We ordered Masgouf, Kozi, and appetizers. Honestly, everything was delicious, except that they took their time with our order.

It is worth it to be honest. The food is delicious and the reception and service are excellent. However, it is shameful for them to add the service fee without informing the customer, but the food is good for them frankly.

At first I saw people's reviews and the Google score, and I hesitated to try it, but I took the risk and tried it and I tell you guys, the food is delicious, delicious, delicious.. without pretentiousness.. We ordered a ghouzi, a meat kabsa, and mixed grill for one person and 4 cold ones.. I liked the wide ghouzi.. awesome.. and all the dishes are nice and reasonable in quantity, and even the prices.. these are London prices.. I mean The whole thing became 110 pounds, and the service was empty. It became 11 pounds, and we left it.

Very nice hummus , baba ghanoush , fatoush & nice olives and pickles We had borak ( cheese stuffed pastry ) and three types of Kuba then we ordered Stuffed vegetables ( dolma) with big piece of slowly cooked lamb filled with flavour. We had kebab & lamb leg and rice , amazing flavours could eat it all For dessert we had traditional Arabic tea , baklava , dates with tahini dip & mahalabi which is famous Arabic pudding Staff were professional, friendly & helpful.

A delicious Iraqi restaurant, and I recommend it. I tried it throughout the month of Ramadan. I used to break my fast with fava beans every day, and I tried kabsa, biryani, maqluba, samosas, and spinach for suhoor every day. I also tried sweets. I tried the baklava and the puddings. They were wonderful, whether from Deliveries or they had them in the restaurant. One time I asked for Deliveries and they put the soup in. Two days later, they apologized and brought her with a gift of two puddings without They did not ask me for a bill for two branches, and they were all of the highest taste, politeness, and respect

I made a reservation in advance, showed up 10 minutes early, and was told there was no table. Instead of helping, the staff was rude and rolling their eyes when I tried to explain. The manager was just as bad, unwilling to listen and fix their mistake. They were happily seating people who arrived after me while ignoring me completely. The double standard was impossible to ignore, clear racism.

Favourite Middle Eastern food. Fayez is the best there.

The worst place you can visit for food in the planet concerning mainly the behaviour of the staff. It is a fact that one of the waiters is so rude that they should let him go. He talks like he is the super boss and when you give an order if you don't know the menu he will just insult you and disrespect you . I will never go there again. They just ruined my night.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The staff doesnt take you seriously if they understand thay you are not Arab! They are completely racist!The staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and lacked basic courtesy. No one should have to pay for a meal only to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

From the beginning, the minimum limit per person was set at 40 pounds. This means that if you go and drink soup and order a salad and a samosa, it will count as forty pounds for a samosa.

We ordered shish tawook, hummus, and lentil soup. We received the order very late and cold. We returned it, and it took a while to get the dish again. The hummus was delicious, and they gave us the best bread, one grain alone, for 2 pounds!!! Have been here several times and the food is great. Authentic Iraqi food, great catering and quality ingredients. My favourites include the fresh bread, masgouf salad and the mixed grill with rice. Family friendly and great for groups of friends. Have recently undergone a lovely refurb. Prices have also increased following the refurb but food is as tasty as always. When I am there I and my group as usually the only non Iraqis - this is a sign that its the place for good Iraqi food.

Firstly, the psychological state was bad when we asked to remove the service charge 😂😂😂 It's optional!!! Advice if you go to a restaurant in particular, do they charge the service because they don't treat us as if this is something mandatory? On the contrary, I went to most of the restaurants, and there was no restaurant until we discussed removing all of the service charges (yes sure ☺️) Unless the restaurant suddenly changed its style Okay, thank God, we are able to pay, but why do we have to pay? Exploitation in any way (advice: donate to them is better 🤍) Treating people as if they ate without paying! It is very shameful and disrespectful for customers to have a bad person representing the restaurant! For me, the food is sweet. Fattoush is slightly sour, but sweet

My story isn’t long, but people should know this before visiting. We only ordered hummus and a salad, the food was okay. However, what stood out wasn’t the food but the waiter’s behavior. When we asked the waiter to remove the service charge the time we reviewed the receipt, He tried to force us to pay the service charge, even though it’s supposed to be discretionary. To make it worse, he told us he wouldn’t have allowed us to sit down if he’d known our order would be so small. So as a compensation we should pay the service charge. That’s just crazy! My response to him was simple: “You should have “NOTED” your customers in advance”

This place is just lovely. Straight up good food without the chaos. Situated opposite Nusret, this place had a nice calm vibe to get away from the busy knightsbride scene and take a break between shopping. All the food was so delicious in particular the kabsa and the chicken shish. The lamb was extremely tender. Would recommend pairing this with the cold meze platter as they were absolutely delicious. Service was good too and we got our food very quickly. Would highly recommend and also go again. Prices can be approx £30-40ph. Overall, a place that serves straight up good food.

I took my mum here for her birthday on the 27th of July 2024, and everything was absolutely perfect. The customer service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the little birthday surprise for my mum was such a thoughtful touch. It truly made her day special. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back again!

The price is over and there’s minimum £40 of each person which is crazy for the family and group of people. The restaurant is really overrated compared to others on the same area.

The waiter wasn't able to even give an approx time to get the food. We asked for tea before food, one waiter said that they don't offer because they are busy and another one said that he just needs a minute to serve it! Food was average and portion was little, price was too high compared to the experience.

Delicious vegan options; the stuffed vine leaves were my favorite, and the falafel, baba ganoush, and aubergine stew were also very good. Service was very friendly. Very fancy environment, but they also welcomed people in casual attire, and they were helpful with the young children in our group.

The food at this restaurant was good, but the service left much to be desired. It was a busy weekend, and despite the crowd, there were only two waiters trying to manage the entire floor. They seemed overwhelmed and often lost, which led to long waits and frustration. I even witnessed a couple leave after waiting too long for their order. When we inquired about the minimum spend, the waiter informed us it was £40 per person. Since my wife had already eaten, we initially considered leaving because we couldn’t finish the required amount. Only after some discussion did the waiter agree to let us order less than £80. During payment, I was asked to tap my card, but the waiter then walked away mid-transaction to deal with an argument with other customers. This lack of attention to service was disappointing and added to the overall chaotic experience.

The food at Masgouf Knightsbridge was undeniably good, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We couldn't help but feel we were treated differently than other customers, particularly the Arab patrons. While they were served promptly, we experienced delays and were given paper napkins (everyone else had tables set with cloth napkins). This disparity in service made us feel unwelcome, which was disappointing given the restaurant's reputation. More consistency and attention to all customers would go a long way in improving the dining experience.

The manager, I think, is called Ibrahim, was not professional in his communication with customers, and keeps pushing to ask them to order more and more to increase their bill, though we know this restaurant in Dubai; but our experience in this branch is totally understandable. He also tried to impose us (me and my family) to set in a table which we were not convenient for us. One final important comment is that there is a minimum order per person of £40. To be honest, the food is excellent, except the manager treatment was totally not acceptable, and keep saying that this is the owners guidelines. I hope the owner can resolve this issue permanently soon.

He said: Masgouf. I ordered masgouf and strawberry juice. Of course, I will not tell you about the long wait and the delay. In the end, the order came late, even though it was crowded. The masgouf finally arrived and I sat down to wait for the juice without any exaggeration for 15 minutes. Finally, lemon juice arrived and the worker said, “Strawberry.” In the end, its price was very high and the taste was the worst. The food I have ever eaten in my life, I am frankly surprised by the crowds.
