Such a lovely little cafe within a lovely quirky bookshop. For such a small cafe there was a wide variety of food and drinks including plenty of vegan optitions. Plus staff were great. So friendly!

As a person whom grew up in france I am disgraced by the standard of cuisine in this establishment. The onion soup was served with half chopped onions and the foie gras my partner was served was barly a cm thick as a person who grew up in france I feel this is a disgrace to french culture. I ordered an onglet a poile, which was served medium to well done. Once again a let down to french culture, I feel that london société should represent french culture in a respectful manner especially due to our history

I was disappointed to find that the restrooms at this café are blocked off for staff use only. Denying access to toilets for paying customers is not only inconvenient, but also goes against public health and safety regulations in many places. I hope the management reconsiders this policy and provides proper facilities for all patrons.

Only had coffee here, but this one is quite an unusual style, not the usual Cafe Nero chain shop. Good service and atmosphere with lots of people. The only problem was cold aircon for this time of year

I went in the store and bought coke and water bottle and went to use washroom and the one of the staff named “Ola” became very very rude to me. She stop me to use washroom and when I told her that I am the customer she said that you can return the items which you bought I recommend that please don’t go to the store

Well very poor staff are rude alot steals money from you. Food is extremely bland is you want a good meal go to McDonald's.

Patrick the Italian manager is brilliant. He makes the best coffee there and is attentive to his customers. He was recently off and it wasn't the same without him. Great employee to Nero as he keeps me going back for my coffee

Had an ok meal here. Staff tried to tell me that we couldn’t use our substantial gift card (£250) because it was only redeemable at a different Caprice restaurant. Then asked us to show them the ‘small print’ to prove that it was ‘redeemable at ANY Caprice restaurant’. Only then apologised and honoured the gift card. Totally unacceptable. If you sell £250 gift vouchers, deliver an EXCEPTIONAL service experience and don’t make the recipient feel like they have cut a coupon out of a newspaper. If you are given a gift and are then asked to pay for it, it kind of screws up the gift. Very Disappointing.

I was thrilled to be offered a job here after a 2 hour trial shift and was told by the manager that paperwork would be sent the following week so I could begin working. Sadly, after waiting 2 weeks and following up professionally multiple times, I never heard back. Recently, I learned that they're only considering female hires, which is disappointing considering that hiring should be based on merit, not gender. I'd still love the chance to speak to management directly, I really admired the bakery and the staff working there. I was excited to be a part of the team, hopefully, we can communicate and amend this.

We went as a group of girls on a sunny day in April, the food was ok but the waitress riddhi more than made up for it! Would go again for the atmosphere

A classic chain of cafe with a great selection of food and drinks. There is a large amount of seating and this is one of the quieter spots in the centre of London that you can grab lunch in.

The coffee could be much better for a cafe right in the middle of Piccadilly near Chinatown. The best part was the waiters.
