Went for the 90's bottomless brunch on the Saturday and had a lovely time. The atmosphere was more on the quieter side but they did have a DJ playing. I think the brunch was a little bit expensive for what it was BUT, the drinks were flowing which can be difficult to find. Chicken Tacos were really yummy, refried beans i wouldnt recommend but the garlic & coriander rice was nice (once we added some salt) Ri was our waitress and honestly, she was fantastic... she kept our drinks topped up and ensured we were well looked after! Great job Ri, thank you! x

Weirdest experience ever.Walked into an entry which can only be described as 'wipe down'. Lift to top floor to find the restaurant is not the one we had booked for. Different name and menu but same furniture. Limited Mexican street food on the menu for ££££. Great view though. Exited stage left.

The only thing on the menu was cheese, tortillas and tortilla chips. The quesadilla was three taco shells toasted with cheese and beef. The tacos were three taco shells not toasted but with chicken and then tortilla chips with cheese. No fries available. Bad service. The view is lovely.

We went there to celebrate my friends birthday. Ambiance and service is superb but food is a little bland and needs more seasoning, not really worth it for the price that we pay. We enjoyed the unlimited drinks though.

Went here on a date at night. Incredible view and great atmosphere. It is preferred to have a reservation but we walked in without one and they gladly served us. The food was okay. The pasta selection was good but it felt like the burger ordered was lacking. Regardless, it was a positive experience.

Had my birthday dinner here with friends and staff was really accommodating, everything from my last minute panic booking (thank you Niral for sorting it out!) to the attentive service we received throughout the dinner by our amazing waiter Vinay! Everything was exceptional, the food was amazing and I felt well looked after for my birthday celebration :) definitely recommend and definitely will be back!

Very differnt to what was shown online thought the atmosphere would be really calm and chilled but was the opposite. Didn’t advertise bottomless brunch would be there and we went for a romantic meal had to leave as was just far too loud and the wrong vibe! Didn’t even feel like a restaurant

We chose Garden Rooftop for our Saturday evening dinner, intrigued by the numerous positive reviews and the various videos seen on the internet. In fact, we can only be satisfied with the evening spent here. We started by having a passion fruit-based cooktail, certainly the strong point of this place are the bartenders. The cooktail was nothing short of spectacular, the presentation truly beautiful and the flavors very distinct. As the main course we had the salmon salad and the prawn pasta also accompanied by other tempura prawns. The dishes, as well as being well presented, had an excellent flavour, well seasoned and very tasty. We then finished with a raspberry cooktail with notes of lime, almost too strong, but still really well executed. The evening was also delighted by a spectacular view across London. Truly recommended place for a special dinner.

One good thing was the view - other than that don’t bother - supposed to be a 90s brunch heard one 90’s song - good okish drinks were definitely not flowing - one to AVOID !

Hello, good evening! I've been to this place, and it really is a number 1 place! I met with a barmen (N1) who made my evening unforgettable with her professionalism and kindness. All the waiters were extremely friendly and attentive, taking care of every detail of the room. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service impeccable and the evening was perfect in every respect. we were here for dinner in January, very nice location overlooking London, beautiful atmosphere with live songs and good food, and a reasonable price. The only problem was at the end when trying to pay their POS had problems with our credit cards and we were informed that cash was not accepted, still a beautiful evening I would go back

Top experience!! I was here on January 2nd, booking an Afternoon Tea and I was fully satisfied! The environment is truly evocative, a small space furnished in garden style illuminated by windows overlooking the London skyline, very instagrammable! The service was fine, but more importantly the food was great! I was brought a three-tier cake stand overflowing with savory and sweet snacks: There were three sandwiches with salmon, two canapés with beef and wasabi mayonnaise (spicy and tasty!), another sandwich, a macaron, a biscuit sphere covered in white chocolate, a mini apple pie (spectacular!! ) a sweet canapé and a sandwich filled with jam and cream… I couldn't finish it all and I'm a big eater! All accompanied by a large teapot with tea that they made me choose as soon as I sat down And the view is truly priceless! I think it's worth coming back even after sunset, perhaps for an aperitif Fully satisfied!! I will definitely come back on my next trip to London!

Booked a table paid deposit as you do on 21st December. Went, had my food which wasn’t the best at all. I was told that my deposit would be refunded 1-2 days as they could not take it off the bill! I have emailed and called daily since then and am being ignored. DO NOT waste your time going to this place. There are far better out there with good customer service.

A big disappointment. Don't be fooled by the photos which are far from being representative of the reality of the place. We had reserved a table for two people for the New Year's Eve meal and here is what we noticed: - the website and the photos promise us a view and an idyllic setting: apart from looking at your reflection in the window, if you come there at night, you will absolutely not see the long-awaited panorama. The exterior: a 5m2 “terrace” from which you will not see any of the panorama if you are not more than 1.80 meters tall. A real disappointment. In addition, a smell of grease in the room throughout the evening. - the food: a scam, we were promised a Christmas meal which was nothing of the sort, we were treated to the basic menu of burguers pizza pasta on a disposable paper tablecloth. A shame for a New Year's Eve meal that was served to us 45 minutes late!! No effort at presentation, nothing. As for the quality of the food: zero and unfortunately I can't find a more appropriate description. Frozen fries even though we could read that the fries were homemade; a tasteless burguer, and the pompom of sauces in plastic bags!!! We stopped the carnage at the main course and didn't have dessert. As for the wine…piquette. - the price now: 87 pounds for a bottle, two dishes and a “side” to share (frozen fries on which parmesan is dangled with bits of truffles): in other words, Flight!!! To top it off, the CB payment terminal which does not work when paying and the waiter who tells us that he does not usually accept cash but that we have to go and withdraw (ATM). After asking us insistently if we were going to come back and pay it (because even if it was disgusting, we are not thieves), we had to withdraw cash and therefore have to pay the exchange rate + taxes. This meal, not as good as at Mc Donald S, cost us 140 euros!!!! Our New Year's Eve meal was completely ruined. - only positive point was the kindness of the waitress. In summary: the garden rooftop is a tourist trap. Don't go there unless you want to throw your money in the trash.

I had made a booking for my birthday weeks in advance and my only single request was having a table with a view, but upon arrival I realized we had been allocated a table in the very corner of the restaurant which was the darkest corner in the whole place with a wall across the window blocking any view completely. Apart from that, the low small tables we were allocated had not even been placed next to each other and all the small low stools were just scattered around the area, not even around the small tables. So me and my guests had to do the set up properly on our own, once again despite booking weeks in advance. Then, by the point that 6-7 guests had arrived a waitress came asking if we wanted to order, and I asked if we could have more drink menus as we only had one small one to share amongst all of us, and she just pointed at the drink menu and said “That is a drink menu.” in really a condescending tone, and I said if we could have at least one more as we would be 15 people- she proceeded to bring one more menu half an hour later. Thankfully we decided to order food and after asking a few times if we could therefore be moved to a better table- literally anywhere else but that dark corner with no room or light or view and a kind waiter helped us move.

Also located in the center of London, it is a place where you go to the 10th floor by elevator and has a wide view of London. You can also find a Turkish waiter inside.

Después de haber visto algunas reseñas no compuestas que tengo que decir para nuestra visita debemos haber tenido suerte, ya que lo pasamos muy bien todo el día. Llegamos a las 3: 30 estaban sentados en la esquina por el DJ con unas excelentes vistas sobre Londres de día y mientras disfrutamos de nuestras bebidas y comidas decimos que el sol se pone a la noche. Nuestro servicio era amable y rápido, y las bebidas fluyen relativamente libre. La música era genial, creando un gran ambiente con ella parecía que todos disfrutaban del ambiente. Nuestra comida era buena cuando se trataba, la única crítica que diría como otras críticas es que cuando reservamos había 5 opciones para cada curso, pero en el día solo teníamos 3 opciones, que era bastante limitante.

Nice view and place for a small private party

The waiter asked my plate to hand him across the table, I did not. Then he came next to me and took my plate, then he said ‘’ happy?’’ I really cannot understand such things. So awful, so cruel and so wrong

This was the second time I went and I was disappointed this time round. The lack of food on the menu compared to the first time had been changed 2 weeks prior to us arriving. There was chicken on the menu last time but not this time. Service was slow too until I had a fuss to get drinks and who wants meat and a little salad with no chips, dessert was a vegan brownie which I found dry. Over priced for what was offered.

I wanted to prebook a table at the Garden Rooftop Bar, but their system didn’t work, likely due to poor Wi-Fi. We decided to pop in instead and asked if they had any free tables. The only available spot was a tiny table in a dark corner with no view. While not ideal, we decided to stay and ordered one cocktail and one apple cider. The cocktail, while tasty, was tiny barely bigger than an eyedrop bottle and overpriced at £18. The cider, a Brothers brand, was by far the worst I’ve ever tasted and cost £8.50. Still, we were considering staying for food and asking for a better table. What ruined the experience was when the bartender offered a larger, better table to two young women who were also seated in the dark but had arrived after us, instead of asking us first. That was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of basic courtesy. At that point, we decided to eat elsewhere and asked for the bill. Here’s where things got worse: the bill came to over £40 for one cider and one cocktail! Knowing this was incorrect (it should’ve been closer to £25), I stopped before paying and politely asked the staff member to double-check. Instead of verifying, she bluntly insisted the amount was correct. I had to argue for the bill to be reviewed, pointing out the menu prices. Eventually, after several minutes, she returned with a “sorry” and the corrected bill. For this level of ignorance and unprofessionalism, I asked for the service charge to be waived something I hardly ever do, as I always tip for good service. However, this service didn’t deserve a tip. To top it off, when I asked for the receipt, the staff member handed it to me along with the bill and made a snarky comment: “You can keep this as well.” (Small woman with long black hair.) This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Between the overpriced drinks, rude staff, and the fact that I had to argue just to get a correct bill, this was an awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs it’s simply not worth the hassle or the money.

Went there on a Sunday morning at 11:30am. It was complete empty which is nice. The food was outstanding and the service great. 10 years living in London and I have just discovered this hiding gem. Will be back!

Shocking place, not classy awful service awful food

First time here and the food was so incredibly tiny - the options for the bottomless brunch was very poor, I had the soup which was bland then the steak for the main which was tiny with the salad which took up most of the plate, then I had the chocolate sponge for dessert which was also tiny. The drinks (which we had to keep begging the staff to pour as they were chatting to each other while watching the clock) were also limited choice and even though we paid for the reservation, the bill at the end was ridiculous (over £200!). Only thing nice about the place is the view. The DJ livened up the place only as we left…

Nice place to look over London. A nice large glass of juice makes it a nice stopover. It was nice and quiet in the afternoon.

First time here . I was very disappointed with the food I had the soup and it was very basic and lacked flavour. I had the salmon for main very small portion of mash on the plate not even a vegetable on the plate. It was busy and we had to keep getting our waiters attention to fill up our drinks. Pudding I had the cheese cake no ice cream or cream served with it. Basic. The music got better towards the end and we had a boogie but if the Dj had read the room he could of got everyone up earlier as people wanted to dance. Good atmosphere in the end but poor food small portions which was a shame as I spent £61 and was still hungry.

The only good thing about this place was the views. As a person with gluten allergy , I been told the only thing gluten free on the menu is the steak. For this type of place you would expect to have more of a choice. The steak was not a good quality, rubbery

I booked the Garden Rooftop for my cousin’s 40th birthday, her first time visiting London. We had to push the reservation last minute due to delays, but the restaurant was accommodating, which I appreciated. The views and ambiance were lovely, and the prices were reasonable for Central. One of the main reasons I chose this spot, besides the view, was for the vegetarian options. The food was good, but 4 out of 5 of us are vegetarians, and we were told there was no pizza available, which really limited our choices, but I understand that can happen. Before ordering, I specifically asked which meals had egg and what cheeses contained rennet because my cousin, who is vegetarian for religious reasons, avoids those. I ordered the vegetarian dishes, but they brought us Korean fried chicken instead of cauliflower. We only realized after taking a bite, and when I pointed it out, the waiter insisted I had ordered chicken (which I hadn’t) and refused to apologize. They wouldn’t even let our friend who eats meat have it without charging us, which felt wasteful. They probably assumed we were trying to scam them, but we genuinely just didn’t want the food to go to waste. Mistakes happen, but the lack of apology or responsibility really ruined the experience. I felt horrible that my cousin had to experience that on her birthday. Giving 2 stars for the nice atmosphere but disappointing service.

I want to thank Niral not only for his great customer service but also for checking on us to make sure that we were satisfied with the food and drinks. The food was amazing as well as the food. The environment is very welcoming and cosy. Was difficult to leave, but I would like to return in the future to try the rest of the menu. ☺️

Food is actually really bad, it’s all frozen. Shame because the staff were so nice. Dirty tables, menus with stains all over 😭. Wagyu burger was not wagyu and the bun was a cheap chicken shop bun, so disappointing.

This is a rooftop bar lounge on the 10th floor of the Assembly Hotel in Leicester Square, London. There are simple foods, beer and a variety of cocktails. It is on the 10th floor, so it is higher than the surrounding buildings, so you can see the Bank, London Eye, Big Ben, etc.

I was disappointed! When arrived at the place, felt welcome by the front door staff. Check the menu, got really excited to have Wagyu Burger with truffle mayo. Food arrived, the bun was crumbling (almost like when you leave the pack open for too long ) Tasteless Wagyu burger. I was hopping the truffle mayo would lift the flavour but there was barely any. Also ordered parmesan truffle fries. Very little parmesan was served on top of the fries, so I asked the staff an extra portion of parmesan as they charge £3 for parmesan fries. My girlfriend had the chicken dish. Honestly, I have never seen a chicken served on its own in the middle of the plate with a lime wedge on the side. That was it! No sauce, no sautéed veggies, not even a small portion of salada to make us feel “ wow we really want to eat this food” We all have our bad days, and that’s totally understandable, but chef, the food served seems to be a reflection of “ I don’t like my job, or today I don’t care “ I honestly try to observe all the positive aspects of the experience to make it a fair review. However, passion for the food was missing that particular evening.

While the view was great and it’s a lovely place for photos, the cocktails were very disappointing and undrinkable. We ordered different cocktails which were kindly brought out quickly but not much better.

What an utter let down. Having visited London many times I always seek out new places to try and this has to be the biggest disappointed to date. The food was ok, and came out quickly, but the service was appalling. The staff didn’t seem to know what was what. We were not offered water, our drinks sat on the counter for so long the beer completely dropped and despite our efforts to attract someone’s attention in the end the bar tendered saw our efforts and came around and delivered them himself. The food came out in a shambles and dirty plates were left everywhere. It’s like they wanted us to leave, so we did. Whole experience was terrible and will absolutely not be back.

Service was good. View is great. Cocktail: I had the sky garden. It was below average, even though it looked pretty. Steak: the meat seemed a bit cheap and had an odd smell. They covered the salad and steak with soacky fried onions.

Was very disappointed as took my granddaughters there for one of their 18th birthday treats and was totally underwhelmed. Felt it was a bit like a cafe and although booking indicated a special birthday not even a candle on a dessert. Staff were friendly, food was ok but even the menus looked tired.

Was never even asked for my drink order.. There were multiple tables obviously available but was told I had to sit in the sofa section, which is an awkward size to sit in if you're not a child.. Left after 15 minutes of watching waiters pass me by. Live music was pretty cool though. +2 atmos I'll try again Monday lol Edit: Tried again last night! Wagyu sliders are mid. 100% overcooked. Steak straps - now this part is sad.. the meat itself was cooked soooo perfectly!! But it had ZERO seasoning. And i mean ZERO. That "sea salt" was put on after cooking and only on the center piece.. so much wasted potential here. I've made better tasting steak on a rock while camping. And another restaurant in London that serves coke products in those TINY little bottles for 3x the price. . Sticking to beer here from now on lol PRO: the Irish coffee. Holy potatoes. . This thing will get the job done! So good too! Props to the bar tender.

I can't believe I've walked past this place countless times without noticing it! This hidden gem offers stunning views of London from both indoor and outdoor spaces. A must-visit for any Londoner.

Amazing playlist, great view, great food. Aircon just at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend.

Food and view was okay. Service is very poor considering there is not many tables. It takes 10-20 minutes for drinks to arrive and that’s when we asked around 2-3 waitresses before it did. Requested drinks often forgotten. If your going for the view that’s all your really going to get.

The view overlooking the entire London Skyline is magnificent, lots of colors and background music (live on some evenings) give freshness and vitality. Having a drink on the terrace and seeing major buildings such as Westminster and Big Ben is priceless! Coming to the dishes served: Anglo-Saxon dishes are completely lacking and there is no common thread that links the different dishes on the menu, but with the ethnic choice it is difficult to go wrong and we ordered Korean and Asian Fusion, all very tasty and well cooked. Critical issues: air conditioning too strong and absence of bread.
