Costa Coffee in City of London, Westminster

I went in the store and bought coke and water bottle and went to use washroom and the one of the staff named “Ola” became very very rude to me. She stop me to use washroom and when I told her that I am the customer she said that you can return the items which you bought I recommend that please don’t go to the store

That’s really disappointing—especially when you’ve always liked Costa Coffee and were expecting a nice treat with your sister. Spending £5 on a coffee should definitely come with quality, care, and consistency. If the milk was cold and the coffee tasted off, that’s already a letdown, but to feel sick afterwards too? That’s unacceptable. And the fact that this isn’t the first time—especially after your French Street Station experience—makes it even worse. You’ve every right to feel frustrated. I was shocked to find out that Costa hasn’t fulfilled their cage-free promise, even as they keep boasting sustainability. Knowing they still source from battery-cage systems globally makes me question their ethics. Count me out until they fully commit to their pledge.

We got a late breakfast here with the coffee and toasted sandwich deal. Lovely Costa and far nicer seating downstairs. Staff were very pleasant.

Divya treated us and she seemed like a bad professional. First, they opened the store late when outside you can see that they have the schedule and that they had not opened yet. Then we asked him for an offer and he still didn't even have the juices on (having already opened late). Afterwards we asked for 4 Large latte coffees and they gave us 4 medium latte coffees and on top of that the ticket shows one large latte coffee and three medium lattes when that is not what we received or ordered. We tell them that they have given us medium coffees instead of large ones and that on top of that we have paid too much and they give us a refund for the large coffee (which is not reflected in the bank account) and they make us pay for another medium coffee. In conclusion, we have had coffees of the size we did not want, we have paid more twice and on top of that with terrible treatment. My sister asks him if she can put the apple juice in the second promotion of £5.99 but he says that it is not included in the offer when the sign shows that you can choose between orange juice and apple juice. We have also seen her eating during working hours and on top of that having opened the store late. They gave us cardboard glasses because they probably didn't want to clean them, because the other day they gave us glass ones. I invite you to come work at a beach bar on the Costa Brava in Spain in August to see if you can last two days. Greetings and I hope you improve as professionals.

A beautiful place tucked in Regent streets. My favourite hot chocolate with whipped cream and caramel sauce on top.

Absolutamente basura. El ambiente es oscuro y desagradable, lo intentamos. Pedí una oferta de café mediano + croissant por ££ 4. 99 y pidió un croissant de almendras. Me acaban de cobrar 6 libras. 55 y cuando pregunté, me dijeron que el trato solo se refería a un croissant simple. No decía eso en el anuncio. Se encogió de hombros. La diferencia entre una llanura y una almendra es de 40 p, por lo que la diferencia de £ 1 . 56 ? En cualquier caso sea claro en su publicidad. Fui y me senté. No hay WiFi, así que tuve que irme porque necesitaba trabajar. Usted no recibe un servicio en el lugar oscuro y sucio, así que no hay plan. Pedí que pusieran mi café en una taza para llevar y lo dejaran. Al personal no le importan los monos.

Worst coffee I’ve ever had. Coffee is bitter and the without a foam. I had to add 6 sugars to beat the flavor of the coffee

guys every single week i buy medium caramel latte but what i buy today was my worst coffee what i had in my life i know how to make coffee because i was working also like barista but this coffee tastes was like you reused the before one and you add just milk inside little caramel sirop and that’s it , just because to make your extra tip or i don’t know but im sure next time im not leaving without to i taste my coffee, have a nice day

Amigo & team are always friendly, have a consistent efficient service (with a natural smile & they are the same with other customers), as a regular, they know my order & have it ready as soon as I have paid . Hazel maple latte is very tasty, there are queues for the toilet because there is only one and the location is good. The only downside was that the wifi didn't work in the premises

Good service, nice seating downstairs, but let down by no wifi, very poor mobile reception at bottom floor, and sockets do not provide electricity. I went during a quiet time but I can imagine it gets really busy, not welcoming if you’re intending to do some work.

I'm a loyal customer to costa, I visited the piccadilly branch in the morning a few days ago. To my surprise the store was empty I then asked for a salted caramel latte. I was charged for the syrup and then the staff didn't even put the syrup in my drink which had been paid for and then the two girls spoke in their language saying the salted caramel hadn't been put in my drink and couldn't be bothered to open a new bottle of salted caramel. Would not recommend this store. Every other branch is 5 star but this one needs new staff that actually care about the customers experience. Will give you caramel syrup and hope you can't taste the difference. Damn Lazy

Just watched a server drop half a dozen lids on the floor, shuffle them together and put them back on the stack. Need to repeat their hygiene training I would suggest.

Snack and drinks are good but served without much kindness. Seating space is nice but bathroom is not recommended at all, absolutely dirty on a Wednesday afternoon.

Wir kamen kurz vor dem Start der New Years Day Parade vorbei, dementsprechend voll war es. Obwohl die Warteschlange fast schon bis zur Tür des Ladens reichte, war die Bedienung freundlich, korrekt und speditiv. Der Kaffee war auch gut.

Restrooms for customers only, and they are underground downstairs without lift. Bathroom was really messy. Service is very fast. The rest of the cafe was clean.

This is onenof the busiest spots in London...just off picadilly. On a sunday afternoon at 3pm there are only 3 people behind the counter, costa clearly doesnt care about this shop as it only has a 2 handle coffee machine...ridiculous for a place as busy as this. Theyve given up using china ware if you drink in....and even without the need to wash up it took over 15 minutes to get a coffee. No management, no investment, demotivated staff..an absolute shambles

Watch out for being short changed with your coffee, didn't even take a sip and few centimeters had evaporated.

Staff, food and drink excellent but only one toilet (which clearly doesn't get checked very often as there was paper all over the floor, none in the dispenser).

No WiFi or cups so had to do with a double paper cups. Unable to separate so not great when you want to start drinking at a reasonable temperature... Hopefully WiFi thing is temp.

We had a great time here. Sometimes a coffee shop with seating in London isn't so easy to find so it was nice to be able to sit and enjoy a good breakfast. The staff was also nice and pleasant and they have a restroom.

Good for costa. The downside is the usual mob in for toilet, clustered about.

Cakes were a bit dry. The coffee was good as expected. Unfortunately the staff were a little surly and the toilets were disgusting. Hopefully it was just a bad day and not the norm.

Would love to see more planet & animal friendly vegan options & it's about time to stop charging extra for plant milks. ;) Otherwise, friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of seating inside. Loving the current reward program for bringing your own coffee cup! 👍 Would come here more often for breakfast & lunch if they had more interesting vegan food options. Here is hoping!

Staff very quick and friendly. Unfortunately only 1 toilet available and was very busy so waited longer in queue than it took to drink my coffee.

Sehr schönes Café etwas abseits vom Trubel des Piccadilly Circus. Leckerer Kakao, Muffins, Panini. Sehr freundliches und schnelles Personal. Für eine kleine Pause sehr zu empfehlen.

Always close the downstairs area way before closing time and forced customers to use the overcrowded upstairs space.

Coffee and service great as normal. However, absolutely disgusted at the overflowing sanitary bin in the mixed toilet facility. A used sanitary towel is not what you wish to see whilst eating and drinking.

I ordered an expensive drink and they gave it to me without any of the proper toppings and didn’t tell me they lie and robbed me of 4 pounds not good at all.

The lime and coconut loaf is really delicious.

Pessima accoglienza da parte dei collaboratori, tra l'altro vestiti come se stessero giocando a basket. Il prexiglass è molto spesso e non ci si riesce a intendere. Caffè superficiale e acido servito in una "tazzina" di carta, ho visto altri clienti con normali tazzine in ceramica. Se lo sapevo lo prendevo direttamente nel fast food dove ho mangiato. Bagno sporco e maleodorante.

staff are dreadful. they more interested in their own flirting than any customer waiting.. and on top of that it seems like they do you a favour to serve you a cup of coffee.. avoid at all cost.. plenty of other nice coffe shops inpiccadilly

Downstairs seating is ok, drinks nice. Wife enjoyed the white hot chocolate. I did not enjoy my latte, but that may be more a reflection on my choice rather than the establishment.
