I ordered the exact same order a month and a half ago and the prices on the menu are 95 pounds difference between the two bills!! I mean, I kept my eyes on you and showed them that the price was written on the menu and they said the menu was old and we renewed the prices. Ok, why didn’t you give me the menu with the new prices? They forced me to pay 256 pounds, 95 pounds more than the actual price. Out of rudeness, they asked me for a tip, but they took the amount for the service and that was it, but it was 95 pounds more. Something terrible, and I asked to see the new menu. They said we had not printed it yet, neither the quality of the food nor even the credibility.

During my last visit a few days ago, I ordered meat kabsa as part of a number of orders. After I started eating, I felt something stuck in my throat. When I looked at the plate, I was surprised that there was a date paper and plastic in the food, as shown in the picture. When I explained this to the service provider, he took the plate and was late. I got up to ask for the bill, and he explained to me that the chef was making another order. I explained to him that it was impossible for me to eat after what I saw and what I felt, and I asked him for an account to leave, and I expected at least that he would delete the kabsa from the order (because it had not been eaten and there was what was shown in the picture), but the service provider made me pay the full amount of the bill. Until the situation in the restaurant improves again, I do not advise anyone to visit it if you want to stay safe.

I usually don’t write reviews but the really terrible experience has forced me to do so. Extremely poor service, seemed the staff was in a rush, mains just dropped on the table while starters were being eaten. No bread was provided, when asked a single naan bread was provided and that too was added in the bill. Ordered mixed grill, that too was undercooked. The heating in the restaurant was not effective. Toilets were dirty. Complained the waiter and the whole thing was laughed over. On top of that they had put 12% charge for service. Pethetic! Would recommend the restaurant next door ie Ishbilia, really nice. We always go there, this time we thought for a change, but I am afraid not going there ever. Not for me.

The food quality is very good but the portions are small compared to other restaurants. The atmosphere is boring and tables are very close to each other with minimal area to move around. The waiters were kind and caring. However the head manager has the worst attitude. He was not satisfied about how we just spent 150£ and thought it was pathetic to spend that little amount of money to stay and eat for 2 hours. Also he made an instant rule of minimum of 30£ spending hours hen he saw people queuing up outside because there was a bad weather. Honestly i will never come back again
