Subway Central Drive in Blackpool

Pedí comidas a través de Uber para el almuerzo mío y el de mi hijo, pero la tienda es el problema, así que dejo una reseña aquí también. Gasté 27 libras en un submarino de 6 pulgadas y un pie de largo. Papas fritas de gofre, una botella de naranja fresca y un oasis. Recibí 2 submarinos de 6 pulgadas, una botella de coca y una botella de Powerade. No se necesita un científico de cohetes para saber que esa orden estaba mal. Entiendo que puede estar ocupado y pueden estar estresados, pero quién pone eso en la bolsa mientras revisa el recibo y piensa “sí, eso es bueno”. También entiendo que podría haber recibido el pedido de otra persona, pero cuando la tienda no contesta el teléfono es bastante difícil resolverlo. Absolutamente inútil. Incluso los rellenos de los submarinos estaban mal. No se necesita mucha capacidad cerebral para hacer un sándwich, sin embargo, aquí estamos. No, no pude llegar, por eso lo pedí.

The shop was empty when we arrived ordered our sandwiches 1 was just left on the side to go cold while he made our other 2 then he went to put wrong stuff on our now cold sandwich. The guy (scruffy hair and glasses) looked like he didn't even want to be there, he was coughing and spluttering everywhere. There was a clear atmosphere between staff as there was no communication between them. There wasn't any cookies, ice 4 drinks. Tables could of done with a clean. The I think manager did a interview on the shop floor only a table way from us And we could hear everything. Customer experience very poor

Wouldn’t bother ordering from here. Paid £35 for two footlong meals, asked for both cheese & toasted then received no cheese and soggy bread for both sandwiches. We ordered raspberry cheesecake cookies but were sent rainbow. Asked for ready salted walkers and received two bags of walkers oven baked cheese & onion.

subway is rubbish and overpriced now, after over 10 years of being able to create exactly what you want, now we "get what we're given" for a price hike, not going again not even if scooby doo himself serving

If I could put 0 I would! So I generally don't go Subway but I did yesterday I wanted something different. I got a chicken breast, cheese and cucumber sandwich in Italian bread. Within a few hours I was incredibly sick, with excessive sweat (dripping) temperature reached very high I really wasn't well at all so it was confirmed I had and still have food poisoning! So if anybody is recommending going Here DON'T SAVE YA MONEY ITS THE WORST!!!!

Good delivery time but terrible food. The meat was smoked (nowhere did it say this) The chicken wrap was awful and we binned it. We didn't even get the wedges we ordered.

Fast food workers are stereotyped quite a bit. It doesn't help when they live up to that stereotype. Absolute morons cannot read simple orders let alone order notes

Both sandwiches were stone cold. The Philly steak was minus cheese it was supposed to be toasted but bottom of the bread was so wet and soggy I had to throw it away. The other sandwich I told them to take off the tomatoes yet it was full of them . I called up to complain could barely hear the man and was offered a free one sandwich not both if I went in in the next 3 hours which was pointless as I’d ordered delivery and didn’t want another so soon. Sorted out I got a week to get it but only 1

Service was good , food OK. . Only complaint was tables and floor needing cleaning, also door constantly opening and bell ringing( it was windy, but not the best to sit in. ) 😕

Service was real good and the guys was really nice but the sandwiches had barley any filling it was like I was just eating a loaf of bread. If you want a better subway and don't mind walking 10 minutes the one next to sainsburys is awesome 👍

Worst kept subway unfortunately. The place was an absolute state when we walked in and there were no other customers and both member of staff were just sat behind the counter in their phones. It was really bad. And what ever you do … DO NOT go to the toilet

Ordered 4 footlongs. All were incorrect to what was ordered. The meats and sauces were right but salads and breads incorrect. Unsatisfied.

Good experience! The two young men served skillfully. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The toilet can be used with a code. I will definitely come back again.

Ran out of milk by 16.30 on a Thursday afternoon didn't offer to get more, just stated I'd have to have black coffee. Not the best subway I've visited but it was clean and the staff were capable. Unfortunately the place filled with teenagers quite quickly so the atmosphere went down hill.

Visited here yesterday and probably worst Subway I have used. Food was okay but service was slow and staff obviously not enjoying the job. Tables dirty and not cleaned after customers leave. Also the toilets are disgusting. Awful smell and they need ripping out and replacing. Hand dryer not working. How they can operate with this toilet god only knows. Management need to overhaul it asap.

Most miserable subway I've ever been in. One member of staff looked like she was about to cry behind the counter. Not a single smile or greeting from any on them. My sub was good though.

One member of staff was absolutely rude. My friend asked for her sub and the younger man said we don't do that anymore. On the board at the top it clearly says CREATE YOUR OWN. He then throw the pepperoni back as my friend stated she didn't want that. He then went on to give my friend an attitude. As I am sat here He is constantly throwing things about. It is safe to say I will not be coming here again. The cleanliness if the place is very poor

On Tuesday the 1st of August 2023 15 minuets before closing we tried to order food. We were told in an aggressive manor by the man who worked there that the shop had already closed and would not be taking any orders. I mentioned several times, before being asked to leave, they still had 15 minuets left before closing. The following night Wednesday the 2nd we arrived at 21.30, closing time being 23.00 the shop looked to have been closed for at least half an hour. Overall experience was dreadful.

I GOT THE WRONG SAUCE ON MY ORDER AND THE WRONG DRINK . Was supposed to be a diet pepsi, i got a raspberry pepsi. However i only put a refund in for my drink before trying my subway so i cant put another one for my sauce.

Full credit to staff here. So busy with illuminations on and only two young lads working. Queue got longer after we got food. No meatballs but food we got was nice. No one to clean tables or toilets. I wouldn't have blamed them if they had walked off the job

First time I went in there was no bread available (on a Saturday evening 7pm - I think the worker forgot to bake more) second time was nice, good staff and good food. The price is advertising 8.99 for meal deal - however was charged 9.39. you need to change your boards.

I usually have no issues, however it has now been over 20 minutes since it has apparently been delivered and I'm still stood at the door waiting. I have tried to call the restaurant multiple times only for them to let it ring, and then finally answer to tell me that it wasn't confirmed (even though I was tracking the order) and to call just eat for a refund. Ridiculous. Not ordering from here again.

Stood in store over 10 mins with out any acknowledgement from the 2 half witts behind the counter who were more interested in bad mouthing the supervisor who wasn't in defo not going here again

This shop is a joke, one staff member on at any one time. WHERE ARE THE OTHER STAFF?! Waited during my only lunch break to get some food but gave up after 20 minutes. Useless management, poor guy looked stressed out.

Absolutely shocking service! Said they had no ham low and behold went int he off chance later on in the day and they have ham. This us also the case with the salad. Oh apparently they have a limit of what you have salad wise on your sandwich. And you also get rip off money they charge differently to the board prices each time.

It was filthy in the restaurant and the toilet had food containers in with food in them.

My food was never delivered due to a restaurant cancellation my money had been taken and not refunded and I never got a call I had to call about this situation.

Do not do it!!! Just don’t!!!! Order from somewhere else…literally anywhere else… We tried to order from one of the subways with better reviews but it wasn’t accepted so we went with here. I wish we hadn’t bothered. We ordered 3 subs. 2 as a meal and one by itself. They mixed up the salad and sauces in all 3 of our subs. Didnt put in any cheese. If they were toasted they were simply shown to the toaster as they weren’t toasted. Didn’t deliver the cookies at all. And sent the wrong drinks. All in all. A very rubbish dinner! So as I said before. Don’t do it. Go somewhere else

The sandwich came with chicken pieces and no turkey ham and there was no cucumber in it. My autistic daughter was very distressed and I tried to call the restaurant and couldn’t get through. Not happy at all

Olives and tomatoes put on sandwich even though they weren’t asked for. Mega meat salad missing meatballs! Ordered extra portion of meatballs and got hash browns. If they ran out, should of just said. Very disappointed.

Lovely snacks and meals along witha wide range of hot and cold drinks. In the heart of Blackpool justa stones through from the beach and the Blackpool Tower.

We arrived in Blackpool after a slightly arduous and stressful journey (thanks to roadworks and accidents on the M6) and parked up on the Central Car Park. Feeling a bit peckish and seeing this branch of Subway just across the road we headed straight over for a light lunch. We found clean premises, quick and efficient service and what really stood out was that the lads behind the counter actually seemed happy to be there and as a result provided a cheerful and friendly service. We ate in which was fortunate as my Meatball Marinara sub disintegrated a bit as I tried to eat it, the message I've taken is that if I'm going to buy a Subway to eat on the move I'll pick a "dry" filling rather than one with a lot of sauce!

The place was clean, the food was tasty and reasonably priced and the service was friendly and efficient. It was about as good an experience as you could want from a Subway.

Nice staff, dodgy clientèle (not their fault) and a decent lunch. Clean too.

Extremely slow service. I know we have to have patience given the current situation with COVID, but staff were extremely slow, didn't interact with the customer, as though it was too much of an effort to be there.
