Coffee ok, service - Coffee is was ok and the blond woman are very unfriendly…

I had a coffee and a water, all very good, very good, as well as the staff and the place. A charm!

Cafeteria with the "3B" (good, nice, and cheap), you can buy a large coffee from 4 BGP, it has a place to sit with armchairs at the bottom, and free wifi

The place is good. The attention is very fast. There are usually a lot of people so ordering takeout is a good option. I ordered a muffin and a latte. Very good both considering the price.

Pastry tasted one day old, certainly not fresh. Coffee was of airline quality. Server wouldn’t even look at you. Felt like a chain, no personal flavour.

Fantastic service from the friendly and professional guy making the coffee. Shame for the (blond middle-aged) very grumpy “manager” lady who bossed him around, made the place feel uncomfortable and made me leave early.

I was served by a kind guy with glasses in training. Unfortunately, when it was time to pay, a very arrogant blonde lady had difficulty understanding that I wanted a single espresso with cream, I had to remind her how it was written in the Caffè Nero table behind the till. I think she's the manager. I advise the company to change Manager. Terrible customer service

Sadly the worst Caffè Nero customer service experience I've ever had. I almost always go to Caffè Nero as my chill out cafe of choice however this hasn't been a good visit. Bad attitude, didn't listen & got almost the entire order wrong. Sad face.

It’s hard love Nero coffee but when someone is coughing there lungs up and spits on the floor not a good look

Just purchased a "luxury hot chocolate" from this branch of Cafe Nero, I was given half a cup of almost cold hot chocolate, when I went back to the counter the lady topped it up slightly but told me it wasn't cold. Needless to say I wanted be visiting this outlet again.

Luxury hot chocolate came in a small glass that was half full of froth and cream. The small half that did have chocolate in was like warm NOT hot. I took it back to the barista who told me 'it was not cold' and added a bit more that she said was over 100 degrees. The result was a small glass that was 3/4 full of luke warm chocolate. Certainly didn't feel like 'Luxury Hot Chocolate '. RUDE staff. Many other coffee shops available, avoid this one.

Very rude staff I asked how sweet the cake is and she gave me a shrug and turned me away

Although it says is open until 21h, the downstairs was closed from 19h. I ordered something and sat waiting for a friend. After 20m wanted to go to toilet- was told to go to a market nearby because toilets were closed. How can you run a cafe where people are seating and consuming and not allow them to use the toilet? Im sure toilets were open when i arrived so I cant understand why to do this.

Downstairs unclean, stored rubbish, dirty tables and toilets are filthy.

Could do with a really good clean. Sorry, as I am in hospitally felt uncomfortably unhygenic.

Comfortable seats nice to take a load just a shame the hot chocolate was more like warm chocolate. Unisex serviceable toilets as long as you are a size six or skinny man (I'm not!).

The most gross, fly-ridden Nero I've ever been it, and the toilet was out-of-order too. Downstairs was just grim, and upstairs had no seats.

At short noticed popped in here as was waiting to enter the theatre opposite. Was given and charged for a item I didn't want and when I asked to swap it for something else which was of a lower price was told not to worry about the price difference, didn't seem to understand they owed me the difference. After several exchanges I was told they didn't know how to refund me and I should choose something else to make up the price. I didn't want anything else just my refund. Eventually they opened the till and gave me the cash. Very poor service and knowledge. Food was well below standard.

I ordered a luxury hot chocolate (which I have on a daily basis.) This is my first time in this branch, I was served the drink in an espresso cup (small). I expressed to the lady behind the counter that this was the wrong cup to which she said it was the right cup. For £5 (as I added cherry syrup) the drink was tiny. My friend’s coffee was larger.

So rude - unbelievable (blond woman) , rude to her staff and rude to customers. Did nothing but buy a sandwich and coke.

For a Nero, this is pretty good. Often call in here on way to meetings and if I’ve got a little time to kill. Downstairs often quiet and good place to read. Coffee is as you’d expect for Nero and totally fine.

Extremely poor customer service. The blonde woman with the glasses should be sacked!!! She refused to let my 8 months pregnant daughter use the toilet and when she pleaded with her she said are you stupid or something I said no! When my daughter came out crying I confronted her about her appalling manners she reluctantly agreed. Never in my life have I ever encountered this kind of rudeness from staff in Neros . I think this woman needs to be investigated .

Don't usually post reviews but I was made to feel like an annoyance cause I have an allergy by the staff here, and got plenty of rolled eyes when I was trying to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction to the drink I was ordering. Pistachio latte is good though, do recommend.

Durch die Lage am Seven Dials Market immer ziemlich voll, weil der Laden auch sehr klein ist. Der Service ist etwas chaotisch, die Getränke aber sehr lecker.

Staff were not rude, just hyper arrogant which surprised me as I humbly accept life as it is.

Tried to go to the bathroom at 5:30pm on a Sunday. The whole staff tried to tell me that I couldn’t - the bathroom was closed because they were “closing early”. It was very sketchy and the employees were acting suspicious. As they were explaining, one girl came up from the bathroom… I just went anyways. Nothing happened and they didn’t stop anyone else from going to the bathroom after me (?) It’s a shame that I had this awkward interaction. I’ve come here many times and had a good experience, so I’m giving 2 stars. Please improve your customer service!

Spotted a film crew outside, so poppee into Cafe Nero for a large Mocha. Staff were friendly enough, but the customer in front was chatting up the cashier and asked for her number, which she obliged and this delayed my service... Can't really moan about it, there could potentially be a wedding!!! Still I sat at the window, enjoying the view and the filming too!!

Unprofessional young trainee boy asked my drink many times , and shouted with me, he tasted my coffe when I wanted to change it back ( I have milk allergy.)Terrible. The blond young girl with glasses is very arrogant and she is always on the phone, she was reluctant to serve the customers. Big disappointment, I will never visit there again, the stairs are dangerous. You are not allowed to use the toilet first. Uneccatable customer service.

I asked to use the toilet but they saied it was just for guest so i made clear i was going to order something and the barista made me pay and she prepared the coffee even if i was on the toilet What a shame not to let use peoplr the toilet in case of need but even worse not believe them if they politly explain they will pay for something later.

Good Cafe Nero, slightly limited on space but they do have a sneaky downstairs with more tables. Efficient and friendly staff.

Freundliche Bedienung, die das Bestellte gut zubereitet und schnell bringt. Das Interieur ist wie üblich bei dieser Kette. Im Keller gibt es übrigens noch weitere Sitzplätze und eine der nach meinem persönlichen Empfinden kleinsten Toiletten Englands ;-)

Another great addition to the Nero brand

A woman greeted me at the door (dirty blonde pony tail , Eastern European). She asked us if we wanted a drink and we proceeded to tell her we were going to order after we went to the toilet. As soon as we went to the toilet she came down the stairs saying she was going to have to ask us to leave unless we went upstairs and ordered. After telling her we were waiting for her friend she told us she was going to call security. We decided we were going to leave and not order after this and she gave us the middle finger at the door! This woman needs to be held accountable for her actions ASAP as this level of customer service is appalling. Do not go here unless you want to be profiled on the door.

coffee is standard for Nero. Upstairs seating is for the extremely slim, i am quite slim myself, and downstairs has ample room.

It's a Cafe Nero. It doesn't do anything particularly well or badly. Its biggest selling point in that you get a consistent product across all locations.

Great service and very good coffee. Also, enjoyed the sweet treat that we purchased. Location is excellent and the shop was very clean. Really enjoyed the basement dining and ambiance. The spiral staircase would be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges and the washrooms at in the basement. Overall, this was an excellent stop.

7 months pregnant, I asked to use the toilet and was told customers only. Staff giggled when I said ok and turned around. Husband was outside deciding what to get, but we decided to leave.

I'm usually not a huge fan of Nero cafe, but this time, I had coconut latte which was quite well done. But I am giving a low review because they charge extra for alternatives to dairy. Come on Nero, you're so behind!

Popped in there early in June - got a delicious chocolate milkshake frappe! Chose to drink indoors as all outside tables occupied. But everything seemed clean and tidy.

Nice coffee but the cups let it down.

Even though this is a big coffee chain, the differences between shops is very profound sometimes. For example, the quality of the coffee in the Soho - Dean St. store is the best compared with all other shops I've ever been to. But then this is because the Dean Street shop has been run by Italians for as long as I can remember it. The coffee in this specific shop is actually very good. But it's the location that makes the difference. At the corner of the Seven Dials, it commands very good views all around. A handful of good tables outside and tents to protect you from the elements. Overall, I like it very much.

Wenn ich zufällig hier bin und schnell was trinken will, gehe ich meist hier rein. Ja, es ist eine Kette, aber trotzdem gefällt mir die Location hier besonders. Es geht hier nicht so hektisch zu und man kann sich gut entspannen.

Amazing staff — no matter they are busy or not. Manager there is really into the details and as a regular customer I am always served my « favourite » coffee the way I like it and it’s always a pleasure. My favourite caffè Nero of all.
