In a restaurant that specializes in Iraqi food, I asked for tabbouleh and it was delicious The swirl is delicious and contains pieces of melted meat Delicious kebab served with white rice The dishes in general are nice, but the place is crowded and the tables are close together

The treatment and manner are very bad, strange, and racist, even though they are Muslims. I asked one of them, “Is there a place where I pray?” He told me, “Go and pray at your embassy.” By the way, his colleague was praying behind him, but the topic was racist

Everything is excellent, especially their employee named Uday, who is a very excellent person

Unfortunately, they charge 20 pounds for the service, and the service was not at the appropriate level at all. However, the restaurant is very, very expensive. We asked for tea and they did not clean the table. The tea was spilled on my mother and no one came to clean the table. Toilets are not clean. The waiter's manners were not good (a little while and he applauded us). I hope you change your mind about entering this restaurant and I wish you an enjoyable trip.

I took my mum here for her birthday on the 27th of July 2024, and everything was absolutely perfect. The customer service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the little birthday surprise for my mum was such a thoughtful touch. It truly made her day special. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back again!

The kebabs were juicy. Too much rice, few vegetables in the plate. Beetroot salad was delicious. If you don’t have cash and use card, get ready for some disdain 😅 anyway I’m grateful I get to dine in 💯halal restaurant in Knightsbridge!

It was really bad experience as the staff unprofessional. About the food some was normal and some was bad even not well cocked. The price is over and there’s minimum £40 of each person which is crazy for the family and group of people. The restaurant is really overrated compared to others on the same area.

The waiter wasn't able to even give an approx time to get the food. We asked for tea before food, one waiter said that they don't offer because they are busy and another one said that he just needs a minute to serve it! Food was average and portion was little, price was too high compared to the experience.

I recommend it. The prices are very expensive. Calculate your account before ordering.

Delicious vegan options; the stuffed vine leaves were my favorite, and the falafel, baba ganoush, and aubergine stew were also very good. Service was very friendly. Very fancy environment, but they also welcomed people in casual attire, and they were helpful with the young children in our group.

The food is frankly delicious, the quantity is good, and the dolma is not normal. I advise you to try it, and the service was 10/10. I came to them 3 times during my visit to London, and I will return to them as well.

The food at this restaurant was good, but the service left much to be desired. It was a busy weekend, and despite the crowd, there were only two waiters trying to manage the entire floor. They seemed overwhelmed and often lost, which led to long waits and frustration. I even witnessed a couple leave after waiting too long for their order. When we inquired about the minimum spend, the waiter informed us it was £40 per person. Since my wife had already eaten, we initially considered leaving because we couldn’t finish the required amount. Only after some discussion did the waiter agree to let us order less than £80. During payment, I was asked to tap my card, but the waiter then walked away mid-transaction to deal with an argument with other customers. This lack of attention to service was disappointing and added to the overall chaotic experience.

The food at Masgouf Knightsbridge was undeniably good, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We couldn't help but feel we were treated differently than other customers, particularly the Arab patrons. While they were served promptly, we experienced delays and were given paper napkins (everyone else had tables set with cloth napkins). This disparity in service made us feel unwelcome, which was disappointing given the restaurant's reputation. More consistency and attention to all customers would go a long way in improving the dining experience.

The order is late than usual, and the employee, Mohamed Al-Masry, has a very bad attitude towards customers

The manager, I think, is called Ibrahim, was not professional in his communication with customers, and keeps pushing to ask them to order more and more to increase their bill, though we know this restaurant in Dubai; but our experience in this branch is totally understandable. He also tried to impose us (me and my family) to set in a table which we were not convenient for us. One final important comment is that there is a minimum order per person of £40. To be honest, the food is excellent, except the manager treatment was totally not acceptable, and keep saying that this is the owners guidelines. I hope the owner can resolve this issue permanently soon.

The prices are exaggerated, the quantity of food is very small, the meat is just bones, and you are out of luck if there is meat in it 👎🏻

The experience was as follows. I went in and asked for a table for one person, an Egyptian worker, and he was treated as “worst” as it was, but not the worst. What is the best dish you have? He said: Masgouf. I ordered masgouf and strawberry juice. Of course, I will not tell you about the long wait and the delay. In the end, the order came late, even though it was crowded. The masgouf finally arrived and I sat down to wait for the juice without any exaggeration for 15 minutes. Finally, lemon juice arrived and the worker said, “Strawberry.” In the end, its price was very high and the taste was the worst. The food I have ever eaten in my life, I am frankly surprised by the crowds.

THE WORST BRANCH EVER. The service was awful; the staff are very rude. One of the waiters was extremely impolite & disgraceful that he started yelling at us just because we gently & simply waved to him to get the bill.
