Great service and great coffee! Outside of the store was awfully messy and it didn't seem like anyone was going to clean up.

I have been coming here for years .The staff are great and the coffee.But have noticed cleaneness has gone down hill.Outside is shocki ng .Maybe get rid of the tables.It seems to be not customers not using.People coming in using toilet like a public one.The floors could do with a deep clean.

First visit, delicious coffee, amazing service. Although part of a chain, it has the independent provider vibe. Lots of place to sit with a nice cup of coffee to watch the world go by. Bang opposite the Uxbridge station.

Friendly staff, with Greta breakfast/ brunch options! Great vibes and very welcoming! Go to place for a pastry after a run!

I’m very surprised this great venue has slipped The stuff need to clean the place up! Why is so much food left uncleaned on the floor Tables are not cleaned or cleared quickly In fact the outside tables are disgusting with cigarette butts and litter all over them, whilst 3 staff chat behind the serving counter somewhat oblivious The whole place needs to be deep cleaned and then MAINTAINED REGULARLY

Ordered a coffee and pastry - waited for over 10 minutes while the barista chatted to his mate at the counter then must have forgotten my coffee order as I had to leave to get to work. Worst service I’ve had in a long time

First time in this coffee shop for a while, not too busy when I visited mid-morning, time for a chat with the barista on the art of milk designs on the copy of coffees, also enjoyed a nice (in-the-house style) Proper cheese toastie which was nice, a bit of mustard in there somewhere!..... I will be back, and a really good coffee shop, for a chain, they somehow manage to make it feel local and independent - top stuff... Back today...... Oct 2024, July 2023, was here in mid Feb 2023... Great coffee!!

The best place with fantastic coffee, made by professional and amazing barista. I love this place, it's too hard for me to find good coffee. But, Leideana (sorry, if the name is not written correctly) is the best barista in the world. She knows everything about really good coffee. If you visit Harris and Hoole in Uxbridge and will find Leideana making coffee, believe me - it is your lucky day!

Lovely and spacious. You get a lot of nice light in the day and an overview of the city centre of Uxbridge. There was room for buggies so as a mum I was pleased. Also nice and friendly staff

This is a really nice place. The Drink that I ordered was amazing, the staff were polite and helpfull. The whole atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Though the only downside is the price. It is a bit expensive but everything else makes up for it.

This was a very very expensive coffee and sandwich. The food was actually nice but very small. The staff were terrible and barely paid any attention to the customers and the whole place was really dirty and untidy, even the windows were covered in dirt and smears. Really would not recommend this place.

The baristas of this coffee shop deserve a shoutout for being so lovely and funny. My mate and I popped in super hungover and (apologies I never got names) the guy with brown hair and stubble and the girl with the funky hair really lifted our spirits and we had such a laugh talking to them, they also made us delicious coffees so thank you!! <3

OK coffee shop, staff are nice especially the 2 ladies there today. Don't make the mistake I made that this is a specialist coffee place though (I'm new to better coffee...) as it's not. The black coffee I ordered was pretty bad and the beans I bought were rubbish. Nice place to sit I guess but that's about it.

Lovely coffee shop at decent prices. Atmosphere and layout suit for a catch up with friends. They have big armchairs and little tables to make it more relaxed and benches outside. Much better than being squeezed into a dining table at some of the bigger chain coffee shops.. Only downside is the cushions need replacing in those big armchairs :)

What a fantastic place, and great coffee served.

I have been in here 3 times recently. One one occasion I had there coffee which was nice if expensive but on 2 occasions I gave up queueing as the service is just ridiculously slow. The baristas talk to customers too much but are also incredibly slow making the coffee and don't focus on the length of queue. Very frustrating!

Good coffee but not great. Last couple of times I went in the place was so uncared for inside - cake crumbs all over the place and signs and cleaning stuff left around inside the shop. For such a nice space and location it's a shame that staff aren't looking after it. 3 coffee size choice for things like flat whites is just annoying and confusing - just make a single regular sized cup of coffee, people can always ask to personalise it if they want.

Came for coffee with two friends after being out of the area for two years and all I can say is that the cafe has gone downhill. The tables were all dirty and the general cleanliness of the shop was was poor. No music. No atmosphere. Coffee was bitter and no latte art. I know latte art isn’t a must but it would have distracted from the taste.

Place was very nice. But amount they charge is expensive than their services.. We order coffee Americano ..like the syrup and in cold weather is looking for hot drink 🤣 but it's was very bad like warm water..no taste Especially instructions for extra hot but still not ... Cleaning and decontamination has no concept. Smelly cushions and sofa.. No clear introduction to where to que and where to pickup your order..

Nice ambience. WiFi etc and no music as far as I know which is good.

Best coconut Mocha around. Good quality silky chocolate used in their mocha. Comfortable arm chairs and they allow dogs which is great. I shall bring my dog at some point.

My favourite small business. Im a straight man but i come here multiple times a month with my gay bestfriend. We like the unique vibe and the staff are alternative, polite, and i would 10/10 recommend the Sausage Roll if you catch one before i eat them all. The atmosphere is accepting, you can people watch whilst sitting opposite the station for convenient departure. The price is fairly expensive in comparison to chains however it's a small business and we need to contribute to such places.

These guys are great. Always friendly service, well priced with good deals for loyalty. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Clean and tidy. A gem within the high street. Would be nice to have more veggie/vegan food options, but that’s it.

My personal favorite coffee shop in Uxbridge. I always go for 'Flat White' and never got disappointed with their service or taste. I love the view of busy High Street from this coffee shop.

Coffee amazing, chicken and bacon sandwich delicious, service friendly but not communicating with each other - I needed to ask for a tray to carry the coffee, food and water. Otherwise I would have given a 5.

Harris and Hoole offers an incredible selection of hot and cold drinks. The decor is great and the staff are always friendly.

Nice place with comfortable seats. They have a vegan meatball wrap which is nice and not too heavy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They charge 20p extra for soya and oat milk, which is not too bad, but it would be nice if it were free. They also have a vegan raspberry croissant, but we haven’t tried it this time.

I love this place for a good cup of coffee.

My absolute favourite place to get coffee ever!☕️ Top tier coffee, delish variety of toasties, soups, breakfast bites and vegan/veggie options. Always a 10/10 experience and one of my favourite hangout spots in the town. Spent years at university popping in and out, the staff quickly became my friends and I visit whenever I’m in Uxbridge since moving away!- they’re all so kind and genuine🧡 go and support this lovely group of fabulous individuals and enjoy their drink making talent🤩.

This is my go-to place when it comes to coffee. I've tried many coffee shops around, but still come back to H+H for the best experience. You can also get whole or ground beans to take home if you fancy it. Staff is nice and service is fast.

For a chain, it didn't feel like one. Coffee was great tasting and presented nicely. Staff weren't the friendliest but service was quick.

Staff member who served today had attitude blamed customer for his mistake can't fault the coffee

Great coffee as always just a shame about the attitude of the staff member, who when he messed up the order blamed my husband for seeing him make it wrong instead of offering an apology. As this is where we regularly stop for coffee when shopping and have always previously received great service this was a hugh disappointment.

The coffee wasn’t great specially for the price, I don’t know who drinks coffee from here as it’s right next to Pret and opposite two Costa’s. absolutely awful!! Arghh

Great location for people watching. The decor is airy and modern. The staff are friendly. Food is surprisingly good (much better than the main chain cafes). The coffee is ok it's better than most, but not the best. The drink had pleasant fruity notes but a darkness to it, which might be attributed to that it was freshly roasted

Extremely nice place to stop for a coffee in Uxbridge. The decor is very old-style inside and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Toilet facilities in good working order. Outdoor seating makes it a great stop to sit in the summer and overlook the high street.

Lovely looking coffee shop but coffee blend quite bitter. Tried their Peruvian double macchiato, couldn't finish it. Service not bad, but not amazing either. I made time to visit and taste as a coffee connoisseur and trader, so not impressed. Michael London

Was impressed felt very safe (coronavirus wise) our drinks were in throw away cups and our rolls were in throw away boxes. Staff were helpful and lots of sanitizers around

Great Staff who manage to remember my regular order even when I've forgotten my regular order! It's normally full at lunchtime but easy enough to get a table at other times of the day. Good choice of food and snack options. Lots of light and not a stereotypical windowless gloomy coffee shop! Service can be slow when it's busy but I'd rather here than anywhere else in town.

Usually a positive experience at H&H but today (Sunday 23.2.2020) not as good as normal. Seating as usual is not great but coffee was to the expected standard. However, the staff all seemed different today and the usually relaxing music has changed to a louder less pleasant listening experience. Pity as I've kept loyalty with H&H from the days spent enjoying coffee at the Amersham shop but my days at the Uxbridge shop could be limited now unless the seating can be made more comfortable and the music changed back to the style that most folk wouldn't mind.

Come here most weekends, great coffee, though seating could be improved and regular recognised staff. Today there are all different staff Who are lovely, however the music is completely different; it’s usually chilled background stuff that pleases most ears; this morning with the new staff its heavy, banging, and is also louder, and very obviously a personal choice of members of staff and not for the customers! 🙄

The cup of coffee was good. Consistent with service and food. Shared the ham and cheese sandwich. Hot and great taste. Would go and recommend especially during these times of cold wet weather.

Amazing coffee place such a hidden gem in plain view of the town centre don't think I'll be visiting Starbucks or Costa again whilst I live in Uxbridge
