drink. There is a grumpy women spreading unhappiness to everyone whilst take what ever on your table. Yes, there are not a lot competition in the area but how on earth they treat customers like that? The food is just taken out from the freezer, I didn't ask for water because once we halfway eating there was plenty of water on the plate to drink. Chips are just cardboards where human can't digest. Waited in the que for some extra sugar but had to give it up as they started serving their loyal customers who were behind me. I would never step to this place ever again even if I'm dying of hunger and if this this is the last place to eat food, I would rather die hunger. If you have read this so far, please just take a walk only just about 5 mins over the bridge you can find a Morrisons where people at least smiling at you

After visiting several Starbucks drive throughs this is the worst by far. For a new complex it was very grubby behind the counter from the drive through window. Cups, split drinks, straws etc all over the floor while staff were standing on their phones doing nothing. The shop was empty so clean up

Shocking cafe being local thought what holidaymakers would make of the dirty conditions. Only been a short time and they decided to close locking doors and trying to usher people out. I have read previous reviews and I am surprise Blackpool council have not got involved.

After vowing never to go to M&S cafe (Gemini) again, I visited the one in Chester last week. What a difference- able to pick up/order what I wanted via a person and enjoy on a clean/empty table. . I made a point of speaking to the Manager and advised her of such a pleasant experience. If she has any influence over the changes at the larger stores with the unhygienic touch control system( no facility to clean the screens) which leaves customers with either cold food or cold drink, whilst waiting for the other half of an order to arrive, I sincerely hope that Management listen. If the number of adverse reviews isn’t enough to make them reconsider, I assume they aren’t interested. Will spend our money at alternative venues.

Popped into the Morrisons cafe, for a spot of lunch before travelling home. I selected the ultimate fish and chips, the picture showed a piece of fish that hung over the sides at both ends of the plate, with stacks of chips. My wife asked if I would like bread and butter as well, I replied no looking at the size of that fish it would just be pure greed, My wife ordered the smaller portion for herself. When it arrived my portion of fish sat comfortably on the plate not even touching the sides of it. The chips were a child's portion at best. My wife's was served up on what can only described as a side plate, and it didn't even fill that. Probably the last time I will consider thinking about popping in there, a shame as we are regularly in Penrith, I would say 4-5 days a month.

We very much like this cafe and most of the staff are lovely. But the cafe needs upgrading especially as there are so many new cafes in town. Because it's used a lot the interior is tired and the windows need cleaning inside and out. Want to stay loyal to the café but there is a lot of competition in St Anne's.

We were visiting Blackpool and looking for somewhere to stop and have authentic fish and chips! Popped in here for lunch and the portions were small. Fish was ok but would say a medium portion is small. The consistency of the chips just wasn’t right. Charged for ketchup when sitting in (under why for take outs but when you are spending for a family meal sitting in then it should be included). Popped to the loo and went through part of the kitchen (with fridge/freezers) to an outdoor toilet which had only cold water and no way of drying your hands. Avoid!

I'm a charity supporter for charities of my own choice and at a time of my own choosing. It was therefore a surprise st Starbucks Charnock Richard on 22nd July when the till was seeking a different price to the advertised price of the coffees ordered. I queried the maths and was told 'It's a cup charge'. When I said they should charge what is indicated on the board the guy said 'It's for charity' . When one looks for the prices and sizes that's all you want to see so most customers won't be looking around the wider board for terms and conditions even if it is claimed it is shown somewhere there. As I proceeded down the line various waitresses adjoined the conversation and said 'We get this all day'. I replied that I am not at all surprised. YET ....... Starbucks continues with this practice. Coffee generally is becoming an alarming price in many places. Starbucks in Bergen was about 10.80 for 2 coffees. The population will have to draw a line soon and not be prepared to go further. I wonder how the Starbucks managers etc would feel re filling their car with petrol then finding there is a pump charge added...... be it for charity or not. If Starbucks wants to donate from their own profits they should do so but they should charge customers what it says next to the item on the board. And , incidentally, the queues were long and dealt with slowly and many of the table tops around had not even been wiped clean. We called at Charnock Richard on our return run on 26th. Needless to say we got our coffee elsewhere ( from a machine). It tasted just as good, it was cheaper and self-service was quick. The seating area was also queiter and cleaner Also no mandatory charity 'donation'When is the asking price not the till price cup charge!
