One of my worst coffee shop experiences A hijab-wearing lady refused to accept a Vodafone voucher for a free coffee and was also disrespectful. She claimed that her system was down, but she was lying.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and though the woman forgot to add a bean to my purchase as I used my own cup, it wasn't a major issue. The barista has consistently been accommodating, adjusting my order to my liking with a friendly demeanor.

Just ordered not long ago from here and they managed to miss out on three items. Never ordering from this branch again!!!

Best ice late ever I’ve been there last week what can I say the service, the coffee is great Especially néda she makes best ice coffee ever and for sure thanx for the manger hoda she’s really so sweet . the café is accessible, but under-staffed.. Staff is welcoming, and constantly working! I think they can benefit from one more cleaning staff or a janitor.

The service is confusing they attend you when they haven't finish with the person in front of you, for the money they charge the DANISHES are not even FRESH they need to keep an eye on this and at least provide freshly baked products. Very disappointed for the money they make is not an excuse to have OLD almond croissants..

Edgware road costa is the best branch i always go there for drink i like the place and the staff are so friendly especially mehdi and nadjim and neda I highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

The taste of coffee is so burned in Costa. Sometimes i do the same mistake - going to big cafe chain like Costa or Starbucks and trying to drink something they call coffee instead of going to small specialty coffee shop.

Staff made me miss out on a promotional offer because they were too negligent to notice. Despite the store being completly empty. Would have liked to have at least been informed of the offer as a costa card holder then to miss out all together and have to spend 3 times more then I would have if i'd known. I thought it was part of the upselling training to inform customers of things like this.

Loved the window seating area upstairs, and most of all, the coffee was nice and HOT. I personally thanked the barista afterwards. The only other branch that makes the coffee nice and hot is the branch upstairs at London Bridge Station. Both gentlemen working that day were polite and pleasant.

The Attitude of Arab staff is not good at all. When I requested a tray to take with me since I want to sit and dine in, he said: you request too much !!! .

it was a bad experience it was early morning around 6.30 am i order two hot chocolate with cream on top but one of the staff was in bad mood and he for got put the cream on top when i asked him he replied in rude way you did not tell me then he told me you have to pay extra i said i dont mind paying again he was like are you happy in rude way he replied me i spend more money in costa but this costa need to learn how to respect customers because it early morning and i was stressed i need a coffee

I bought coffee for takeaway and the barista handed it over to me using a double takeaway cup, I asked him why was it like that and he said because he couldn’t separate the cups apart. I told him if he could transfer it to a single takeaway cup because it’s awkward to hold with a double cup, and he refused and was being so rude to me and was bad mouthing me. I felt that I was personally attacked because I am asian and the next 2 customers after me, he was so pleasant and granted their requests happily. I hope he would be dismissed, he’s dragging the name of the company to the ground.

I ordered a mango bubble drink, which is my favourite Costa drink. This franchise simply dont have the right experience to make one. It was frozen and tasteless! I have to say that The place has a nice decor and design with the air conditioner, unfortunately lack of staff, bad service I have got a coffee and sweet without giving me the tray, and toilets out off service. Upstairs table was full of stuff which is making me uncomfortable. I would recommend a new management or a good store manager.

Poor service, unclean and untidy. rubbish on the first floor and no one collects them.

Extremely rude customer service the Indian looking guy yelled at me and my children and told me he’s not gonna make my drinks because I’m not the prime minster, yelled at my child who’s 14 a child, please sort out your staff.

The shop I most frequent is Costa on high Edgware Road the staff are pleasant and helpful but I have to say that hada is a top woman and a great asset to the Costa company! She gets a 10/10 from myself for customer service..she is so friendly and welcoming to her customers and that's how it should be!...she even remember's how I like my coffee 😁..as I say one top woman she deserves a pat on the back from management 👍

I am a coffee lover and Costa at the 254 Edgware Road is my favourite Coffee place where I am drinking my daily coffee five days a week, since 2008. The staff running a lovely atmosphere, costumer service excellent, they are trying their best. They have regular costumers which is a good sign and the staff are lovely with them. I always have the same order, and the staff when they see me coming into the place, they are making it before I ordered. They are polite and friendly. It’s a nice place to meet friends. I highly recommend.

Dirty branch, hygiene is below par. The staff are rude particularly an older female who has zero manners and is always in her mobile phone whilst serving customers. Guess this is what happens when a franchise is offered casually for money instead of upholding standards. This branch needs a clean sweep and hire of new staff and management.

Plenty of space to sit over 2 floors, and nice to have an upper floor rather than one buried away in the basement!!

Seating could be improved as this is the edgware road branch and is more central . I was meeting someone on a evening, unfortunately the upstairs area was supposed to be closed at 6pm so the batistas told us to leave, i had only been there for a short while, we then proceeded downstairs and found a table in a tight space. The coffee shop would benefit from more seating downstairs. I got my usual order, salted caramel frostino with no coffee or cream. Thank you.

Extremely rude staff! When we went in, one of the staff yelled at us about closing the floor upstairs two hours before closing time. I understand that they might need to clean it before closing, but do they have to be hostile to customers? Is there really no other ways to inform customers nicely about it? Literally the worst Costa I’ve ever been!!! There’re Starbucks around and other cafes and I’m sure customers will soon move to other places if they keep on having this kind of arrogant attitude!!!

Unfriendly staff. Next time spent money in other coffee shop not at Costa. 2 hours before they will close they closed the floor upstairs. 2 hours before!!! The staff did not tell it politely to us customers but yelled at us instead like we committed some crimes!!!

We use this store regularly with my father in law 88 and my disabled wife excellent facilities has upstairs area as well Accessible by lift very welcoming and helpful get what you ask for good hot coffee and cake

The whole shop looked quite not look after. Floor and tables dirty even if they were three staff members behind the counter and I went when it wasn't busy.

I did not have a great experience here. As I was queuing for my coffee I got told off by the barrister behind the counter for taking time to pay. I was trying to pay with my giftcard. He pointed to the queue and told me I was holding them all up just because I was trying to pay with a giftcard via my phone. I said to him 'it was his problem', then he replied to me 'no it's your problem'. I didn't have a relaxing cup of coffee. I've noticed that the staff are rather impolite in general here, I will think twice before spending my money again here in future. They know I am a very regular customer because I work in this area.

First time for me at this restaurant, I always look at it's window with great cake displayed, very inviting but I never had the time to go in until now... Food it's great and the staff is very friendly 😊🙏. I recommend to you all ☺️
