We stayed for one night and everything was ok, we arrived very late in the night and Many was very nice and attentive. The rooms are ok and there is a cool pub downstairs open 24h which is great! And they also keep your lugagge if you need so.

The hostel is just what you need for a night’s rest. Really close to the station. The staff manning the bar are super friendly as well!

My favourite place for sleep and beer. When I come in London it's the first place I'll choose to stay. Very nice. 👍

Second time in London, first time in this hostel - great budget accommodation! Was here for 1 night, mattress was comfortable and was able to get a good night's rest. Shared the room with other guests who were quiet and mindful. Was able to eat in the pub downstairs which had a great ambience. Staff was friendly. About a 20min walk from Kings Crossing station, would book again!

Horrifying Hostel Experience I stayed at this hostel with my friend, and our experience was nothing short of disastrous. We had booked our stay together, but upon arrival, we were placed on different bunk beds in the same room—unexpected and inconvenient. When we entered the room, we were greeted by the sight of a man deeply asleep with an empty liquor bottle next to him. Later that evening, another guest came in around midnight, extremely intoxicated, and proceeded to have a loud phone conversation on speaker with his girlfriend for over an hour. The room was stuffy and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in no better shape. There was hair scattered throughout, and to top it off, we found vomit in the shower. We spent as little time there as possible, checking in at 9 PM and checking out at 4 AM. We requested a refund or some form of compensation for our awful experience, but we received nothing in response. Overall, this stay was a nightmare and left us with a lasting bad impression of the hostel.

When I was having trouble figuring out how to turn on the lights in my room, the receptionist helped me out! Amenities include towels. The location is convenient as it is very close to the station. If you forget your conversion plug, you can borrow one for 5 ￡.

Good youth hostel close to several metro stops. Excellent burger. Only downside: the toilets, lack of soap for washing hands, and out of 4 shower cabins only two cabins can be closed..

Hostel quite well located, close to Candem (5m by bus), the bus stops are a 4-minute walk away, the center of London is about 15 minutes by bus, you have the train stations next door, the dates I went I was thinking It would be full but it is quite empty and quiet, the rooms are not a suite but they are as seen in the photos, for the price compared to other hostels it is super well priced (I have a double room) and the bar is open 24 hours a day for guests and the burgers are delicious 😉

I recently visited Exmouth Arms Pub and tried their limited edition Christmas Pudding Burger, and I have to say, it was a delightful surprise! As a precursor I quite like dill, however the hot chicken fries are so drenched in dill. It’s more dill no than dill do.

We got to stay in their hostel in 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable. The restroom was small and mostly untidy. That was the only issue . But There was a better restroom in 1st floor. So we went down for it each time. The pub was amazing. The staffs were so polite and helpful. The beers were so good with live football match being projected there. Their burgers were nice. The location is perfect as it’s right at the Euston station and is accessible.

Not good for locals and tourists, men and women, youths and elders, poors and riches. I mean it's bad for anyone. There is no ventilation in the room. So, it's pretty smelly and it got worse on Friday to Sunday with many more people staying here. There is also no curtains and sockets on the bed which most hostels in London have. So you cannot have any privacy at all and cannot charge your phones. There is only one shower rooms per floor, sharing with 5 dorm rooms. You at least have a small locker but the size is limited. Some people also just hung all their clothes and spread their belongings all over the place. How long have they lived here? I recommend anyone to go to other places. There are many hostels that has a bed which cheaper than £20 per night.

the staff is friendly and the location right next to the tube station is great but the lack of showers and toilets (1 per floor) gets annoying especially in the morning when everyone’s getting ready. i had a top bunk and there was no socket by my bed so i had to leave my phone on the ground overnight with the fear it might get stolen. i also got put in a room with only men as a female ( im aware i booked a mixed dorm but im sure there was no need for me to be the only one as other women were staying there) overall an alright hostel but i wouldnt stay there again.

A big group of us 20+ stayed here for one night. Staff were incredibly helpful, we felt well looked after during the whole stay. We had a nice English breakfast. The atmosphere of the pub downstairs is lovely and the location was very handy and central for our trip, close to transport and Camden etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Worst hostel I have ever been to. No common spaces, tiny beds, one (!) single bath room/toilet for a floor of 5 dorm rooms, terrible unsocial atmosphere. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The Hostel had everything you need for a short stay and it was rather clean. It is very central which was amazing and the service was very good. Everyone is incredibly polite and especially Ali was a big help :)

It was my first time in a hostel. I didn't have to share with strangers, the experience was pleasant, everything is clean and it is very helpful to have the bar on the ground floor. It is a modest hostel, the beds are not very spacious and the space in the room is small. But it's fair for the price you pay.

The bar ladies and the chef from South London were sooo nice when I asked to put up a poster about a STOLEN dog. Thank you so much. He has been found now!!!!!! Thank you so, so much.

In the morning I read on the menu theres a breakfast deal, egg and bacon bap with hash browns £8 Tell the super unfriendly desk guy the order, then directly 2 seconds after I ask for a coffee. He goes AHHH already put it through the til, cant get a coffee now, The price showing on the til was 10.80. I say sorry it was 8£ on the deal, he goes no 10.80. So I have to get the menu to prove it. he then says AHH i've already put it thru for 10.80 though Half expecting me to pay, then when I don't he spends 5 mins in annoyed silence tapping his til trying to go back. eventually he does and charges me £8, at this point he's fed up with my existence, so I see now that asking for a coffee would be a lost cause. Then the chef man chips in and says the bap should be without hash browns. I then have to get the menu again and show him. Now he's also annoyed at me 😂 when my food is ready they just scowl at me and tell me to collect it, empty pub, 3 staff. But too busy to put my bap on my table, I get up to collect it, and say thanks and smile I just get blank stares back. the whole interaction was so unnecessarily rude it made me laugh Will come again 😅

The room was unbearably hot. Beer was decent, daytime staff were pleasant. I tried to order pizzas late at night. the guy working said only if we didn’t make a mess outside. I mentioned that if you’re getting paid to provide service, isn’t cleaning up part of that? He then told me the kitchen is closed and denied me the 2 pizzas I ordered. I was willing to pay and would have offered him a decent tip but, he wasn’t having any of it. Extremely lousy service from the evening worker. Doubt I’ll ever return. Very disappointing.

Aside from the inconvenience of a 6-person room, this is a very good accommodation for the price. I was satisfied and plan to visit again.

Great for a quick pint before or after the train. Update June 2023... Still a great wee boozer hidden by the HS2 works so usually a seat outside is guaranteed. Update November 2023. ... Still close to Euston still got the same slightly unfriendly, distracted bar staff. But I still come back. Update: Aug 2024... And still the same as above although it now appears they store bags for money... like a lost luggage place. Who knew.

The concept is great. Dorms above a pub and the pub is open 24 hours for residents. There is a wide ranging menu and the service was good. There are 6 beds in each room. The main problem was that the room was really hot and although there was a large fan in the room there were window restrictors which meant the windows only opened a really tiny bit and thus the air did not circulate and had to prop open door with a shoe. No doubt the window restrictors are regulations relating to health and safety. Very well situated for Euston Station.

If you are planning a very low budget trip this place is for you. Only you should know that both women and men use same bathroom and toilets. There isn’t enough plugs in rooms. I stayed in 6 bed female room last week. Girls were ok, everyone was respectful to each other. I only drink tea at the pub and it was good.

We had reserved 6 nights and we lasted 1. The room had terrible beds, where the suitcases were stored they did not fit and we only had a cabin backpack We had disgusting people in our room, stinking and dirty. Bathrooms without toilets and full of papal water, showers always with wet floors and accumulated water We had to buy an extension or plug extension because the plugs did not allow us to charge anything we had to leave before the second night and lose the money

Class My favourite pub in London!

The room is very small for 9 people (I think it's around 14m^2). Also, the window can only be opened slightly, making it super suffocating. The bed size is very small for a standard person. I'd recommend the hostel renovate their room so that there's better ventilation in the room such that allowing windows to be opened more for fresh air to come in. The reception is open 24/7, which is a plus, but breakfast isn't served till 8.15am, so I have to find a place elsewhere to eat. Location is super convenient, but apart from that, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need a comfortable environment to sleep at night as the room is not sleepable.

worst The shower room is both male and female and open top and bottom. During a shower, a strange man was secretly hiding in the next compartment. He did the same thing when another woman were in the shower and the other woman let the staff know the thing happened, but no action was taken, so I went through the same thing. It's very unpleasant. Even he was an outsider and sneaked in. I can't trust the security of this place. It's the worst. I'm angry that the hostel was doing nothing. They didn't even tell me if he was caught or what happened. I'll never go to this chain's hostel again. The shower room was shared by both men and women and was open at the top and bottom, but while I was showering, a strange person was secretly hiding in the room next to me. He had previously done the same thing to another woman in the shower and she had told the staff what had happened but no action was taken so I ended up going through the same thing. Very unpleasant. Even though he was an outsider, he had sneaked in. The security here is unbelievable and the worst. I'm angry that no action is being taken. I will never go to this chain's hostels again. It's strange because it's translated, but it was a really cool experience. I think I'll hate England because of this ^_^,,,

I don't know about the accommodation but this is one of my favourite pubs, with a nice layout, good cross-section of folks, down to earth atmosphere and one of the best tasting burgers in town. Worth it for the burger alone.

Lager wasn't great and at £6.10 you'd hope the "barmaid" might smile once in the whole time you're there, but no such luck. Reggae music in the background only thing that stops it being 1*

I cannot comment on the accommodation, but as far as a pub goes, it's worth a visit. Traditional pub interior with modern burger menu and wide range of drinks. Plenty of seating inside and outdoors, which can accommodate every from individuals popping in for a pint whilst waiting for a Euston train, through to larger groups.

I usually come here for work drinks and it's ok. It does have a weary stenchy smell inside, but you get over that quickly. The food is ok, I wouldn't say the best, tots and chips are the same. Expensive for what it is.

We left our bags here at the bag storage and decided to take advantage of the burger and chips deal for £6. It was delicious and great value. We had tap water from the jar with lemons which was a nice touch.

I had English breakfast which was okay but not that I enjoyed it thoroughly. The bar itself is cosy. We slept in the hostel upstairs. The beers on draft were a bit warm and flat, but I felt as if this was the case for most British beers (we're Belgian btw).

I used this pub as they offer secure baggage for the day (which was brilliant by the way). I guess if you aren't a townie you might just walk straight past this place without giving it a second glance. However, you'd be missing an absolute little gem of a pub. After yomping around the city all day, it was nice to be able to pick up our bags and sit down and enjoy a few drinks before catching the train home. Excellent selection of real ales and gins and although I didn't eat there, the food looked really, really good. All freshly made and cooked before you in the little kitchen area at the end of the bar (good touch). Staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was really chilled. If you want somewhere to dump your bags for the day and have a relaxing, comfortable place to sit before getting you train, I couldn't recommend this place higher. Loved it.

We've used this bar a couple of times now for a final beer after our Drummond Street curry before the train home. Really cool bar with a good selection of draught and bottled beers. Pleasant and attentive staff. Having read the TA reviews, we might give the food a try next time.

Still the best burgers I have had anywhere in the world. Genuinely amazing. The only downside is trying to decide what to get. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the burgers... the onion jam is to die for... and the hand cut chips are out of this world. If they still do the boozy desserts they are the perfect way to finish off a burger! Especially the Baileys. The pub itself is cool and has character, a good little hidden gem that you can get a drink at without the huge crowds.

Visited London for the day and arranged to meet a friend before catching a train out from Euston. Really nice ambiance, the soft drinks nice and cold, the range of beers impressive and the burgers to die for. Staff friendly. Would visit again

I came here with my girlfriend to celebrate making a major milestone in her healing from cancer journey. She ordered a gin and tonic for us. £12. We both found that it was really unpleasant to drink. We have both had hundreds of gin and tonic‘s and never ever taken one back. On this occasion I spoke to the Assistant manager who tasted it herself and then poured exactly the same again. This was a beefeater gin and a Fentiman’s tonic. I taste of them separately and it was the tonic that was unpleasant. I asked if we can have a different tonic or if not I’ll money back or a different drink. She said no, it’s not the product failure just a matter of taste. Having never ever taken back of gin and tonic in 30 years of drinking them, I’m really surprised by that. I’m really not impressed by this. A sour taste on a day of celebration

Encontramos amigos aquí un par de horas antes de mi tren de Euston (muy práctico para la ubicación de la estación). Hay una buena selección de cervezas y un ambiente acogedor pero animada en el pub de un viernes por la noche. Servicio eficiente aunque estaban ocupados. Nos preguntó cuánto tiempo llevaría la comida y me dijeron que sólo 15 minutos aunque el lugar estaba bastante concurrido, y la comida llegó en 15 minutos, lo que era muy práctico. Hamburguesas eran preciosas (tuve el jugoso será que era enorme), las patatas fritas con guacamole y salsa no eran las mejores, pero bastante decente. Volvería a ir de nuevo para una cerveza y una hamburguesa antes del tren.

This would have been an Excellent' rating but for the soggy fries, possibly excusable given how busy the place was on a Friday lunchtime. Otherwise, the burgers were great and a good selection of craft ales was on offer. Service at the bar was quick and friendly. Mist of our orders turned up very promptly, but one was slightly delayed. Again, a symptom of an over-stretched kitchen. Prices are reasonable for Central London. Very handy if travelling via Euston Station.

El pub estaba cerca del hotel. Hamburguesas eran las mejores de este viaje a Londres, y estaban bastante bien. Comimos el Mac 'N' queso desordenados. La parte burger no sabor industrial. Una cerveza fue el funnpart palas (3 x 1 / 3 de una pinta).

I chose the Exmouth Arms for a dinner with my boyfriend because of Burger Craft's top reviews and we weren't disappointed. My boyfriend had the mac and cheese burger which looked delicious and I had two dishes from the dinner tapas menu – the ham hock mac and cheese and vegetable panko bread crumb balls, both very tasty. It's good that they offer a variety of burgers as well as interesting dinner tapas options if you don't fancy a burger. My only complaint would be that when we arrived at 6pm for our table reservation, the table was already taken – the staff nonchalantly directed us to a table somewhere in the corner which we had no idea which one was meant to be ours. The pub was very crowded at this time so we had to squeeze our way back to the bar and ask where exactly our table should be and the bar staff got some people to move. If going on a Friday night for dinner, I would recommend going for a later slot once the after work drinks crowd has subsided a bit. The atmosphere was better once the pub became less crowded.
