Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

Was good, I enjoyed. I have been twice in the same day

this branch i really liked coz of the guy taking our orders while we were there. too bad i missed getting his name. he was very welcoming and served our coffees quite fast. the view we had was nice too :-)

Popped in to Pret for a lovely iced coffee, and had a lovely welcome from Faarhat, she was so welcoming after a lovely chat & banter I was told the coffee was on the house 🙏🏻 ☕ What a lovely surprise, I love how these little gestures of kindness are given in Pret. It really does make me love the brand even more.

Fresh products prepared with care. Really nice for a quick meal

Everything about it is amazing, would recommend the cheese twist.

Toilets were absolutely minging, worst I’ve ever seen in my life, flies everywhere.

They refused to help me even though no one was in line. Perhaps unhappy workers? They served three white people before me. One person was doing all the work for the two other people. The sandwich was burnt.

The worst coffee me and my friends have had in our whole life. We got in at the coffee shop end of the day in a work day (Thursday), the staff were very indifferent while serving us and, those 4 coffees we bought were old, cold and, disgusting. It was an awful experience and certainly we will never come back got that shop.

Recently came here for lunch. Lots of stuff to offer. Food was fresh and great taste. The washroom was out of service which was very disapointing as we came here to use the customer restrooms.

I like to make a complaint about the way this store run very poor service they have a open salad bowl and the guy cover it put it back on sale that very very bad me I use this place everyday after today I will never come back again I will tell My team in my office not to come here also you will lost 500 pound from me when I had meet it use to be the pret I used to get my meet food but it come to the end and the manager was very kindness about the problem it show how bad the store can be when it no manager around

Arrived a tad distressed earlier today and left extremely happy with the service of the staff and quality of the food. Many prets in the area but this is the one to go to, thanks guys!

The girl with purple hair sure likes to practice her circus skills by tossing toasties across the whole kitchen. Im glad for her, although not so much for my food which almost landed on the floor. Appalling customer service displayed, no matter how busy you might be, that is no way to treat your customers food. Deserving of the stalls.

I always go for a coffee in Pret wherever I go, it's another Pret in a great location. Everything was as expected.

I bought a Too Good To Go bag from this Pret advertised as £15 worth of items. The staff unfortunately packed 1 salad and 1 plain croissant, totalling under £10. I was very disappointed with the service and inability to fulfil the promised valued.

Baristas especially Fahima and the other sister are great and they managed it very well 💪🏻, cappuccino and espresso 10/10 💆🏻‍♂️

I won’t recommend that to anyone because of the staffs sloppiness,every second day i am going there and asking for chai latte,In response ( sorry we don’t have ) from last 3 weeks it’s going on,so I can say it’s just only because of staffs sloppiness.

It was 1h30 before the establishment closed and they closed the seating area so there was no space for all the customers to sit just because they had already cleaned that space. I’m satisfied with the quality of the products which I purchased but they didn’t tell us the toilet was broken. when you serve any type of drink you should notify the customer there is no toilet. Please sort this issue out. Thank you

Its a delightful experience visiting the local Pret for coffee and food. I want to express my gratitude, especially to Victoria, the hardworking and kind Ukrainian barista. Her dedication and warm, welcoming demeanor truly enhanced the visit. The quality of service provided by her and the entire team at Pret makes it a wonderful experience every time.

Rudest staff, i go to all other pret’s never have the problem, staff is usually nice and welcoming. Here they don’t care about anything. They don’t have this, dont have have that. When things will be fixed? How do we know?- they reply. Very disappointing.

The service and food great BUT the banquet seating is fit for the skip and so are some of the seats. Also there’s an annoying faulty flashing ceiling light! Got to be one of the worst prets I’ve been in.

When I got one of their famous smoked-salmon(ella) protein bowl I threw up on the bus, Got diarrhoea when I went home and then get hives and all of this due to the fact the fridges dont work, normally I would have noticed but I had to go on a shift where we left the house at 3 am and came back around 4 pm so we were terrible fatigued

Family visit to this store for a quick lunch. The service was really poor. Asked for a tray to take our food to the table but staff said no tray available, wanted to pay by cash but staff said we need to pay in exact change! as they don't have in return. Found a table to sit down but ripped chairs and not a clean table. Overall, the service quality wasn't up to the standard and not a clean interior. Management - please review this store and improve the quality, thanks

I got some bread with bacon and egg that is so dry you cannot eat it without drinking tons of water. I asked for butter to try to lower the pain, but they said they got none. Btw the organic coffee tastes pretty bad for some reason. Worst place ever to have a breakfast

The interior is in need of maintenance, ripped seats on a number of seats, flickering lights, “broken toilet”, generally a bit dirty if you sit down.

Toilet doesn't work, the ladies at the shop are not pleasant at all. They don't make you feel welcome. They are rude when talking to you. I don't recommend this place

Since we've been in London, we have patronised this particular Pret A Manger, we have enjoyed our many visits up until today. After watching the end of the London Marathon, we headed to our favourite Pret Cafe; looking forward to a snack and coffee. Much to our disappointment we were denied the pleasure of dining there because the store refused to accept our cash payment, despite accepting our cash in the past. Your survey asks how much we spent. Well the answer is nothing, because you wouldn't accept our money

Probably the slowest Pret in London, having to wait 10-20 minutes for an iced latte is beyond ridiculous. The baristas routinely ignore the order that orders come in, and if they don't feel like it they'll just mark your drink as done without making it, no biggie.

The service that our family received was exceptional. My wife and I were assisted so much in ensuring our young sons could easily use the bathroom facilities which were clean and functional. The warmth and kindness displayed by the young black lady was exemplary not only to us but to everyone. I feel compelled to write this review as I was so impressed. She is a credit to the Pret A Manger chain but also to London and the UK as it felt like such a welcoming place to us as visitors.

Pret is always fresh and accessible. Convenient during a quick lunch stop on a busy day out. Unfortunately customers are forced to sit amongst many dirty tables, overflowing bins and inoperative toilets at this particular branch. Great quality food and drinks as always at Pret due to maintaining good standards in this department- however cleanliness is an issue.

Want to personally give a big shout out to Salima and Nafiso who were very hospitable! Great service and hope they are rewarded for their efforts.

Seems to close whenever they feel like it. Google says it’s open until 8pm. It was locked at 6.30pm.

Very poor indeed. I visited yesterday around 6.15 pm with two friends and we ordered some drinks and a few nibbles. We had only been seated about 5 minutes when one member of staff curtly ordered us to leave because they were closing. I adamantly refused albeit politely because we hadn't finished eating. The member of staff became very argumentative and showed a total lack of professionalism. Needless to say, we won't be returning. The only point I would add in it's favour was the cappuccino I had was very nice. Roger

Expensive, but it's London, so not surprising. The sandwiches are good, better than the sallads. The chocolate mouse was really good. I like the fact that they have several different types of sandwiches. And lots of different flavors of drinks. Would love if this store/restaurant located to Sweden.

I was served by Mathieu who was so friendly and nice and made my day completely! I looked for a manager but couldn’t find one to compliment him! I hope he is there in future!

Awful experience. The staff need some training! We took some sandwiches and a salade. The sellers forgot to put some napkins and forks in our bag. I went back to the shop. She refused to answer me and then said that the shop was closed. No way to have a fork from her. I had to go the nearest TESCO. The staff were helpful. I finally got my fork!

Usual standard of food. Toilets closed, apparently broken but seems more likely the staff don't want to clean them so keep them locked as other reviews months back report them closed.

The coffee is good, really busy place. The manager is a bit aggressive towards the staff you could hear her which made it uncomfortable for the customers. The Brazilian guy that works on the front counter is great though.

Prêt à manger is always the good answer. There are so many of them that you can’t ask yourself where the Prêt is because you can always see it. This one is so fun because if you (like me) sit on the high chairs you can just watch everyone from your little seat and I love watching because everyone seems to have such an interesting life and you can make up their whole backstory!! The staff is always the sweetest and honestly the lil Prêt feels very homey and I love it!! It’s a simple answer but always the right one!

Toilets broke, that’s not acceptable.

I am a big fan of Pret a Manger coffee and have been for a while, but the customer service I received yesterday in this coffee shop was absolutely despicable that future customers and managment should probably be aware of. Me and my friend came in for a takeaway coffee on 25/4/22 around 18:30-18:40. My friend ordered matcha latte while I asked for oat chai latte. A lady wearing black clothes and a scarf served me and double checked with me if I wanted a Matcha Latte as well, I reassured her that I wanted just a medium oat chai latte. It was a bit noisy in the cafe, but I assumed she heard me. I received my drink and was ready to head out when I realised there was no sticker indicating that it was oat milk as I have an extreme lactose intolerance. I returned to the counter and politely asked if it was oat milk, when the same lady that served me before and made my drink, replied with an attitude saying ‘You asked for Chai Latte’. I then proceeded saying that ‘No, I asked for Oat Chai’. I know that people make mistakes so it wasn’t a big deal I just politely proceeded waiting for this time Oat Chai. As a former barista I could tell that the lady serving me wasn’t frothing the milk properly and was frothing it in a way to produce an extreme amount of bubbles and therefore very little of the actual drink. I pointed that out to my friend who is also a barista. The lady then put the cup in front of me and walked off without apologizing, without calling my drink, with ‘pissed off’ kind of attitude. I picked up my cup which confirmed what I have just witnessed - the cup was extremely light and oat milk was very very dry. I opened my cup and only half of it was full! I wish I had taken the picture, I am sure the managment will be able to see in the CCTV. I then proceeded saying that the cup was half full, and paying 3£ for Chai Latte I expect to get what I asked for. The gentleman that was taking orders looked at my cup, I told him I was sorry and don’t want to be fussy, but it was unbelievable what I have received! The cup was half full, with lots of bubbles and seemed like was made bad out of spite. The lady again looked at me and rolled her eyes while making other drinks. Without saying sorry, or offering to remake the drink by himself, the gentleman just topped up my cup with God knows what! I left in complete shock as I didn’t want to cause further scenes. But I really do hope the managment will consider my experience, investigate this, and take an appropriate action. I am a very understanding customer that have worked as a barista for a long time, but what I have wittnessed was just an utter disrespect.

They need more staff, as there was a wait even though it wasn't busy. They do not have a micro to warm up the croissants. Service was slightly slower than you would expect.

Staying in London for the weekend but store 263 falls well below my expectations this morning with no availability of the vegan choice of very berry croissant and the smashed avocado sandwich. I expect better service than this Pret!

Have always been a fan of Pret, always visit one store when in London. Breakfast Roll rather dry but generally the food and coffee is always good and not too expensive. Usually you can find somewhere to sit.

Server with the blue hair was diabolical and rude. After not putting the lid properly on two drinks, one drink ended up spilling everywhere and on our clothes. Was not helpful after this happened and had to prompt help.

I'd like to give a shout out to an amazing lady (probably manger or team lead) who works in this PRET. She and two young apprentices were working sooo hard to serve a hungry crowd of Londoner's gathered up for after-office snack. They are definitely under staffed yet despite the stress she was so nice and friendly to everyone, a really inspiring hard working professional. Pret are extremely lucky to have her!

Our office is next door and since most places nearby are closed, this is our go to place by default as we continue to work onsite. It really has become a daily disappointment though- incredibly limited in choices, coffee quality has deteriorated, the falafels are always burnt and the crisps, 9/10, are out of date. But the real issue is the staff ( with the exception of the lovely young blonde girl and the chap with the shaved head, who are the only good thing about this place) are pretty lacking. One of the ladies is so miserable it is a running joke in our office about her level of misery that day. She never, ever acknowledges you with so much as a word, let alone a "hello". She surely recognises us if we are in there every day? My boss is one of the cheeriest people going and even he is negged out by her. Oh, and no longer offering butter with the bread, I just don't get it. What's the point?! Who wants a dry roll with their soup!

A lot of alternatives food, coffee and drinks as well. It is a place for you who likes variety.

I was really looked after by all your staff members today especially as it was my first visit here to this branch no 263 at 2 Regent Street, London Mahsa, Quan and Emanuale great customer service experience given with a warmhearted loving smile to each and every customer that they served while I was here, their both really amazing staff members great asset to this branch also as all the vegan berry croissant were finished Quan ended up baking me a couple, which he went beyond his duty.. 5 Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Well done guys👏👏👏
