Lovely place great staff, coffee and and snacks. Has a lot of style and you can see the proprietors put much into their business. One issue alas is the acceptance of dogs and one can understand the pressures like others to accept. The problem is with the owners who dangerously allow their dogs to lie across the limited access into the body of the café.. Quite selfish and unfair to the business as might not pass a H&S review on the number of occasions that we have visited. Would give 5 stars bit for this concern.

TRIED to have a coffee here today! A few friends and I had decided to give this place a go as it is so close to our local baby group. The whole experience was awful! We walked in to staff swearing and a talk about were not to leave our prams. Having had coffee in a few of the smaller place in town I understand that it is sometimes difficult to accommodate for 4 prams but this was just ridiculous! The place was empty apart from one other table so plenty of room! As we were trying to get situated we were told they just couldn’t accommodate us! Keep in mind no one had approached us at this stage to even try! As we were making shape to leave the owner(I presume) never offered a takeaway option. Then when leaving he said they are soon getting heaters, when my friend tried to explain that they are babies and shouldn’t be outside in the winter he rolled his eyes and said something about having kids of his own. On the whole just a really unpleasant experience! I definitely would not recommend here if you have kids! And just in general I feel there are loads of small local coffee shops in the area that are far more welcoming !

I had heard on the grapevine previously that Munsons was very unwelcoming to parents with prams, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt post-refurb & try it. I went along after a baby group with 3 other mums - we did all have prams, but the coffee shop was completely empty save for 1 other customer, so we thought perhaps they would value our custom. Not so - we were told in no uncertain terms when we entered that the prams would be difficult to accommodate & after trying to find a space to sit down with them, we were essentially hounded out by the manager who could not get rid of us fast enough. Suffice to say, we did not bother ordering any coffees or food. I have been before with my husband (without pram) & on that occasion we also found the service a little unfriendly (they just leave your coffees on the side once made & don’t bring them to you or tell you that they’re ready - odd) & the food overpriced. The place is also lacking in warmth & ambience, so based on my two experiences, I shan’t be going again & couldn’t recommend it either.

I don't like the new outside bench seats and micro tables - it has taken away the cosy feel you had before. Inside - paper cups and Starbucks style service (grab your own when it's ready) plus a step down on coffee quality. I'll give it another go in a couple of weeks, to see if the coffee standard has improved and table service has been reintroduced. Hopefully they will have bought some crockery. If not, I'll be voting with my feet and Munson's will be off my list.

Completely understand that a lot of cafes aren’t dog friendly, so I picked my puppy up and stepped the doorway to see if it was okay to hold him whilst I ordered for takeaway. Before I could open my mouth I was being shouted at and told to leave in quite an unpleasant way. It’s okay to not be dog friendly... you just don’t be so rude about it. Judging by the other reviews this cafe seems to have no issue asking people to leave in a very unfriendly way!

Delicious sandwich but as I have a very noisy 3 year old Who I couldn’t keep quiet I was told to not come back. It’s got a weird vibe in there, no smiles, no appreciation for your custom. Anyway my 3 year old is loud and I understand they don’t want our business, am I bothered...Nope. It’s all about the VIBE. Hence the “poor” rating. Our family is half Italian, in Italy and many other cafes around here, people treat kids as humans and smile and chat and have a laugh with them.

Munson's is a great lunch stop for local Ealing residents. I no longer live in Ealing but, whenever I am in the neighbourhood on the weekend, I always grab a tasty bite from their lunch menu. The staff do their job and their 'Italian drip' coffee (not sure what Italian drip is but anything with 'Italian' in it usually provides a good incentive) hits the right spot. Munson's lunch menu changes by the day, so you never know what you're going to get.

Coming straight from the nearby Funeral Director, I was looking for somewhere cheerful that served a decent cup of coffee to restore my spirit(s). Unfortunately, what I got was unhelpful, begrudging service and indifferent and expensive coffee. I noticed that the cafe (not a restaurant!) was popular with "yummy mummies". Maybe I was simply the wrong age and sex profile, and they just didn't want to encourage me!

No people skills, not friendly and no card machine. Got a rude reply when asked about not being able to pay by card, these people clearly dont know how to treat customers and I am surprised they are still in business.

Not quite sure where to start. Our visit last Friday left us very disappointed. As in previous reviews, the staff are rude. When we tried to pay for our order by card we were told they don't take card payments. Out of frustration, we asked...

Horrible service, ordered the same drink twice and it came differently both times and was disgusting Very cheap quality food and found hair in my dynamite prawns. The shisha had to be made 3 times because of a disposable pipe being reused.

I came in for a chicken parmesan bun which is sold in all branches of Gail's as far as I am aware. It is fabulous, the chicken is really juicy and it is extremely tasty. The bun is slightly sweet and delicious too. The combination is just about perfect.

I am compelled to write this review because I visited Marks and Spencer Ealing Broadway and the service was outstanding by Dhruvika and her Manager (sorry I cannot remember her name but lovely lady) I attended for Afternoon Tea with a very good friend visiting from abroad who heard about M&S Afternoon Tea. I called ahead and was told that Ealing Broadway offered Afternoon Tea after 2.30 pm. We attended only to be told that Afternoon Tea was not being served. My friend from overseas was so disappointed but Dhruvika and her Manager put together an amazing Afternoon Tea for us with the ingredients that they had available to them (scones, cake, sandwiches, macaroons etc, and was patient and very friendly. We really appreciated this service because I know they went above and beyond and Afternoon Tea was 10 out of 10. Thank you both very much - a true example of excellent customer service. I hope both ladies get some type of acknowledgment for this because they are excellent representatives of M&S!!!!

3 if stopped I for a pint before a concert locally, the place had a good location and a good atmosphere, drink prices seemed reasonable for the area. Staff chatted to us which was welcome then we left for the night. Overall very good

Very tasty Brownie frappe, the service always meets my needs. I can't wait for the winter offer, which starts in November. Some of the best flavored hot chocolates of any cafe. I recommend.
