Very beautiful and atmospheric place. Amazing view. Tasty food. Kind staff. Recommend 100%

While the view was great and it’s a lovely place for photos, the cocktails were very disappointing and undrinkable. We ordered different cocktails which were kindly brought out quickly but not much better.

What an utter let down. Having visited London many times I always seek out new places to try and this has to be the biggest disappointed to date. The food was ok, and came out quickly, but the service was appalling. The staff didn’t seem to know what was what. We were not offered water, our drinks sat on the counter for so long the beer completely dropped and despite our efforts to attract someone’s attention in the end the bar tendered saw our efforts and came around and delivered them himself. The food came out in a shambles and dirty plates were left everywhere. It’s like they wanted us to leave, so we did. Whole experience was terrible and will absolutely not be back.

Ignore the grotty lift this is a real hidden gem with great view!

Service was good. View is great. Cocktail: I had the sky garden. It was below average, even though it looked pretty. Steak: the meat seemed a bit cheap and had an odd smell. They covered the salad and steak with soacky fried onions.

Was very disappointed as took my granddaughters there for one of their 18th birthday treats and was totally underwhelmed. Felt it was a bit like a cafe and although booking indicated a special birthday not even a candle on a dessert. Staff were friendly, food was ok but even the menus looked tired.

I can't believe I've walked past this place countless times without noticing it! This hidden gem offers stunning views of London from both indoor and outdoor spaces. A must-visit for any Londoner.

Was never even asked for my drink order.. There were multiple tables obviously available but was told I had to sit in the sofa section, which is an awkward size to sit in if you're not a child.. Left after 15 minutes of watching waiters pass me by. Live music was pretty cool though. +2 atmos I'll try again Monday lol Edit: Tried again last night! Wagyu sliders are mid. 100% overcooked. Steak straps - now this part is sad.. the meat itself was cooked soooo perfectly!! But it had ZERO seasoning. And i mean ZERO. That "sea salt" was put on after cooking and only on the center piece.. so much wasted potential here. I've made better tasting steak on a rock while camping. And another restaurant in London that serves coke products in those TINY little bottles for 3x the price. . Sticking to beer here from now on lol PRO: the Irish coffee. Holy potatoes. . This thing will get the job done! So good too! Props to the bar tender.

Food and view was okay. Service is very poor considering there is not many tables. It takes 10-20 minutes for drinks to arrive and that’s when we asked around 2-3 waitresses before it did. Requested drinks often forgotten. If your going for the view that’s all your really going to get.

Amazing playlist, great view, great food. Aircon just at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend.

The view overlooking the entire London Skyline is magnificent, lots of colors and background music (live on some evenings) give freshness and vitality. Having a drink on the terrace and seeing major buildings such as Westminster and Big Ben is priceless! Coming to the dishes served: Anglo-Saxon dishes are completely lacking and there is no common thread that links the different dishes on the menu, but with the ethnic choice it is difficult to go wrong and we ordered Korean and Asian Fusion, all very tasty and well cooked. Critical issues: air conditioning too strong and absence of bread.

Poor service. Had to basically do cartwheels to get their attention and then didn’t get checked in on once afterwards. Also had to scan a QR to pay and they’d added a 12.5% service charge. WHAT SERVICE? There were only three of us and they brought us one bottle of Pinot. It’s not as if they were run off their feet doing it.

Popped in for pre therater drinks ...as we were not eating, put in the corner, absolutely no view! And very loud music and the place was full of hen do's .... Cheap benadorn vibe

Absolutely impressed by my visit to the Garden Rooftop! The view is undoubtedly the most stunning in London, offering breathtaking panoramas that are simply unforgettable. The drinks and cuisine were top-notch, each sip and bite reflecting the high standards of this remarkable place. I will certainly be returning to this wonderful spot. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of London!!!!!!

Very average. A nice view across London if you're able to get one of the prime seats by the window - honestly not worth going if you can't garuntee that. Happy hour makes the rather basic cocktails just about financially justifiable. Didn't try the food - was too put off by the raggady bent menus and the food left on our unwiped table when we arrived.

Food was very good but it's not a Garden on the roof there is no outside seating. It just a bar decorated with greenery with views over London.

My meal didn't come with the other meals. She obviously didn't take my order properly and only ordered the side salad. Most waiters confirm the table order before leaving the table. The lights bites on the menu actually means starters so not a lighter meal. There on one of the hottest days this summer yet had to ask twice to get tap water on the table. Shame nice views. Good looking restaurant but wouldn't recommend it.

2 stars is generous. Awful service, food okay. Seated for 20 mins before ordering a drink, 35 mins before receiving a drink. Sat with dirty glasses and plates for a long time, staff members on their phone or taking 20+ minutes to clear and clean a single table. View was nice.

Waited 23 minutes for our waiter to take our drinks. All waitstaff walked by our table multiple times and we're lounging by the bar while we waited. After he took our drinks, it took 5 minutes until we decided to leave. When we told the waiter we were leaving to another resturant, he hadn't even put our order in to the bar.

Great afternoon. 90s brunch. Not sure why people have given bad reviews, but me and my two best friends had a great afternoon. Service was fab, dj defo played some wicked 90s songs and bottomless drinks were lost definitely flowing and strong. The views of London from this are just phenomenal tbh. Will definitely be visiting again. Very strong 9.9/10.

The steak was tough and chewy, the pasta was tasteless, they had no pizzas, the waitress was singing, the barman was singing (miles out of tune which is even more annoying), the music was totally out of place, it was nearly empty, but the view was nice. I can see what they’re trying to do with this place but it falls short terribly. It felt like the staff were just there for a laugh and the chef just doesn’t care. Would definitely not come back.

Beautiful lunch with my friends served by the lovely Bex, she was extremely polite and served us with a smile. Will be returning soon 🙂

The food here was delicious. I don’t really have complaints in that department but the service and ambiance was terrible. We thought this was going to be a rooftop restaurant except the entire time it was enclosed with no outdoors. We had different servers the entire time and they didn’t even ask us if we liked our food or even cared to give us water. The food is way overpriced so definitely go somewhere else for your buck.

Full five stars for the view and service! We were there on a Thursday evening, it wasn’t very full. Their cocktails are amazing, quite expensive! Mojito was £10 but the rest were about £18 each but they are 2 for 1 if you go during the happy hour (Monday- Thursday 3:30-5:30pm - pls check before making the journey), it has to be the same cocktail. We had a great time, had cocktails and watched the sunset! Will be back. PS: this has got nothing to do with this amazing place, my frustration is about Google! I have a lot of photos but Google always restricts my access to post my own pics here! Some maybe taken on Snap chat but it ruins my reviews as I can’t post all my photos! Why does Google need to suggest photos?

The staff was very rude to us. I booked a table not knowing that it costs 55£ per person, and was explaining that to the waiter. He was shouting and being rude to us saying that it’s stated on the website. However, I was proving to him that it’s not visible on the OpenTable booking. Nevertheless, he blamed us and we had to leave. We don’t recommend the place. It was very loud.

Small rooftop bar at the top of a hotel on Charing Cross Rd . Friendly attentive service . Choice of prosecco , pornstar & espresso martini . Lots of choice on menu for starters & main course . Fun loud music ! Really enjoyed it !

The Garden Rooftop was situated on the roof of the assembly Hotel I London, where I was staying. I can not comment on the food as me and the wife arrived a little too late to eat. However, we did stop for a drink. One glass of white wine and a pint of beer cost 20 pounds with a service charge. WOW... People will probably state that if you are not prepared to pay the prices, then you shouldn't go to London. They would be right, but there are acceptable price hikes and extortionate ones, and they seem to be getting worse in Our Great and Wonderful City.. The atmosphere was pretty dull for 22:30 at night, but the staff were accommodating.

We are due to visit this weekend ( 20/07 ) - we have been trying to contact the bar to reschedule our booking and this appears to be impossible! We have tried calling multiple times a day, have sent emails and nothing! Hoping this review may mean that someone reaches out to us!

Absolutely fantastic. The food was mouth-watering. I had the grilled miso salmon with mashed potatoes and a virgin strawberry mojito. The combination of the food, recommended by the waiters, was an explosion of flavours. Slightly spicy salmon, with the sweetness of the mashed potatoes and the refreshing mojito made it spectacular. The service was excellent, the views breathtaking, and the music really good. I highly recommend it.

we had such high hopes for the 90s disco but service was poor and the music anything but 90s. The wait for service was too long and the female waitress was incredibly rude when we asked for a menu aswell as the mixologist. I myself work in hospitality and wouldn't dream of making customers feel so unwelcome.

Went here on weekend for the brunch. Food was great and staff really attentive. Dj was great! Only downside was lack of aircon, soooo stuffy! Bring a hand fan.

Nothing special about it. When we arrived the server informed us that pizzas were not available. We made a booking so it would have been nice to have been told this before arriving because my partner and I were looking forward to pizza. The rest of the menu was uninspiring. My water glass has an enormous lipstick stain on it when I arrived which was gross. The view is really lovely but nothing else going for it.

What a wonderful experience! We came here after a terrible bottomless brunch elsewhere. They squeezed us in as we hadn't booked anything. The service we received was outstanding and the food was 10 out of 10. Definitely be back. Or server was vina and he was so helpful. So accommodating and so quick. Could not recommend enough. Thank you so much for making a great night for my mother, niece and sister-in-law.

We made a reservation for a table just to be sure to get a table. This was not ready upon arrival. And when we tried to order a cocktail we was told that the bartender would not be there for atleast an hour and a half

Very poor. We thought we'd spend maybe 45mins there, before a train. Not really busy, but eventually got seated at one of the many empty tables. Not sure it was appreciated that we only wanted a drink, but ten or more minutes later we left, after no service. I'd try one of the many others.

The food was really nice. We got small plates and shared. The drinks are super expensive! One cup of tea was £6 I thought that was absurd. I've dined in higher scale venues and have never paid £6 for hot water and a tea bag! The view was nice. The waiters could have been more attentive as we had to ask for dessert and drinks. Would we come here again? Yes. Would I pass on the non-alcoholic drinks because of the prices? Absolutely. I would also suggest getting some new menus and refreshing the signage on the table. They were sticky and stained and that's just not a great look or first impression.

I can’t believe I only discovered this place now. What an amazing rooftop with the best view of the city, not to mention the food and drinks. But above all, it’s all about the service. Been twice within two days, for Saturday brunch and Sunday sunset dinner. Highly recommend. A special thanks to Vinay, Lara and Alex for taking care of us. Can’t wait to be back here.

Fab views of the city but staff a bit miserable, we were not allowed to sit by the window as we hadn’t booked. This I understand if the tables are reserved but only one table had anyone using it the whole time we were there. Opted for a bottle of wine instead of cocktails starting at £18 each.

Had dinner there last night and got the chick ‘n burger, can’t say I enjoyed it was a really strange texture and taste, I ended up eating other peoples food which was okay for flavouring. View was lovely but came at a cost to drinks I paid £8 for a bottled beer.

Nice view but that’s all. You re gonna be forced to order food if you want to sit by the window. The food is absolutely horrible. They use frozen chicken and shrimp. And they managed to find off frozen chicken. My friend is having a food poisoning right now and she is sick. If they are reading this, they should contact me for refund. I m seriously thinking to report them. Prices are cheap and about half an hour after your visit, you will know why it’s cheap

If you want amazing views of the London Skyline in the heart of the West End, and for a reasonable price, this is a great place! The staff were friendly and welcoming, but not overbearing, so it felt very relaxed. The food was nice, although not a huge choice (and pizzas weren’t available that night). Overall a very nice place to spend a relaxing evening.

Have eaten here twice, one being a party and was really enjoyable. Service is good, cocktails are incredible and food was delicious. Good views and one of my favourite rooftop bars.

Good place to chill with a London view

Good views and good location right near Leicester Square / Trafalgar Square. Building is a bit weird. Feels a little seedy entering on the ground floor. They have a 'happy hour' with BOGOF, but then it seems they've doubled the price to £18 per cocktail so hardly a bargain. Staff are lovely but a little pushy with trying to get you to order another round.

It is a place with a great view. Little need of some paint. We only had drinks and that was fine. Staff really helpfull and nice.

Bartender Vinai was amazing, fantastic Negroni’s and looked after us the entire time! Food was incredible, truffle theme throughout was exactly as ordered, thank you guys for a great lunch!!

Great atmosphere at 10th floor with view of the London city including London Eye and Sky Garden and other high buildings.

The views across London are good, especially for the location, but the drinks were weak and poorly mixed (unacceptable at nearly £20 a pop for a cocktail) and the service was sloppy. The decor is also a little cheap looking in the daylight. Great if you want to show visitors something a little different, but otherwise there are better bars, better drinks and better service to be had.

Booked a table, ordered drinks and nibbles whilst deciding what to order. Went to order to be told no pizzas available so we left. Should have told us before I spent near £20 on nothing. Waste of time.

We had an amazing experience. The hospitality was top notch and liked the service as well. Amazing lady Ana looked after us loved the service.

Nice place. Small terrace area for smokers (15m2) so no real terrace. I found the meal very good (qualified as an Italian restaurant but I wouldn't go there to eat Italian!) served despite an order error (they apologized and changed the dish). Service a little long. Note that the music is a little loud (this didn't bother me personally). You absolutely have to book, otherwise they will refuse you the place, even if places are available on the site! Good overall experience.

Garden Rooftop is a great pick for Happy Hour! The BOGO cocktails and shareable appetizers make the perfect combination for catching up with a dear friend. Plus the atmosphere aligns with the name, solidifying a chill vibe while viewing London.

Booked 90’s brunch however the DJ was awful and barely played anything 90’s. The food and service is good and the drinks are great in the bottomless. Would go again just hoping for someone who plays better music.

Really enjoyed bottomless brunch here for my friends birthday. The cocktails and food were great and well presented and the staff especially Vinay were attentive and prompt and friendly. They even went the extra mile where needed including helping us take photos!

I have sent two enquiries trying to book a large group for a Saturday lunch. I have had no response and nobody answers the phone. Poor show.

The waitress was so nice, we got a table right away without reservation next to the beautiful view of london city. The restaurant’s decoration is beautiful and the food is very good. Yes, the cocktails are pricey but the rest is ok. The restaurant is easy to access by taking the elevator to the 10th floor. It’s situated in the center of London.
