I’ve never had a bad weatherspoons meal until today!!! 6 of us ate, food was served on cold plates. I had ham, egg & chips, the ham was SO cold that it made the fried eggs cold. Others had fish, chips & mushy peas…..the portion of mushy peas was bigger than the fish!!! Awful! If you’re going have a cold salad!!! Bar staff were ok but not very friendly…..this place needs a real shake up!

2024/10 Drinking delicious cider is almost impossible in Japan. So this place, which has three taps, is a convenient "holy world" in the station. This was my first time drinking Thatchers Gold, and the temperature was just right, allowing me to enjoy the fruitiness and bright aroma. I often stay at a nearby hotel, so I'll come again.

During breakfast service, it's pretty clear that the coffee/tea is refillable. So when a staff member sees an empty table with a completely full plate of food and bags on the chair, why would you take the food when the customer might be out getting coffee?!

Serves its purpose but the staff are very slow and unfriendly. EDIT. Staff are not quite as slow but still don't really pay attention. Recent member of staff collected glasses, came to the bar and served the first person she saw, totally disregarding others that had been waiting in queue. BAD attitude. Manageress yesterday evening (Sunday 6 October) came the bar and insisted the barman served her friends first before others that were queuing. VERY unprofessional and outright rude. Letter to head office for this one.

A pub on the inside edge of St Pancras station. £6.50 for a pint of lager is a reasonable price in Central London. Volume levels were high as the pub was very busy making for a great atmosphere. Bar staff were plentiful making the wait for a drink minimal. Though finding a table was hard going. If you need a drink before your journey come here. Food is also served, but having not tried it, I cannot review.

First things first: this is probably the most expensive Wetherspoons you'll ever visit. But.. location, location, location: situated as it is between King's Cross and St Pancras (actually in St Pancras itself) you may find yourself here waiting for a delayed train. As most of the clientele appears to be. It's not good, but it is convenient. If you have the time, you're better off finding a local pub nearby. It'll be cheaper and nicer. Having said that, it's a 'Spoons so you know what you get. There are many tables outside (in fact, they've taken over some of the old drop-off zones on the road). It's large inside, too. Staff do their best. And if you're worried about your train, there are screens inside the bar, too.

As expected from a Major International Transport location, this site is often crowded and an ongoing challenge to keep clean. Tables are cleared relatively quickly to attract new customers and staff are keen to serve even at the most busy times. Food is the standard 'Spoons' fare but variable in production. My gourmet burger looked tired and was bland to the taste. Nothing unusual for a chain outlet. If you are waiting an onward journey, this is an ideal spot close to the tracks.

Just like any other Weather spoons really but it does have a few basic differences... The mens toilets are always disgusting. I'll put this down to it being so busy because of location. Apparently the toilets are checked every 30 minutes but it doesn't take long for someone to make a dirty protest! Yak. The prices are around 10% more expensive than other Weatherspoons around the country - in my experience anyway. I'll put this down to it being located in prime footfall area in Kings Cross. Squeeze the tourist! It's got a great atmosphere if you like busy. I'm fine with it. If you prefer a quiet pint or coffee... Don't go to Kings Cross. At least we could find a seat. That was an unexpected bonus considering the location. I'll be back here regardless. I'm a bit of a traveller and it is a kind of hub for this area.

I just had to share one of the worst meals ever eaten at Weatherspoons, which I've never experienced. I wish I'd taken photos now. Ordered hamburger meal and nachos. Nachos consisted of cold congealed cheese which had solidified, cheap chilli sauce, sour cream and avocado slop just thrown onto plate. All cold. Disgusting. Hamburger came with 12 chips, tasted awful, just very odd flavour, dry, nothing on it save for piece of gherkin, dry as a bone. Not your usual standard Weatherspoons....truly awful. Staff and drinks on the other hand all good. Avoid food at all costs.

A very good selection of beverages, served quickly, and a massive menu! We had the fish and chips, which was a large portion that was tasty and a reasonable price given it is in a major train station. Nice place located right in the King's Cross/St.Pancras station. Food is good (they offer both breakfast in the morning and lunch/dinner options later, as well as pizzas and deserts). Our personal favorite was fish (cod) and chips, which comes in to sizes - small (pictured) and regular, perfect for smaller and bigger hunger. There is a good selection of beers too, and regular drinks (coffee, tea...). It is quite busy due to it's location (although there are some more chill tables in the back and outside), but the design is cool and fits the history of this place (love the barrels!).

It's a Wetherspoons. A chain of pubs that won't break your wallet (dishes around £8, not great cuisine but it fills the stomach), which is very appreciable in the middle of Saint Pancras station, especially if you're waiting for a Eurostar. Good selection of beers and drinks - and unlimited self-serve hot drinks for just £1.5! The entrance is a bit difficult to find: next to M&S or behind the stairs at Southeastern. Be careful, potentially noisy depending on the time but the advantage is that if you have a long connection we won't come and bother you if you stay at the table for a long time :)

Whilst only a 3 star rating for us, it's worth highlighting that this is purely down to the very busy location meaning that this is just really a passing by quick drink and bite to eat location as opposed to a destination location.
