Yamini at the LHR T5C Starbucks is by far the kindest and efficient person!

I ordered the exact same order a month and a half ago and the prices on the menu are 95 pounds difference between the two bills!! I mean, I kept my eyes on you and showed them that the price was written on the menu and they said the menu was old and we renewed the prices. Ok, why didn’t you give me the menu with the new prices? They forced me to pay 256 pounds, 95 pounds more than the actual price. Out of rudeness, they asked me for a tip, but they took the amount for the service and that was it, but it was 95 pounds more. Something terrible, and I asked to see the new menu. They said we had not printed it yet, neither the quality of the food nor even the credibility.

Don’t think I will be back to have the Sunday roast, although the roast was tasty the portion size vs the cost to me is unbelievable, 3 slices of beef cut small with 1 small potato cut into half small carrot ,parsnip half cut into half again , and a very large Yorkshire pudding to make the meal look big , I’m sorry but that doesn’t justify the cost of £21 each

Super good service, but what happened to the old video games vibe ? Would say it was more welcoming than the new deco! Still a pleasure to come though but the place feels a bit empty. Cheers

This boozer has become a new favourite after only one visit. Good selection of beers and decent pub grub too. It is snuck in behind Euston station.

Great pub, great staff and so kid friendly. Take my daughter there for pizza and d crazy golf. Highly recommend this place for families. Proper local

I think everything is available in this place except for respect for the customer and people. The attitude of the workers that day was below zero. 15/11/2024 between 14:00-15:00 The worst day and date in London I have ever experienced Workers must be psychologically qualified or suitable people must be selected. Service is like when you are fighting with your wife and she doesn't want to do anything for you. I tried to find the toilets by my self and didn't ask anyone. A girl came to me. She was young and had been wearing braces She looks young and has no professional experience she was a around 16-18 She told me BY THE WAY NO TOILET HERE 🤯 I was shocked, I didn't even know why she spoke, why she came to me, and I didn't even ask her. 😳 But she is so young that I am ashamed to say that her age is younger than even my child. Therefore, the owner of the place or company must choose people or follow them or leave an adult with them who has experience in dealing with people before or has a polite way of understanding how to deal with customers. The company or shop owner should not think about the daily wages of this low-wage age group for his own benefit and forget to respect people.

Decent, reasonably priced café food, well prepared and tasty. Very helpful and friendly staff and all with a great view of the airfield. I will almost certainly go there again.

The coffee and food is nice. The toilet, however, is disgusting. The floor was sticky, ingrained dirt and whatever in all the corners. Mould in all the grout under the hand dryer. This could be remedied with even a cheap steam cleaner and someone who actually cares.

Plenty of room to sit on the ground floor or mezzanine. There's a toilet. Must be busiest in the morning, and so, expect a queue then. There were quite a few people around 5.30pm, but most people had gone by 6pm. The barista was not rude and had a smile when dealing with customers. You can get all kinds of coffee (like cappuccino, latte, iced, etc.) and sweet treats (like cake, muffins or chocolate). Have been going there for years, but staff were rude and unhelpful. I went in and asked for a selection pack of 4 different blends for a cafetiere. I realised that they had sold me the more expensive option and hadn't ground it. I live quite far away and took it back the next day. The staff were equally rude when I asked again to grind the coffee. No apology or anything about the fact that I had to return. Actually, they seemed very pretentious and annoyed that they had to do it. Shame as I used to love this place
