Great customer service. Polite staff. Coffee shop is very clean

From when they renovate absolutely atrocious. The place is much smaller there are no outside tables and generally looking like a canteen rather then a coffee shop . Hope that renovation was done for free because if they actually paid for it then they paid for having them shop massacred . Whomever I know and was a regular customer complaint about it . The other problem is that the new staff members are so much far as a quality from the old team this place used to be good and I used to go there every day but no more now too many bad decisions one after the other from the management and mark my word this place will not survive much longer

This is a constant with Costa, but I'm biased with their extra hot Chai Latte with Oak milk 😋😋😋

Really nice Latte, 3 girls serving are very friendly and polite, always smiling. Front and entrance can be a bit cleaner. Condiments station quite dirty, tables could do with a quick wipe.

i visited here with my uncle we were on the route to sports direct so we decide to had a cofee because of freezing weather so we ordered latee and americano the cofee was very well made i am very satisfied

Plenty of space indoors and plenty of parking. Just made a quick pit stop. A chain is a chain but the girls at the counter were friendly.

Why are these shops always dirty

Costa coffee's taste is always hit n miss never ever have a consistency in thier taste. I fed back so many times but they don't care about customer opinions anymore.

Really need extra staff they have to many just eat orders waiting time 10/15 minutes to be served people give up and walk away

I’ve been to this Costa many of times but this time was different and more memorable due to Agar’s warm and vibrant presence. Her positive energy changed the experience for us completely. We look forward to visiting again and being served by Agar again :)

They threat you like you getting for free you tell them I need this and you see it, but they make you like you are dumb the new staff there all of them are lost they not there only physicality.

AGARE is a wonderful lady with infectious smile her service is exceptional, recognise regular customers favorite drinks which is amazing. In general that branch is second to none. Thank you

Very welcoming barista guys, very engaged. Good coffee, cakes. Atmosphere has a nice open plan feel, good seating, a broad windowed side looking out east providing a far horizon view. Only small reservation I ever had was the breakfast rolls become chewy or hardened after a few minutes. A review of their type of oven or warming times may be needed to make it a full five stars on all points.

Outside area is filthy the same box of rubbish sat for a week and floor littered with cups and wrappers every time you visit. Feels intimidating because of large groups of men staring at you. The one in Next is much nicer.

Costa coffee is dirty and needs a,good clean.on my last visit the outside was littered with serviettes on the ground and tables needed cleaning along with ashtrays.Went inside wich was no better.needed to go to the toilet,water on floor and no toilet paper.mentioned this to a member of staff and the situation was not rectified. Needs health and safety to visit.

No atmosphere, very empty compared to branch in Next the other side of the retail park.

The staff are very polite and fast, however, the establishment is very dirty. The glasses and windows are so dirty, the floors and the base of the tables, the place needs a deep clean.

Nikita gave amazing customer service and made an excellent iced salted caramel latte.

Closing time should be 7:30 but always close 6:30. It wasn't like that previous years.

I come here quite regularly as I’m local and my daughter loves the cheddar cheese toastie… so today ordered usual, it was burnt so I went back and they took it back and madestarted to make another one, a family comes after me and gets the same toastoe served before me i had to vet up and get mine, so I was obviously irritated so I mentioned they came after me… before i can complete the asian barrister was like “liste to me listen to me dnt get angry, we put yours together” and honestly i lost interest in talking with him because hos approach to me was rude yes I was visibly annoyed but, instead of letting me complete my sentence he shuts me up terrible service, he should apologise and difuse the whole thing but no he had make it out lile im angry he’s lucky im a calm individual i could have stood there snd made a scene… but i decided i didn’t want to ruin my daughters lunch time just eat and get out but this guy was in the wrong burn my sandwhich and serve someone else instead of me. I am really disappointed.

This branch of Costa has some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered at any coffee shop! The place is clean, service is fast and friendly.

We are visiting costa in next lombardy hayes twice a week,the new managee is just great,rhe customer service is brilliant and same for the staff working there! We are enjoying it every time,no matter how busy they are,they are trying to serve us at the table! Well done to all!

Decent latte but the place was filthy and the opening hours weren't as advertised on here (closed at 7pm) so had to rush and go

It's surprising how this little cafe feels isolated from the hustle and bustle of the supermarket itself - the way it is propped up on a mezzanine level almost feels like being at an airport. However, better design e.g. fake hedging or trellises to block some of the view would improve the ambiance

Why is it that staff have no idea how to make a latte. It really infuriates me that they don't take the time and effort to get it right. I had a latte in there yesterday and it was like an instant coffee made with water. This is the trouble when a company becomes a franchise, staff are taken on and they have no clue how to make a decent latte. Staff are polite enough but seriously need to be trained !!

I went to costa and was given amazing service by all the staff but especially Klaudia as she was very talkative and gave amazing service.The entire costa staff here is incredibly welcoming and take good care of customers.

One of my favourite Costa branches. It's inside next. The staff are friendly, plenty of seating with lots of light. The coffee is made well and tastes good. Lots of drink options, hot and cold food options. I tried the vegan Mac cheese and it was delicious.

The store was busy but the staff were quick and polite. Coffee was hot which can't be said about every store.

I am deaf, I've been to this Costa many times, however, my last visit was horrendous. The short dark-headed guy would not remove his mask, I was trying to explain that my coffee was wrong and he did not have a care in the world. I take your cash, you stay deaf and I will ignore you type attitude. Even some customers were shocked. Never will I go back there again and I have told everyone I know not to.

Used to love Costa. Kind of going off it lately. Sandwich fillings are sparse for the price... im vegetarian... and the choice is limited...I usually have mozzarella panini .... but half empty since lockdown.

Helpful staff and freindly. Service is quick and coffee is good too. Only down side is they never have lactose free milk. I always end up with oat milk.

Not covid safe. Staff simply clear the table after someone but do not bother to even wipe it. Luckily i had some wipes in my bag i wiped everything myself. Wouldn’t be going there anytime soon.
