mediocre food heavily reliant on their deep fryer nothing amazing on the menu NOT worth 4/5!! mostly tasteless & expensive

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Umbauphase, dementsprechend ist alles provisorisch und laut. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer war leider auch nur "provisorisch" gereinigt und dementsprechend nicht sauber. Leider insgesamt sehr schmuddeliger Eindruck. Die Lage ist zwar nicht weit einer Ubahn, aber die Gegend ist schon etwas fragwürdig.

Hotel propre, mais des travaux étaient en cours. Des travaux qui démarre à 9h le matin à 17h du lundi au DIMANCHE, pas cool, car si j'avais été au courant je n'aurais pas sélectionné cette hôtel, trop bruyant. Aucun, ne parle le français, italien, allemand, dommage dans les autres pays c'est un critère de sélection, mais pas pour les anglais.

Renovated rooms, well equipped, perfect location and the best service I've ever had in Ibis throughout Europe. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Renovation work was going on - whilst I support and encourage improvements… Loud 7am hammering and drilling isn’t what I pay for. No communication beforehand apparently at the instruction of higher management, and then no one upon arrival thought to even consider discussing or mentioning it. I paid for a nice relaxing stay, child free with no specific commitments to have to get up at any certain time to have some down time to end up in a building site each morning. I appreciate improvements have to be done but a) communicate it so customers have some say and choice, b) no workmen working before 9am at least, and c) management the rennovations and customers accordingly on different parts of the hotel for minimal disruption if you’re going to have both going on at the same time. To me just seems like money was prioritised here without considering the guests and what they’re paying for. Left the hotel tired and angry.

The shower has no power. It is a miracle to take a shower. A lot of noises from the renovations working Absurd! Couldn’t sleep an half hour during the day!

The worst ibis ive ever stayed in first night i was put in the coldest room ive ever experienced even setting the room heater on full only blasted out cold more cold air !! On my next to nights i was moved rooms to the newly furnished rooms but both morning was rudely woken up at 8am from the cleaning services even tho i had the do not disturb sign on the door ... the last straw was cleaning service walking into the room as i was in shower at 10.30 am the check out time is not till 12 !! I refused to pay for the last night the experience was so bad ...as a diamond member i expect alot better !!!

It takes about 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport to arrive. Personally, while it may be a bit distant from the so-called tourist spots, I find it comfortable here without the hustle and bustle, so I've used it several times when traveling from Japan. The rooms are clean, and the staff's hospitality is excellent, all at a reasonable price. Once, when I first came to Europe and accidentally set off the emergency buzzer in my room, they kindly guided me through the situation! For Japanese otaku, it's a pilgrimage site for the anime movie "K-On!" For example, at "The George and Dragon" inside the hotel, there's a scene where the characters have breakfast. We ordered fish and chips and a hamburger, both of which were delicious. Since there aren't many shops nearby, I think it's a good place to relax. We laughed when the steak came out completely burnt. However, it was still delicious. Thank you!

Unfortunately we we only informed that the building was undergoing extensive renovations after we checked-in. We were told that this would only create noise between the hours of 10am and 5pm. However on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed we were subjected to instant loud drilling noises from 8am which really impacted our holiday. The noise level made it hard for me partner and I to hear each other speak let alone rest. We also had an issue with the air-conditioning in our room, which only blew cold air in no matter what temperature we set the thermostat to. This meant the room was initially freezing until the staff provided us with a portable electric heater. Were it not for the actions of Kristian on reception we would have given the hotal a much lower rating. He did everything he could to help us deal with the issues we were having

Quiet room on the third floor, managed to have a good sleep. The place is currently being refurbished, it does look tired in and around reception. Staff were very attentive.

I am Korean and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I was very afraid because it was my first visit to London, but I was satisfied because the hotel staff was really friendly. In particular, the staff named Manish is very kind and I stay very satisfied.

This is the second year that we stay in this hotel and spend fun evenings in the pub. Good food and drinks ( special mention for Camden Pale lager). The guys on duty are kind and professional: we had a problem with some meat too cooked and Eduardo in few minutes provided to change the course, offering a drink as compensation. Great customer care! We appreciated a lot and surely come back!

I contacted the George and Dragon to ask if we could reserve a table for 6. They dont usually reserve tables but kindly put tables and chairs together when I explained that I wanted assurance we would have a table as my mother was with us, which was so lovely of them. I'm not sure of the young lady's name who served us (Cloe?) But she went over and above to make our experience the best it could be. Nothing was too much trouble and she was genuinely happy to help. The food was delicious- one of our table ordered steak to be cooked blue- it arrived hot which is virtually impossible! Everyone enjoyed their meal and we all left feeling very satisfied. Will definitely return. Oh and the music was great too- a tv playing 80's hits! Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Ibis Hotel in Earls Court which had a restaurant attached to it. They are very friendly and professional, Luckasz the manager greeted us gracefully. Paul mentioned it was my birthday he brought us a drink on the house. The salad I had their for a evening snack was large and very good. We stayed there for 6 days. So we got to see Lucasz and Roberto a few times.

Food was ok, drink were too late and personell was very slow and not interested! The boys behind the bar were more playing with their phone.

Very quaint restaurant with lots of bygone decorations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great coffee but very limited coctails which is unusual for London but all in all it was a very pleasant visit.

Stayed in the Ibis Hotel and went to visit the on-site pub. Prices are okay for London, the staff was friendly. Please note that the opening hours changed compared to that present on the adjacent conference center's website. The pub closes at 11PM.

Amazing staff! Always happy to help. Food is nice and fresh and drinks refreshing! I really like the interior of the pub. On the outside you wouldn't even tell that there is a pub inside the hotel on the first floor but when you go in you actually forget you are in a hotel.

Stayed at the IBIS hotel so decided to visit the onsite pub. It was ok very dated decor. Drink prices weren't extortionate for London prices. What i found shocking however was they add service charge to your bill!! The service was not worth an added charge.

The food here is good enough for what you need after a long day out. The food is okay quality, clearly somewhat microwaved and bag portioned then served to you. Good standard pub menu

Poor food , sticky tables , dirty menus tired decor. It did feel as if you were disturbing staff from their chats when you asked for drinks/ food .

Nice hotel and good breakfast. I asked for a double bed but they only offer rooms with twin beds, we just put the beds together, problem solved.

We ordered the leek and potato soup for £4.1 which arrived cold, the bread rolls accompanying it came with butter packets that upon opening were liquified causing me to spill melted butter all over my clothes. My clothes are now permanantly stained.

Visited the "pub" whilst staying at the attached hotel. Popped in for a pint and was told all of the beer was finished. I got offered a Fosters, I declined. I asked for a John Smith's Smoothflow. By the end of pouring the pint the barrel finished and what was in the glass looked dire. Again I got offered Fosters, again I declined.

The staff of the george and dragon formed by Sam, Sunshine, Lucas and Kosta, is amazing! Relaxed, humorous and professional. Great place to relax with friends! Thank you for the treatment

Um ótimo lugar para fazer suas refeições ou apenas passar um tempo conversando. Amei a decoração, os colaboradores foram prestativos. Eu e meu marido ficamos hospedados no hotel Ibis Earls Court e era muito prático jantar no George & Dragon. A comida é muito gostosa, principalmente o famoso Fish and Chips.

Wir wollten im Pub ein Bier trinken, jedoch gab es nur Bier aus der Flasche, weil die Leitungen gereinigt wurden, das war sehr schade. Darum gibt es auch nur 4 Punkte.

The pub is very nice but I felt a little expensive compared to other pubs in the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed just sitting and having a pint.

I had a very good experience during my stay in May. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel itself is quite old and there haven't been many renovations. Especially the carpet on the hallways didn't seem that clean. Also the WIFI did not work as expected for a hotel in this priceclass.

Después de un día en el Ejército v Rugby navy volvimos al hotel y pensamos en probar el llamado pub. La música era demasiado carga, no podría sacar una buena pinta de Guinness y nuestros guisantes blandos donde frío y tenía que ser enviado de vuelta a ser calentado. No es genial.

Este pub adosado al hotel ibis, el servicio y la habitación estándar de que me pareció que quieran algo. Así que con un poco de comida que pedí en este pub. De hecho, no había nada que temer. La comida era deliciosa, bien preparado y muy buen tamaño. porciones Tanto el halloumi y una hamburguesa, y la hamburguesa estaban deliciosos. Tuve el parmesano y ensalada rocket como orden de lado, que era también muy buena. Esto es realmente sincero, buena calidad de comida de pub. Incluso me preguntó cómo quería mi hamburguesa cocinada. Otros platos que también estaban siendo comprada parecía igual de bonito.

Excelente comida y excelente relación calidad-precio. En una estancia que tuvimos pescado y patatas fritas y una hamburguesa y patatas fritas y las comidas que disfrutamos. A la hora del almuerzo compartimos una pizza en nuestra llegada y era lo suficientemente como un aperitivo para tres. Comimos una ensalada de pollo en la noche y, de nuevo, una gran comida. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

The choice of beers is not the greatest considering it advertises as a Great British Pub. I had the Steak Bavette which was awful, I wasn’t even asked how I wanted it cooked. Staff are less than useless, I asked for Vinegar for my chips twice and it never materialised. No change behind the bar and it was as if they were waiting for you to say it doesn’t matter and keep as a tip.

Ce pub se situe dans l’hôtel Ibis Earl’s Court, il est très pratique quand on a la flemme de ressortir de l’hôtel après une journée de visite, mais si vous avez encore un peu de force pour manger dehors allez y.. les salades et les budgets sont fades, les pizzas surgelées !!Mais l’ambiance est sympa, la déco top et si vous aimez le foot vous pourrez regarder les matchs sur écrans géants et peu importe où vous êtes assis tellement il y a des télé !!

Service was the slowest we have ever experienced. Honestly we were queued for 10 mins with only 2 people in front at the bar. Staff were slow at everything they did. Food was ok. Best feedback i can give is that they had lots of tvs showing sport

Nothing really awesome about the room. In fact it is a little more run down than the Ibis I've been to so far. Transport to the city Centre can be via the tube or the buses. Breakfast was a little confusing, apparently there's 2 different types of breakfast served depending on which one you chose during the booking.

Fish and chips or bangers and mash, either one is a great choice. Good service, good food, fair choice of beer and drinks. Fast and friendly.

I think George & Dragon was badly understaffed. Queues to bar were long, no busser around to clear tables. After waiting for a long time to order a beer and pizza at the bar I was told that I cannot order food if I don't know the number of my table. I took a walk around the pub and managed to find a table, had to clear the dirty dishes my self and keep all the other customers waiting, because the barmaid was still waiting for my order. After I managed to memorize the number of the table and order a pizza I did not know if the precious table would still be free or if other customers had taken it. Why not give the customer a number of the order? It's a common practice and it works well. Beer was good, but the pizza was not. It tasted like a frozen pizza from the supermarket. George and Dragon is a nice place to drop in for beer, but I suggest eating elsewhere.

I had looked at places near the hotel but came back to the pub because it looked better. There's a special every night and I got the Friday fish, chips & a pint for £12. You have to grab a table first before ordering so the staff know which table to bring your food to. Very good food, quick service. Go early to avoid the lineups.

I am realistic - I didn't expect a pub inside an Ibis to be great - but this was terrible. Firstly despite have a conference on of a 1000 people (plus any hotel guests that were eating there) they decided that one member of bar staff would be a good idea.And as for the food - it was dreadful - I actually couldn't eat it.Avoid - and walk 5 minutes away to Earls Court Road - where you have a load of places.

Il menù propone i piatti tipici dei pub inglesi, principalmente a base di carne, di qualità discreta e a prezzi medi. Buona la scelta di birre. A seconda del numero di clienti, l'ambiente può risultare tranquillo oppure caotico.

Annesso all'hotel Ibis offre una discreta varietà di piatti a prezzi contenuti. Buona la varietà delle birre alla spina. Il servizio è un pò lento e purtroppo in certe sere abbastanza rumoroso.

The hotel has cleverly integrated a traditional British Pub into itself, the service is very good, the range of drinks available, extensive, the bar area comfortable and the food available is good quality, served pretty quickly with generous portions

Open late, served food at 11pm, which was great! We had burgers which were tasty and good value, couldn't ask for more.
