Sprinkles Desserts - Bickerstaffe Square in Blackpool

Visited last night briefly as we didn't have time to have deserts at previous restaurant. Excellent quick service and beautiful deserts! The kids loved them and can't wait to come back!

Absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers swearing calling us a liar name calling told us to get a grip there customer service is awful that includes the manager and from other staff who answered the phone took them over 2 hours just to make the order then they cancelled it just because I asked where the food was will never be going there again

Was late and went to wrong place even though post code was on order details there was a hair in the waffle that must of been in the mix as I pulled it out of the dough was cold and poor quality for a very popular dessert place

My family and I attended and my goodness were we fulfilled, ice creams were delightful and in particular the strawberry waffle was stupendous. Would highly recommend.

I ordered my deserts at 8:50pm and live about 10 minutes away. I've had to wait 2 hours for them which is disgusting. I only got told 2 hours once I'd placed the order. Needs updating on the website.

£10 pick n mix box is full of the worst sweets Ordered a few times now n tend to get order wrong as in wrong drinks , wrong flavours however delivery time is quick and staff friendly They tend to add things which are not in the description too,

Ordered Sprinkles 3 times online now by using Blackpool Eats! Every time it has been delivered early and always hot and none of the ice cream melted. We’ve eaten the kinder bueno, smarties, milk chocolate and fudge brownie cookie dough as well as an Oreo milkshake and bubblegum ice cream. Would really recommend! We’ve only had cookie dough, milkshakes and ice cream so can’t say for anything else but sure it’s great!

Ordered through Blackpool eats at 10.15, rang them after an hour and a half, we got told it would be the next order out, after nearly 3 hours and 18 missed calls, it finally turned up, waffles and pancakes totally cold and stale, horrible. Ice creams and milkshakes boy very cold and crappy, what was old was like Ice. Horrible experience and would not recommend anyone to go here.

Ordered 3 times from here now and had a lotus cheesecake each time absolutely perfect everytime. Had a few different cookie doughs, all been lovely, tasty, gooey and hot. The cherry bakewell milkshake was the best I've ever had really strong flavour (I find a lot of milkshakes are usually just taste of vanilla ice cream). The cakes are nice too. Overall I'd say 8/10. A little pricey on some items, but then a lot cheeper on others. Like 6 quid milkshake 4 quid cheesecake. But it's brought to your door so it's worth it if you're craving something sweet! Good customer service too!

i came in a few days ago to the cherry tree road shop with my young visibly autistic daughter and her older brother. a young girl who worked there with dark hair and glasses took the time to stand with my daughter and help her decide which flavour icecream she wanted. she stood and was patient with her for 20 minutes and was polite to me too. she later put on a mask to hand my daughter her icecream and had the name grace written in gold pen. we will be returning very soon and i wanted to thank that young girl for the patience and time she took out of her busy shift to help my daughter and put a smile on her face. ❤️

Left waiting for ages for a simple order, staff all look like they have lost the will to live, I won’t be returning and I can see the place closed down pretty soon

Omg. Pudding delight. I had bananoffe waffle. Yum is all I can say and my husband very Cherry Sunday again yum was all he said

I was looking forward to this but was put off when the lady behind the counter ate part of the ingredients to the waffle she was making. Completely pointless with her wearing gloves. Not to mention unhygienic at the best of times without the fact that covid is still around. Will not be returning.
