Draft House Hammersmith in Hammersmith and Fulham

Das Steak hier war fantastisch, auf den Punkt gut gegrillt. Der Burger war auch sehr gut, der Geschmack war wirklich gut. Ein Besuch lohnt sich hier.

Bel locale, curato nei dettagli e pulito. Molto scenografica la sala con il tetto in vetro. Personale estremamente gentile e amichevole, eccellente scelta di birre, menu semplice ma con piatti vari, gustosi e preparati con cura. C'è anche una ampia scelta di giochi da tavolo a disposizione dei clienti e organizzano eventi per intrattenere gli ospiti durante la serata (noi siamo capitati nella quiz night, molto divertente anche per chi non partecipa). I prezzi sono allineati alla media di Londra e molto onesti per la qualità dei prodotti che ci hanno servito.

Hadn’t been in for a while but thought I’d go in but with reservations, as it’s always been pretty ordinary. Guess what, they didn’t disappoint, it was worse than ordinary. The lady behind the bar with glasses is so slow, that at one moment I thought she had actually died mid pour, thankfully she reanimated herself (not her smile though) like Dr Who. She had all the charm of Rose West at my mother’s funeral. There were about 3 people in the queue and it took 15 minutes to be served a lager beer, in a boiling hot pint glass fresh out of the oven. Do they not realise that hot pint glasses make hot lager? She filled it up so much that it’s sloshed all over the counter and my shoes. And smiled almost with glee at her antics. By which time another bar man appeared to serve, precisely no one. If he had appeared from his cupboard of onerism somewhat earlier, we might not have to wait so long. Judging by the filthiest and sticky bar tops and floors, this was not the first time a sloshy pint had been served and the invention of the mop and cloth have not reached these parts. I am wracking my brain for a redeeming feature and realised that perhaps the only thing was walking out and being delighted to find I still had a pulse. This is not hell in pub form, but it’s not far off.

Chilled location and very good food, well sorted beverages , tv screens for football and lovely mixed music

Massive shoutout to the staff member Julian who went above and beyond to make our experience at Brewdog perfect. We started to scan the QR code to order and Julian came over to our table and sat down and said it was much easier talking to a person which I thought was great. Ordered the steak with sides which was cooked to perfection. Julian gave me advice on which beer to order and even told me about it which was great. Decently priced and Julian said we were welcome back anytime. Please acknowledge this excellent customer service and feed this back to Julian

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff! A visit on a Brewdog Bar trip led us here - our first Brewdog Draft House and so glad we popped in! Definitely worth a visit, especially with the Siren Hammersmith hazy ipa, very nice!

Pub with a cool modern design. A brewdog pub, so good selection of their own ber snd several others. Good music and friendly service. A little bit off central Hammersmith, so easy to not notice unless you walk towards Sheperd’s Bush

We popped in here for some food and drinks before seeing a show at the Apollo (about 5mins walk away). The staff were really friendly, offering my other half a taste of a couple of the beers. As for food, my other half had the unlimited wings (available on Wednesdays) and I had the buffalo chicken burger....both really good. The cocktails (241, 4-8pm) were also good.

I have been here multiple times and I always had a good time. Funny enough I always have the same server. I have no complaints about Andrea as she’s always great and remembers my name and my order which makes you feel special, but recently, every time I came I could see how the struggle to provide the best service as is usually just one person in the morning and 2-3 in the evening. This morning she had a few people waiting at the bar, food to run and no one else with her to help her out and still she served all of us with a big smile and a warm voice. If brewdog wants to keep their customers happy they should start by looking after their staff!! Maybe they would be much busier if they didn’t force people to work their ass off for them to the point that they can’t even go to the toilet without leaving the bar unattended!! Thanks Andrea

I was early for an appointment so I popped in for a quick pint. I was greeted by Julian who was very welcoming. I wasn’t familiar with any of the beers on draft so Julian gave me 2 samples to try. I ordered my choice of the 2 and Julian brought it to my table. When I had finished my pint Julian was Pro Active and asked me if I would like another ? If it wasn’t for my appointment I could have quite easily stayed all day as the atmosphere was relaxing and Julian made me feel welcome and appreciated my custom. I’m not from the Hammersmith area but if I am in this area again I will definitely be back. Many thanks Julian for the excellent customer service you gave me.

Another amazing day spent at my favorite local pub. I used to always go to a different pub, but before they opened, I walked past the duke of Hammersmith and reserved a table with Andrea for the first Monday they opened. She did everything that was on her hands to find me a table, and the service I received was just absolutely amazing before I finished my drink. I asked for another drink, thinking it would take longer, but before I realized I already had the next one there. She gave us different samples of the beers they had and helped me decide what I wanted, helped me choose my food, and made sure I was having a great time. When I thought it couldn’t get any better, it did. My friend and I were celebrating her bday and didn’t know about the belated birthday booking they had. Still, even without that booking, she came back and made my friend feel so special singing happy birthday to her with candles—what an incredible experience. I couldn’t feel more thankful. Thanks Andrea! ♥️

Since I arrived to London this is my local pub and I love it but because of the lockdown I hadn’t been there for long. The other day I finally went back and met Andrea an amazing waitress that makes you feel like home. Thank you Andrea for your hospitality, the place is nice but with you it’s even better!

Had a fantastic evening of cocktails and friends at the Duke of Hammersmith. Shout out to our host Andrea for being absolutely lovely, making us feel so welcome, and getting us a table in the sought after beer garden.

My and my partner visited the Draft House Hammersmith for a light lunch and casual drink on a Saturday. 2 hours later it had turned into a heavy session as the glasses were never empty!! Beers are great, staff provide Great service, great food and the staff are amazing. Would highly recommend you visit here.

What an afternoon. Went down to the Hammersmith Draft House with the boys for a very special birthday. I have to say we were treated like royalty. Not only was there never a point where our prosecco bottle was empty, but the birthday shots were a touch. The food was Bang bang and the buffalo chicken was exquisite. Not for the faint hearted mind you! 🥵 Will definitely be going back and hope to see usual lads on top form once again. £30 well spent.
