Unfortunately below average tasteless food and underwhelming coffee.

there is another well known chain cafe nearby...but this is miles better. I just popped in this morning after getting soaked. Bacon uttie and black coffee needed! Charmong staff, all prepard in house ( in front of you). Highly recommend.

A lovely neighbourhood cafe with super friendly staff and yum sandwiches. Their tuna melt is a must try!

The worst croissant in London. A very weak cappuccino arrived in the cup swimming in plate. Politely complained and received a rude reply. As for atmosphere … if you love 2 huge trash bins in the middle of the cafeteria …

It is so hard to find a place in London where you get a matcha that looks and tastes like matcha rather than milk and this place did so well! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and I asked for some honey with my matcha and they were very kind to tell me that if I wished to add more I could. We also ordered a passion fruit and mango smoothie which was divine. It also has a nice terrace to sit by for a pit stop and people watch, and is very decently priced given London prices!

Matcha here is so weak, you are essentially drinking frothy milk.

I must seriously compliment the staff at Euphorium in Belsize Park for their kind attention and uplifting attitude to customers. Always courteous and with welcome humour. This cafe has gone downhill. I ordered a small cappuccino, but I must have received somone else's order after waiting 10 mins. It was a medium watery cup. I was then given a cappuccino which had been put to one side, so not fresh. It was not decent coffee.

This is a very good eatery, catering for the people who like wholesome food. The menu is varied and caters for allergies. Good place for lunch.

Super friendly staff, the food was perfect. We were there for breakfast for 5 days, the selection isn't huge but it's more than enough. We could always try different things. Everything was delicious and fresh. We'd love to come back!

Very good mocha version of coconut milk 🥥 (vegetable milk 🌱). The smoothie was nice but lacked a little consistency, maybe we should add a little banana or yogurt? But not disappointed to have stopped there, I recommend the place 👍🏻

We were there for breakfast. The coffee and the typical British breakfast were delicious, the conditions were friendly and the facilities made you feel comfortable.

Stayed in the area for a long weekend. A really nice cafe with friendly staff and a great menu. Not too busy which is great if you are looking for something more relaxed. Food and coffee were great. If I am in the area again, I would go back.

Came here with my parents and we loved it! We got a Full Euphorium each, an Eggs Royale and the Banoffee Pancakes. The ingredients for the Euphoriums were so fresh and I loved the bread in particular. The Eggs Royale were very special. I’ve never had an Eggs Benedict before and the smoked salmon made it spectacular. The rocket on top gave it a little something extra with each bite. The pancakes may have been my favourite- the bananas were not too sweet and the same with the pancakes. The whip cream on top was so fresh too - melted in my mouth. We also got hot chocolates and the Mumbai chai - both a thumbs up. The service is great too - everyone is super lovely and I love how chill and cute the interior is. Defo coming back with friends - price is good too for the quality!

We came here for a coffee and some brunch. The food was okay, nothing spectacular and definitely not worth the price. The real disapointment was the service and atmosphere. We felt the lady that served us was very rude. We had the feeling of being rushed to order (despite there being no queue). She reluctantly "cleaned" a table for us (not even properly) and failed to dry it so I just did this myself. Normally I would not be bothered by such things but the attitude of this lady was so negative it completely ruined our experience and turned the atmosphere cold. She also aggressively placed down our drinks and seemed to be making a racket on purpose putting away dishes/cups behind the counter. She handed me my plate of food as opposed to placing it on the table which upon reflection seems rather strange.

This place is ALWAYS the best!! Coffee is incredible and they have multiple milk and syrup choices. Highly recommend the granola bowl for a refreshing brunch! Staff is super friendly too!

Nice atmosphere, great staff, but food is so-so. Had eggs Royale today and bread is totally stale and incuttable, the eggs are not runny. Sauce was good but couldn’t make up for short-comings of the rest of the plate. Coffee was good.

Lovely place to stop and have a bite. Although the front of house is young, they are all very nice and helpful. Food was very good and fulfilling. Will definitely come back.

Had a great breakfast here with a friend and our daughters. Service and environment was really great. I just wish bijou places wouldn’t far about with silly tea bags that are like weak dish water. I opened for a coffe which was top notch but really would have had a cuppa tea if they’d had decent tea bags. A Yorkshire Brew would have hit the spot!!!

I have been here quite a few times to get a latte on the way to work. Recently I noticed the cup has less and less in it. Today was the final straw. 😡 I couldn't taste the coffee and I paid £4.50 for half a cup of over sweetened water. It went down the sink and I will be going elsewhere in future.

Lovely little bakery/cafe.. Good food and a very good pot of tea. Had lunch and breakfast here and highly recommend.

Super-friendly and efficient manager and always-smiling staff make for a great atmosphere. On quieter days the back seating area is calm and restful. Sandwiches and savouries are exceptional as are the cakes (the company having its own bakery definitely helps.) Only downside (because I like it so much) is the relatively early closing time.

Just about the worst bakery/coffee shop I’ve been in. Off-hand service. Dirty tables and floors. Offered scones with cream and jam, but didn’t have any cream. Most surprisingly, they had two prices on each item marked TA and EI. Coming from the US, I had no idea what this meant. The girl taking our order behind the counter didn’t know either. (Apparently, they stand for Eat In and Take Away)

A superb cafe experience. Lovely coffee and croissant. Sat outside and really enjoyed the easy atmos of this suburb. Great for people watching. Toilets were a bit dirty, but place itself and staff were lovely. Thank you.

Service always friendly here but £6 for this sandwich is an absolute disgrace even for London. Whoever managed to cut this brie so wafer thin deserves a promotion 😂 Single rasher of bacon as well is more Costa vibes than independent bakery.

Maybe the best masala chai latte I've had in London. Hats off to the barista here, and my sincere thanks for going above and beyond to make a fresh one for my acquaintance who got held up in traffic. 5* coffee and service. Would definitely visit again. Thanks!

What a porridge! Delicious!!! I passed by this lovely cafe thousands times but never stopped. Sunday morning was the perfect moment for a healthy breakfast in the neighborhood. I went out earlier than usual so the place was still empty when I arrived (9:30 am). 15 minutes later it was full. Very nicely decorated and warm, good service, friendly environment. Recommended!

I was wandering down the high st looking for somewhere to get a coffee. I saw this place euphorium and went in. I ordered a coffee with a chicken pesto and cheese sandwich. I have just finished the sandwich it was definitely 10 out of 10 along with a great coffee. 👍👍👍👍

Ordered a ham and cheese toastie but I wasn't informed that it containe leeks...when the waitress brought the plate to my table and I saw the leeks, I said that I don't eat leeks, and she just ignored me and walked away. Very bad service.

Staff are so rude, I often come here as it’s close to my daughters school however asking for an extra tea bag for my large pot of tea as it was far too week and abruptly being told I’ll have to pay for an extra pot! They will never have my custom again. Need to surround yourself by nice helpful individuals in every day life ❤️ It’s nice to be nice 😊

We went for a weekend in London and explored the lovely Hampstead area. Came across this cafe and went in for some brunch. We were warmly greeted by Matthew, he was so accomodating and served us with the lovely Brioche breakfast buns and 2 perfect cappucinos. The food and coffee was excellent and nicley displayed and the service was so warm and friendly, a great little find, cosy cafe, highly recommend, We look forward to calling here next time we are visiting the area!

A place with ZERO empathy for dogs!!! I asked for a cup with water for my Husky as I forgot his bowl and the woman preparing food was bitting around the bushes to help me until the guy at the coffee machine said he will but unless I pay for the paper cup!!! even when he saw my dog thirsty… (they don’t have bowl for animals by the way), an absolute disgraceful place with so miserable staff so hungry for money … No compassion, no empathy, zero customer service, shouldn’t be even say they are dog friendly, we human can hold but my husky looking at him holding the water while arguing with me just no to help … watch out dog owners! This is definitely not a place to spend your money when they don’t even can have the minimum of compassion for a thirsty dog…

A good place to stop on a walk from Waterloo to Hampstead Heath for a nice cup of tea and biscuits.

This place serves standard coffee, nothing amazing but the orange and polenta cake was so bland and tasteless. Also through the glass cabinet you can see pasties and pastries that just look old. It was my first visit and will be my last.

Very bad service. Miserable girl serving behind the counter. We ordered 1 tea 1 soft drink. She forgot the tea. When I went in to remind her she was so rude. She said she will bring the tea to our table. There was only one more table outside but still she took the tea to the wrong table. She eventually arrived at our table; left the tea without any remark and left. Never again.

We had breakfast here twice while staying at the nearby hotel. Good selection, nice coffee, pleasant staff.

I like this place. Staff are polite, service speedy. Mostly I like the outdoor space. There is plenty of space on the sidewalk without having pedestrians running into your table, ample room between tables. I could while away an hour just sitting there. On the other hand, I found some of the food to be overpriced for what it is, particularly the sandwiches. They’re fine, but never seem very fresh. Not worth the £4-5 they charge. Coffee is good though.

We had the breakfast egg sandwich, which was good. The staff is the most unhappy and unhelpful, honestly, won't go back to this branch next time and stop in Islington instead.

Servicr is great but not going to lie the croissants are very subpar. Unheated they are quite tough and even after 30 sec in microwave which usually does wonders for any pastry they were still lacking that fluffiness you expect from a good croissant. They're gigantic though, but maybe that's the issue?

One young girl needs better customer service skills. Never once smiled or greeted anybody. When I placed my order, I couldn’t hear what she said so I asked her to repeat. She said, “Erm what else do you want?” I almost burst out laughing, it was really quite comical! Won’t go again if she’s there.

They served me a toasted sandwich of which the bread was somewhat warm and the mozzarella and vegetables inside were absolutely cold. Basic training to the staff would help.

We stopped for two cappuccinos, a croissant and a sandwich. Everything was palatable apart from the sandwich.. the sandwich was ciabbata bread which is usually eaten toasted, it was kept in their fridge (definitely from the night before). They asked me if I want it hot and I said yes. The outside of the sandwich was warmish but the inside vegetables and mozzarella were completely cold. I didn't enjoy it at all. The place looks overstaffed and the staff inexperienced.

I must stop location for refreshments let alone the tasty carrot cake the best I have eaten and the take away packaging perfectly for the busy me. Seating outside also.

Una bella caffetteria con dolci pasticcini e belle lattes/bei cappuccini. Mi piace l'interno di lusso del posto. Anche, mi piace il numero di stazioni di ricarica per le persone caricare la batteria del loro iPhone/iPad quando ne hanno bisogno - proprio come in Amerìca.

The pastries look good and they have nice sandwhiches as well. The staff gets 3 stars. There are four of them but I still have to sit down at a table that has crumbs and stains on it from the previous customer. Meanwhile, they're chatting behind the counter with nothing to do, having a grand old time. Really? That's sloppy and unprofessional.

Great vegan croissant 🥐 and great place to work from 👨🏻‍💻. Also very good customer support. The second day I took a croissant, they forgot it in the oven and it was a bit over burnt. They went out of their way to make up for it. You can only really tell about the quality of a service in how people react when something goes wrong. Kudos. And thank you.

I like this place, they have best cakes and hot drinks, and the prices are sensible, the place is nice the staffs are lovely.

The coffee here was really great. Service was quick and they have a great cake selection. Spacious and comfortable to sit in. Side note - I really liked the cup it was served in :) Definitely would be my go to spot when I’m next in the area.

I went to this café/bakery at the suggestion of a friend who lived locally. It is relatively small but it was not crowded and as the weather was nice we sat outside. The coffees we ordered were very good and the staff were reasonably attentive. As we stayed a while we had some of the pastry dishes on offer including Euphorium's take on a sausage roll and also a vegetarian roll based on spinach. However nice as it was I feel the items were overpriced even for central London.

Very expensive for really mediocre quality. A slice of very standard quiche costing 4.95 is outrageous.

White sugar only. For some strange reason the company has decided no longer to provide sugar on the tables for those who are drinking coffee or tea. In their Belsize Park branch, only white sugar was provided with the coffee. Brown sugar had to be collected inside yourself. Even staff was complaining about its own absurd policy.

Best croissant I've had yet in London. The coffee is a bit over-roasted (i.e., burnt), but decent. Pleasant location and vibe round this out a nice breakfast/brunch spot.

I really do not understand why some people find issue with this great little bakery/cafe. The food is great. The coffee is great. The space is great. Sort yourself out people and enjoy this place, because I do not want to be lumped together when I hear people call it Belend Park instead of Belsize Park. Buy your Guardian, shove that cold pressed juice up your chutters and vote for the Great Crobini, and most importantly: be happy!

Went in and had an apricot danish and a hot chocolate. The staff were excellent and the products very good. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it was really excellent value. I would definitely return-Well Done. It also had books to read and was very relaxed. Although I put mid range it was that kind but the price did not represent the value the snack was better than expected.
