Costa Coffee in Camden

Amazing vibe amazing staff they’re so attentive and sweet. Even in the heart of camden you feel like you’re a local. They treat every customer like a special regular who’s been coming for years. They take special care with my oat allergy which makes me feel like they really care. The three guys are my favourites love them all!

I can honestly say for me one of the best coffee’s I’ve had I’m very particular how my coffee/latte is made I’ve been to several Costa’s and they don’t make them as good I always look forward to having a latte every morning before work. They are a great team and Service always smiling and welcoming, however I’m little upset that my favourite sticky toffee latte has now come to an end please bring it back 😂 😭

I’ve been twice in the last month and the tables were very clean (I read some of the previous reviews but they seem to be older). The members of staff at the till and the barista were very sweet. I haven’t visited the restroom so I can’t comment on that. The sitting inside is a bit tight but there are seats outside as well (for when the weather is nice). If you’re on a wheelchair or have a buggy and you want to sit in, I’d recommend a nearby cafe or to get your coffee on the go.

I highly recommend this costa! I come here everyday for my morning coffee and it never fails to disappoint, one of the best coffees I’ve had! The atmosphere in here is great and amazing customer service from Mihaela one of the colleagues there!

I come to London a few times a month for work and stop by Costa before starting work. I wanted to write a review to say that without fail, Mihaela the store manager always delivers brilliant customer service, is always kind and energetic. She brightens the morning in London for me and puts a smile on my face every time!

I was given the wrong order. Accidentally took a bite out of a ham toastie! Im Muslim and luckily spat it out when i realised it was not the beans and cheese toastie i actually ordered.

We happened to stop here, a lovely place, we took two coffees (medium) and a cookie, a total of 10 euros. Inexpensive and really nice☺️ The cashier is really nice

Very poor rating given due to the state of the restroom.. I don’t need to say much, the pictures explain the state of this Costa coffee.. For a small place it seems generally unclean.. won’t bother coming back here again

I went to get a coffee at around 6.30pm on Saturday evening and when I walk in the door the man behind the counter greated me with a scream "NO MORE COFFEE" not even a hello. Will use pret across the street from now on

Was given the wrong drink, but she was doing the drinks alone. So, I kind of felt sorry for her. I know it's smaller than others, but she could do with some help. Loving the hot choc terrys orange.

This costa always gets my order wrongly and cashier seems to never hear me right and will have to scream over the counter. I try to understand as they seem understaffed all the time. Though recently I’ve asked for a gingerbread latte and gotten something far from that and didnt even taste nice.

Lady who works here is hard working and very professional , nice seating area.

I'm a regular customer of Costa. Visited this one whilst visiting London for the day with family. The person at the toll didn't appear to understand English and got the order wrong, surprising for just 3 drinks. Then the person making the drinks took ages to make them. I dread to think how long the queue would be if they had a rush. Even though they were not busy tables had not been cleared and we had to clear a table ourselves.

Being the Costa closest to my home it is quite frustrating that the staff is not well trained.9/10 times they don’t get my order correctly and I end up being overcharged or getting something completely different from what I asked.

I had an oat cortado and it had a really weird taste. It's the second time that it happens, so I think it might be from the oat milk. The seats downstairs were nice so it's a shame about the drink.

I have visited this particular Costa on and off for the last month and let me tell you that I only have seen dirty and messy tables, literally sticky and the staff seemed unbothered in cleaning them. The toilet is a nightmare on its own right, looking unclean and smelly every time that I have visited. I am sorry to say this but this place is literally a ground zero for infections and if a health inspector would visit i am sure this place would be out of business. To be honest I won't think I will be back any time soon as I truly find this place hazardous.

Run of the mill costa, friendly staff, nothing to much trouble for em, £3.50 now tho for a coffee

Super coffee shop, propre, grand, les paninis sont bons, les commandes rapides, de très bons frappés et pas cher, il y a beaucoup de monde qui commandent mais il y a de l’intimité au sous-sol. De très gentilles serveuses, je recommande.

Good service, top black coffee & convenient location, right next to Mornington Crescent station! The only down side is that is always busy.

Served quickly and by friendly staff, but the entire upstairs was a mess. Was mainly down to how busy it was, in fairness, as there seemed to only be 2 staff in.

I don't leave bad reviews, but this Costa is consistently bad at app orders. Never ready on time, and always having to reorder in the shop. How do they get it so wrong?

Amazing staff with great customer service!

It was the first “cafeteria” I visited in London. Workers are very nice (even if you do not speak English, they are very nice to help you understand) and it is a good place to have breakfast or to have something quickly. Its location is comfortable too.

Cramped...files were hovering over the food.

I have been here twice and both times the atmosphere on service is completely dead. No smiles, no I will be with you shortly, no good morning, nothing other than make a payment and collect drink. No going over the top at all. There is a lack of Customer service at a basic standard and a lack of friendliness again at a basic standard.

Forgotten to add the syrup to my coffee for the second time in a row.. For £3.55? Seriously? Otherwise it's a nice and quiet place, but I guess a café is about the coffee first!

The lady that served me and my children today called Mihaela was lovely! I had a voucher that wasn't registering properly but she took time to get it sorted. Excellent customer service, thank you again!

Appalling service! The driver practically stole my food as it stated it had been delivered but I had not received it

Rude! I asked the woman who was making my coffee to put her mask on as it was on her chin and she was chatting a lot (probably spitting in my coffee in the process) she rudely said that wearing a mask is not mandatory anymore. When she put her mask on i asked her to make me a new one without her spit in it and she got really angry and wasn't even trying to hide it! Not be coming back!

Avoid this coffee shop! Today i was begging for a toilet but a manager( not wearing a mask) didn't let to use it. I understand it's a lockdown and your toilet is closed however some people( pregnant ) might really really need to use it. It's very disappointing ....

Bought my coffee here early morning before riding my train at Mornington Crescent Station, yeah just beside them!

Only told me after I'd handed over food to be heated up that they couldn't accept my Three // Wuntu QR code due to fault with the scanner. As a matter of decency and dacorum I paid the full price for the food item, but not telling me in advance is poor customer service. Have also previously refused to accept my Coffee Club card alongside the very same Three // Wuntu offer, despite the offer itself saying it is valid with said loyalty card. In short, this store is a let down to the Costa brand.

Tried something new and wasn't the biggest fan, the staff were a bit disorganized definitely understaffed but the cafe itself is great load of seating and sockets next to most seat (downstairs don't know about up stairs)

Well the coffee was ok, but unfortunately it must have been new staff work experience day as I had to prompt that my coffee with milk on the side means it goes in a little jug, not straight in the cup. The table clearing was moderate. The chap making the coffee new what he was doing and made a good cup.

Opened late on Tuesday 22nd of October. Didn't even care that they opened late

Everybody here are in other world, two people in the coffee machine for three order and they are lost I ordered a small skinny cappuccino and i've received a regular whole milk latte, with all the cup dirty thanks to the barista who move the cup like the waves of the Atlantic ocean. Maybe is a poor training or not interest in offer a good customer service Thanks Costa for your amazing service 😓
