I only went for drinks with my brother and nephew. We didn't have any food. The atmosphere was good, and the beers were cold, so all in all a good experience 😁

Best customer service I have ever received. Staff is friendly and very helpful Kimberly and Lucie and Miriam and James amazing. Defenetly the reason to come back and get great customer service

Ordered sausage, peas,mash and gravy this meal was rubbish the amount of gravy was a joke when I asked for more gravy the server disappeared into the kitchen and kept bringing other meals out and left me sitting there for at least 10 minutes so I called him over and asked where the gravy was he said that the chef was doing a new batch. Another 5 minutes went by and still no gravy. The next thing the manager said if i want more gravy i would have to pay extra for this I was offered my money back so I took it.i am not paying extra for something that should be with the meal at the start. So i will not be doing into a witherspoons ever again.

A local favourite with a friendly staff and interesting food. We are here monthly and often enjoy the sausages and mash and always pistachio soufflé. This time we had the seafood bouillabaisse and burger - both well made and presented. The menu changes seasonally and you get some nice options which makes it a lovely place to dine often. The drinks are generous and wines are very reasonable. The set up of the pub is nice with a dining area for guests with dogs as well as a separate tv lounge and bar area and outside garden area - all of which are cosy and inviting. Service is very friendly and efficient which keeps us coming back. Parking in the area is easy (few spaces out front and street parking) too.

A stone's throw from the Ibis hotel where we are staying overnight. Having just arrived in London at 10pm, after a long drive from Paris, an obligatory stop to eat something before going to sleep. Very pleasant surprise, typical English pub with a wide choice. We had some fried chicken bites with fries, some beef curry and a wrap with chicken and salad, beer and water, all very good, for less than 22 pounds. Very friendly staff and service just as fast. If you are in the area, it's a must try.

I am staying at Holiday Inn Express next door. My family and I couldn’t wait to try this place out. I was born in London now live in the states. I am visiting and brought along my American family. We walked in and the waitress never once acknowledged us. I said hello she gave us one look mumbled something and continued doing things with menus. She never came back…ever. Another man that worked there maybe a manager or bartender looked at us with a frown no one said hello and he walked in the back. We couldn’t believe it. We stood there waiting forever no acknowledgement and it wasn’t busy. The little boy with us asked why they were ignoring. So sad and such obvious disrespect. I hate to call it racist but when you see like 5 white people seated eating and happy and 5 black people with a child waiting by the door and no one acknowledging them what else could it be? I’m honestly still in disbelief. This is our first time experiencing this to this degree at an establishment. Horrible

The price and atmosphere were good, but the food was so so.

The food variety here is more than InterContinental buffet. Any west or eastern food. But quality...well for this price you can't expect too much, right?

Warning to all who attend the plough and harrow Hammersmith king street I was a victim of theft My mobile phone was stolen by a man who came in stole it off the table. Then I was informed he comes in regularly went back the following week he came in a gain was about to steal another phone but my partner stopped him. When all this happened the manager of the plough and harrow did nothing no support showed no duty of care. Me and my partner did complain and have since been refused entry to the pub became of the complaint. However they did nothing hence I informed them the guy was back in the pub maybe there’s more to that . I’m the victim but been barred. So your allowed to commit theft but not complain The guy still attends the pub

Have liked and enjoyed this pub for many years. It's a bit worn and now dated, but makes up for it in earthy atmosphere. Touches of real Hammersmith! Food was good, and service ok. Much better Wetherspoons than the other one at the end of the same street. Now, amazingly... Even lower prices on both the food and drinks. You really won't find cheaper.

I tell you something for nothing, there's a cracking girl called Miriam who is very pleasant and may I also add, very beautiful. If I were 15 years younger I'd propose.

Great place to have a meal or drink and a chat. Also if you go early morning for a breakfast its nice and peaceful.

The toilets here are disgusting, even by typical Whetherspoons standards. Tiles are missing, wood fittings are rotting and they are always really dirty. I like going to spoons for affordable food and drinks, but I've been put off this place because the toilets are so horrible and will not go again. The other Whetherspoons nearby are looked after much better.

Being one of two black people in there. I didn't feel weird, which can sometimes be the case in certain pubs around London. Really pleasant clientele, a nice spot for a quiet cold one.

Popped inside for "breakfast,", wow £3.14 for a traditional English, plus unlimited coffee, all for under £4.50..large eating drinking area all on 1 floor, with areas to charge phone, could not fault..

Popped in for a quick drink, after having dinner. The prices are so cheap and glad this chain keeps going. Some cute outdoor seating is available

Excellent beer prices and quality. Food is reasonably priced and good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Much more gentle atmosphere than other pubs nearby.

Got attempted robbery once. Nice food, cheaper prices than the other Witherspoon's don't know why. Just one unfortunate robbery. Still go there almost every Sunday.

The difference in the staff at this wetherspoons and the central bar in shepherds bush is unreal very helpful cheerful and pleasant in fact the complete opposite of the bush it was a very nice experience

We came here before going to see the BGT live semi finals. It was me and my 11 year old twin boys. We ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks. Our drinks came quickly. Then 2 meals (mi e and one of my children’s) arrived. At which point we were told the third meal would be out in 5 minutes. I felt guilty for eating in front of him so waited for his food to come out. 10 minutes later it arrived. We received a small apology and when I said sorry isn’t really good enough the staff member walked away. At this point I said that it was unprofessional behaviour and asked to speak with the manager. His excuse was short staff. I called him out on that. Basically they missed the third meal On the order so had to quickly cook it. If you want to eat together as a group don’t come here

Just went in for a coffee, great value for money. Was £1 something and unlimited refills. Really big pub, clean toilets and good polite customer service! Looked at the food menu looked reasonably priced!

Strongly do not recommend the place if you want to have a pleasant breakfast. Ordered pancakes with fruit were served on a dirty plate with some sausage leftovers 🤢 What's more instead of 4 pieces I received only 2. The woman I spoke to that my order is different was very unpleasant and rude claiming that "it is what it is!!"

Honest food, great prices and great service. Our favourite place to just hang out.

I have dined here several times when visiting London and each time it was a good eat. Prices are friendly, service is quick and the food is tasty. The pub is a place for locals to have a pint so if you wish to find a genuine place it's here. Mind, not very fancy , still agreable.

Beautiful old coaching hotel and restaurant. The service was great! Received a very warm welcome from the host and the waiters were charming. I had the Sunday roast chicken which was delicious. My other 3 guests had the fish which all but 1 loved. Lovely way to spend a Sunday.

Typical English pub with great food, lots of different types of beer and a nice atmosphere.

I like this place due to its location and the fact there is a lot of light due to the amount of windows it has. Unlike it's sister pub The William Morris a few minutes away which is dark and dingy.

Came here during the week and the food was phenomenonal, came today Easter Sunday, and the food was absolutely disgusting, I ordered the boneless chicken with bbq sauce and coleslaw, and my partner had the chicken jalfreze naan bread and poppadoms, I got coleslaw that had changed colour, and watery bbq sauce, naan bread was hard on the edges, rice was worse the 2nd time round it looked like the rice was thrown on the plate and the curry in a dish was covering the rice, like the cook was annoyed that a customer had complained, chips were blanched cooked and raw, so having to complain and hoping when it was addressed it would be better, it wasn't, going out for a meal is meant to have you feel good, this time the experience left us down hearted and not wanting to come again to this pub, although the manager gave us 2 free beers this really isn't the way to deal when a customer has had a bad experience with disgusting food

Standard Wetherspoons handily located under the Hammersmith Holiday Inn Express. The choice and standard of drinks is excellent but the staffing levels were very poor. Those on duty were excellent but it was just too busy for them to handle at times. Still, good prices for London, normal 'Spoons fare on offer.

So very disappointed with the accessible toilet here. Am a wheelchair user and went there with friends. Needed to use the toilet and found it in a disgusting state. Toilet sxxt everywhere - toilet seat too high and hand rail that does not work. Absolutely disgusted. This has added to my anxiety to go out anywhere.

Typical weather spoon bar. Nice decor,cheap drinks and food, staff friendly and help, but like a lot of other bars they need more staff,but would recommend a visit. Service at the bar is still very slow, only one person serving,and long queues, but the beer is good and very reasonable priced ,still would recommend a visit, but don't be in a rush.

I ordered the food and I waited for 30 mins. Also the coffee machine wasn’t working at all.

Helpful staff, the food was delicious and the prices are totally fine. Even with the tip I left for the lady, it was so cheap. The atmosphere was great, it would be 5 for me too if there would be some music playing in the background.

We gather here to celebrate our friend Danes birthday from Cork, unfortunately passed away far too young, but we love reminiscing and havin the craic RIP The Great Dane It's a very friendly place suitable for most occasions Nice staff 😊 Good value for money

Nice pub but felt like I was being missed out by staff till someone else said it was me before him then I got served

Went here this evening after a meal with friends nearby for an after dinner drink I was horrified to see at around 10:30pm the back end of the premises when I went to the loo a table with atleast 10 unaccompanied children who were probably all under 9 years old. When I raised my concern that this was inappropriate and a safeguarding concern to a male staff member who I presume was a manager that my understanding was that children under 14 even if accompanied need to leave by 9pm, the member concerned who was tall , white, under 30 with glasses wearing a light blue shirt told me the law has changed and children of any age can be in the pub till midnight! I tried to press the issue that there are 10 or more unsupervised children with no food or drinks sat directly outside the men’s toilet and this is inappropriate, illegal and extremely risky from a safeguarding perspective and was told “the parents can see them it’s fine.” I obviously would not take photos of strangers children without consent, but I seriously urge Weatherspoons head office to review CCTV footage of the Plough and Harrow this evening. It is dangerous and totally irresponsible to condone this behaviour. I will be also reporting this to Hammersmith and Fulham Councils licensing department. By 10pm in this pub there was no food being served it was wet led sales only as I’m sure the EPOS system would confirm, yet the irresponsible staff were happy to blatantly flaunt the law and put children at risk.

This pub is up for sale and Wetherspoons keep it understaffed and you have to form a queue when you want a drink, the tables are not cleared or cleaned very often, it is not the poor staff who still work theres fault, As long as the pub is staying open Weatherspoons should staff it and keep it in the same conditions as all their other pubs, I personnally don't use it much but I do use the William Morris which is another one of their pubs but this pub really good in all departments

I have been to quite a few Wetherspoons pubs and this is certainly a good one. The staff were quick to assist us when we couldn’t find the table number. The food was good, wait times were fairly low and as usual with Wetherspoons, the drinks were cheap. It was ideal to stop in and get some dinner before a show at the Apollo. Compliments to the staff who were very friendly and liked to have a laugh as well!

Cheap beer, pleasant and efficient staff

Deserve their reputation for a full on collection and customer care. Very popular, advise considering visiting times to avoid schools trip programmes mid morning day and afternoon. Likewise too much to take in , in a single visit.. planning the galleries for viewing recommended and making another trip to pick up the others.. Love the post Roman British "Dark Ages" and Norse sections. A great day out. Food choices to suit everyone. Bathrooms first class. Staff first class. Collection first class. Exhibitions first class. Recommended.

I drink after work is always a good thing.

Aside from a disturbing patron who clearly was having a bad day the staff handled it perfectly. The fish & chips were excellent and my pint was cold & refreshing.

Our neighbourhood Wetherspoon. It’s usually very packed at night. Priced a little lower than other Wetherspoon pubs we used to go in zone 1 & 2.

You can sit there for 3 hours without having your table cleared; they do not care; usually one person serving the whole bar for drinks. Amateur staff.

ホリデイ・イン エクスプレス宿泊中、近くだったので夕食に何度か利用しました。 客は観光客より地元の常連客が多い感じ。 初回訪問時はシステムが分からず戸惑いましたが、空いているテーブルに勝手に座ってカウンターで注文とテーブル番号を言って支払いを済ますとビールはそのまま手渡し、料理はテーブルまで持ってきてくれます。 これが一般的なロンドンのパブのシステムなのかな？ ディナーのセットにビールがついて10ポンド～と比較的リーズナブルで量も十分。 正直味に期待はしてなかったのですが、注文したフィッシュアンドチップスやサーロインステーキは結構おいしい。 イギリスのエールもいただいて、ロンドンのパブの雰囲気を楽しめました。
