Lovely staff and thank-you for ordering the birthday cake. It is delicious and looks amazing.

Quite surprising that i have had a bad experience here when other times i loved it. We ordered a hamburger and a florentine. For the burger, it was not cooked properly. It was raw in the middle. Furthermore, i was brought the wrong dish. Highly disappointing since i am allergic to avocados and brought a dish with avocados. They took it back and brought me the correct one. At least my smoothie was good !

I had a fantastic experience at Roni’s Coffee Shop! The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, and the staffs are really friendly. The coffee is amazing. I absolutely love this place! The caramel latte is delicious, and the pastries are always fresh. I highly recommend it.

The place was absolutely filthy! From the table we sat at to the sticky floors, to the restrooms which seemed to have been last cleaned some time last year. 🤢🤮 The food was well below edible, and the service was tolerable at best. Sort yourself out Roni’s

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Roni’s but today was an absolute disaster. Multiple diners complaining about waiting and food not arriving. I ordered a salad and smoothie… left after 45 minutes of waiting. There are some serious issues with service here! There seems to be an increasing number of disappointed reviews.

Shockingly bad customer service, servers need urgent training, please assume that people coming will actually pay for what they’ve purchased and not do a runner. Please give them time to choose. I shan’t be visiting again.

Today I took my parents to Ronis to get some filled bagels. We were repeatedly confronted by the staff who showed clear signs of being uncomfortable with us perusing the goods. They made me feel as though they were scared I was a thief. I would suggest if they are uncomfortable with customers being too close to the products on display, which by the way, are wrapped in plastic… either put them behind a screen or put a sign up asking customers not to self serve and to ask staff. They made me so uncomfortable that unfortunately I will not be going again and will not be taking any other friends or family. I’ll be going to Panzers instead.

My 3rd time ordering the mixed berry smoothie. By far best I’ve ever tasted!!!! Super refreshing, great taste & lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Super kind workers who attend to me as soon as I step in. Roni’s cafe is now my regular :)

Un buen servicio de café. Nadie nos saludó o incluso nos habló no había ninguna dirección hacia la hasta que nadie nos habló sobre si queríamos sentarnos o llevar. Muchas miradas deslumbrantes del personal inútil.

Desayuno en Roni's West Hampstead esta mañana. El lugar estaba lleno por alguna razón, pero encontramos una mesa afuera en el pavimento. Nuestra mesa todavía estaba sucia de los clientes anteriores y no se limpió cuando pedimos. Pedimos desayuno y bebidas. La comida llegó antes del café y el zumo, que era un poco inusual. Cuando llegó el café estaba frío como una piedra. La comida - los huevos fritos estaban muy sobrehechos y duros como rocas, los tomates no estaban maduros y acababan de vislumbrar una sartén, y las salchichas eran baratas y desagradables (pero no de acuerdo con la factura! ) ¡Si vas a abarrotar tu restaurante, la calidad de tu comida y servicio se verá afectada! Obviamente, los propietarios están en esto por el dinero, ya que ni siquiera me ofrecieron un descuento cuando expresé nuestras quejas. La zona del inodoro, aparte de la taza del inodoro y el fregadero, era muy grasosa. Espero que la cocina sea una historia diferente! Nunca más.

Every Friday, I take my 1.5 and 4-year-old daughters to Roni's for fish and chips. I just wanted to share how wonderful Lydia has been in taking care of us. She's always accommodating, greets us with a smile, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

What a great place for breakfast! The coffee is excellent, the food fresh and tasty with a Mediterranean flavour and the service is attentive and pleasant. It's my go-to morning treat.

Hemos sido asiduos a lo largo de los años, pero hoy hemos tenido una experiencia muy pobre tanto en términos de comida como de servicio, que fue terrible. Se necesitaron 3 pasos para enderezar una americana descafeinada con leche caliente a un lado y aunque mi esposa pidió tostadas francesas en una fina rodaja de challah se le presentaron 2 topes de puerta que no habían absorbido la mezcla de huevo como resultado. Luego preguntó de nuevo si la tostada francesa se podía preparar en una rebanada delgada de pan, pero le dijeron que esto no era posible. Es una panadería, pero no podían ofrecer una opción de pan! Mi esposa cambió su orden a carne salada en centeno, que estaba bien, al igual que mi carne salada en un bagel. Aunque me hubiera gustado un pastel y café no había nadie para servirnos y solo pagamos y nos fuimos. El servicio está incluido, aunque debería haber quitado esto, pero no lo hice. Nos dimos cuenta de que otros clientes fueron ignorados y se fueron antes de pedir nada. No volveremos de nuevo, lo cual es una pena ya que este fue un gran negocio. Necesitan personal nuevo con una mejor actitud si tienen alguna posibilidad de recuperar clientes perdidos.

I bought last Sunday bread in one of your bakery stores. Your products come with a price £4,95, its not cheap therefore you expect quality product which sadly didn't happened in my case. Slack baked, not possible to eat it at all. UPDATE: costumers service got back to me aplologize and offered bread and coffee on the house, well done, therefore few extra stars as a average from 2 visits.

If you're lucky to arrive at the bakery just as freshly baked bagels come out of the oven, you'll be delighted. Moreover, the staff is always welcoming and helpful.

We catered our event from Roni’s. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our requirements and to help make sure the event was a perfect success. Thank you to the catering team and everyone at Roni’s for delivering such a top notch experience.

My friend recommended this place for a Sunday brunch. It was a relaxed, casual experience. The staff were friendly. The cafe has a mix of Middle eastern and Deli dishes on the menu. We had the deconstructed smoked salmon bagel and plain bagel. The bagels are softer than the the Montreal style bagels we're used to. But they were still decent. My daughter also had the Chocolate Brownie milk shake which she says was the best she had on this trip to London. For that reason, they get a good rating.

I love Roni’s. Good coffee, very big choice for breakfast/brunch and friendly service. If anything, the helpings are too generous.

I love the multi seed bread. I have been coming to this place to buy it because they slice it for me and bag it in a paper bag. It seems they can’t put it in a paper bag anymore and I had to take horrendous plastic bag. As I try to live a life as sustainable as possible I avoid plastic at all costs. The change in their customer service not allowing me to take the break in paper bag means I won’t be able to come to this lively bakery anymore. I sacrifice I’m willing to take for the planet. I’ll find another bakery but I won’t be able to find a new planet when humanity finishes destroying this one.
