This is such a beautiful bar however the experience was utterly disappointing. I entered the bar, three members of staff walked past me and not one acknowledged me and said hello. I eventually got the bar tender’s attention and he told me to grab a table and it’s table service After ten minutes no one had acknowledged me any further, so I went to the bar and ordered a glass of wine. The wine was fine After about 30 minutes I’d finished my wine. Nobody be came to take a subsequent order. After another 40 minutes I gave up. I went to the bar and paid, again, despite trying to mention the issue with the table service the bar tender just said “those guys are responsible for table service”. No apology. Not even a thank you etc.

This is a haven of peace and tranquility, The decor is so tasteful and elegant and the drinks are so professionally presented. Fabulous staff and a real treat to visit here.

Very good service, waiter who took the drinks order was friendly and knowledgeable. Checked everything was ok once ordered had been delivered, and was quick to get the bill when asked, which was very reasonable. Will visit again when waiting for a train.

No puedo comentar sobre comida pero este bar es realmente bueno. En el servicio de asiento si lo prefiere, y algunos excelentes cócteles y whiskys. Decoración muy dramática (piense candelabros, mucho brillo) y lo disfrutamos muchísimo!

El GNHB es parte del Great Northern Hotel y está ubicado en el borde frontal de la estación de Kings Cross. Tiene grandes asientos al aire libre y, aunque hay calentadores, parece atraer solo a los fumadores en esta época del año, ya que hace demasiado frío. Internamente, el bar es simplemente maravilloso en términos de decoración, muy elegante. Enormes candelabros. Tienen una buena oferta de comida que incluye aperitivos y algo más sustancial. Tuve los platos de tapas de calamar y cerdo de cerdo que eran excelentes. Sauvignon Blanc servido en un hermoso tallo y a una temperatura perfecta. Entonces, ¿por qué no es una calificación de 5 estrellas? El personal! Es muy raro ver un lugar y pensar que está sobrecargado de personal en la actualidad. Me paré en el bar y había 4 miembros del personal detrás de este bar, ¡no es enorme! Ninguno de ellos dio reconocimiento o contacto visual. ¿Parecían esperar el uno al otro para servirme? ? ? El servicio tomó demasiado tiempo, estaban muy ocupados. De todos modos, una vez que resolvimos el problema, el servicio fue mucho mejor. No estaban cerca de estar completamente empleados. ¿Quizás se ocupó más tarde en el servicio? ?

Servicio al cliente, muy bueno.El simpático portero fue muy amable y muy profesional. Nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y cuando pedí un menú ya que el camarero estaba ocupado, hizo recomendaciones de comida.Nos sentamos en una mesa pequeña y un barman amable nos sirvió muy rápidamente.Las bebidas sabían muy bien y las nueces eran geniales!Una cosa que no me gustó fue un cargo por 2 servicios. Hubiera dado una propina más grande si no se cargara la automaticidad.buenos precios por su ubicación central.Volveremos

Visité el bar hoy, esperando una experiencia de 1 calle, pero este no fue el caso.La decoración es agradable y una vez que nos sentamos, hicimos nuestro pedido de comida y bebidas. Cuando llegó la comida, encontré que mi hamburguesa era mediana rara, a pesar de que se había solicitado bien hecha. Para rematar, había un montón de pequeñas moscas de bar flotando alrededor de la comida y las bebidas. Cuando señalé que la hamburguesa no estaba cocinada según lo solicitado, el agua se encogió de hombros y se llevó el plato. Entonces pedí la factura y todavía pagué el precio completo. Cuando pregunté por las moscas, dijo que era debido al uso de cosas dulces en la barra.Ciertamente no volveremos.

Don't waste your time plenty of bars so much better. The place is so up its own nose it stinks. The drinks where so over priced it was outrages and the bar man didn't listen to what we ordered.

He pasado por este lugar muchas veces y pensé que me detendría a tomar un café para comprobarlo. La última vez. 56 p de la 5. 06 fue para un servicio bastante miserable y lento. La taza ni siquiera cabía en el platillo. Terrible capuchino con un poco de espuma flotando en una taza pequeña. Incluso la bonita decoración no vale la pena. No voy a frecuentar este lugar! !

Lovely way to while the time out of the busy after our journey due to no refreshments on the train, and before our journey, very nice decor in a historic building. Good service and nice variety of beverages. Not cheap but worth it.

Met a former work colleague here (now a client). Frankly unbelievable prices, even for the loaction. We got mugged for £7quid for two of the small bottles of diet coke ordered at the bar - with a service charge of 10-12% slapped on top as well ... Just go to the pub in St Pancras stn instead, this is mad....

Popped in for a quick drink before my train, sat outside for a while and no one came over so I assumed it was bar service only. I ordered one bottle of over priced beer and was then given a 12% service charge. I know it’s London but come on, 12% for giving me a bottle out of the fridge? Is ‘mugged off’ the right term.

We had some wine and small plates. The beetroot bhaji was amazing! Sitting outdoors by kings cross/st pancreas, watching the world go by. Nice place to meet and to have pre dinner drinks. Good place if you wanted to read a book and have a drink by yourself too!

A Friday evening drink with my brother and sister here - a nice stop off after meeting at Kings Cross, this is a very convenient location. A dark and moody atmosphere to the place, lovely toilets.

Hace poco tuve una larga espera para un tren de Kings Cross en una tarde cálida y pasamos un rato muy agradable sentarse en una de las pequeñas mesas afuera con colorida ropa de color en ellos, tomando una bebida fría. Tienen una buena variedad de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas y cócteles a precios de Londres. El servicio estaba bien. el interior de este bar también es bueno en los días más fríos y tiene asientos cómodos y un entorno agradable. Está justo en la entrada de la estación, por muy conveniente para Kings Cross o salidas de la calle pancras.

Popped in for breakfast whilst waiting for our train. Absolutely lovely. Service was great and the food was first class. Will definitely return!

Scruffy Reception area. Sat outside for an early evening drink and was accosted by a dribbling vagrant looking for cigarettes and money. He became aggressive when eventually ushered away by female waitress from the area. Restaurant meal ok but upselling at every opportunity became tiresome. Ordered coffees and truffles after dinner but no truffles arrived. Very expensive meal in a room with no atmosphere whatsoever. Mini bar in fridge had not been replenished and found a half bottle of water left by previous occupant.

No alcanzo a entender por qué mi cuenta tenía un 12% de cargo por servicio cuando no recibí ningún servicio. Lo que hice fue dar mi encargo y comprar una bebida, no recibí ningún servicio a este proceso muy simple poco, ¿por qué en la tierra me pagan esto. Me dejó decepcionado.

Popped in here for a quick cocktail before I jumped on my train. High prices but some really original cocktail ideas. Every station needs a good bar/pub and this is one of them. Sent me home happy.

Acabo de visitar a la hora del almuerzo hoy y decir que la comida era horrible sería insuficiente. Uno de los grupo de cebolla caramelizada tarta ordenados con ensalada y salió sin el higo. Tardaron 20 minutos en traer el plato adecuado y cuando lo comentamos actuaron como que estábamos siendo deshonesto. Dos de nosotros pedimos la hamburguesa de pollo como patatas fritas, y ambos fueron incinerado en el vestidor sin hamburguesa de pollo y gris. Sinceramente, el menú libra en McDonald's habría sido más sabroso. Los precios para esta era enormemente decepcionante y evitaría a toda costa.

Cappuccino cost £4.50 for this small cup and then there is a 12% service charge. I’m never visiting here again. Starbucks and Costa give decent measures for half the price.

Nice bar, good service but ridiculous prices even for London. A small bottle of beer & a small bottle of cider £12.80 which included a £1.38 service charge!! It wasn't even brought to a table, we stood at the bar so basically the service charge was for pouring two drinks, scandalous.

Stopped for a drink before train. Smart premises and high quality toilets however the prices are high for even for London and we were charged a compulsory service charge of £1.38 for an £11 round.

Parar para una copa rápida delante de nuestro viaje a Edimburgo, nos recibió un personal amable. La variedad de bebidas era amplia y las opciones deliciosos gin. Bar de buen tamaño, bien equipada y a un precio razonable.

Came here with friends for some drinks after one had arrived from the station. We vodka cranberry (vodka is £9 per shot, mixer is £1.50, so £10.50 per drink), one lager (£5) and one vodka coke (also £10.50). Service charge of 12.5% was added. Service was friendly but slow, but this is really nice inside for a bar that's just outside the station. Would go again but there may be cheaper places to try.

We had time to wait for friends arriving at Kings Cross so tried this bar. It was a lovely old building, beautifully restored. We ordered 2 cocktails and a selection of nibbles, but had to wait a very long time; the drinks came but had to remind them about nibbles. They were delicious though, home made vegetable crisps and various olives, etc. Bags were stowed for us, with ticket ID. Toilets were immaculate. Prices were expensive, a non alcoholic cocktail was £8, but I suppose you pay London prices, though the same cocktail was only €5 in Italy!

Well she wouldn't choose anywhere cheap that's for sure.. I must admit it's a favourite stop off for me as well whenever we're in the area and so we were last night, our second visit in a week but this time we sat outside to enjoy the balmy evening.The drinks are always good, the mojito sublime as usual but they'd run out of Fever Tree tonic for my vodka which was a disappointment. Bar snacks are like everything here - good but expensive, don't come here if you're used to Wetherspoon's for sure..Great for people watching but a bit too much traffic and noise on the street, I think we'll stick to inside next time.

I understand this is London but £9 for a medium sized glass of wine is taking the mickey - surely?Then they have the cheek to add on a 12.5% service charge. It wasn't even table service!!!!! I stood at the flipping bar to get my drink.I don't get a 12.5% bonus just for doing the job I'm paid to do. I felt it was a rip off to be honest and it has put me off going back.I WOULD NOT recommend this place to friends or Tripadvisor users for that reason.

St.Pancras/Kings Cross has been redeveloped into a very desirable area to eat, meet & greet. With this in mind it's no surprise we struggled to find a classic 'full-English' breakfast, until we happened into the Gt Northern Bar.The young staff looked after us attentively, we had time to admire the mirrored ceilings and chandeliers (yes really, in a bar!) before our food arrived. The food was extremely good; I plumped for a full English, and my wife opted for a beans and poached egg combo which sounds basic but most definitely wasn't. Good coffee, tea, and juice. The only minus is the premium paid for the accessible location and amazing décor - it's not cheap.

Met up with a friend heading North on train, seemed a good location. But... I could tolerate the slow, churlish service, the amateurish waiter dropping a bottle of wine and aimlessly faffing around while customers had to pick their way through broken glass and mess. I could just about put up with the overpriced, poorly prepared cocktails because i was having a good chat with a friend. Them at about 6.30 the music was turned up so loud I couldn't even hear my friend to continue the chat! I politely asked the barman if he could turn volume down; his first response (seriously !) was "what did you say? cant hear you " . Then he said its a bar you should expect loud music. so, having refused to pay the ridiculous 17.5% service charge (for a lengthy wait to get served at the bar), we left.If you want a superficially smart place to pose, have money to waste and are not worried about hearing others in your party then this is the place for you!!

Had time to kill before train and wanted a pub but couldn't walk far with luggage so popped in here.What a rip off, £17.50 for a can of Guinness and a glass of wine.Prices are misleading, wine shows at £7 but doesn't say what size glass, waiter wasn't helpful and when bill comes it has 17.5% service charge added on. Found it in small writing on side of page. I know it's pricey in London and we pay it, but this is the pits.Avoid like the plague we won't darken their doors again

We fancied a coffee away from the commuter crowds so came here, expecting (and prepared) to pay that bit extra for the luxury. However, almost £16 (£4.50 a coffee + 12.5% service charge) for three lukewarm, weak small coffees plonked on our table by an arsey waiter to drink at an unlit table (there's atmospheric lighting and then there's just darkness - this was very much the latter) is a joke. Sort it out GNH. If you want to charge those prices then justify it. Employ friendly, good staff who can both wait properly and make a decent coffee, and put a bit of love and care into everything you serve - whether it's a coffee or a cocktail - or don't serve them at all. While I appreciate coffee isn't where you make your money, it is a small easy way to get repeat business if done well. Had it been a good coffee with - dare I say - perhaps a small biscuit or chocolate on the side in an appropriately lit environment then the price would be justified.

I visited this bar on Sunday 20/11/16 and ordered 2 glasses of wine at the bar.My bill shows a 12.5% service charge...........for going to a bar, ordering 2 drinks and carrying them back myself to our table!! What particular service is that? Rip off prices

i met my daughter Beth for lunch at kings cross station and expected to find some local restaurant close by,but Beth took me to a hidden little bar in the station complex.there were very few tables but the space was well laid out with window seats and fast service.It felt like a snug out of a dickens story all that was missing was the sound of the steam trains.People were coming in for full lunch or a quick bite .we had a full lunch so we could chat and the food was ample and filling with some nice white wine.Fish was good and dessert added a few calories.a happy choice but worth the £50.recommended.

Tuttavia, la mia esperienza in questo bar adiacente alla stazione della metro di King's Cross, sembra indicare un differenziale eccessivo. Infatti, dover pagare 7,88 sterline (vedi scontrino) -ovvero 9,1 euro- per due normalissimi caffè macchiati, neanche serviti al tavolo, ma al banco, mi pare francamente esagerato. A Londra, durante questo soggiorno, ho preso il caffè e il cappuccino, serviti al tavolo, anche in altri posti (un bel ristorante in pieno centro, all'aeroporto) e ho speso molto meno. Né si può dire che il decoro del bar o la sua ubicazione giustifichino questa differenza, perchè normalmente in un bel ristorante centrale o all'aeroporto si dovrebbe pagare di più. A documento della mia esperienza, allego lo scontrino. Se quindi non si vuole pagare un prezzo a mio avviso decisamente eccessivo per un caffè, per me è meglio entrare in un altro bar.

Its a hidden gem that you just don't expect to find in Kings Cross. Beautifully decorated, great staff. There is a real buzz to this place. Its busy so get there early. Has music sometimes too.Try it out--

Been here a couple of times to meet up with my friend as it is convenient for us both, the Alcohol Selection is very good and caters for all tastes, the food is very good also and if you just want snacks there is a good choice and they are quite tasty and filling.

Recently Beautifully refurbished, the Great Northern is a classic Victorian railway hotel, with an equally classic bar that has the feel of an old gentleman's club.It's not cheap and there is a standing 12.5% service charge that is automatically added to your tab.Worth a visit, but you do get better value for money at the Parcel Yard at the other end of the concourse.

We had eaten out earlier in another part of London but made our way back to Kings Cross where I needed to be to catch the train home. I have previously had evening drinks here and stayed at the hotel and always had a very positive experience. The hotel is fabulous. On a pleasant summer's evening we decided it would be nice to sit outside looking out at the lovely architecture of St Pancras station. I like the bright red chairs and red checked tablecloths, very reminiscent of Paris. We ordered wine and desserts. Chocolate mouse with honeycomb and strawberry and Salted caramel mousse. Both were delicious though I think the salted caramel just edged it. Service was delightful. And again I had a great visit. Will definitely be back...at this rate.....again and again I think.

The Great Northern has something very special about it. From the 'help yourself' cakes, tea/coffee & biscuits in the 'Pantry' on each floor, to the quirky tags on your bedroom door - you really do feel welcomed and 'looked after'. The first time I stayed, we decided to pop into the bar for a pre-prandial before going on to the restaurant. Normally I don't bother with the hotel bars, so this was something of an anomaly. How do I remember it? Well, It's sort of golden & glamorous - and the lighting extreme flattering. The bar man was incredibly friendly and really knowledgeable about spirits, despite being the only member of staff visible, he still went out of his way to prepare me an exceptional cocktail exactly as I wanted it. I didn't feel like a customer, because he was generous with his time, and as we sat at the bar, continued chatting when he had a moment between serving other guests. It is slightly expensive, but not legal extortion like so many other posh & indifferent London Hotels. I can say though, it's well worth it, if you want to feel you're valued as an individual and customer, and that's a great way to start the night, rather than being served/tolerated by a disinterested & uncommunicative member of staff.

We popped in here after visiting the German Gymnasium. Drinks were fine (we'd both switched to wine) and the resident DJ was brilliant. It's quite a transient place (people coming and going on their way to either travel or meet people), but has a really nice feel to it

What a great bar to while away a few hours drinking cocktails and soaking up the atmosphere. This is a lively bar with live bands and a DJ. The mixologists behind the bar make a great cocktail!

Title says it all: Great Bar, providing a little oasis for a late drink in the KX area. Fantastic and expertly crafted cocktails nice intimate seating great atmospherics.

Wow wonderful organic food they sell been here twice now and was not disappointed either time the food was fresh. Hot and very tasty the hazelnut spread was from heaven as were the organic soft boiled eggs and soldiers. Highly recommended for any traveller

Love sitting outside this bar and watching the world go by! Heaters are provided so as long as its not raining you could sit here all year round. The waiting staff are always helpful, however at certain times due to the popularity of the place we have on occassion had to go inside to get our bill. Just a brilliant place to plonk yourself down with a glass of wine and people watch! We return time and time again!

I went here when staying at the hotel and found it irksome. I was not very impressed with the staff who were more interested in talking to each other than serving. The modern design is not inviting; I think the prices here are as expensive as the American Bar at the Savoy, a much more chic and better bar. I think there is a good deal if you have a Eurorail ticket.

Some great cocktails on offer with wonderful variety, although the prices are fairly steep. Yes it's London, but not central London

The staff were great! The building and setting is fabulous and the cocktails are brilliant! Although on this particular evening there was "trouble" the bouncer and manager was able to assist very quickly, promptly and professionally.

En attendant l'Eurostar et pour changer du sandwich dans la gare nous sommes allées essayer ce bar. Ambiance lounge bar un peu chic. Nous y avons pris deux salades très copieuses et très très savoureuses avec deux très bonnes bières. Service très agréable et rapide et cadre reposant après un weekend chargé. Contrepartie de tout cela une note très élevée, les suppléments dans les salades sont à prix d'or

We were here for London Cocktail Week. The decor of the bar itself, the location and my cocktail were all excellent, but the staff let this place down in a big way.The staff in the bar itself just seemed a bit disinterested but it was the person at the front desk (I am not sure if it was the front desk of the hotel) who was actually rude. I just asked him for directions to the bar and he acted like he had a million and one more important things to do- none of them involving customer service I suspect!

To be honest this is not somewhere which takes customer care seriously. We sat for five minutes before anybody took our order. Sat for five minutes before the drinks arrived and then the food. lucky we did not have a train to catch.It was also expensive and not good value for money. Better places abound.

Found this bar on a rainy day and found a cozy corner to sit in and the waitress took our order. Had a delicious glass of Pinot Noir. Then the sun came out and we sat outside and watched the world go by. Then had a wander round the stalls in front of the station.

So, we had a bit of time on our hands whilst waiting for our departing train. We will definitely not be visiting here again. After siting no one attended the table as the staff were more than happy talking at the bar to each other. I ordered inside and to my surprise a sevice charge was added?!!! 10% for nothing, Lemonade and a London lager £9.35 that is a bit expensive even for London prices. After sitting outside and just finishing our drinks the polite waitress asked if we were ordering any more drinks?!! in other words buy a drink or leave. Disgusting and avoid this place at all costs

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The inside of the bar is absolutely beautiful and the ambience is really chilled and enjoyable, especially during the live jazz nights. Great vibe, great people. Thank you!

We had a quick drink at the Great Northern bar and sat on the heated area outside. Pretty noisy obviously but not unpleasant. The service was friendly, a little bit long for 2 drinks. Not the cheapest bar in London, £15 a pint of beer and a glass of wine.

We had enough time for our train under the English Channel to have some lunch. My sons and I were a little tired of rushing around the last few days.We relaxed inside for a nice lunch, then sat outside for a drink before our train.Pleasant service good food, great location near St. Pancras Station. I don't recognise the negativity of other reviews, of course it's expensive look at its amazing location. The foods great and the service is getting better and better. I use this place a lot for casual business meetings and some times lunch I am always happy with the service and standard of food.

For all its architectural splendour, the new Kings Cross does not have much for those wanting a traditional full English breakfast. However, discreetly tucked away near the St Pancras Road entrance is the GNH bar.The full English consists of 2 eggs, cooked however you want, 2 bacon rashers, a decent meaty sausage, black pudding, plum tomato and a portobello mushroom. Toast is extra, as is the drink.It's good. But not THAT good. I know it is a hotel in London, but the prices are pretty steep. Most of the other diners looked like they might be on expense accounts. That does not surprise me in the slightest.

Wanted to try this at least once, but once is how it will stay. As others have commented, service was painfully slow, and drinks nothing special. Took ages to get the bill and then to pay it, so hopeless if trying to fit in a visit and a little relaxation before taking the train. Five years ago, they might have got away with this, but with so many much better options across the road in St Pancras (and increasingly in the surrounding area), they should try harder. Either that, or they can just keep trading on tourists who visit the place once.

Quick lunch here before catching train. Quick service but not over friendly. Decent menu with good choice between snacks and more substantial. Decent prices too considering the location! Had a super foods salad which was excellent : very tasty but not a massive portion. Place was really busy but we got last table. Looks like a cool place for drinks early evening. Decor nice but feel that they could make it a bit more special? All in all ok but nothing to really write home about

I was trying to find somewhere for some dinner where I could sit outside - I know its only March but I am Scottish and London is warm! This seemed like a nice place, one look at the menus told me it was very pricey but the wine they have is good so I stayed. The service was fine and she was very polite & friendly as was the doorman. Unlike other reviewers, I noticed on the menu that a charge was automatically added so was aware of this before ordering. I ordered Caesar salad with the grilled chicken something I have eaten just about everywhere. The salad was large, dressing lovely, lettuce crispy and generous anchovies with very nice croutons but the chicken was certainly not grilled. It was so tough I couldn't cut it, it tasted a little like a chicken thigh/drumstick that had been deep fried and then reheated. It was oily on the inside and almost solid on the outside. This was disappointing especially as adding the chicken cost an extra £5! I was hungry, I ate everything but the chicken and really enjoyed my wine.

Called in for a drink before catching the train home. We were ignored at the bar for 5 mins before being served. When we paid for our overpriced drinks we were charged 10% for service that we did not receive. Not a great experience and will not be going back.

Popped in for a couple of pre dinner drinks/cocktails. Good cocktail list but very little choice on the beer front for my better half. Good place to start or end an evening or journey.

Went for a lager and a whisky chaser each. Cost £33 for the two of us! Beware they include service without telling you! Would never go here again ... Rip off merchants!

I cannot fault this bar, sophisticated and calm with a great vibe. Prices are reasonable and staff deliver excellent service, would highly recommend to any traveler. I went with friends but it's equally suited to couples after a romantic drink!

The GNF bar at the Great Northern Hotel (Kings Cross) is probably the smartest station bar in Britain (though the competition is, admittedly, low). Strange, therefore, that they have forgotten that one thing all station bars have in common is time deadlines; your train won't wait for kitchen failures. So a 45-minute wait - selected, ironically,from the 'Quick' menu - got us riled. Smoked salmon club sandwich is a great idea and was good; though crispy French fries were cold; Chicken salad, substantial and satisfying when both eventually arrived. We were offered second glasses of wine on the house by a clearly embarassed waiter who muttered 'kitchen problems'. What can one say? Newly refurbished, the bar decor is modern, warm and fun; the food good; delivery poor.

We decided to treat ourselves before returning home to Edinburgh. Service was slow and rude, the staff ignored us for 10 minutes and it wasn't busy. We ordered two gins, a Bloom and an Old Tom, that was Gin and strawberries and gin and grapefruit. We got our drinks 25 minutes after sitting down -turning our relaxed drink into a rush before the train. To top that my grapefruit was a slice of orange not a chunk of grapefruit. Then it was £21.50 for the pleasure of gulping drinks and being ignored.We're just back from Paris and this service was far worse than anything there. Unless you don't mind paying too much for very little I'd avoid this place. (Unless you need spotless toilets- that was a plus, and the guy that took our luggage was polite)

i popped into the bar for a drink and a quick bite to eat. I was not too happy to find out that service charge of 10% is automatically added included buying drinks at the bar to your bill.tips should be at the discretion of the customer not decided by the establishment.

They take an extra 12.5% service charge from you but don’t tell you; you have to notice it on the bill (and that’s even if you are just buying a quick drink at the bar)! Then, they refuse to refund it! It all seems a bit off to me!The full story: I popped in to try out the new hotel bar. First impressions were really good and I purchased a drink at the bar. The bar person did not state the price and simply presented me with a bill which I duly paid. Then, popping on my reading glasses while I was still stood at the bar I noticed on the bill “Opt Service – 12.5%”. I immediately asked for it back but was refused.Now had I been table-served then I would be happy to pay a tip (not necessarily 12.5%), but I’m not willing to do that for bar service. Also, to keep it quiet and then refuse to refund it…. I guess they call this ‘customer experience’!I’m now telling everyone; “Avoid the Great Northern Hotel”!
