Mandi was super helpful with a smile

Who ever they had on the register at 12pm on April 26th. They need to switch. She became extremely upset when I kept saying I didn’t order the things she said I ordered. She got upset when I asked for something above on the menu but they didn’t have it. I only asked cause it’s above her on the menu. She couldn’t understand a simple cold/iced coffee with some milk.

Both coffees extremely hot and milk burnt. Why does Starbucks employ people who don’t know how to make a decent coffee? What a let down.

I was waiting for my flight at 8:15 pm and i wanted to eat something before boarding and for gates c Starbucks is the only thing available, so I went there and they didn’t want to sell me anything this place closes at 9, but apparently the staff at the moment was to lazy to keep working.
