One of the most unfriendly places I've been to while in London. No, I don't think any Starbucks I've been to anywhere in the world has been this unfriendly.

Nice starbucks. Downstairs plenty of seating. Very clean, even the toilets. Staff friendly

This is a Starbucks in front of the British Museum. The terrace seats were full, but I thought that if I were to drink here, I'd like to drink on the terrace while looking out at the British Museum.

It's your basic coffee. It's directly across from the exit of the British museum.

It was a very nice place. I had never been to a Starbucks before, but I really enjoyed it. The customer service was excellent, especially from Jubu and Alex.❤️

A shout out to one of the staff members! My coffee was originally made incorrectly and a super sweet server, Alex, went and remade it and brought it back to my table. I was also visibly upset about something that had happened earlier in my day, and she was really kind about trying to make me feel better :)

Absolutely awful service. Was the only person standing at the counter, waiting to be served for several minutes. Staff were behind it but chatting amongst themselves. Gave up and went to another coffee shop nearby where they can actually be bothered to serve you.

We had a blast in starbucks as we met Agatha, who served us today with her recommendations. Got great drinks and we spent our time well chatting with friends in a good atmosphere Starbucks. Not crowded and plenty of space in the basement. Will be coming back when she's there!

Guter Kaffe schöner Keller. Leider hatten sie einen Fehlfeueralarm, bei dem die Alarmanlage lange sehr laut war. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen

Personal amable y buena localización

Employees have no clue what is going on or how to make drinks or treat customers. They took my order without telling me they were out of something and then presented me with the wrong drink saying it was what I ordered.. They are out of many things. They dont any of the cold foam creams, or the toppings for most of the drinks it seems. Go to one down the road. Looks like they need a better management team

Great for a quick bite after visiting the British Museum, there's some seating downstairs with a long queue for the toilet - luckily there are two separate toilet cubicles and it was surprisingly clean.

Visited this Starbucks today as soon as it had opened. Ordered a flat white to have in but was only offered a paper cup. Asked to use the customer toilets and was told they were locked. I asked if they could open them for my daughter and after some huffing and mumbling a reluctant staff member unlocked them. The toilets were filthy dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. There was toilet paper and discarded loo roll tubes all over the floor plus water and puddles. The hand sink was dirty and there was no soap.

I am a loyal fan of Starbucks, and their consistency never fails to impress me. Whether I visit their cozy store downtown or their drive-thru on a busy morning, I can always count on my favorite drink being prepared to perfection. The baristas are friendly and skilled, ensuring each latte or frappuccino is just the way I like it. 한국 이름을 제대로 알아듣지 못할까봐 못알아들을까봐 이름의 철자까지 정확하게 알려줬는데도 일부러 이름을 다르게 적어주었다. 심지어 한국 이름도 아닌 영어권 이름이었다. 나는 아시안 여자이며 주문을 받은 사람도 아시아 여자 파트타이머이다. 음식과 음료를 먹고갈지 포장해갈지도 안물어본다. 아시안이 아시안을 인종차별하는걸까? 기분이 매우 상했다

Absolutely disgusting. Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Saturday evening and maybe they’ve been busy but not busy now. Staff are wandering round on their phones and chatting instead of clearing up. I did wonder if we were going to get served. Seems like the staff needed to finish their conversation before dealing with customers. Tables are sticky and disgusting and I’ve never seen a toilet more filthy. Would I return? Absolutely not. They are letting the Starbucks name down badly.

Filthy and disgusting. Worst Starbucks I’ve been in. Four staff just talking or on their phones whilst the floor and tables are left uncleared or wiped and the toilets are disgusting - not been cleaned for hours, even days. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

I often visit this Starbucks when I am in central. They always have decent vegan/veggie options. The brown barista (her name Starts with a Che, not sure about the rest) is always friendly and honestly deserves a pay rise. As a frequent Starbucks visitor, it is clear that her coffee and drinks are always done well. The only downside is that the place is often busy, but that is unsurprising. As well as that, make sure to look after your belongings as there are many thieves/scammers who will try to steal from you. As well as that, I have seen drug addicts enter, but to be honest, they never cause any problems for me.

It's Starbucks so food, service are on standard , however i had an incident when i asked for my usual Venti Brewed coffee and pain au Chocolate, it seems that they mixed up by giving my warm pain au Chocolate and forgot the coffee so i waited ( brewed coffee sometimes takes time if not ready) so i waited a lot then i got worried when i asked them thry realized that they forgot. In front of England Museum in city center which is awesome

I had a coffee after a doctors appointment at the surgery I attend a few doors along the road It's nice to get the seat and table outside and have a listen to the radio on my phone and watch folks go by for a while

Bardzo brudno i trochę śmierdzi. Toaleta się klei i jest cała mokra i jest naprawdę obrzydliwa. Co z tego, że kanapki smaczne jak jedzone w tak obrzydliwych okolicznościach. Mam nadzieję, że nie pochorujemy się po jedzeniu :(

Never ever go to this Cafe. My mobile phone was stolen by a professional beggar at this cafe and interestingly staff said this happens regularly! Toilets are also horrible! I could not use it! so dirty and no toilet paper! I can't believe that this is a Starbucks cafe which should offer a great service as it is exactly in-front of the British Museum! The only positive thing was that the staff was friendly.

Drinks are great. The atmosphere is a little busy in the afternoon because of the museum. The upstairs bathroom I used was trashed and had water all on the floor. It was busy so they may not have had time to clean I. Other than that it was like most Starbucks.

They close the downstairs by 5pm even though the shop doesn't close till 8pm and the upstairs hardly have enough seating.

Amazing service, highly recommend. The drinks where made with such love, really appreciate the kindness from jerry!

Only 2 employees taking care of a lot of customers. Toilet was too dirty. Tables don’t have the wireless charger as in other Starbucks locations.

Messiest and dirtiest starbucks in town.

It is 10 degrees celsius outside and you come inside for a coffee to warm up, yet they have the air con on at freezing, which makes the inside colder than outside and people are wearing hats and hoodies inside and it’s impossible to work or enjoy your coffee like this. Terrible way to deter people from spending some time inside.

Coffee was very weak and tastless. The dirtiest Starbucks ever..don't even try the toilets as they are discussing! Needs a serious refurbishment and a new training to the staff to be able to prepare a decent coffee ..😒

I recently visited this Starbucks location where I was lucky enough to have Sophie as my barista. Not only did she provide excellent customer service and make a delicious drink, but she went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected problem. I was struggling to open the SIM card slot on my phone when Sophie noticed my frustration and offered to help. She tried using a few tools around the store to no avail, but then surprised me by offering to lend me her own earrings to use as makeshift tools! It was a small gesture, but it meant the world to me that she would go out of her way to help a stranger. Overall, I had an exceptional experience at this Starbucks location thanks to Sophie's outstanding service. I highly recommend stopping by and saying hello to her the next time you're in the area!

All Starbucks are pretty much the same. This one in London looks like the one by my home; except they have a downstairs area at this one. Oh - and this one is across the street from the British Museum. So points for that.

Surprisingly fast service and little to no queue for its locations. For being right outside the british museum you would expect it to be very full with long wait times but it was the opposite. I was able to get my drinks and get out in less than 5 minutes. The staff were nice and seemed like they enjoyed being there which is always a benefit. It was very spacious and clean and my iced toasted vanilla oat shaken espresso was made perfectly so zero faults here

Been to few Starbucks over the last two months. Checked the prices in the board and noticed that even ordering always a small, their called tall, coffee they always put 20p more that is the price for the medium, their grande size. Today I finally asked what was the reason of their overcharge and the girl at the till replied that is because of cost of living crisis. I ended up leaving without buying, you change your price for any reason, you should display the right price.

Uno de los locales de esta famosísima cadena que se encuentra justo enfrente del famoso Museo Británico de Londres. Tienes mesas tanto en la plata de arriba, como en la planta baja, solo que las cerraron muy temprano, dejando solo la parte de arriba.

I am disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. The tables were cluttered and sticky, and the floor was visibly dirty. Additionally, the restrooms were in desperate need of cleaning and were unpleasant to use.

La encargada muy desagradable, nada de limpieza... pagamos con 50 y decia k era falso, volvimos a darle otro y puso mala cara, querria que le pagaramos con tarjeta, con decirlo amablemente lo ubieramos hecho pero no fue asi. Las galletas estaban ya manias serian del dia anterior o poco horneadas. El cafe muy aguado para mi gusto aun diciendo que queria con mucha mas leche k cafe. Los chocolates calientes buenos. Pero no volveria a ese establecimiento.

J'y suis allée le 8 Novembre, la fermeture de cet établissement est à 20h mais dès 19h18 il n'était plus possible d'utiliser les toilettes. Je comprends que le but est de fermer dès 20h pour pouvoir rentrer vite chez soi cependant ce n'est pas tres commerçant !!!!!! Je ne recommande pas

We went there the 6th of November (3 days ago), the obese girl was mean to one of us who was autistic and was pressing him to hurry making him even more stressed, It was a bad experience. Never going back there or even to another starbucks. Prêt is way better.

Another standard starbucks in a great location. Obviously understaffed, but they’re nice. Cool vegan iced coffee. Nice seating area downstairs. They could add a changing table for babies, families would appreciate it.

The heating was on so ot was super warm. Busy too but OK.

BEWARE of this branch. My daughter’s phone was stolen there last month and couple of weeks later I received a spam SMS telling me the phone was found and there’s a link requesting me to type the PIN code of the stolen phone. And since the thieves don’t have my phone number. Apparently the staff gave it to them. Because it can’t be the police who gave it.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. The lovely lady who served me was their first day! She was very professional and welcoming.

Regular coffee at Starbucks price. But lousy care. The bar manager at that time, Thursday 9/14 at 9:00 am, treated customers poorly and after asking her to please change us a £20 bill in two, and having paid her previously, because we needed currency the smallest one denied us in bad ways that change that was urgent for us. He left us in a bad situation in the face of our need and with a foolish face, because we had eaten a breakfast there a few minutes ago and only wanted a smaller coin. We had to go get another coffee somewhere else to get moved. Terrible manager without customer service.

Busy shop right by the museum, found the locations extremely helpful in grabbing a coffee before-during-after you get in line for the museum entrance directly across the street.

At 16:00 today a blonde young lady with glasses destroyed my experience but her coworker was ready to help. No matter the country this is my coffee place 💝

Directly across from The British Museum and set back from the buzz of New Oxford St and Bloomsbury. Very typical of Starbucks but I do like the slightly less hectic feel of this cafe and the staff are really great. It's my go to for morning coffee on the commute and if I want to escape the buzz of the office, I walk a few blocks to here for my coffee and it never disappoints.

Waited at this Starbucks before the British museum opened. It's very convenient, nice seating, friendly staff, good wifi, clean enough. Wish there were more seats (the downstairs was closed at the time I visited) and outlets but otherwise great!

Same as every other of this chain. What makes it stand out was the surly duty manager and every other staff so cheery and friendly with customers, and helpful with my mobility issues. What a contrast!

Why is it that only Starbucks only allow card only payments, went to both cardiff and Swansea today and will not accept cash...if that's not bad enough, they only serving drinks in paper cups in swansea, pay enough for the drink so expect a tidy mug to drink it from.

We went in for a coffee and snack in the afternoon after visiting the British Museum as it’s directly opposite the entrance/exit. The service was a little slow but their biggest downfall was the state of the toilets downstairs which were absolutely disgusting. The toilet brush holder was laying flat in it’s holder with what i assume were the contents all over the floor which was completely wet. The toilet was dirty. The wash basin dirty. The door was really dirty. Even with the poor lighting you could see nothing had been cleaned for a very long time. I actually took some toile roll and wiped the floor just to see how dirty it was and it was black in colour after i’d wiped a tiny portion of the floor. This is not acceptable at all. An establishment like this should have cleaners coming in on a regular basis. It’s not as if Starbucks can’t afford cleaners I think i will also report this to the authorities.

The Sandwich and coffee was very good, is always busy as is in the front of the Museum entrance, but waiting time was decent. 5

Last Friday during storm Eunice, I seeked refuge in this branch of Starbucks. My mobile phone had completely run out of charge and I was stuck as I was travelling back to Woking and all the trains had stopped running. Mati did over and above to make sure I was warm and back in communication with my husband to help me get home. I think I should add here I am a wheelchair user and once again been failed by black cabs !!Mati put my faith back in human nature and this sounds really corny but to me he is the star in Starbucks!
