Subway Winter Gardens in Blackpool

We were visiting an event at the winter Gardens for sight village on Tuesday Liam our sandwich artist was amazing with my visually impaired colleague , he took the time to explain the different breads and filling nothing was too much trouble amazing customer service for myself and my other colleague. Thank you Liam 😊

The dirtiest place I have eaten. The place is filthy, the tables are dirty, the people working there are dirty, the toilets are dirty. I have seen cleaner floors than the food preparation areas here. Subway need to audit this place as it is seriously horrible. The 2 guys working looked like they needed someone with them to train them and show them what to do. They couldn't cope with having 3 customers in at once and they definitely hadn't cleaned up. The glass in the food preparation area was all greasy and had marks on it. It is seriously grim here.

Don't waste your time in here. They don't seem to have most of the ingredients you ask for

We went and the service was extremely poor the girl at the counter wasn't very helpful didn't other husband salad . Told her I was allergic to mango so I could not have the drink and then offered me another which had mango in it . Glad I read it first. The other worker just ignored the customers waiting and he stayed on his phone and didn't help then just stood there it was dirty and didn't have much that you ask for and this was lunch time awful experience and over charged us

First rate customer service from a lovely young woman called Kasey. Very polite and attentive and a credit to Subway. Good food at a good price too.

Bro was wearing an earphone whilst serving, threw the sandwich together and couldn't care less bout it, seemed moody af and wouldn't give me pickles cause the sandwich didn't include them 😐. Another time I waited 25 minutes to order, the line has 3 customers in front of me. Incompetent or moody staff.

Went into the subway at winter Gardens for my usual sub but I felt like the service is better than my last experiences I've had there, there's a new lady that works there named Victoria, she catered to my needs with a smile and genuinely seemed to care weather I was happy with my order or not. This makes me want to return. Thanks again Victoria.

Well wat can I say?? I visited this Subway as I heard it was nice service etc.. Honestly I'm disappointed in the staff and the food was Rank, I got 2 Steak & cheese sandwiches I was asked which sauce n Toppings on id like: with all the salad stuff after a moment of thinking 🤔 as I thought the lettuce looked brown, sweetcorn, onions looked dried up and Cucumber aswell nothing else in that counter look eatable well maybe only thing looked decent was Tomoatoes!! So I got that on my sandwich. Then I got home n started to eat it and it was disgusting!! It's rank tasted like it gone off So i throw it in Bin im really angry as i wasted £5 -£7 sumat on Italian hearty sandwiches 😐🤮😡 then young lad didn't even ask if its meal or not etc?? As he priced it on his till before I could even decide Well So glad I didn't , All I can say is.... SUBWAY you need to update ur staff on changing there salad stuff 😐 everything looked Dried up... and GIVE the customers a choice of meal or not?? And to TALK clearly to the customers.. *I'm not going back to subway again *😒 - MY RANT OVER -

Very disappointing visit. Gluten free bread not available, despite it being listed as an option on their allergan list. Salad box option taken. Food tasteless and staff very unhelpful and abrupt. Despite my having asked for gluten free bread at the beginning of the encounter he then tried to upsell me cookies and donuts. I won't be back.

staff are very rude, disregarding my order to talk to fellow employee. hate to say this bud flies were on the food and in the salad boxes. i went on straight after i finished work (5:45pm) no one ( customers ) was in there and it took about 15 mins to receive two sandwiches very disappointed to say the least

Useless, no gluten free rolls, no wraps, no milk for coffees, no forks to eat salad. Potato wedges undercooked. Staff no help.

I just want to thank the staff who found and kept hold of my daughters phone which she had left in the toilets yesterday. Thank you for contacting me to say you had it. Should be proud of how honest your staff are.

Ordered two small meal deals for delivery on Uber Eats. After waiting 30 minutes past the latest delivery time, the Uber eats driver rang me to tell me Subway had no chicken. He then put on the member of staff and I told her everything the same, just replace the chicken with ham. What we received was horrendous. My worst experience with Subway EVER! So basically all the instructions regarding cheese, salad and sauce, totally ignored. What we got was a poorly thrown together, dry, bare excuses for a sandwich. Just to add insult to injury, the totally wrong crisps. £27 down for the privilege too. Cheers Subway

Really disappointing visit. The server seemed completely void of ideas, intellect and food hygiene. Used the same utensils between meat and vegetables. Won't be returning any time soon 😬

Absolutely appalling, this branch desperately needs looking at, clueless staff desperately need training. it was my servers first day and had no idea what he was doing, the girl who he looked to for help wasn't much better, two fish out of water, i asked for a teriaki steak sub and ended up with steak, cheese and bbq sauce 🤔, my coeliac partner wasn't confident enough to eat her "gluten free" bread sandwich for fear of the staff having made a mistake with the bread, genuinely awkward and shocking experience from a large food chain, unacceptable.

We walked in, there was one customer being served. We where asked if we minded waiting till they completed that order. We said sure but then where told "it's going to take a really long time (one footlong) so you should go down the road to another shop" and basically refused to serve us. I worked for subway for 6 years and I can't believe the level this franchise has been allowed to slip. Previously we where told at the same store that the staff member stood behind the counter on their was on their break so we could not be served. Appaling staff, appalling training, appaling store.

I ordered a footlong chicken tikka and cheese with doritos a cookie and a tango orange, this is what i got.... a sandwhich with no filling.... like 4 pieces of chicken tikka in the sandwhich, no cookie, wrong crisps and drink when i called back to tell them they told me to ask just eat for a refund... how is it just eats fault they have my order wrong and no filling in the sandwich? £16 for that

Shocking .. half our order wasn't in the bag .. The hot products was stone cold .. Not toasted as asked .. And looked like it has been throw together!

Entered the store & there was a male in non subway unform stood behind the counter, he disappeared into the back. When I approached the counter I noticed a female in the back. It took her several minutes to come to the counter, she did not make any attempt ti acknowledge me or apologise for the delay with being served. She stayed at me so i presumed she was ready to take my order,I said hello & proceeded to place my order as I was doing so the male not wearing any uniform vacated from the back & the female shouted where are you going? To him replying greggs! She loudly huffed then asked for my order again which I told her! She made my sandwich up, with very little communication, she did not ask what salad or sauce I wanted I had to tell her. the only positive was her saying " thanks have a nice day " overall the experience was very poor

A busy Friday night, lights switch on and poor Craig the most composed sandwich artist busting a gut. He coped like a trooper where in my usual 3 staff would deal with the orders

Absolutely disgusting. Didn’t have half of the salad stocked, no bacon, no choice of drinks. My bread was broken up and had the bottom ripped off. The tables were filthy 🤢 worst subway experience I’ve ever had

Absolute joke for service. Long wait, staff obviously inexperienced and nervous. Manager/supervisor seemed more I tested in talking in the back and not working, spent her time not helping the lad on front whilst customers waited. No attempt by staff to clean tables Won't come here again

Scot the 'Manager' was so rude and treats his staff like something he's just stepped in. Truly appalling and won't visit again.

I wouldn’t go back there even if the food was free. VERY rude assistant who said he was the manager when I complained. Arrogant and very unhelpful. I will never go back

Attended a dance competition at winter gardens over the weekend. Went to subway for lunch. The queue was all the way outside. It took 50 minutes to get my order, there was one guy on his own serving all these customers, huge queue & some were ordering 5 sandwiches per person in the queue. I felt so sorry for the guy serving, he was trying his best to serve everyone & give them what they needed, he didn't have the time to fill up some of the meats which meant somethings were unavailable. But he worked so hard, all day and stayed calm throughout my time in the shop - I don't know if he could of had his break as it was busy every time I walked past. So this a good review to the member of staff working that day - well done, you did amazing, still managed to smile & stay calm in a very stressful situation. But a poor review to sub way managers/head office/overall as they shouldn't allow one member of staff to be working on his own especially in a town centre shop when there's major events on next door. This needs addressing for future. Date I went into the shop 23/10/2021

I waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches, the choice of sauces was over, and the drinks were also gone, there was only soda water, bad service, poor food, bought a sandwich with fillet meat, but I look like baby food , the cream you choose in your mouth

Got a sub on New Years eve and only one member of staff was working. The gentleman was fast, efficient and polite, showing what can be achieved by a dedicated member of staff. More importantly the food was good!

Wie Subway sein sollte. Moderate Preise und frisch zubereitetes Baguette. Wir waren mehrfach dort und jedesmal war das Personal gleich flink und freundlich.

Ordered subway. Got overcharged by the person on the till. I paid for someone else toasted ham cheese foot long subway. Poor customer service when I asked for a refund. I got a very direct inconsiderate reply back. No till service with a smile. To be fair the other person who prepared the veggie sandwich was brilliant. Unfortunately I will not be rushing back there again after the bad customer service experience.

Good selection of fresh sandwich fillings. Yiu pick your own & they are presented in fresh baguettes with an assortment of relishes. Meal deal offers available. Premises are clean & inviting, service very good as is the preperation & presentation.

Really small store, and heard several reports from other customers that certain ingredients were unavailable, but it was a Saturday afternoon and Blackpool fc were playing home so town was very busy. Service was a bit slow, but staff were nice.

Shop was dirty and even though there was no customers the assistant went out back and did no clean.

Had a promotion with my Subway app. This venue was just closing late in the afternoon.I just wanted a coffee with my app since was being offered free as a promotion.The did advise me they were closing and drinks only were available which is what I wanted.I got what I wanted. The 2 staff members were warm friendly and chatty. And tho was a simple order was a nice experience.All good overall.

Morning coffee shop, occasionally lunch, quite a small store however so never have the option to dine in without feeling as if you're dining with every person ordering.

Was in Blackpool for a week for a music festival and ate at Subway many times. It's inexpensive but the closest thing I could come to healthy food in a place where it seems everything is deep fried.

Just been in to buy 2 sandwhiches for lunch and cookies came home to enjoy only to find I had been given only one sandwich which wasn't even one of the ones I ordered , tried to find a phone number to call them not one available, so just cost me £7 for 6 cookies absolutely fuming 😠😠

£2.00 for a sausage and cheese sub with a milky coffee. Best budget in town for a quality nutritious breakfast.

Visited here as a family of four and the staff were friendly and helpful.It has seating on 2 floors and the £3 lunch was fresh and tasty.If you are gluten free then they also sell salad bowls which are large and you get a choice of salad and meat for £3 also.

My son and I went for lunch the staff did not smile, just plopped the fillings on the sub, no cookies available and limited choice of drinks

take my grandchildren here every time we are in town they love it the food is good and service quick. When we go they like the fact they can pick exactly what they want on their roll prices not bad either

Go here a lot for lunch as I work in town. Staff always look so depressed. Never had a smile or a warm welcome off any of them. Food's always fine but I'm going to go to the Abingdon BBQ more often as it's much cheaper and more cheerful.

Love this place, they make what you ask for and how you want it made all fresh what more can i say, wonderful staff and very attentive to detail. nothing is to much trouble

Siempre tengo uno o dos vegetarianos delicia subs durante la semana, y normalmente me vaya entre las tres metros en blackpool, ya que tengo un local. Sin embargo, fui ayer a éste y el nuevo hombre detrás del mostrador tenía muy pobre servicio al cliente! Estaba más interesado en estar en la parte de atrás de su teléfono! Aunque entiendo que fue muerto... hola cómo puedo ayudar hubiera sido agradable! O incluso una sonrisa! Y mi sub fue la peor que he tenido! Improvisado y wen me abrieron me pareció una gota de salsa! Nunca he tenido un problema con el metro y siempre encontramos el personal muy agradable y amable! No este! Él no le importa y no interesados. Y la gota que derramó el oído él mutter... justo eso es uno hecho ya que chocaron mi sub!

Visitamos con la familia antes de un espectáculo en jardines de invierno y acabaron la mayoría de los tipos de pan y todo para poner en la ensalada bocadillo de metro. Bastante pobre teniendo en cuenta junto a un concurrido lugar que saben tiene eventos y debe garantizar suficiente stock es comprado o preparado. No es realmente ciencia, otro pobre rocket decepción para Blackpool.

Idéalement situé juste à côté du Winter Garden, il est possible de se restaurer rapidement lors des conventions. l'endroit est très petit, juste 2 tables, mais le service est particulièrement rapide et efficace aux heures de pointe. Les sandwiches sont bons et servis avec le sourire !

often go here with my granddaughter as she just loves it must admit their blt's are the best my grandson loved collecting the outside in bags and his mum has pinned them to his bedroom wall for all his little toys make good storage for all the little things kids love to have and he also loves the food

I have visited many subways but this is the best. I attended a dance comp next door, so the amount of coming and going in subway was high. The customer service was 100% and I was amazed at the cleanliness kept throughout a busy time. People were in and out two full days and them toilets were kept to a very high cleanliness standard.

Always enjoy a subway, staff great and helpful, if this one is full there is another just outside the North Station and also on the street where the buses wait

What a fantastic Theatre, went to watch Cats The Musical, the show was totally amazing, the whole cast were superb, the scenery etc over whelmed us. Would recommend a theatre night out here , West end brought to Blackpool

Service was friendly and quick. Sandwich was hot with plenty to choose from and tasted lovely. The one of the quieter subways in town.

Popped in as we needed to feed our hunger, had a gorgeous flatbread sarnie, very yummy. Just enough to quell hunger pangs
