Cafe Nero in City of London, Westminster

Patrick the Italian manager is brilliant. He makes the best coffee there and is attentive to his customers. He was recently off and it wasn't the same without him. Great employee to Nero as he keeps me going back for my coffee

We fell in love with Caffe Nero while spending some time in Boston, MA. We were delighted to stumble upon this location while walking back to our AirBnB in London. We went inside to get coffee and found some Nespresso capsules we love that can no longer be purchased in the US. The manager, Patrick, heard us trying to figure out what we needed and not only helped us find it but also at a fantastic deal. He spent quite a bit of time helping us and making sure we had everything we needed (and then some) and that it was packed neatly to make it back to the states. We later found out it was his day off. Highly recommend Caffe Nero, but especially this location!

Caffe is excellent, close to original Italian quality, and food is quite good (I would recommend mushrooms and mascarpone) A special note to Eery (?), the Italo/Ukrainian barista who served me with kindness, patience and luv I'll come back to meet u again babe

Es una pena, Cafe Nero acaba de reemplazar las cómodas sillas con muchas sillas de bañera incómodas. Las sillas también se sienten una encima de la otra sin apenas espacio entre ellas. No hay privacidad y se siente como una pecera con un café. Cualquier personaje ha sido quitado. Le agradezco que desee más sillas para los clientes y que se queden por menos tiempo, pero quizás un compromiso de unas pocas sillas cómodas con algunas sillas de bañera adicionales sería mejor en general. Por desgracia, ahora estoy buscando una cafetería diferente para mis citas de café dos veces por semana con mi esposo.

Cet endroit est parfaitement placé dans le centre historique de Londres. On y appreciera tout ce qui est proposé. On se détendra, on revera. Bref, ce commentaire est simplé car vous aurez le mérite de vivre à l'instinct :)

‘Flat white’ was a 1980s scalding milky coffee which appeared in 7 seconds. Paid £2.80, worth about 90p.

It was a busy mid week morning when i popped in here. Its directly opposite the Home Office so i should imagine its popular! The two woman serving where having a really good banter with the customers, and with each other, as they listened to music from a mobile phone. The place had a great early morning buzz about it. Most of the tables, inside and out, where taken.

Es una franquicia tipo Starbucks,buen cafe,personal un poco seco y atencion regular......conclusion hay mas cafeterias.

The coffee was good, but besides that, they don't have much to offer. the place is small, they don't have anything interesting to eat. But I must say that the view from the window is nice.

Die Lage am Kirchplatz ist schön. Kaffee gut. Kleine Snacks gibt es ebenfalls und auch WiFi. Für eine kurze Pause prima.

Friendly staff good coffee, WiFi a bit up and down though. Opposite the home office building. Not far from Westminster abbey

I quite like this place but having now discovered the cafe underneath the church on Smith Sq, I alternate between the 2. Very good for cold coffee

Pour un arret cafe et patisserie apres des heures de marches. Plusieurs choix de boissons et patisseries

A strange use of the lay out for this cafe with the 'kitchen' away from the serving counters and next to the loos. Tables were not cleared very quickly, toilets were out of action except disabled one which was well used! Cobwebs hanging down from ceiling and across pictures. Could be a whole lot better with some imagination. Sort the toilets out, we are in the 21st Century after all. Can't stand an eating establishment where there is a question mark on hygiene! Always check the loos before you eat as that says a lot about a place! The atmosphere was flat with no real buzz from staff.
