An oasis at the far end of terminal 5c. Great filter coffee at a reasonable Price.

When I came in to grab a coffee, Zobair went above and beyond to assist me with a request, showing incredible kindness and professionalism. The Starbucks server Yamini at the Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 Gate C54 is excellent. She always had a smile , remembered me from the first time I went through and knew my drink, and wished me a great day. I have discovered not many people are that friendly anymore and it was a wonderful surprise. Thank you Yamini for making my day extra special by just being nice and polite.

Starbucks at C gate is an amazing coffee shop! The service is exceptional, and Mansi is incredibly helpful. I had a few questions, and she took the time to explain everything to me with a smile and a polite demeanor. It made my experience so much better. Highly recommend this place for great coffee and friendly service!

Only got a black coffee. NASTY!! Tasted like plain water that was brown.

Went to get a coffee for my mom during our layover in Heathrow. Thats where I met one of the baristas Yamini. We were both trying to help an elderly couple needing ice for their medication. Yamini was very helpful and patient. She was very gentle in her tone and willing to help. Nice meeting you :)

Only cafe in C gates, get it all before you leave the main terminal! Terrible array of food including a no meat vegan bun which looked like a slab of leather. I had some oatmeal for breakfast, I think it’s called porridge in this country. Turns out it’s 13% oats and the rest milk and a tonne of additives that turns it into globules of slime-like mush. Coffee was average, just tastes fairly bland and Starbucks- like

Standard Starbucks experience, just in an airport with not enough staff.

i have never left a review before for anything but this terrible attitude prompted me to. price was fine but drink and service was terrible. asked about our drink that had no foam on it even though it was supposed to have foam if worker could add it. the worker, some lady in pink hair, answered rudely that the foam is there it "just sank". do not recommend.

Ancela and Lilchite ROCK! I was curious and wanted to try it so recently ordered a Strawberry Matcha Green Tea Latte while awaiting my flight. I was pretty sure Ancela had started my order but then disappeared momentarily, only to return with a carton of cream which confused me as I saw other cartons sitting on the counter. She finished my order, handed it to me and said I hope you enjoy it as I wanted you to have fresh cream. Meanwhile Lilchite kept herself busy cleaning to make the surroundings inviting for customers. It’s because of employees like Ancela and Lilchite that I love, and am loyal to, Starbucks.

Acklie was super nice and the service was quick. However, don’t understand why you can’t just order sandwiches at the counter versus having to pick them up and bring to the counter. Not how it’s done where I’m from and kind of confusing. Would make the line go faster the way sandwiches are ordered in the U.S.
