Pavillion in Hammersmith and Fulham

Always the best plan after a game is to go to the pavilion for some drinks, the staff is always very friendly, Andrew always welcomes us with the best attitude, thank you guys.

Friends of us are living close to The Pavillion, so we have know the pub for many years and we used to go there with them and later also with our kids, when we were in London - we are living in Austria. A couple of years ago I started to make short trips to London with a friend, and a visit to the Pavillion is always part of our programme. We enjoy the location, the wonderful food, a coupls of pints and the nice atmosphere there. So even if we go there only once a year, we are always looking forward to an evening at The Pavillion. This year we'll come next week!

Worst food ever. Took an hour to bring out food. My meal was a jacket potato but it was watery and cold the cheese and butter wouldn’t even remotely melt. On complaining was given the excuse of not enough staff. Poor food poorer customer service

Me and my friends were around this area when I googled this place as Pub near me. We went for couple of drinks and quick meal but it turned out we stayed here longer than we expected. Meal was really nice - I went for the recommendation from Denis (I believe he was the manager on duty) and he advised this new signature triple burger. One of the best burgers I have ever had !!!! All other staff members nice and friendly, super welcoming and just the overall vibe made us to stay 4h longer than we planned. Definitely will come back once in this “Area” again.

Mobile phone was stolen in the premises, when I reported it to the bar staff they said - what do you want me to do about it! No interest at all, no empathy, no warning other customers to be on the look out, no customer service! Shocking.

Amazing place for Sunday lunch. Parking is free and you can bring a dog too. Portions are very generous and staff is welcoming

the bar support staff mistakenly took a full, untouched drink i had literally just bought minutes earlier and despite him admitting his mistake, the manager refused to replace it and was very rude to top it off!! we spend 100s of pounds every time we visit as we have used the pub for birthday parties and get togethers. wont be going back again.

Visited twice over the last 2 days, once for pub grub and once for a family roast. Saturday the food was ok. Burger and chips, but Sunday, Staff were extremely helpful as we visited with my Dad who is in a wheelchair. Disabled toilet was spotless and very easy to get in to. Food was top notch, we had a roast each (4 of us) my only complaint was the roast potatoes were Aunt Bessie’s and not made fresh but everything else was tasty. The meat was delicious. Stacey behind the bar was brilliant, to be fair all staff were, but she was a good laugh and went out of her way to be friendly and chatty. My Dad now lives locally and we will be visiting more often, it’s a tad pricey drink wise but you get what you pay for.

We went there for dinner at 5 mins past 8 pm on Sunday as on the website is confirmed that the kitchen close at 9pm and they sent us away as the bar tender told us that the kitchen was already closed before 8.

First time visiting this location of a Greene king pub. I been to quite a few of the Greene king locations and tried main of their items on the food menu and I have to say most of the time the food is unavailable or average. I got a pleasure surprise when I saw that they had a new menu but not only that a new one for seniors, which I had never seen before. The prices was a three course meal for £8 so I got my old man who was with me to let me know what he wanted. After getting his order tried to place the order on the app but had some problems so I went to the bar and placed it with Kirsty (Bar staff), who was very helpful throughout our visit there. She did advise that it was small portion due to the price which we didn’t mind for the cost. All I will say is that she was wrong about the portion size. A simple Tomato soup came which was a good size, followed by sausage and mash which again was a good size portion, lastly followed by the blackcurrant and apple crumble with ice cream. During each course Kirsty came to check if we were ok and if my father wanted the next course in a timely manner. Overall according to my father who likes his value for money all three courses were delicious and the quality was excellent compared to previous location we have both been too. Hopefully they keep this menu for a long while as it is nice to see a pub chain take into account and think about senior members of the community who might be struggling and providing a menu for them that enable them to get a good selection of meals at a very affordable price

The building was impressive. We ordered soups and were given a pager. It was quite crowded. The food was ok, but very expensive. Bring your own picnic lunch.

Exceptionally Rude and clueless staff who do not understand the concept of customer service. Food very bland and average, avoid at all costs

As I said just drive by and don’t stop…… you will be sorry! Rude and ignorant manager awaits your presence. I asked the manager where the toilet was and she reminded me I was already in it!

Recently held family members funeral here. It's parking facility was superb as was the function room itself, which is probably big enough to host around 70 people. Importantly the staff were excellent, despite being down with members isolating due to Covid, and a special mention to Mila who coordinated the event with myself perfectly. Finally the buffet had great variety, reasonably priced and easily covered the number of people that were there. Many thanks for helping make what was a terrible day, slightly more bearable.

This pub has benefited from a recent refurbishment, making it less dinghy and quite a nice place to go to. Standard pub grub, nothing special but they do have the best fish n chips within a quartermile! Always specials on so look out for them....
