Quite a cental location, close to Shepherd's bush station and outside the Westfield shopping centre, this particular Nero, is quite spacious with lots of seats and tables, inside and outside the shop. The staff is friendly and ready to assist. The only issue is that there are no toilets inside the premises.

I recently visited Nero Cafe at Shepard Bush “Unit C302, Level 30 Southern Interchange, London W12 7SL” and had a disappointing very disrespectful experience. We arrived a little before closing time, 9:20, while the closing time was 10:00, only to find the doors already locked, as shown in the pics. Despite seeing us and the time, the waitress refused to let us in and was very rude about it. We banged on the door she glanced yet didn’t give a damn. We banged once more she gave us a dismissive look, made a “closed” sign with her hands, and then turned her back on us. We were hoping for a quick coffee, but her behavior left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened. It's a shame because the place looked inviting, but customer service is crucial, and this experience was far from pleasant. Yet this is the 1st time a cafe has close times on the website and door as per shown in the photos and closed 30+ mins before it.

If anyone is interested to experience terrible service this is the place to come for coffee. I started new job in Shepherds Bush area recently, and honestly have never ever seen such an ugly atmosphere in a busy coffe shop right next to a prime location with 2 major train and tube stations. Furniture have had better days, outside seating ara at the entrance is filthy, you can call it smokers corner if you want. Asthma suffers are warned here. Some or the staff are very rude to the maximum, always absent minded unable to focus customer orders. I have been many Cafe Nero outlets before, this one must be an sore to the entire brand. A mistry guest would have written a Bad Service Book if hired. I am quitting Cafe Nero for good. SAYUNARA !

Supervisor on duty an hour ago around 2:45pm must be the rudest girl in the hospitality industry. She is so rude that she even walked off and called another member to serve me whilst I was talking to her. I left the shop with disgust and left without buying my Chai late. Initially, I only told her that I forgot to present my loyalty card a day before yesterday and without finishing what I was saying she quickly shouted rudely saying "I don't know about this, if you can't present your card you can't have it stamped today" everybody was hearin her ranting, there were more than 5 customers lining up behind: they looked rather shocked to hear her loud agregeus attitude. I then told her that she really needed to get to learn how to speak to customers. Her response was worse. She shrugged her shoulders and gave a horrible look. I felt imprisoned in a coffee shop. I politely asked her to call me for her sup.ervisor, and she said, "I am, the supervisor." I was shocked, and I said, "Are you the supervisor with that attitude?" Plesse, give me your name I said, and she said we don't give names. She walked off somewhere in the coffee shop. As she walked off, she instructed the only one member with her to serve me again, speaking rudely as she left the counte. This time, customers lining up for service had increased. I didn't place my order, I left to take my Chai late at a nearby Blach Sheep Coffe Shop. At 3:15pm a male member joined the 2 girls whom ask asked why the supervisor on duty refused to give me her name, he said "It is a company policy, we dont give names" I later realised staff don't wear name badges either. I can't believe what I experienced at this branch in Shepherds Bush in front of Shepherds Bush Overground. I want to hear what your thoughts are. Reading customers' reviews, I later learned this branch is the rudest place on earth. You lost me, my mates and members of family. To your loss !

Worst service ever from a coffee place. I was served by the girl named DIANA. The order was very simple, just a cappuccino with “no coco powder” on top. I was served with coco powder on top. I asked her very politely about the coco powder and she replied me that “go and ask the person who made it for you ”it was very harsh and insulting in front of other customers. Review is for the TooGoodToGo service. I have attempted to buy a total of 7 bags from this place, in the span of 2 weeks. EVERY single bag gets cancelled, 7-9 hours before the store closes. Reasoning being: "This store has no leftover/surplus food left". But how can you know that 7-9 hours before the store closes?? It's clear the workers want to keep all leftover food to themselves at the end of the day - but in that case, remove your chain from the TGTG app? No? From reading other reviews, the workers are mentioned a lot in a negative light. It makes sense now. They just don't take anything seriously and show poor service. I've already reported this on the TGTG app as it's clear this chain is not taking it seriously, and quite frankly, wastes peoples time, and to then wait 14 days for the refund.

Service was polite but slow and not especially friendly (no reason why it should be though) and all tables were dirty. This was at 9.30pm and the place was not busy so it should have been clean. There was also an empty carrier bag left on the floor. The cabinets were well-stocked with food, which makes me wonder how long sandwiches etc are kept on the shelves (do they throw such a large quantity of food away every day?). Two small drinks and a packet of crisps cost £8.80. Wouldn't be in a rush to return.

PLEASE DON'T WALK AWAY WITHOUT A GOOD DRINK!! I don't know where to start from. As a previous business owner in this industry. It was absolutely horrible. When you walk in you could already see the lack of service from bad hygiene. Uncleaned tables everywhere. Outdoor tables full of trash. No trash bins available on the outdoor facilities in such a busy place. So I go ahead to order a drink after a long day. Till staff don't seem to care chatting away while I'm trying to order. The lack of attitude the staff have on display is such a down fall for customer service. The demotivation of staff already indicates that the dinks are going to be awful. As expected my drinks not prepared as it should be tastes exactly like water. So I ask for my drink to be made again for the second time and this time another staff on attempt gets it right. Trying to dine in with trash all over the place. People coming and going using Nero outdoor seating for free and one of those walking into Nero stealing three sandwiches and walking away while staff busy chit chatting or should I say sleeping. I don't know what I walked into but that was my experience. My advice would be for management to step in and make changes. Franchise to inspect the damage it's causing to it's name and for customers to not walk away without an expected or completed service.

Down here on holiday from scotland, the customer service is terrible. They are rude and staff clearly do not Know what they are doing. Have been here 3 times, on our first visit I asked for a cup of water in a takeaway cup filled to the top with ice, specifically. I was presented with your cardboard takeaway cups and TWO ICE CUBES. We ordered a mango fruit booster on our second visit and we were presented with the puree and some ice UNBLENDED. When asked if the barista could blend this for us, she gave us awful looks and was very rude and cheeky as if she wasnt the one who gave us an unmade drink. This is the same case as on our third time ordering a cherry iced latte it was also unblended. I dont know how your staff can be awarded black shirts when they clearly dont even know how to make the simplest of drinks. The store was not busy either, there is no excuse. I think staff need a proper talking to especially after reading the reviews on how rude and intolerant they are to customers.

The staff who work there are quite rude and unprofessional they don't welcome you with a friendly smile and friendly service they just stare and look at you when you walk in and when you order your food etc no smiles on there faces. Working in an environment like this you need to be polite and professional and nice to your customers this truly is not them. It's like they don't what to be there and also very slow service from them to. The rudist staff I found is the girl with the culy long hair (not the one who is tall and skinny and wears glasses) the other one yes her she has a very bad attitude Also the coloured girl they are all so grumpy . As for the other one with the coloured hair well she doesn't now what she's doing half of the time. No Toliets in there either as it is a coffee shop you need to use the loo. it's closed to the customers the staff can use it only ridiculous. They don't come out and clear the tables from the outside so everything piles up on the table and when you ask them can you please clean and tidy the tables they just look at you like don't talk to me like that !!! And with a stare they do eventually but they take there time.

I came to this place on Friday 31 January after buying an iPhone 14 Pro from the Apple Store in Westfield. When I spoke to the person about the drink I wanted she said, “Huh?” I repeated myself again and she said “huh” I don’t understand why she couldn’t hear what I said. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, calling security and telling him my family and I were fighting to her. Fortunately, I don't live in this neighbourhood; it's very disappointing, and you don't want a grumpy person serving you in the afternoon. Especially when the store wasn't crowded, closing at 10:30pm. My family and I assumed they were already closing which is why she was treating us this way. We all work hard, so be courteous and take care of your customers. Please I beg you. Caffè Nero has always had good employees, but I believe this lady is not suitable for the company. As always, last Thursday I get an espresso, some chips with marine salt, and an Invigorate Smoothie. As always the service was very fast, and the quality of the coffee was excellent. Sencillamente delicious 😋

5 stars for Blake! She is the loveliest barista I've ever had in a Nero, she made the Pistachio Latte with oat milk BEAUTIFULLY and she was just so so lovely. She deserves a raise/bonus/present! 💕💕💕 Thank you Blake!

Staff is very overbearing to elderly costumer and I feel very bad. Usually I love Cafe Nero like in Kentishtown one is super friendly and chill. But here atmosphere of staff is so scary. She looks upset for everything.

Incredibly rude staff! It says it’s opened at 6am, came in at 6:10 and the shop was still closed, the staff was cleaning the floor and counters inside, I knocked and they very rudely snapped at me and said I can see that they are not opened yet and not ready to serve. I waited until 6:30 for them to open and when they did they did not even look at me nor apologised. All the staff seemed very “happy” to serve me and to be there so I rather went to the Starbucks around the corner.

The service wasn’t good. I understand there were only 2 at the counter and slightly busy. He had an attitude. Over filled my cup and not enough of the oat milk. Just because I asked for regular coffee and didn’t name one. He wasn’t happy at all to serve us. Yet on the other hand the other guy with the blond hair seemed pleasant. Saturday 2nd July around 5:50pm

On Monday I went in for a break and it was the most unhappy experience ever in a Caffè Nero. The girl serving was extremely rude and was chatting while serving. I don’t expect restaurant standard service but at least show a welcoming attitude with or without a smile. I will definitely not going in there again.

I went in for a coffee today. I was 3 in line - people stand, look at each other and shake their heads. the barista said something! Finally he comes out from behind the counter and says “it’s closed!”it was 5pm- hmmm ?? 😡 when I asked why? he replies “because shortage of staff “ !!!

staff were amazing, slight mistake with our order but tia and matthuson immediately resolved it and could not have been more helpful! there were only two of them all afternoon and evening and even by closing time they were still welcoming and happy to help. overall highly recommend

This has to be one of the worst roast dinners I have ever encountered, bland roast beef was undercooked and tough ,veg was overcooked and bland ,seemingly pickled cabbage is now part of a Sunday roast
