Service with a smile non existent Coconut milk had so many additives in it, the only thing that had coconut in it was the added flavourings. Seating area was filthy- crumbs everywhere. Not pleasant at all

The just 2 girls make magic , but need more help

Truly abysmal. Overflowing bins, tables that look like they’ve hosted a food fight, and staff who seem to think ‘service’ is a dirty word. Ten minutes in a queue for coffee, another five waiting for it, only to be handed a 5 quid cup of liquid regret. But why be shocked? It’s par for the course in Failed State TM UK, where customer service is now an abstract concept. To add insult to injury, the only reason I was subjected to this travesty was because BA—another shining beacon of mediocrity—failed to disclose a 70 min flight delay and of course have no lounge facilities for their customers at T5 C gates, a terminal they operate on a monopoly basis. The silver lining? I’m already airside and just moments from fleeing this overpriced dystopian theme park, plus, the plane is an Airbus so I’m a decent chance to make it to my destination…. San Francisco… oh ffs.

The hot chocolate was great with a soothing atmosphere and Krishna, Madeline and Splency are such a joy to talk too and be around. Highly recommend this place to anyone who passes by the C gates. 10/10

Very friendly staff (thanks Krishna!) and a nice and comfortable space where to hang out near gates. They even have outlets for charging. Great food choiceS too.

Had the five cheese toast and a Very berry Refresha. They were quite good. Staff were attentive and quick to help. Ancela was especially patient and helpful in the process of choosing my meal.

Just unbelievably slow, it’s the week before Xmas and Heathrow is heaving, and you only have two servers?

I had an excellent experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Zobair. When I came in to grab a coffee, Zobair went above and beyond to assist me with a request, showing incredible kindness and professionalism. He was friendly, attentive, and made the entire interaction smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely dedicated to ensuring a great customer experience. His positive attitude truly brightened my day and made my visit memorable. Starbucks is lucky to have such a fantastic team member. Diarrhea…had tomato and red pesto sandwich with chips and large latte.

The Starbucks server Yamini at the Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 Gate C54 is excellent. She always had a smile , remembered me from the first time I went through and knew my drink, and wished me a great day. I have discovered not many people are that friendly anymore and it was a wonderful surprise. Thank you Yamini for making my day extra special by just being nice and polite.

Starbucks at C gate is an amazing coffee shop! The service is exceptional, and Mansi is incredibly helpful. I had a few questions, and she took the time to explain everything to me with a smile and a polite demeanor. It made my experience so much better. Highly recommend this place for great coffee and friendly service!

Went to get a coffee for my mom during our layover in Heathrow. Thats where I met one of the baristas Yamini. We were both trying to help an elderly couple needing ice for their medication. Yamini was very helpful and patient. She was very gentle in her tone and willing to help. Nice meeting you :)
