5 star food daytime or night been lots of times never had a bad meal all food is lovely went with friend for afternoon tea had this a few times well worth it 👌 staff are all lovely and nothing is any trouble would definitely recommend breakfast dinner tea and cocktails 😍

Wanted a Sunday dinner delivered but it came cold and with extra turnip which I specifically said no turnip

So many flavours - lots of choice 🍨 I had an ice-cream with 2 scoops and my boyfriend had a sundae 🤤... they were both yummy !! Think it was about £10 altogether - but as a treat, we didn't mind paying that, and we got plenty to fill us up. 🩷

Just popped in for a cuppa and an afternoon scone. Delicious and the staff were so friendly. Nice relaxed atmosphere inside South Shields Museum

We’d heard good things about Sams Deli over the years so decided to give their sunday beef dinners a go. They are available online and delivery sites too but I popped in and ordered at the shop, which was full of diners queuing and ordering, (a good sign). I picked our order up 45 mins later as agreed and we’d gone for Medium sized, due to no idea what was small or large. Staff were excellent and polite, gravy’s came seperately with the yorkshires which is a good idea. Only downsides were it needed microwaving, I thought the carrots a bit overcooked and would have liked a thicker gravy. These are all personal choice. The amount of veg, gravy and meat were belly filling. Looking at the menu ( the breakfasts especially) I’m tempted to treat ourselves soon.

Always a warm welcome off the Barmaids and the rest of the staff. Always a smiling face. Especially like the Pool table and Pool Hall. DJ can sometimes be canny lol

Just been for afternoon tea for our Mother's day gift really enjoyed it staff were lovely also boxed up cakes we couldn't eat

Very poor food .. seated upstairs even though we called ahead to say one of our party had limited mobility . Dinner was awful .. rock hard veg and dry beef. Such a shame as it was lovely under previous owners and chefs . Won't return

Don't want to give these guys away, since they're really local to me, and I want them all to myself! But... that would be selfish :) It's a super chill place, informal, cozy, with really great Neapolitan style pizza. Edit: Have now taken three Italians here at different times. They all agree the pizza is very good, and that says a lot!

Good food, friendly staff. Very busy. The rooms can get loud.

Decent beer foods half decent for pub grub .

Used to be the best breakfast around and a great price as well I would recommend it to everyone. That's the past I wouldn't recommend it to anyone Now Just a few reasons why. Very expensive Poor quality ingredients Cold food They can't get a simple order correct Burnt toast Cold cup of tea Bad service Items missing of breakfast MY HONEST OPINION DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS AND JUST AVOID GOING. THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW I WISH IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER BUT ON THE BRIGHT SIDE I DONT THINK THEY CAN DO MUCH WORSE.
