Poor quality sandwiches, the lady that served us could do with learning some bloody manners. Grimaced at us, when she said "that all?" As she rang up the drinks cos SHE omitted to notice the sandwiches in our hands. Arrogant person, deserved a talking to.

I’ve been here today And honestly the cashier was very nice and the barista was nice also I was though asking for an ashtray and a tray to take my order outside but one of your staff started talking from behind in Indian which is inacceptable saying something about not give her an ashtray since we are closing in 1h and half and when I insisted he said we are closing soon and there are ashtray outside

I ordered a chocolate frap..milkshake..and they gave me an hot chocolate..when i told the guy that i want the iced one he said they dont do it anymore...u need to train your staff better cause there was plenty iced cups on the table..who doesnt do milkshake come on

International coffee needs no introduction The service is excellent It is located near Oxford Street

Very open feeling, clean and large. Not that busy when I came (6pm hour). Great range of bakery treats. Quick and friendly service from the Barista who served me. Drink was a bit too hot and needed to cool, and annoying that the part-enclosed area amongst the back was no longer open for customers some time in the 6pm hour (I just about finished, after prior notice). Toilet room should be cleaned better.

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service received at Costa, as i remember service person named Asha. I ordered two Mango Passion cola caramel ice whip latte for a special occasion for me and my friend today, it was the best i had in last many weeks. Thank you once again for your service, definitely recommend it.

Someone had posted earlier and I agree with them. People don’t care about their job at this location. Today at 5pm there were 2 young ladies and an extremely rude gentleman. Poor customer service at this famous spot. Just giving this 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars for service.

Dysentery conditions. Cafe serving food must be clean and hygienic but tables are dirty. There are fruit flies on the baked goods. Come on costa you charges are high so maintain an higher standard of your cafes

I'm leaving this review only for Lee. In a world of people that don't care about their job, Lee is different. I watched him analyse the tea cups for cleanliness before putting them on the tray, rejecting those that he felt weren't quite clean enough. Same with cutlery. That means a lot to me and it doesn't go unnoticed. If Lee's manager is reading this, give him a pat on the back, he's a credit to you.

Service and coffee not the best,could be just a bad day but was disappointed.

After a long day at work, Saturday afternoon, I went for a coffee and encountered a lovely young lady called Aulona. She made me a lovely cup of coffee and when I spilled that coffee, she came to help me with no fuss and helped me find another seat. She also made me a new drink. Workers like this make my day.

Very poor service: the staff forgot my order until I was the only one left from the queue. No smile, bad attitudes.

Poped in as it was early about 9am and it was quite there was more staff then customers. There was one couple been served b4 i was though it was begaining 2 get bussy by the time i left . I noticed it opened at 5.30 so 2 catch the delivery guys

The bartender not listening even when he was told 3 time how to the a specific coffee, and after was annoyed for being told that he did not do it properly. It is sad that because of 1 person people do not want to come back.

Staff especially Fifi super friendly and efficient service .

Only gave me 1 hot milkshake instead of 2, had to ask for another. then they asked which one i wanted soya milk in even though i never mentioned anything about soya milk. when it arrived the cups still had a bit of dirt on them and the cutlery was dirty, you could actually feel the dirt on it, vile. the knife in the picture had not been used by me or my girlfriend.

Good but not a large variety of sandwiches

One thing didn't like the manager told off the young girl off behind the counter and it made her cry, I felt so sorry for her, how bad that was for her and to her credit she kept on servicing this was on Saturday the 10th of Feb 2024 at 3.00pm

Good croissant and environment.

Drink was fine, but the service is not great, mixte order, one man whose acting’s like the manager speak quite rudely with all customers. Good coffee, but service really bad. Hope that will change

Come here daily. Lovely till staff especially the boy he’s so friendly and puts a smile on my face every morning. However I seen the barista snap at him infront of customers and it weren’t nice

Poped in after busy shopping day with my wife tried placed an order for 2 coffe late with croissants but when it came for payment has been advised that the card machine is broken and only cash payments avalable, wery rude stuff.

I dont have a problem with my food or my coffee but the staff 😔 sorry they kinda look rude

experience absolutely ruined.. I came in for a coffee which wasn't so much a problem. However, when waiting for the restroom, an employee became highly aggressive and told me to leave?? unprovoked. I believe this is highly unprofessional for such a branch. He was lucky I didn't get time to roll up my sleeves..

Very rude staff. Didn't ask if we wanted our food to sit in or take away, so they automatically put them in take away boxes. Very rude lady behind the counter to the person infront of me, me and the couple behind me in the que. Avoid this place until the get better training.

Worst staff behaviour ever!! The staff has no idea what good manners is, extremely rude and disgusting behaviour. Avoid this shop if you don’t want ruin your day!

I came here last week and got my drinks and food as wanted. No problems that time. Today 16.08.23 went in and asked for bubble tea without ice, the young worker said how can you have it without ice? I told him as the teas used are already refrigerated, I don’t want extra ice and that’s how I always have it unless it’s a cold coffee. His response was: ‘well they will make it for you, I won’t’ (as in those in other branches). I asked him if he is refusing to serve me and he said yes. I left without being served. His fellow colleague behind the till was shocked at his response. Considering this is a central branch, Costa need to train their staff. I took my business elsewhere, and got my drinks without ice.

Had a horrible experience with the manger. Won’t be coming back again.

I don't usually like to leave bad reviews on places. On this occasion, the store manager was antagonistic & aggressive when I purchased a sandwich to eat whilst I worked. Once I showed the manager my empty sandwich packet, he left me alone. However, he was the same with other patrons & made for a very uncomfortable experience. I understand that it can be annoying when people come in, take up space, and not buy anything. But poorly managing this with antagonistic behaviour is unacceptable

Extremely clean and staff are friendly.

I brought a coffee at this costa outlet I sat outside and I only put my Samsung flip 4 phone on the table, two men badly dressed in tracksuits came over to me begging for money. One man used a sheet of laminated paper to distract me so he could steal my phone. My phone cost me a lot of money and I felt its best to warn people so the same thing doesn't happen to them. I would like to thank the man that works in this costa who was helpful and friendly I very much appreciated that he allowed me to use his phone to get my phone that was stolen blocked. I was able to protect myself against identity theft and very appreciate the fact he was very kind a very big thank you. The coffee is great here and the lady that gave me ice water was kind as I was highly stressed after my phone was stolen. I would come back to this costa but I will make sure I never get my phone out in this part of London.

I like Costa coffee a lot but not this one I ve been asked to pay more than the price writen and the man who took my order didn t told me why but just "it s the price" Not really kind I'll never go in this Costa any more

There is no longer a menu on the wall, they have replaced it with TV screens which is used as advertising with clips of the coffee menu. All this sustainable/Green agenda and you are opting to use more electricity by using screens? Also, you need to stand and wait for the menu to appear, you better choose what you want quickly otherwise you wait another minute for the menu to come up again. Stupid. People just want a normal menu!!

This Costa is just a short walk from Oxford Circus tube station but is off of the main road so is often a bit quieter. There’s a large seating area behind the counter where there is often a table available. Staff are friendly and don’t mind you sitting there for a few hours.

The early morning staff are exceptionally nice and helpful, I don’t know how they remember regular orders given how busy it is, but somehow they do. Well made coffee and nice ambience

Was my second time there, the service was very bad, there was still more than an hour to close and they did not give us a plate or cutlery for the cake, or glass cups for drinks. They were also rude because I asked for 2 small chocolates and one medium and they gave them to us badly and they treated us badly

El servicio fue muy malo, faltaba aun mas de una hora para cerrar y no nos dieron plato ni cubiertos para la tarta, ni tazas de cristal para las bebidas. Ademas fueron groseros porque pedi 2 chocolates peques y uno mediano y nos los dieron mal y nos trataon mal

The friendly and knowledgeable staff were very helpful. The coffee shop was well laid out wiwith plenty of space around tables and good room to queue.

Come in here most days as work nearby, the service is always great. There is a man who is always so lovely to me, not sure on his name but I know he has worked there for years and has brown hair

The only bad thing was the toilets as one was out of operation and everyone was using the disabled toilet not very hygienic

Nice hot cup of tea (English breakfast) good taste and peacful surroundings.

I was feeling peckish.  Stopped to get a biscuit. Service was fast and efficient.  Biscuit was nice. Father Christmas Gingerbread! Quite a big branch located just behind Oxford Circus.

Light airy enjoy the coffee. Stayed open until 8pm. Ideal before going to a show.

A little bit too small. There's a downstairs bit but it's a bit pokey and obviously a place where people go to sleep behind their laptops. Coffee is ok as it's a Costa.

Neither toilet or WIFI working (for ages according to staff). Staff okay but left after coffee as not spending more in here.

Great coffee as always. For a busy cafe just off the main shopping street it, wasn't that busy but staff were chaotic. Ordered toasties which were cooked before the coffee arrived. No timing skills. Disappointing that I had to queue for the loo as one was broken. Sorry guys you need to get yourselves together and being right in the heart of London's shopping that loo should have been fixed the same day. I love my Costa but felt let down by the service.

Fuimos a desayunar, me dieron el café en cartón, como para llevar, cosa que me molesta muchísimo por la ecología, ya que consumí dentro del local. Pero se ve que es una costumbre muy de Londres.

Costa as usual. They do have a bathroom which is a plus however there are a lot of 4G/5G dead zones depending on where you sit, and the free WiFi didn't work when I was there last.

Coffee good as always but really long queues as staff were a bit slow. The pastries were even worse than usual. Had a yum yum that was completely stale, I can't even believe it was today's batch. Very kind team member offered to defrost a fresh one for me but when it came back it was scorching on the outside and frozen on the inside. The staff did kindly offer to refund the yum yum and they were very friendly and professional. Costa you really need to sort your pastries though, they really are the worst.

Qualquer bom Português precisa no seu dia de um café. Aqui podem encontrar um expresso minimamente agradável. Um bom local para descansar um pouco as pernas e recuperar energias.

Excellent, have they always done a bacon roll or is it new to the menu, anyway it was great. Coffee is always excellent.

Busy day 2 costas . Staff friendly when we couldn't get in the door. Spacious and cozy.

Toilettes pas très propre. Le tortillon au chocolat était top. Les smoothies bouteilles ne sont pas excessifs et le café est bon.Par contre, rien d'intéressant pour luncher.

Went here for a salted caramel frostino and was served this! It would be an understatement to say that this is disappointing. I was shocked that the staff here would actually serve this to a customer. I'm sorry to say but this looks like vomit in a cup. Not only was there barely any caramel to be seen (or tasted) but when complaining I was cut off and and practically dismissed. In the end I was served the drink again and it was much better, but that just made me think, how was I served this inedible drink in the first place?!

Staff were dismissive and the tables were dirty. We had to ask the staff 2 times to clean one for us to sit down.

I like the Costa experience but all stores in the franchise need to speed up the service as queues can sometimes deter people if they are limited to time.

I visited today at midday, the women in scarf on the head was so unpleasant, no hi, no thank you, no smile. The guy making coffee was so busy with no help. He saw me waiting over 10 min and looked surprised at the women who took my order, because she never passed my order to him. He apologized many times and looked like the only person who cares.

Great place for good coffee and toasted sandwiches staff all very professional and friendly and keeps to covid rules
