The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in London

Lovely place great staff, coffee and and snacks. Has a lot of style and you can see the proprietors put much into their business. One issue alas is the acceptance of dogs and one can understand the pressures like others to accept. The problem is with the owners who dangerously allow their dogs to lie across the limited access into the body of the café.. Quite selfish and unfair to the business as might not pass a H&S review on the number of occasions that we have visited. Would give 5 stars bit for this concern.

After 11pm staff focused on 'going home'. Observed man go to the bar at 11.15pm and ask what time they close. Bar tender replied "last orders in 15 minutes, then we close". As I was on earshot I advised the customer "they shut at midnight, this barman always pulls this trick on customers when he is on shift, all he seems to wasn't to do is close up and go home after 11pm". The bar tender shouted across to me to "shut up or your barred". I decided to take a photo of this rude and objectionable barman. This prompted him to shout across the bar "you're barred and you're a peado". He shouted "you're a peado" at me 6 or 7 times, one of his own colleagues was trying to calm him down and stop him. I approached the bar to talk it over but was simply told to leave. This guy has either a severe training problem or severe attitude problems. I think the latter. Rudest staff in business. Brace yourself.

Tuvimos dos deliciosas ensaladas aquí el miércoles 12 de febrero mientras tomábamos un descanso para almorzar de las compras. Si volviera a ir, preferiría llevar porque no me gustaría volver a experimentar el servicio que recibimos. Fueron desdeñosos cuando mencionamos que habíamos estado sentados durante 20 minutos; era casi como si fuéramos una molestia al traer allí. La comida prácticamente fue arrojada frente a nosotros cuando llegó. Nos hubiéramos ido, pero como turistas, no estábamos seguros de nuestro entorno y nos había resultado difícil encontrar un restaurante adecuado. ¡Chico, lamentamos haber venido aquí! ! ! Me di cuenta de que todos recibían el mismo servicio frío y desagradable y, si pudiera confiar en mi autocontrol, les habría dicho que, en conjunto, eran el grupo de empleados más groseros que había conocido en un restaurante. Pero no pude, ¡así que no lo hice! ! Todos necesitan aprender modales básicos. Compadezco al chef porque es bueno.

This is such a beautiful bar however the experience was utterly disappointing. I entered the bar, three members of staff walked past me and not one acknowledged me and said hello. I eventually got the bar tender’s attention and he told me to grab a table and it’s table service After ten minutes no one had acknowledged me any further, so I went to the bar and ordered a glass of wine. The wine was fine After about 30 minutes I’d finished my wine. Nobody be came to take a subsequent order. After another 40 minutes I gave up. I went to the bar and paid, again, despite trying to mention the issue with the table service the bar tender just said “those guys are responsible for table service”. No apology. Not even a thank you etc.

Had a very tasty chicken burger and fries today,, freshly prepared and didn’t have to wait long before it got delivered to my table. Bright and spacious, this restaurant is a bit of a hidden gem in Kingston.

I recently had a very milky flat white at Ole & Steen in Greenwich which I told the barista looked too milky when he was making it. He told me I was wrong and that I did not know what a flat white was. Having had a good one the week before I gave him the benefit of the doubt but took it back when I had tasted it. I told him it was a latte and he did not take the feedback well. He became very defensive and unprofessional in his tone. No apology or offer of a replacement was made. Shame on you , Ole & Steen, for not training your staff in basic customer service and for not keeping the coffee making standard consistent!

A wide range of lovely food to choose from, very helpful and friendly staff, delicious hot and iced coffees, tables outside under shady trees, great spot to chill and people watch. Would come here every day if I was a local - sadly not.

Such lovely service, lovely guy there named mustafa, great food to die for. Definitely will be back next time.

Vine aquí la primera vez con un amigo que tomamos unos tragos. Estaba tranquilo. El personal era muy amable y el lugar estaba limpio.

Avoid… Terrible customer service Says it’s open until 11. The lazy barman likes to close at 1015. Probably gets paid until 1130 though eh?

The food here was overpriced rubbish! £5 for a sausage roll the size of my finger. Bring a picnic with you and avoid this terrible café at all costs!

Unfortunately this Starbucks needs a total overhaul. The setting is great but the lack of cleanliness is appalling. Tables are not wiped or cleared often enough, we have to ask for that. Worst of all are the toilets...they are filthy, not just surface dirt but deeply ingrained grime on the front and back of the doors, the walls and sink. Bins overflow. There is no rota visible for cleaning and anyway, this is more than a regular wipe job for young staff. I wrote to head office, first time they sent two vouchers for coffee but nothing was done to rectify the problem so I wrote again with photos....no reply! Surely someone should give the place a deep clean and smarten it up. it is used by locals and tourists...is this the impression we want to give. Not used by us any more...we value our health!

Bajando las escaleras desde el enorme vestíbulo de la estación de Waterloo, The Beer House es básicamente un pub y un bar de hamburguesas. Y si parece un poco aburrido, eso es porque lo fue. Sí, esta fue una vez uno de los baños públicos de Waterloo, ahora reimaginado como un pub, más pub grub. Las hamburguesas encabezan la lista del menú, pero son muy caras, incluso si vienen con papas fritas. Hamburguesas cuestan de 11 a 16. Francamente, lo harías igual de bien en una de las hamburguesas de comida rápida de la estación. Puede "actualizar" sus papas fritas a batatas fritas si paga otra quid. Los desayunos de todo el día son 11. Fórmula y bastante sosa.

I stop here every morning on my way to work for at least a coffee and I can't wait to chat with my favorite member of staff here, Elvira! She always brightens my day ! Also the coffee tastes AMAZING (oat flat white!), so much so that I can't have another at work as it's nowhere near as good..

Excellent service & Great staff ! I simply love this place ,where I feel at home. The atmosphere there is very lively & friendly . This evening (23/07/24)I was served by a lovely Italian lady, called Valentina. She is a very good barista with fantastic experience . The coffee she has prepared for me had a real Italian taste and reminded me of my visits to Venice or Capri. Thanks a lot Caffe Nero -Frith Street and see you again soon.
