Subway Winter Gardens in Blackpool

Impressively the worst Subway I’ve been to customer service wise. Poor guy running around doing everything himself including serving and checkout while other staff members stood there like lost puppies not even acknowledging that we were there. Incredibly unprofessional I would quit on the spot if I had to deal with that atmosphere

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just had to share what an amazing experience I had today. The server, Chloe, couldn’t have been any better. Absolutely amazing, so lovely, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. She made the whole visit a pleasure. The food was also a really good standard, fresh and exactly what you’d hope for. It’s not often you get service this good, and it really made a difference. Thank you, Chloe, for making it such a great visit!

Wrong opening hours. It was still closed at 9 a.m.

It shouldn't take 15 minutes to serve the 3 people ahead of me in the queue.

I would recommend this subway because it is very clean, friendly staff. The food is nice.

This store is brilliant. I ordered two platters and some cookies for pick up. The staff are helpful and really friendly. The sandwiches are fantastic, would highly recommend if you are having a get together and want fresh platters or even just to pop in for lunch.

Ordered meatballs and got loads of cookies. We don’t eat cookies. If you couldn’t deliver the meatballs then ring the customer and explain.

Ordered a ham footlong meal deal with bacon as an extra but when it arrived there was no ham on the footlong just bacon. Wasn’t helpful regarding the situation and probably won’t order from them again.

Went there, ordered online first, the poor guy on the counter said he has only been at the branch for an hour. Didn’t know how to check online on the tills. Started making the subway, couldn’t find the patty, then when the subs were ready, couldn’t operate the till. Got them all for free , the cookies I bought were stale, straight to the bin. What a joke of a place. I should be compensated for wasting 45 minutes of my life!!

To be fair it was during Storm Darragh so a little lateness to be expected

food cold wring bread no bacon or cheese on big breakwich but way too much ketchup got fanta lemon instead of orange. tried to ring them but answer

Sandwiches were cold, drink was wrong, got Fanta instead of oasis and got hash browns instead of criss cuts

Terrible Service, Messy, No background music..he rolled his eyes when i walked in. Ran out of lettuce and ham apparently! Not happy with the service..wont be back

Very disappointed. Very dirty. Extremely slow. Customers leaving due to lack of service. No basic foods (including lettuce, peppers, tuna, milk for coffees, napkins.) would not recommend using this outlet.

Sad to say I got food poisoning here on Sunday, had a chicken teriyaki in the afternoon, by the evening I was on the toilet permanently, also threw up. Unable to eat for 3 days.

Never again. Having ordered from this branch on a number of occasions, I was craving a salad, sub and a side so placed my order. What was delivered appeared as if it had already been chewed and spat out to save me the effort.

Was looking forward to subway staff not very helpful couldn't be bothered made drinks door was open as was hot! Got food next thing a pigeon came walking in well that but me off food all over floor dirty place near again

I usually enjoy a subway, but this branch was dirty, walked into a poorly presented shop and I was served, after what felt like ages for them to appear by some unclean boy.

Everything was very simple and easy to do. I ordered by app and the order was completed extremely quickly and picked up ready for me with no fuss. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Trabajando en un evento ocupado en los jardines de invierno, esta tienda de metro se agotó todo dos veces. Me gustaría felicitar a Subway por encontrar a un empleado llamado ‘Liam’ que era excepcional bajo las presiones ocupadas, su servicio al cliente en todo y en escenarios que imagino que normalmente no lo presentarían en el trabajo diario ese fin de semana no falló. Fue más allá para cada cliente mientras yo visitaba ese fin de semana. Tomó el control de la situación y realmente merece esta revisión. Creo que el crédito debe darse cuando sea debido, me pondría en contacto directamente con el metro también, pero necesitan el número de restaurante en la parte inferior del recibo que no he guardado. Si alguien tiene esto, por favor póngase en contacto. Bien hecho Liam, si alguna vez te quedas sin trabajo ven a buscarme!

sandwich came freezing cold and very poorly wrapped. wrong cookie delivered and wrong crisps delivered. what did I do to deserve ready salted crisps.

Was extremely busy with event being held at the winter gardens next door. Liam was on his own but was cool, calm and collected whilst serving everyone. Was starting to run out of items so Liam warned people in the queue and gave directions to another subway to save disappointment. Liam is a credit to the business

sent cookies instead of the churro. the steak sub was not edible. the bread was slimy and in places completely dissolved by some unknown liquid. the only dry parts of the bread were stale. the margarita slice only was half covered, the rest just bread. honestly the worst looking food I've ever received and just eat only offering two 3rds of the money back on a meal I can not eat. like I've told just eat, I'm taking this further in regards to the quality of the food. avoid at all cost.

My first visit last Friday was excellent, i have become regular for the next few days of my long weekend trip, Its opposite the Blackpool Church, & next to Winter Gardens, I was served usually by female staff, in a very busy shop, i preferred to wait outside a while, i dont like to queue in busy places, but i was served with excellent patience & manners.

We were visiting an event at the winter Gardens for sight village on Tuesday Liam our sandwich artist was amazing with my visually impaired colleague , he took the time to explain the different breads and filling nothing was too much trouble amazing customer service for myself and my other colleague. very poor not toasted properly you ask for things on your order and not followed bread dry ask for sauce you mite as well take up spot the ball and win something. order from layton subway never had a mistake from their at all what a shame.

Food wasn’t put in a bag and items were missing. Either the store forgot or my driver stole it. There’s a reason you put the food in a bag!

Not a pleasant experience , please go to the one on market street , much better service

The dirtiest place I have eaten. The place is filthy, the tables are dirty, the people working there are dirty, the toilets are dirty. I have seen cleaner floors than the food preparation areas here. Subway need to audit this place as it is seriously horrible. The 2 guys working looked like they needed someone with them to train them and show them what to do. They couldn't cope with having 3 customers in at once and they definitely hadn't cleaned up. The glass in the food preparation area was all greasy and had marks on it. It is seriously grim here.

Don't waste your time in here. They don't seem to have most of the ingredients you ask for

We went and the service was extremely poor the girl at the counter wasn't very helpful didn't other husband salad . Told her I was allergic to mango so I could not have the drink and then offered me another which had mango in it . Glad I read it first. The other worker just ignored the customers waiting and he stayed on his phone and didn't help then just stood there it was dirty and didn't have much that you ask for and this was lunch time awful experience and over charged us

No cheese or extra meat on the salad!

Sent barely cooked wedges instead of hashbrowns, no contact from restaurant to see if the substitute would be ok. Now got 3 boxes of inedible, barely cooked wedges.

Would of been ok if they had put double meat on as i had payed for it but there loss wont be using that subway any time soon

One of the sandwiches had no sauce and the other had been over cooked as it was hard on both ends, absolutely disgusting when your spending £33 on two sandwich meals.

Food looked like it got battered more then then do at you’re local fish shop missing items you would expect them to handle and deliver with the prices you pay for the food

Bro was wearing an earphone whilst serving, threw the sandwich together and couldn't care less bout it, seemed moody af and wouldn't give me pickles cause the sandwich didn't include them 😐. Another time I waited 25 minutes to order, the line has 3 customers in front of me. Incompetent or moody staff.

Went into the subway at winter Gardens for my usual sub but I felt like the service is better than my last experiences I've had there, there's a new lady that works there named Victoria, she catered to my needs with a smile and genuinely seemed to care weather I was happy with my order or not. This makes me want to return. Thanks again Victoria.

Well wat can I say?? I visited this Subway as I heard it was nice service etc.. Honestly I'm disappointed in the staff and the food was Rank, I got 2 Steak & cheese sandwiches I was asked which sauce n Toppings on id like: with all the salad stuff after a moment of thinking 🤔 as I thought the lettuce looked brown, sweetcorn, onions looked dried up and Cucumber aswell nothing else in that counter look eatable well maybe only thing looked decent was Tomoatoes!! So I got that on my sandwich. Then I got home n started to eat it and it was disgusting!! It's rank tasted like it gone off So i throw it in Bin im really angry as i wasted £5 -£7 sumat on Italian hearty sandwiches 😐🤮😡 then young lad didn't even ask if its meal or not etc?? As he priced it on his till before I could even decide Well So glad I didn't , All I can say is.... SUBWAY you need to update ur staff on changing there salad stuff 😐 everything looked Dried up... and GIVE the customers a choice of meal or not?? And to TALK clearly to the customers.. *I'm not going back to subway again *😒 - MY RANT OVER -

Very disappointing visit. Gluten free bread not available, despite it being listed as an option on their allergan list. Salad box option taken. Food tasteless and staff very unhelpful and abrupt. Despite my having asked for gluten free bread at the beginning of the encounter he then tried to upsell me cookies and donuts. I won't be back.

Ordered crinkle wedges and didn’t come, also asked for a toasted Italian herb and cheese and yet, can’t get that right either

Left out a cookie I ordered, and gave me chilli sauce instead of sweet onion. Made it spicy for me, and I couldn't it but just eat won't give me a refund. Was late and cold, and the bread was stale.

staff are very rude, disregarding my order to talk to fellow employee. hate to say this bud flies were on the food and in the salad boxes. i went on straight after i finished work (5:45pm) no one ( customers ) was in there and it took about 15 mins to receive two sandwiches very disappointed to say the least

food quality and delivery excellent however ordered from there twice now both times ordered footlong subs and both times sent a 6 inch even when I placed the order I rang and said please make sure this time they are footlong subs and still can't get it right
