Always a warm welcome off the Barmaids and the rest of the staff. Always a smiling face. Especially like the Pool table and Pool Hall. DJ can sometimes be canny lol

299 Sunderland RoadCafe Mio is situated at the busy Nook part of South Shields. We decided to try this as my husband fancied an all day breakfast and I fancied a wrap (meatball with salsa). Meals arrived promptly, it needed a bit of warming up and the egg (asked for fried had a thick yolk, which wasn’t the end of the world). My wrap was lovely, the salsa was really nice. Next time we’ll decide to sit in.
