The food was so delicious, not one thing was bad, Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was amazing, my server was very understanding of my allergies and was so nice and polite. All of the staff I met here today were all so bubbly and kind. The atmosphere was great for people watching while you’re eating. Overall such a great experience and would definitely recommend you to come here!

We sat outside, lovely umbrellas to cover the table, food came out fresh and quick. The tastiest I’ve ever eaten here. Service was good. Slight miscommunication over an ashtray and me ordering for my child but otherwise service was speedy and accurate. Plant milk options - almond and soya Coffee was banging tbf. I took 2 items off the set breakfast and had to pay for extra hash browns (completely reasonable but wanted to outline this) FOH was super friendly and also asked us to post a review as we complimented the standard of food.

I did celebrate my daughter 18th birthday in Cafe Bueno and everything was excellent. The food, the service, attention to the client. Thank you to the staff and managers for making a very especial birthday party for her. Definitely will do it again in there. 🥰

There was a sweet staff member, she was bubbly and welcoming. She made sure we was all okay and didn’t rush us. And asked how the food was. She is the most amazing waitress there. Sadly I didn’t get her name but she deserves all the praise!

Leanne was so lovely and looked after us and our son really well (he kept on following her around!) Food was quick and good value too

This is a wonderful cafe. Lovely staff who are always accommodating and kind. Lots of space and accessable, we had a large wheelchair which was a breeze to get through and seated. I reccomend set 1 breakfast, their sausages are lovely 😍. Highly reccomend.

Our server, Leanne, was incredible! She was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was highly disappointed that I couldn’t get a simple cup of water with ice, as the owners refused. Otherwise, the food and service was great.

Lovely full menu, family of 3 children between 4 and 11 can be tricky to please but everything is made fresh so little fussy changes can be easily accommodated! Very relaxed atmosphere and the team are very attentive without being pushy. Leanne was very patient with the long time it took my youngest to choose his meal!

Absolutely fantastic, good food and excellent atmosphere, the staff are friendly and attentive when needed, it can get very busy at times especially when the near by Romford stall market is open. My only thing I didn't like was at times was the background wasn't in the background as it was rather loud and back in the day they used to play songs by Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and ither singers from that eara, sadly they've stopped all that and now play "todays" type if sounds, not music. 👍🙂🇬🇧

I've been eating here for many years, but their prices have risen so much recently I will not eat there again. The food is extravagantly priced. The management does not pass on the tips to the waitresses. Instead, they pocket it themselves. Restaurant prices for a cafe? Won't be eating here again.

Although we only had a hot drink here this visit, we have eaten here before and it was delicious, service and atmosphere brilliant

The food and the staff are all excellent. I had the delicious smashed avocado and eggs on toast, and the houmous and pita bread. All bought promptly and professionally to the table, and I was left to proceed in an unhurried manner. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks.

Generally a good cafe, but now has become overpriced. An astronomical 30 % price rise in less than 6 months has seen a kofta go up to nearly £19.00 that's 2 kofta a slice of Turkish bread, some rice and salad. Will not be going there again.

The food is really nice and there is alot of different choices. The smoothies are really good

Food all cheap products was disgusting. no fresh juice all out of a carton. Asked for a sausage and bacon rolls Overcooked sausages, no butter in the rolls. The rolls are burger buns! no crusty breads No brown sauce. no wonder the cafe was empty. very poor.

Great cafe, staff were friendly attentive. Kids enjoyed their meal. Quite a large menu of seemingly random items from full English, typical cafe dishes to grilled kebabs and pastas. Clean and comfortable setting. Food was reasonably good for a cafe. Not exactly cheap nor expensive. Kids meals well priced and includes a drink.
