Whether you’re plant-based or not, you will love this place. Their food is soooo delicious, the staff are super nice and the atmosphere is lovely. My favourite thing about it is that they have cook books to try their amazing dishes at home.

Mi hermana y yo queríamos comer en un restaurante vegano, y buscamos en Google nuestro camino a Tibits. Cuando llegamos, la comida era increíble y la oferta de buffet era demasiado buena para ser verdad. Así que no volvimos a los otros Tibits en Londres al día siguiente y la comida allí era igual de buena, ¡o incluso mejor! ¡Este es el tipo de restaurantes que necesitamos más!

I usually don't like buffet style restaurants but Tibits has become one of my favorite places to eat whenever I'm in London. They have a great selection of delicious fresh food to choose from and the food station is always clean and well maintained. Please open in Liverpool :)

Une belle découverte. Première le lieu est très sympa, belle décoration, espèce assez grand et de nombreuses places assises. Le concept du restaurant est de payer au poids, 100g pour 2,8£ et on remplis l’assiette de ce que l’on souhaite. J’en ai donc profité pour goûter un maximum de recettes et chacune d’elle était délicieuse. Leurs falafels sont à tomber ! Leurs samosas épicés sont magiques ! La salade avocat/tofu et épices un régal, tout comme la salade froide de patates douces épicés. Vous l’aurez compris, tout est fait avec goût et cela se ressent dans l’assiette. L’emplacement est ideal et le rapport qualité/prix très convenable.

I’m sorry but I didn’t get what makes Tibits so popular. I chose a plate of hot veggie dishes but was disappointed that by the time I’d queued to have my plate weighed, it was just lukewarm and unappetising. I asked if my plate could be warmed up and the young man was helpful. He disappeared for about 10 mins and came back with the same plate which had obviously been put in an oven. Apparently they don’t have a microwave. Perhaps I’m just not a veggie buffet person.

Dined at Tibits with my daughter who speaks highly of this restaurant.Friday night was busy, food selections are excellent. Food stations are well managed and very clean. I’ve never been keen on buffet style food, but this was excellent.Will pay them a visit again.

Buen lugar para reunirse. La comida tiene opciones veganas y sin gluten. Todo esta delicioso. Visitamos el lunes a la hora del almuerzo y no nos molestaron cuando estuvimos charlando un rato, a pesar de que estaba ocupado. Se recomienda reservar (a menos que quiera arriesgarse) lo que hace en línea. Por lo general, si reservas tienes que sentarte abajo. Tuvimos suerte y tuvimos una mesa junto a la ventana. Probamos los dos y terminamos dos veces en la sucursal de Mayfair, ya que estábamos en la zona. Every January my wife and I visit London and eat at Tibits several times. This year, for the first time we had to wait for a table and we arrived around 1800. As usual food was great and this time even worth the wait.We also visited the Bankside location and was surprised how similar both locations are and not just same hot and cold selections but also restaurant layout.

Great casual place for a nice selection of vegan food at affordable prices. Located in a new hip location at Heddon Street, reservations highly recommended. I had lunch there with 2 girlfriends on Saturday. It was busy. Food and wine was great. Clean, comfortable, easy place to catch up with friends.

Nous étions déjà venu il y a un an et nous n'avons pas hésité à y revenir ! Le cadre est vraiment agréable et le principe de payer au poids de notre assiette est vraiment génial pour éviter le gaspillage que l'on retrouve généralement dans les restaurants de type buffet ! La nourriture est vraiment bonne et les cocktails géniaux ! Le seul petit bémol, le choix assez restreint des desserts.

Un grupo de nosotros fuimos anoche y disfrutamos del buffet vegano. Una vez que comprenda el sistema de bufé "pago por peso", es realmente fácil: deleitarse en exceso. Pero por qué no, ya que lo bueno es realmente sabroso y los postres, especialmente el pudín de caramelo pegajoso, son realmente excelentes. Muy recomendable, ¡y no solo para veganos!

Have visited here a few times this past year and always found staff helpful and variety of food excellent. The buffet is self service and you take a plate, select the foods that you want and it is costed by the total weight of your plate. There is a wide variety of both hot and cold foods, including soup and desert and the dishes are regularly topped up to maintain full choice. I particularly appreciate the fact that the ingredients of each dish are clearly listed, helping customers to avoid foods they cannot tolerate. Hot or cold drinks; alcoholic and non alcoholic are served @ the counter where you get your plate weighed and pay for food. Take away service is also available.

Siamo rimasti delusi per due ragioni: 1. la qualità del cibo; 2. la mancanza di pietanza realmente gluten free. Le pietanza assaggiate (quasi tutte quelle disponibili nel buffet), più che buone erano mangiabili. Non ha aiutato il fatto che i piatti fossero già freddi quando siamo arrivati al tavolo. Le pietanze infatti anche se sono tiepide sul bancone, nel tempo in cui si riesce a pagare e pesare, sono già diventate fredde. Il gluten free è solo teorico, in quanto il rischio di contaminazione è elevato (e purtroppo la mia ragazza è stata anche male). I prezzi, considerata la vicinanza a Regent Street, sono ok. In due abbiamo speso un po' meno di 30 sterline.

Find a seat, take a plate, select what you want from the buffett, take it to the counter to be weighed and pay by the 100 grams. There are plenty of dishes to choose from all marked to indicate any possible content that you might want to avoid (gluten, soya, nuts etc). The only downside is that there is so much variety and it all looks so tasty that if you're not careful you can end up spending a lot. My wife and I managed to keep both our meals under £20 (just!!!) which given the location (just off Regents Street not far from Oxford Circus) I thought was good value. A really good concept and great to have a veggie restaurant in the centre o town

I must have been to this restaurant over 100 times over the years but have been disappointed the last 3 times. It was my very favourite in Central London after Food for Thought in Covent Garden closed down.

We were very tired after a day of visiting art galleries, and really wanted a drink and something sweet. Several of the local cafes we tried were bursting, but it occurred to me to go to Tibits where we were able to have just the size portion of sweet stuff that we wanted (a couple of spoonfuls of sticky toffee pudding) and a large Malbec. A new time of day for a favourite place!

I have been to several veggies whilst working in London and Tibits is nice, lovely ambience, great tasting food... but pricier than all the rest. As others have said, buffet style and pay when they weigh your plate at the drinks bar. There is a large selection of hot and cold dishes, all tasty. You don't need much however to get that price above £20. The other issue for me was after you have chosen your warm food, you then have to queue to order your drinks and then weigh the plate and finally pay. If there are one or two in the queue, and it is a busy place, then that food is going cold... which it does.

Great concept of food and being able to pick what you like from a large variety. The food all tasted great and was good to experiment with different dishes. However don’t mistake this for a buffet as your food weighs up fast and very likely you’ll be paying over £20+ for food that you could with some effort, make at home.

Food is so so. Seating uncomfortable and toilets disgusting. Would not visit again, Q-ing to pay for your plate of food, to mainly surly staff does not do it for me.

Fantastic vegetarian buffet as usual, didn’t realise they now do a bottomless wine/Prosecco brunch at weekends - couldn’t partake in this occasion so cannot comment. Food varied and delicious as always.

I liked the concept of open buffet with loads of vegetarian dishes to get by the weight, mostly fresh and good but a few of the salads I tried were too plain!

There's a luxurious air about the place. The food is very nice. The desserts aren't good. The prices are high - you pay for the surroundings. The fondue is fun, but the pricing is extremely cynical at £24 a head for a pot of good melted vegan cheese, not enough bread, some boring vegetables and some very undercooked baby potatoes.

Was doing some shopping and just wanted to find a nice restaurant to get a salad or similar - stumbled across this restaurant for an amazing lunch. The weigh out / buffet idea is brilliant and all of the foods on offer looked delicious - I tried most of the options and there wasn’t a single thing on my plate that I didn’t like. Incredible even for a non-vegetarian!

Of the five restaurants, we visited during our festival tour, Tibits was terrific. The staff really took an interest in our group and were there to answer questions and wow, the buffet! A couple of the restaurants on the tour were very "hands-off" and you wondered if they really cared about our sampling their cuisine.

My partner and I dine at Tibits almost every time we’re in London. The food is amazing and there’s always an incredible selection of vegan delicacies, including cakes!

Lovely little vegetarian/vegan restaurant. We went just after lunch (2.45pm) so didn’t experience any queues. The food is lovely - there’s lot of different things to choose from, including a lot of Indian style dahls etc. You just choose what you want, put it on a plate and then it’s weighed for them to work out payment. As others have pointed out, the only slight problem is, when you come to have it weighed and paid for it you have to wait for the others in the queue to order drinks, so that holds it up a bit which potentially means your food can get cold. If people could order drinks in a separate line that might work?

Been to Tibits a few times before and never disappointed. The food is really fresh, flavoursome and such a good range. I like it because it feels like I’m treating myself, whilst knowing that I’m getting healthy and nutritious food. Right in the heart of everything yet a lovely peaceful restaurant. Desert looked amazing although I stupidly never save room! The only room for improvement I would say is the loos were a bit unloved and our table wasn’t the cleanest.

It's an unusual concept, but it seems to work .. you serve yourself from the wide selection of good quality veggie and vegan dishes on the boat-shaped bar and take your plate to the counter to be weighed and then you are charged accordingly. I've no idea how they work out the price of such varying ingredients just by weight, and you've no idea what you might pay until the price comes up on scales. But it turns out to be fairly reasonable for such good food. You may have to wait a little while in the queue at times which is a bit frustrating if you have a hot meal and you are behind someone ordering a round of complicated cocktails, but the servers try their best to keep things moving. Not sure how they get round this problem: more servers? separate drinks queue? priority queue for hot food?

I had the pleasure of introducing a new friend to Tiibits this time - and it was on vegan day, too - which is always particularly impressive given the range of options they manage to produce. What a wonderful place this is - I've nearly filled up another loyalty card!

Very nice and quiet place, the food was absolutely delicious and there's a lot of vegan food to choose, loved it, totally recommended.

Some nice salad options, but could use a few more vegan protein sources. It is actually quite pricy for what you get on your plate, and considering you are serving yourself. But, until there is more competition in this niche market, it’s still a nice, very clean place to eat, quality food—-though not fancy, decent drinks, and a pleasant environment to relax and chat over your meal. Give it a try if you are a veg tired of pasta, chips, and salad...though those items will most likely be included on the menu. Everything is charged by weight.

Pop in here on Saturday lunchtime, sat outside for 21 minutes and no one came to offer us a menu or a drink, their loss not ours, we went onto another place in Heddon Street and spent well, would we go back there, Never, would we recommend - Never.

What a discovery! Tibits is the glorious 21st century re-incarnation of the hors-d'oeuvre trolley, with hot and cold vegetarian and vegan food. Pile your plate full of fresh, imaginative, elegant dishes, take it over to the bar, get it weighed and order a drink, and sit down in a lovely congenial space with lots of little tables, inside and out. Tip: come early if you can, it gets very full around 1pm. Very good sweets and puddings too, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Stumbled upon this place. So glad I did. A lovely range of interesting flavoured vegetarian dishes. You pay by weight of what you like on your plate. It comes out to about £13 - £15, but well worth it and so filling and tasty. A great range of drinks hot cold, alcoholic and virgin. A nice relaxed vibe. Clean, food refreshed often and outside seating if you want it.

Our neighbors recommended Tibits to us and we are so grateful. Buffet style, pay by weight of your plate was one of our go to places to eat. Tucked away off of Regent St, we just kept going back. The food was wonderful and you could have as much or as little as you wanted. In and out door seating. Staff was friendly and helpful and the buffet choices were many and varied. If you are vegan you MUST ry the chocolate pudding with vegan cream. So yummy

Went here for lunch and loved it. The concept is so simple. The food was yummy and I had the most amazing spicy drink! Can’t wait to go back.

Very nearly 5 dots. Nice seating area outside, nice decor is you stay inside. A really excellent spread of vegan food, with special mention for the hot seitan dish, the Thai bean salad and the Japanese rice. The ginger lemonade was great too. It was not very crowded when my son and I visited for our late lunch but even so there was quite a queue at the bar to have the plates weighed and to pay. I think it would be better to have a separate area to pay for food. If I go again I'll get the drinks from the bar first, rather than doing it with the food to make it all a bit quicker. Would certainly go back, the bar and buffet staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have loved everything I have eaten at Tibits each of the three times I've eaten there in the last six days since discovering it. Fantastic variety and somehow they manage to keep the buffet fresh and tasty which can be challenging. I've wished I had a bigger tummy each time - although I did manage to find room for dessert. I found the prices fair considering the quality and freshness of the food. Cheerful service as well. I've eaten at both London locations.

We came to Tibits for an early dinner and rest from all the walking around London. Atmosphere is lovely, seating area is comfortable, stylish and I can imagine, quite cozy on a rainy, gray day, under the glass garden.

We visited a similar buffet the day before and whilst leaving a review for that read a lot of reviews stating that Tibits was better so we decided to give it a try. There was a lot of choice of dishes, most were vegan a mix of hot and cold. I had quite a large plate of food with little bits of a few of the options, most I really enjoyed. As a vegan often when you go out there is a poor selection on offer when it comes to puddings, I was especially impressed with the buffet selection of puddings, again most of which were vegan, being able to have a bit of 4 (there were a lot more than this) different puddings felt very indulgent. Food was reasonably priced for central London, atmosphere was laid back but still quite stylish. A really nice place to grab dinner before a show, we will definitely be returning.

We stumbled upon this place first and foremost because we got great seats. Of the five places we ate at in London during our last trip, this one was the best. This is a self-service place of vegan foods, which to me would most often be a minus but not during this trip. The food is fresh and I had a hard time deciding what to pick. There is nothing fancy about the place but its surroundings and atmosphere make it worthwhile visiting.

Si bien Tibits no es totalmente vegano, excepto un día de la semana, es un gran lugar para comer si eres vegano con una amplia variedad y puedes sentarte tanto afuera como adentro. También nos parece bueno para un almuerzo o cena de negocios y las personas que hemos llevado allí han quedado muy impresionadas con la comida. Situado en una tranquila calle peatonal detrás de Regent Street, también es muy agradable y conveniente para todo lo que el West End tiene para ofrecer.

The location is handy being just off Regent street so over the years we have popped in quite a few times when in central London. Food quality and choice is good, and being buffet style you can tailor your selection to your own taste. At dinner time there is a mix of hot and cold dishes. Main room for improvement is the time they can take to weigh your plate and pay – more staff should be allotted to this task. Overall still the most interesting vegetarian restaurant we visit in London.

Visited this place by chance. Really enjoyed lunch, not just myself, a committed vegetarian but also my fully carnivorous better half. In fact my wife rated it her favourite spot!

I've been coming to eat at Tibits for years (since 2011) and after about 2 years gap (last time in 2017) I was there yesterday. With my greatest disappointment I noticed that the quality, variety and quantity of the food has gone substantially down...They used to have all sorts of tempuras/deep fried/stir fried veggies (at least 8/9 different dishes). Yesterday night only 1 tempura and most of it was an overcooked pasta salad.

This place,has such an amazing choice of vegan food. I am not a true vegetarian, however I could easily be with the choice here. This really is great food to another level. You wont be disappointed.

went again last week, my 4th time in the last year. Great food, great venue, and great value. I note some reviewers mention its pricey which is far from the case! For central London its outstanding value - and I'm a Londoner.

We visited Tibits for the first time and my partner and I were both so impressed with the quality and the flavours of food. Excellent variety and we were welcomed by a really friendly member of staff who explained the process of choosing and paying for your meals. I will go back everytime I am in London now, my new favourite restaurant. So so tasty. Highly recommend to all my fellow vegetarians. Prepare to spend quite a bit of money, it is pricey once the plate is weighed but worth it in my opinion.

Part of a traditional vegetarian Swiss group of restaurants, deliver a healthy food in a simple and nice way where you serve yourself and pay at the counter. Decoration and setting are very well done specially at the one near Tate Modern

My second visit to Tibits, this time the Mayfair unit. Lots of interesting vegetarian options, most of them tasty ones. The only disappointment was one of the desserts, an almond tray bake, which was so dry and thought that I suspect it might even have defeated attempts to cut it with a steak knife. The pay by weight, vegetarian offering here is obviously popular, because the place was packed. It’s not cheap, but the food is good quality.

Came here with my friend once and haven’t stopped coming since. They have great tasting food. I would like to have more sauces/dips but that’s all good because their food is good. It’s laid out like a buffet and you have to pay by weight so you end up paying more but this is such a good restaurant with an organic environment and good quality that I would definitely be happy to come back here every week. Recommend it to all my friends.

Great selection of food for vegans, vegetarians, and those needing gluten free dishes as well. The desserts were especially great. The cost can go a little high (as it depends on the weight of the food), but the quality and ambience is well worth it.

Came here early evening on a Friday for my yoga friends bday. They are mostly vegetarian and this restaurant is just that.

Really can’t get enough of Tibits. This has been one of my favourite restaurants since it opened and each time I’m in London, that’s where I head for. On this trip we went 3 times and we’re not even vegetarians!
