Me and my boyfriend ordered drinks we sat down inside and we were told to leave by the manager. Her reason was apparently we didn’t order anything even when we ordered drinks and she judge me by being stereotypical just because I was black saying I looked like the type to mess around and what I was wearing and thought that I was some sort of threat but all I was just trying to do was order and sit down and relax with my boyfriend. I had no intention to harm or mess around my intention only was to order a drink. It made me feel down and kind of impact my day because as myself and my boyfriend are autistic so we never understood what we did wrong. My boyfriend confronted them about it and as soon as he brought up corporate their tried to ask us to come back which my boyfriend refused and she tried to ask if we would like a free drink which my boyfriend got me a iced tea but free drink doesn't solve the problem. Now every time when I walk past the starbucks I just can’t even go back there because of the situation but that’s life unfortunately but please don’t go here it’s horrible.

So I usually go to Starbucks order a water sit down and relax with my girlfriend. We went in ordered two waters and sat down. Member of staff comes along and says excuse me we’re gonna have to ask u to leave we got up and went , I thought about this for a second and went back and I looked at the Starbucks terms and service and they can’t ask u to leave if we don’t order anything, even though we just got water , I spoke with one of the colleagues and asked did we do anything wrong she replied no u have done nothing at all , her manager came and pulled me to the side and I presented the problem calm and collectively despite being visibly upset, she was told by her manager( which I doubt) that she was told if someone orders water they have to leave. I have been to multiple Starbucks establishments and have had no problem at all . She also explained that she gets loads of teenagers messing around to which I replied we’re not teenagers we are adults. She then tried to welcome me and my girlfriend back and i refused and told her it’s to late now as the damage is done. Me and my partner are an interracial couple we didn’t cause any problems any arguments we got our drinks and sat down, I then asked for her managers number which she forgot to give me and she said can I get u anything and I said I would u like a drink on the house which is good but dosent solve the problem. I told her that we felt discriminated against and prejudged and told her we will never return to this specific Starbucks.

Abysmal service. Completely missed coffee from my order. When brought to my attention, failed to apologise and staff gave impression they were doing me a favour by actually my order.

Always love a Starbucks When working away walked in and only about 3 Sandwiches in the fridges not very good for Starbucks The Staff were amazing and always happy to help so can’t say anything bad about them. Just to note nearly every table had Dirty Cups and plates on while the staff stood and chatted to each other. Was very off putting to see that and no food in the fridges I travel round the U.K. with my job and never seen this in a Starbucks in a long time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating

Cake was absolutely delicious, drinks were tasty too. Busy with big queues but they went down quick enough. Very clean too

This Starbucks made us feel so welcome! We have two dogs and the man serving us offered us two puppaccinos which the dogs loved. The drinks were so nice and much needed after the cold weather outside.

Visited today and joined a large queue. When I came to order I asked first for a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato. The man serving looked at me and asked me to repeat it. Twice. I spoke clearly. He then said that's not how you order, you say the name of the drink first, and did a little laugh as if I was stupid. I repeated my order including a Latte Venti and a Caramel Macchiato Tall. I have never ever ordered in that way from Starbucks before. He then repeated my order back to me saying "tall caramel macchiato, venti latte, venti iced caramel Macchiato". Slightly contradictory. The label on the drinks stated the size first. Weird experience and one I won't repeat.

Christmas shopping trip today with my daughter. Lunch stop at Starbucks in the town centre. The girl on till had no idea what she was doing and no one helping her (think she was new). The food (maple bacon bap and ham and cheese croissant) was overcooked, chewy and full of fatty gistly meat. My small coffee was the size of a washing up bowl and my daughters hot chocolate was luke warm at best. For just under £20.00 the CEO of this company should be renamed Dick Turpin and hung, drawn and quartered for highway robbery. A special treat was definitely not worth it and I will 100% never return.

I visited this Starbucks 4 times this week on my trip to Blackpool. Great service and delicious coffee as usual, staff member that stood out was Jordan (helpful when I was having problems with my Starbucks app not loading)

Staff lovely and friendly but homeless allowed in to harass customers not happy after spending a lot of money for coffee and snacks then didn’t want to exit as 4 more rough looking men were stood around the door won’t be coming again

Went into the Blackpool Store, it busy and the staff were working hard making sure people were served as quick as they could. We only queued for 5 mins and was able to find a table without any issue. Table was cleaned when I asked a MOS, they were really friendly and attentive. The drinks were lovely and hot just how we like them and the food was great. Would recommended

Went in today and got a camel hazel nut latte and said can I have it with skimmed milk as I can't have full fat milk but to my surprise after I had I found out it was made wi tummy was hurting and I had a bad tummy

My wife and I stopped off in this Starbucks on a wet, miserable Sunday afternoon for hot drinks. It's not the nicest or cleanest coffee shop I've ever been in but the not the worst and the coffee wasn't the best I've ever had but again wasn't the worst. It served it's purpose but nothing more.

For such a large brand such as Starbucks you would expect a generic vibe and culture among their whole brand. Some would possibly say almost unique? Yes? Well Blackpool store didn't clearly get the memo. This store is solely an absolutely shambles for the brand. Maybe if Starbucks focussed more on training their teams rather than over commercialisation ; the brand would be a pleasure to visit. I visited twice this week as I believe in second chances and what more could I say apart from both visits were an utter waste of £14/£15. It's firstly amazing why brands can't stay away from resorts such as Blackpool. Give the local independents a shot. Staff attitude: poor, store presentation: good The staffs ability to listen is non existent Just got no order to this store Honestly avoid at all costs and trust more independents in the area ....

One of the biggest businesses in coffee and hot drinks yet can’t make a hot chocolate. I’ve never had a great hot chocolate from any starbucks but this one has to be the worst. Surely before being able to master using coffee you’d get the basics of a hot chocolate. I can even do that and I’ve been working for a different chain that sells hot drinks for a month. The hot chocolate was mainly water. It had no taste at all. The staff were arrogant and rude serving and altogether the pricing was way too much for what you get.

Came with my daughter and grandson today. There was a bit of a queue which went down quickly. Staff were friendly and asked my daughter how her name was spelt as it’s often not spelt correctly. Clean cafe and toilets. And we enjoyed our coffee, frappes, milkshakes and cookies.

Stay clear. Staff rude and unhelpful. Customers were queuing out of the door,I counted 23 people waiting and only one staff serving. Will we be using this place again as local trade, not a chance

I went here with my family for breakfast yesterday. We ordered 4 food items and 4 drinks. We were given all of our items at different times and my wife had to stand and wait for them instead of being offered to bring them over when they were ready and timing them to be ready together which would have made more sense, had any of the staff working there had any! So some of the items were cold by the time she sat down to have her breakfast. When we reminded them that we were waiting on a tea (after 15 minutes) there was no apology and the member of staff seemed to find it amusing. The place was busy and we seemed to be treated quite differently, we are an LGBT family and can't think of any other reason why we seemed to have to wait so long with a "forgotten" item and being laughed at. We asked for more toast because my wife's was cold by the time she sat down, we were told to bring it back over so they could reheat it! Absolute joke and un-apologetic staff. LGBTQ+ families should go elsewhere!

Endemic throughout the world it was inevitable that I would drop into this Starbucks just off the famous Blackpool Tower along Victoria Street on our 4 day stay in this eclectic seaside resort. This outlet is lovely, typical Starbucks interior, light ,airy and clean with plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling shopping streets around this Starbucks. We track and traced and sanitised our hands and we were allocated a table, we ordered a flat white coffee each, served steaming hot, we just kicked back, chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. From the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve in this Starbucks outlet, just a lovely coffee in a fine Starbucks, totally refreshing. We both really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to this particular Starbucks outlet we had a very positive experience. This Starbucks is easy to locate along Victoria Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Friday, 8am till 6pm. Saturday, 8.30am till 6pm. Sunday, 8.30am till 5pm. A great Starbucks outlet, if your in the area most definitely well worth checking out.

Very quiet Monday afternoon however the place was filthy. 5 of the tables were covered in left over food. No customers were in at all so no excuses to not clean tables and seating.

Visited yesterday for a Pumpkin Spiced Latte and a Pecan Latte both of which were really nice. The staff were friendly and well mannered.The surroundings however are totally unacceptable. The chairs are absolutely black with dirt on the arms and the rest of them just look worn and dirty. The floor was dirty too with stuff stuck to it and in the corners.I cannot actually get over how awful it is inside. Needs closed for a few days and deep cleaned.

This place is such an eye sore. My daughter wanted to treat us to a Starbucks and I was instantly put off when we walked in on how dirty the place was. Litter on the floors, dirty tables and chairs that seem to have never been wiped !!! This place is so overrated, tatty walls and fixtures, so glad I convinced her to next time visit one of the other coffee chains that is by far much cleaner. Such a shambles.

Been to this store in Blackpool to day with my sister. The staff where freindly and the place was clean when we visited. My sister got a cold drink and I got a filter coffee. We took one of our own cups in the staff fought that my sister was buying it when she told the person at the till she wasn't and the staff at the till asked the other member of staff if it was a tall and it was the staff at the till forget to take the 25p for our ow cup that is what has lost that extra star then it would be given a five star rating My experience off this store is that it is good store and it was clean what it also could of done with food fridge to be filled up since there was little choice on the food fridge so that is lost a star that would be given as five star rating

Was shopping in Blackpool and walked past Starbucks with a sign outside. It said that they was a limited addition cloudy apple frappicino. I thought I'd try it. It was really nice topped with cream. The staff was lovely and friendly quick service and clean. Would recommend. Bit expensive but worth it.

It was OK It was clean and the service was OK however the drinks are just too overpriced and the caramel in the latte was too sweet it ruined the drink.

Love this place. Staff are always so polite and friendly which is more than can be said for a lot of places in town.Coffee is always lovely and service is always fast. The place is always clean as well despite the high volume of customers these guys get.

Walked in and it was like a scene from shameless and im talking about the female staff member! The way she was talking to another member of staff was shocking just so common and i wouldnt expect that from a burger bar on the front! The senior manager really should be vetting the applicants the staff member V was awful! The manager needs to get a grip on the staff. Shant be going there again. No wonder Blackpool has such a bad reputation.

Another typical American style coffee shop, served quickly to slightly overpriced drink. Just like every other Starbucks in England

This is probably the worst Starbucks that I have ever been in. We went in on a midweek around 4.00pm. There was only one other couple inside but nearly all the empty tables were full of empty cups and plates and even the empty tables were dirty. As we had already purchased our drinks we chose the least dirty table and wiped it down ourselves. All the time we were in there no one else entered so the staff just talked amongst themselves and made no attempt to clear the tables and wipe them down. The next time that we were looking for somewhere to have a coffee we went inside the shopping centre to Debenhams, here the tables were clean and staff keen to serve you.

Visited yesterday as a break from Christmas shopping. Despite there being plenty of staff behind the counter and it not being busy, tables were still left dirty with no one showing much interest on coming and cleaning them. In fact the whole place looked shabby and in need of a good clean. One toilet downstairs which was also used as a disabled toilet and baby changing facility. This was filthy and it was evident that it hadn't been checked by staff in a long while. Toilet paper all over floor, floor wet through, no soap in dispenser , no proper lock on the door and a distinctive smell of urine. For the price Starbucks charge for drinks I am really surprised that management have allowed standards to drop like this. Will not be visiting again.

I pop in here up to 4-5 times a week for a cheap filter coffee. Queues are often long and tables are often left uncleared for far too long. The comfy chairs could do with a good clean, too

I always visit the Starbucks here and as usual the service is always slow and was waiting about 5 mins for my latte after it was ordered at the till. I like a Starbucks so it's always worth the wait and most people are wanting them to take out as I've noticed over the years you are not waiting as long for a ground floor seat. I will be back again and hopefully the service might of got a bit quicker by then lol

Called for warm drinks after swimming. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate. All very nice. Only thing missing from the hot chocolate was some marshmallows but you can't have it all.

As a massive starbucks drinker, i visited this store once while i was in Blackpool but following my experience never again! The lady member of staff could tell i was not local by the way i spoke so she treated me badly and was so rude to me because i dared to explain how i like my drink! I would like to note that she was perfectly fine with the customer before me as he was a regular customer as she had a lovely chat with him. Coffee was not made how i wanted it, so i handed it back to the gentleman barista to be given a dirty look by the lady cashier, if i hadn't already have paid for the drink i would of left, but i was nice to the man, explaining how i liked my drink and he proceeded to make the second one, its not difficult, 6 shots of original origin coffee with all foam (dry cappuccino), Oh yeah and to question a customer on how many shots they have is unacceptable, i am a gold member and i am entitled to as many shots as i want! This would never happen to me at my regular store down south, so why up north is it acceptable? Second one still wasn't right but i couldn't wait to get out of there as the staff were so unfriendly and welcoming. While waiting for the drink, i did notice this place was so dirty and really could do with a deep clean, i was actually surprised Starbucks have not stepped in to sort this as surely Health and Safety of customers is paramount?

Whilst the staff were pleasant enough - this place needs a deep clean from top to bottom. Having requested a high chair I gave up trying to wipe it down after using 4 Milton wipes - floors filthy as well - very disappointing

It seems like it's a gag nowadays in social media so it looks like most will write it deliberately wrong, but this looks like the customer service how it was intended in the first place. Request: Please make Blackpool Starbucks espresso cups (with the Tower and Wintergardens) - I want them at home!

Dropped into Starbucks by chance, due to using the shopping mall as a short cut , whipped in for a quick coffee, the white mocca is absolutely gorgoues, whipped cream on top, so not good for the diet lol, if I did have to give any downside to my visit is the waiting, I ordered my drink and noticed there were 7 other people standing beside me and initially wondered why, sadly they were all like me and waiting for there drinks to be made, took almost 15mins to get the drink, thankfully the drink was superb, the staff were polite , would I go there again, yes.

Worst service ever. I was refused a filter coffee refill as none was made. I made a complaint to Starbucks for the first time ever. We spent £26 so to be refused a refill was not acceptable. Will be walking a bit further and going to costa next time

Well its a national chain with national prices , its small and expensive slow service , cheaper to go to macdonald for a £1-29 coffee just the same

staff are always lovely and helpful, Carl especially. always willing to help me out with allergies and such and if I am in my wheelchair they bring mine and my partners food over and hold doors, a lovely team <3

Same consistent product as other Starbucks. Very nice staff. A couple of outside tables frequented by smokers, which was a shame as it was a hot day.

Same as any other Starbucks, at least this one is in the center of Blackpool, as was a good place to wait for everyone else while they did their own thing

It was bank holiday weekend. Most places are prepared to be busy and are very happy to be very busy. No not Starbucks at Blackpool. The staff were being trained...on a bank holiday weekend..... the manager, Karl,who had very little time to do the training, was rude and arrogant to customers. He was trying to do all the jobs with no patience and in a very loud complaining manner. He was shouting down the phone how 'rammed' he was and no time to talk but promptly went into the kitchen to talk in a very loud voice. Not an enjoyable coffee experience and I would never recommend anyone to visit.

Visited bank holiday weekend and spent a lot for family of 4. Upstairs was quiet but chairs were worn and dirty on arms, so much so they were shiny. There were uncleared tables with spilt drinks and the carpet was so grubby my son asked why it looked like there was mould growing on it. The upstairs windows were filthy and grubby. I always loved Starbucks, but unfortunately today's visit put me off.

I am not prone to writing bad reviews and I have been to this Starbucks before and it was good. I think it really depends on the staff team on the day (Wednesday afternoon, 3pm April 1st). There were friendly but didn't seem very organised. The drinks didn't come out at the end of the counter in the order they were purchased, which is annoying when you have one, then have to wait for 2 mins for another while the first is going cold. I ordered fruit toast which was handed to me 'burned' and the guy clearly noticed as I have watched him hesitate as he took it off the 'grill'. I do like burnt toast- but that is not the point. The tables were not cleared very swiftly, and the place was busy but not heaving. I think they need to step it up a bit here as there are plenty of other places to go that are far less expensive.

The staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to help you and have a natter (whenever there's a quiet period). Coffee is always brewed well and to the persons liking.

Visited this Starbucks in Oct 2014, I only saw three members of staff working, there was a long wait for the till, and a long wait to receive the drinks. I am a big and loyal Starbucks customer, but the member of staff on the till did not take my name. I thought this was a standard as it happens everywhere else? There was no toilet roll at all (attached photo), when I asked a member of staff for some, and waited about 5 minutes and he still hadn't brought any out. It looks like its been out for a while as there was napkins on the toilet roll holder. Very bad customer service, if you are visiting Blackpool I would stay away from Starbucks and go Costa. I know I wont be going back.

After regularly visiting Starbucks cafes in different parts of the country and been impressed with standards and service, was totally unimpressed with the Starbucks at Blackpool. Granted it was very busy in Blackpool that day and you were struggling to find anywhere to sit down for coffee but that was no excuse for the manky carpet, seats upstairs ( window seating area )) and dirty, uncleared tables. Fair enough uncleared tables to be expected as it was exceptionally busy but dirty seating and carpets that needed a good clean no excuse! Service as usual was fine but dirty chairs and sticky carpets no thanks!

Our First Time to a Starbucks not sure if we would go again waited ages to be served waited longer our drinks then order was totally wrong our drinks had been 'collected' by someone else ? Did apologise and up graded our drinks to GRAND size

We often pop in for a Caramel Macciato. The staff are very nice and welcoming. We like to sit upstairs but sometimes its not open for some reason. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is I find the air conditioning way too cold (all year round) with that icy blast overhead the coffee experience isn't as pleasant as it should be.

Reasonable seating area, outside seems to be mainly for smokers which is a shame. Lovely friendly staff, how are very helpful.

The service was so slow it was embarrassing as the two barristers were busy chatting and laughing about their private lives to actually serve the customers that were waiting in the line. I had a decaf coffee frappachino which was watery and almost tasteless and hubby had a latte which wasn't very hot. All in all not what I would expect from Starbucks

Came here for a coffee and cake with my friends yesterday. It was very busy and took a little while to be served. Staff were friendly and even offered me a loyalty card. Took a while for the coffee to come and was a huge queue. Would definitely come back again but best to avoid peak times!

It's always busy which I take as a good sign but always manage to get a seat downstairs which is good as I always have a pram when I visit.
