Pret is a great companion to London visitors, the staff was great and happy to help out and I really enjoyed matcha latte with coconut milk. When coming back to London, I will always pay a visit!

Staff here are very kind. Story goes like this - I rushed in to grab one more thing before I headed back to the office during my very late lunch. Dropped my coffee from Qima in the process - they proceeded to give me a replacement Machiatto despite not being at fault . (I have a membership with Pret anyway) . But they're soooooo kind ! I highly recommend this coffee shop for anyone in the area. They're very efficient too. Thank you!!!

How come the coffee here is so much better than the kings cross branches?

Cappuccino was awful and the staff member gave my cappuccino to some Karen. Waited 10mins from order to getting my coffee, all because some Karen was allowed to cut the que.

We’ve ordered sandwiches platters online to be collected on the 17th of June 2023 between 14:30-15:00 for our business soft opening. However, on the time of collectio, nothing was prepared. We were told by the supervisor that no one told them about our order. The worse part, we were asked to go back around 16:30-17:00 by the supervisor and said that he would make a way for our order to be made. When we went back on the said time. Nothing was prepared and he just said to call customer service for a refund as they don’t do platters on weekends. I’m that case, remove it on your online order Pret! This happened on 14 Warren Street branch. Bad customer service! We ended up with additional stress for our opening!

Staff here are really lovely and sweet. Has the usual pret offerings. Great veggie options, clean and fresh.

Worst Pret in London! The staff is rude and not willing to make any exceptions. I simply asked for a warm coconut milk in a regular cup and the lady on counter refused to do so and wanted to charge me twice for a cup of milk. I have the Pret subscription and I never use my allowance of 5 drinks a day. This isn’t the first time that the staff argue and refuse to help…

Pret manger chai latte is taste like medicine lately absolutely horrible

Surly staff and overpriced food. Fruit flies flying around whilst teyung to eat which is disgusting. Second one on Tottenham Court food that has them. Really unhygienic!!

Avoid at all costs. All staff and management should be sacked. Short asian female with glasses bald male supervisor and female barista all on duty Sat 25th Feb at 1.30pm Disgraceful. Rude and arrogant.

As a coffee lover I can clearly say that my everyday drink is really good. Coffe is not burn like usually in busy places like this branch. Quick and friendly service.

The best pret I ever was in. Very professional, and friendly staff, taking care of huge amount of people during the day.. That's the only pret I prefer to come to get my coffee. The other one's around are not same..

It’s a store that doesn’t have any any idea of customer service. Walked in on a Sunday 3 July at 3pm. They shut at 4pm to note. I was trying to find a toilet to wash my hands and thought it was downstairs. She shouted across the counter, it’s kitchen downstairs. Ok, that’s fine, maybe a sign would be helpful to save your volume?Then I was told the toilet is closed, o…kkkkk, an hour before your go home time? Then the latte was ready, and I was waiting to be called as that’s what they normally do, you don’t expect customers standing there waiting right? After a while, nobody called, I went to check and found my latte on the counter. “Thank you for letting me know my latte is ready “. She responded, “thank you. “ “no, I was being sarcastic”, I said back🤦🏻‍♀️Her facial expression is gold. Stop being so lazy. Maybe I just unluckily met a lazy bone today. I hope so.

Food good as always. The make staff member who served us was sullen and unfriendly. Not what I expect in a Pret shop.

Fine, serviceable, standard PAM experience, but the music was too loud. Presumably the staff like it that way. There were other conversations going on, so people tried to triumph over the odds 😊

Pret has become abysmal over the past 6 months. The Latte had no coffee in it and it was luke warm. This is my last ever drink at a Pret.

We've been to Pret many times and it's usually very tasty and adorable. On this visit, we bought two containers of chicken, broccoli, and rice soup. These both turned out to be almost entirely onion and carrot with nearly no chicken, trace amounts of broccoli, and no discernable rice. It still tasted fine, but the contents were not at all as advertised.

Nice natural food with different variety and balanced with fat, proteins and good combination of different vegan, milk products and chicken etc and wide variety. In drinks both hot and cold soft drinks are in the menu with sitting arrangements.

Good - but wasn’t communicated that I will have a substitute item.

This is the best pret I’ve been to! I go a lot because of the subscription, and the staff are so lovely (one lady barista gave me a free muffin and the others are always so kind!). It’s a great atmosphere! Thank you!

One of the worst prets in the area.. The wi-fi in this pret never works properly.. Forget to connect wifi here.. Very small and busy as well.. Only good for takeaways..

I found the tuna sandwich a little bit salty.

Took nearly an hour from assigning a driver to them getting to the restaurant. Order took an hour to arrive in total. Poor effort just eat

My order was unavailable after they confirmed it, then it took two hours to come after order was completely changed. Really unhappy with this order today.

I love the acai berries pot but the bread for the veg breakfast sandwich was not fresh at all.

Was a bit of a queue when I went in but it was handled quickly and efficiently with only minimal double checking of what was ordered, and this seemed like management asking this rather than till staff who were exceptional on it an professional. Good selection of fresh foods for vegans and others. Downstairs currently closed along with other seating areas due to covid restrictions. This feels like a nice pret and it’s just off the main road so I imagine is not as busy as the ones directly on the high street. Nice area to wonder around in and a lot of period films are shot not too far from this location due to the old houses, so get a drink and have a wonder.

It was very good experience to enjoy our coffee as it was the only place where we could sit and enjoy the coffee. Although Pret has good options in sandwiches but their coffee is very normal and do not give you special kick and aroma for you money. So your decision.

Very quick service and plenty of seating. Quite noisy but I was still able to manage phone calls etc. I always pop in before hospital appointments in UCHL to cheer myself up with a coffee.

The delivery man was very friendly and polite.

Pret A Manger is our favourite food place & the closest to our Air B&B was on Warren Street. We just had breakfast but my friend decided to swing by to see whether her favourite crayfish & avocado salad was available. Unfortunately, it was only available in salad form. We decided to have an early lunch. It was still early in the day but most of the tables were full. We finally got ourselves one in the end. I had ordered the salmon cheese sandwich while my friend had the salad. While eating, my friend said that she had seen a homeless man stealing food from the café. Before we could report the theft, the man had already took off. I reported the incident to the Indian Muslim girl behind the counter. She thanked me. We came again the next day & she had recognised me. My Hot Chocolate drink was on the house. I guessed it was her way of thanking me. It was unexpected & I was very appreciative. The Warren Street branch will always be special to me. The staff were friendly & kind compared to other branches.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My hot drink was prepared and handed quickly and just as I like it. Shop was clean and the selection was vast. Very happy with my visit overall.

Really appreciative to the manager who was working today and staff. They went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure I got the food I needed to take back to the nurses on the bone marrow transplant unit! The manager saw to our special needs and bent over backwards, so thank you and it was almost closing time! Thanks again. Everyone was really happy! 😉

I did not receive the items I ordered. Of the 3 items, 2 had been replaced by a cheaper alternative. I am very unhappy with this and would like a refund for the difference in price.

Delicious food and great service as always can never fault food or delivery.

The food was great - normal pret food is always good - unfortunately, the just eat driver let them down and never delivered the food, so I went onto the app and got the number for the restaurant, which diverted me to Just Eat’s customer service - after 24 minutes talking to the lady who told me that the driver got to Pret at 1030 but was still waiting for the food. She then tried to check with the driver and couldn’t get through to him and promised me that another driver had been sent. I called Pret and spoke to the manager who told me that the food was picked up just before 1030 - so I explained I haven’t received it - he was very apologetic and very professional and immediately rectified the issue. So after 1:40 mins, I received my food. I could have walked there and back myself in that time! Bad service from just eat - great food and service from Pret.

Ordered an Oat Milk Iced Latte but received a Rice-Coconut Milk Iced Latte instead. The latte had oily clumps in it. Not sure if it should since I’ve never ordered a Rice-Coconut drink before

It really is one of my fave coffee shops. The staff are regulars (as in not too high turnover). They remember customers and are so friendly to everyone and willing. Totally recommend.

Really nice and cosy little place- kind staff and delicious coffee!

For a coffee shop the coffee is average, but for a cheap lunch I rate pret far above Nero, Costa, Starbucks, Itsu, EAT, or many of the other competitors in this market. Sandwiches are well filled, wraps are nice, and they do a Mac&cheese with kale that would suit any hipster...

Smallish branch of Pret and hasn't got as wide a selection of products as some of the others. Not all the staff are particularly friendly. Usually enough space to find a seat even when busy at lunchtime

It's okay, could be neater and tidier, coffee is good.

Not so much space to sit in. Probably staff should allow customers to have food at table rather that working meetings

I'm not a fan of Pret in general, but this is a much better option than the salty persian restraunt opposite.
