George & Dragon Ibis Earls Court in Hammersmith and Fulham

Entire hotel is newly renovated. Rooms are relatively large for London and reasonably priced. You can quickly get to the city and the sights by bus or underground.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Earl's Court! Usama at the reception truly stood out with his exceptional service. He ensured a quick check-in process and was very professional throughout. The hotel itself provided a comfortable and pleasant experience, making my stay highly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for Usama's excellent customer service.

We were warmly welcomed by reception staff who checked us in and provided information about the bars, restaurants and other facilities. Rooms were finished to a very high standard and were very comfortable with TV and coffee making facilities included. Excellent location with restaurants locally if you did not wish to eat in the hotel. Wonderful breakfast, very fresh and a good selection. Overall a very pleasant stay and we booked again to return in November.

The Ibis Hotel Lillie Rd London is great value for a Hotel which situated within easy reach of London top attractions. With a tube station just a short walk away it’s just a few stops to all the action. The staff at the Hotel are friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have all facilities you would need. There is a wide range of choice for breakfast and the Hotel has a bar which serves food (although I did not use it so can’t comment). Another excellent benefit of the Hotel is an underground car park. I would highly this Hotel

"Minimal" room, comfortable bed with safe and kettle but no fridge or drawers, only possibility of hanging clothes or putting them on a shelf. Bathroom with shower tray and mobile shower. Bus stop in front.

Positive: They allowed us to store our luggage for several hours after check-out, which was very convenient. Negative: The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was extremely weak.

The room is too cold. The system is not working.

Because of my disability my wife and myself stayed in an accessible room. the bathroom was very well laid out with non slip floor and good shower and shower seat. The only minor point is that a magnifying mirror over wash basin would have been useful for men shaving and women for make up. The bedroom had twin beds which were comfortable. Excellent television, kettle and mugs & tea bags etc.The only negative thing was that the bedroom chair was very hard to sit on and should be provided with a thick cushion. The breakfast was self service with plenty of choice. The hotel lifts were very large and clean.

To tell you the truth, when my daughter first booked it, I was a little disgruntled. I am a bit experienced from Austria, it is generally a middle-class hotel. It must be different in London as it costs up to 250 € per night. To be honest, it does it justice, although it is expensive, it deserves 5 stars. It is both in the center and very clean.

We (2 adults and 1 child aged 9) stayed here for one night. Lovely, friendly staff at check in made it a quick, smooth check in. Room was lovely for what we needed, clean and comfortable. TV, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, hairdryer, storage etc. About a 3 minute walk to nearest tube station.

Sabrina, the Algerian girl, is very very respectful and has high morals. i arrived from Riyadh before the check-in time and I was so tired from the trip. She helped me a lot to do check -in early.My allah bless her and her family

A very clean room that was very comfortable.

This is my second stay at Earl Court. The hotel has been nicely renovated and it is very successful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I also really like the buffet breakfast where there is something for everyone. Tea and coffee available in the rooms. Clean towels every day. Tidy room. Everything was perfect. There are 2 metro stations, one 5' away, the other 10' walk away. We were with children who enjoyed their stay

In response to the message sent by the hotel management, I request some clarifications: 1- Why did the manager call us to the room accompanied by a security guard and take us to the entrance hall to talk to us there, always with the security guard at her side? Why did we have to talk about what happened in public and in a place with a large number of people, while a security guard remained next to us, causing several looks from the guests that made us feel immensely uncomfortable? When there is any kind of problem in this hotel, is it the employees' procedure to take all guests to be exposed in the lobby with security intimidating them? 2) If there was no defect in the bathroom drain and the bathtub was not connected, how do you explain our footage recorded at the time of the incident, which shows water returning from the drain? What reason would the flooding have been caused or is it common for turning on a shower in this hotel to flood the rooms? 3) Why is a communication problem being alleged, if my husband is fluent in English and perfectly understood the sentence uttered by the manager in the presence of several guests: I'll see you in court??

We went to see the Come Alive show at Earls Court and this hotel is in the perfect location for that 2 minutes walk, recently refurbished and it is has been done to high standard... I did notice a disabled toilet & baby changing room mid corridor.ehuch I thought was really good the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and there's a little coffee shop in reception... Serving drinks & pastries..nice touch, and very reasonable on site parking...my only nig is there's not a great deal of shops or eateries locally but ..for this weekend it was perfect.

Good location, room we stayed in has been modernised as have areas of the hotel, reception and bar area much better. If I have any criticism it was the price, yes it’s London. But far better hotels for the same money we paid.

This is my third time staying at this location and it never disappoints. The hotel has just been refurbished and looks magnificent. The rooms are clean, the location is within 10 minutes of 3 + tube stations and the staff are absolutely wonderful to interact with. Bledar has greeted us each morning at breakfast and carries a high level of professionalism and care. I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here for future trips.

The hotel looks really brand new and really nice, I really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights and the lobby bar had really amazing treats and food, I had one bbq chicken pizza and tasted delicious. However, I wanted to thank Anada in the lobby bar for her service she was really helpful :)

The hotel is good, the location also good 😊 And the staff is also very kind and helpful! Specially I remembered man by name Mattew in the restaurant and blond lady by reception which helped me a lot with early check in, and printing the documents for my work.

Everything was amazing espacially the brekafast. There was a variety of choices and Matthew was able to help us if we had any questions. Thank You Mercure and Thank You Matthew, we WILL come back!

The renovated rooms are quiet good and the access with underground is also interesting, but the hotel is very noisy (also in the night time). The real problem is the reception staff not really efficient - 30min for our check in with children (did not find one of our bookings, ask us to check out-check in for the 2nd night, charge one credit card twice for same booking (!) but refunded only after our request as we noticed by ourself the mistake online (!). Rooms assignment totally wrong (no baby bed but requested, no child bed, other floor assigned randomly (then other hotel category as Mercure & Ibis share the same building) - not fair for people who are traveling together), no info about comp drinks for All group…). The housekeeping service is also approximative (no new towels and they only took the dirty ones), no refill for soap in the shower (totally empty!). The real positive points are the F&B outlets. Restaurant & breakfast staff is friendly and the food was ok, particularly for breakfast. The price is therefore too high for all these small problems… It was not my first visit but unfortunately will be the last one as all my family was a bit disappointed (16 persons in total). That’s a pity…

Looks a bit lacklustre from outside but inside … wow! Totally refurbished with stylish lobby, great bar with great service and the rooms all have industrial scheme which is high quality. Bed was super comfy too. Excellent location near West Brompton tube. Had a fab meal at The Prince 2 mins walk away and Earls Court is right on the doorstep. Totally recommend this hotel.

Well located host. A nearby underground station provides quick and easy access to the center and Victoria Station. Recently renovated room with neat and trendy decor. Clean room. Presence of a kettle with tea and coffee. Small shops nearby, café, restaurant...

Very comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated lobby, restaurant and pub/bar. Great location just 5-10 minutes away from Brompton tube station. Pub/bar has very cosy/smart interior. Food (steak with fries) and drinks were really tasty and beautifully decorated. It looked like art on a plate/glass. I tried many cocktails and they were each better than the previous. Bar service was friendly and professional, staff (especially Lukas) was excellent. Absolutely recommend staying here and I will be back

Undra is the best hotelier I've ever met. She provided the best service even when I was suddenly looking for a room. I was able to have a relaxing night thanks to her. I just want to say thank you very much to her for giving me a good memory in London.

Clean and comfortable room and well appointed since the refurbishment. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and make you feel valued.

We recommend this hotel as it has staff available until late, the buffet style breakfast is delicious, and it has good access to Notting Hill and central London!

The room is nice and clean. It's close to the station, so traveling wasn't inconvenient. I ran into the Bikash staff two days in a row when I had breakfast, and they were so friendly! All other staff were friendly too. But the black man at the front desk...? India...? The female staff member was honestly... not very good. I still regret asking my name. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no refrigerator in the room and that they didn't provide new towels during the room maintenance on the last day of the 4-night stay, but I just overlooked it.

The room assignment was in a corner After finishing a difficult schedule, I returned to my accommodation. It was always difficult when I came back. Additionally, I don't know much about British culture, but in the room I felt uncomfortable because there was no refrigerator. Other than that, no complaints. The subway station is close and the stop is also nearby. A Korean restaurant is also nearby. And while eating breakfast, Bikash Thank you for your kind response.

Hotel very central, 3 minutes to West Brompton Underground. Newly renovated, clean rooms. Breakfast with beans, bratwurst, delicious vegetarian variant, Röstitaler, baked tomato, egg variants, fresh fruit, pastries, muesli. Breakfast good, but no variations, always identical.

I just had lunch in the bar with my son. The food was delicious. We were served by Jay who was very charming courteous and what you would expect from this hotel. A very enjoyable nutritious meal.

The hotel is very well located, close to Earls Court tube station and just over 20 minutes walk from South Kensington, home to the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The common spaces are comfortable and spacious. I had the opportunity to stay on different dates within the same month (June 2024), and I saw the rooms on the upper floors, which are older, and the new ones, totally modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and everything is delicious. The reception staff is very polite.

My favourite place to stay when in London! I have been here already couple of times and still my favourite. We were lucky to receive an upgrate room - all was new, modern and super clean, bed comfy. Staff always friendly and I love the new cafe in the lobby. Last but not least, the location is great as well - just like 20/25 minuts to Trafalgar Square via Tube.

As a returning guest, I have had the pleasure of staying at your hotel several times over the years. This was my first visit since the recent upgrades, and I was immediately impressed by the transformation. Upon entering the reception area on the evening of Thursday, July 25th, I was struck by its elegance, reminiscent of a luxury apartment. The receptionist was exceptionally polite and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my stay. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the executive room on the 9th floor. The room was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable, exceeding my expectations.

I have stayed at the Ibis Earls Court now each time I have come to London and will continue to come back. Staff and friendly and helpful, it's located 2 mins from West Brompton Train Station with numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close by. There is even a laundromat only a 5 mins walk away. There have been extensive renovations over the last 18 months that have greatly improved the facilities. I do miss the Pub that was previously located within the hotel but the new restaurant serves beautiful food.

Stayed with my family in this hotel for a couple of nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience in the Lobby bar, there worked a very positive girl Anna B. who makes great coffee and was very friendly. I highly recommend everyone to visit the lobby bar in this hotel

Merged with Mercure and renovated. Rooms spartan but clean. Breakfast selection is good and plenty of room. Elevators relatively quick to arrive. No fridge. That’s the worst point. No phone so you need to go to the front desk. No in-house laundry service. Good restaurants nearby. West Brompton isn’t the most convenient Circle Line station.

The hotel looked very nice staff were very accommodating, but when we booked we ask and were told it had air-conditioned rooms. when we complained about the heat in the room we were told no air conditioning just air cooling. Not sure what that means because fans do not cool air they just move air. There is air conditioning units in the rooms but they just circulate the air. The room sits at 25C at minimum. Their solution was to give us another fan

The hotel has been renovated. The lobby is beautiful, but there is noisy cars and ambulances or a nearby fire station. Every time passes, the walls are like wood. They make a sound and you can hear someone moving next to you. They gave us one of the rooms. It has 3 small and uncomfortable beds. The service is excellent. The iron has a private room for ironing. The breakfast is good. There is no refrigerator or telephone for room service. Very close to grocery stores, halal restaurants, and Arabic groceries

Nice hotel, warm welcome from the restaurant Manager, Matthew who was attentive and checked on me during the meal to see if I needed anything else, despite it being busy. The checkout experience not so great. I literally had my room key snatched from my hand, no query about whether I enjoyed my stay. If it wasn't for Matthew and his excellent customer service, I would have scored the service a one star at the most.

Very pleasant hotel, recently redone which is very appreciable. Very big hotel, so a lot of people at breakfast but never a wait or crowd, noise nonetheless... Varied breakfast, from savory to sweet... Very pleasant breakfast room despite everything... No toilets on the ground floor so once you check out there is no more access even if you have had your luggage stored, too bad.... Good overall experience, ready to come back!

Clean hotel close to the tube and lines serving central London. On the other hand, first night moving following flooding of the bathroom. Another room with air conditioning that didn't work so it was crazy hot in the room and finally no more shower gel in the dispenser.

Anna in the restaurant gives amazing service. The food is splendid. The views of the city are interesting. The location in this vibrant and effervescent part of London is fantastic. My favorite hotel in London.

Excellent location considering it to be reasonably priced for London. We booked 2 refurbished rooms which were of higher comfort compared to the more “standardised” rooms in other Ibis hotels I stayed at before. The full English breakfast buffet is very well presented and offers quality food. Also every staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Transport wise, the bus 74 stops opposite the hotel, while the underground stations West Brompton and Earl’s Court are respectively 4 and 10 minutes walk away.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They have no AIR CONDITIONING at all and it is beyond hot in the rooms. The staff explained that even tho there are controls on the walls and units in the rooms there is no way to cool the rooms. I stayed on a day when it was 29 degrees and the room at night was hotter than the outside atmosphere. One member of staff was exceptionally helpful and tried to find me a cooler room and I moved to one that was a couple of degrees colder at MIDNIGHT! The coolest the room can get is 24 degrees!!!! Even though the little poster says you can control the room temperature. It’s a nightmare. They have me a little fan to try and cool the room but obviously it was useless. Also there is refurbishment construction going on all day so it’s noisy too. All in all this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I’d never book an ibis again. I get that Ibis is a budget friendly chain but basic amenities should be a standard in any hotel. Liveable isn’t a luxury…..

We enjoyed breakfast at the new restaurant and were pleased with the flavorful combination of bacon, mushrooms, and fried eggs. The host, Matthew, warmly greeted us at the entrance with a professional and friendly demeanor, displaying excellent hospitality.

The newly opened Restaurant was exceptional, and I enjoyed a delightful service of salmon scotch eggs. The service provided by Matthew was exceptionally high in quality

During our four day stay the airconditioning was not working at all. Hotel under renovation, we had a newly renovated room.

Staff Cecilia gave service that was as a committed, dedicated, professional and was very helpful. Gave information when asked. Very familiar with local area and was very competent in giving information.

Very happy with our stay here. The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. The lobby with cozy seating areas that are perfect for both solo visitors and small groups The lobby bar has a great selection of pastries, panini and light snacks. I sampled a croissant and a lemon muffin, both of which were fresh and delicious. Anna B. was friendly and polite 👍🏻 For those who prefer non-dairy options, they have several milk alternatives available I would stay again when the next time I’m in London

We enjoyed our stay. The location, the breakfast, the room are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Salim who welcomed us very nicely. The only problem is that the extra bed is uncomfortable and much too narrow for an adult. I would still recommend this hotel.

Down from Scotland for two nights to attend Wide Awake Festival in Brockwell park. Stayed in the Ibis Lillie Rd, Earls Court. Tbh, didn't spend much time in the immediate area but it seemed pretty decent with a few pubs and restaurants close at hand. Importantly though it is very handy for West Brompton and Earls Court Underground stations hence everything is in easy reach. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, tidy and by the looks of it, recently decorated ... and any staff with whom we interacted were pleasant and helpful. Had breakfast on-site in the restaurant ... £12 for basically all you can eat; cereals, toast, croissants, fruits ... and of course the traditional "full English" plus an extensive range of teas, coffee and juices. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Ibis hotel to anyone. It also boasts very professional looking conference facilities etc although that was of zero consequence to me given the non-business nature of my visit 🤣

Ibis hotels are at the lower end of the Accor chain. Rooms are always constrained for room but the beds are very comfortable. Staff very obliging but costs are getting too high for an Ibis. Both for the room and bar and food.
