CAME INTO YOUR BRANCH TODAY WITH MY COUSIN, ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE BRANCH, SPOTLESS COFFEE CUPS AND TEASPOONS, LOVELY POLITE STAFF, WELL DONE HORNCHURCH 94 HIGH STREET!! THIS EXPERIENCE WAS IN HUGE CONTRAST TO THE UPMNSTER BRANCH. ALL THE FEMALE STAFF ARE LOVELY -AND EXTREMELY HARD WORKING, BUT - AS THE LARGER BRANCH IN UPMINSTER HAS NOW CLOSED, THEY HAVE TO CATER FOR A HUGE AMOUNT OF FOOTFALL, AND THIS IMPACTS ON THE CLEANLINESS IN BRANCH - DIRTY CUPS, TEASPOONS, TABLES UNCLEARED AND UNWIPED, HUGE BUILD UP OF DIRTY CROCKERY, FLOORS WHICH ARE WORN AND TAPED UP TO AVOID TRIP HAZARDS. RECENTLY, THE CONSERVATORY ROOF LEAKED, NECESSITATING THE USE OF A BUCKET TO COLLECT WATER, WHICH MISSED, DANGEROUS!!- BASICALLY, MORE STAFFING, IS A START, BUT A COMPLETE REFURB IS NEEDED TOO.

my wife and I regularly have 2 eggs on 2 toast, followed by a pot of tea and a hot chocolate, all for £12 . drinks are supplied via a machine, quite often this machine is out of ingredient and tepid only. the eggs and toast fine. the staff work hard, the management all need either a good kicking or sacking. This observation is made from the lack of cleanliness and expecting the cashier to deliver food to the tables, the tables sticky. the staff are shorthanded, if I can see this why cant management. they are either not interested or lazy. this is a shame, it must also be disheartening to the staff. a good client draw being thrown away

Had a reasonable good meal here, and provided payment via card including tip. Then left but was chased out into the terminal concourse as the payment hadn't gone through, so went back in to pay again. Then discovered much later that I was charged twice. Can't find a valid phone number for the restaurant, even Heathrow don't seem to have this. Very frustrating, annoying and very poor.

Great soup, lovely setting. I think this is a great place for coffee or lunch and would recommend it to everyone. Staff pleasant, cafe clean and bird life to watch too!

Vinimos a tomar un café por la tarde y este lugar estaba bastante ocupado, ya que era el día de Año Nuevo, así que otros lugares no estaban abiertos. El café era bueno, pero el café podría haber sido más ordenado, especialmente el inodoro que tenía un piso muy húmedo

Tuve el desayuno inglés completo y estaba más que lleno - había algunos arándanos maduros y jugosos con fresa en rodajas y naranja en el lado del plato, así que eso contó como pudín para mí! La presentación fue excelente y la comida era muy buena. El precio era razonable también. Era justo lo que esperaba. Estuve visitando Londres durante dos días y este fue un hallazgo afortunado después de visitar la granja de la ciudad.

Voy cada vez que me quedo en Londres con mi amigo. Están cerca de su casa. Me encanta el bagel con salmón y pastel de espinacas con el queso. Recuerdo que el café solía ser mejor el año anterior.

Pedido café para llevar por lo general es tibio, pero afortunadamente Victoria me sirvió y como siempre te da justo lo que pides. ¡Sería bueno ver más de este abogado amable y excelente!

Pagué £ 4 por una rodaja de pastel de limón que obviamente es demasiado viejo para comer! Seco e insípido, £ 4 es mucho para pagar por una rebanada de pastel viejo. Me quedaré en algún lugar de Portobello como Laylas, a solo 2 minutos.

There was a great atmosphere from start to finish we was welcomed instantly and made to feel special. It is a unique on full of supporters and a hidden gem in London.

Unbelievably rude staff. I’ve never experienced such awful hospitality in all of my life. I went for drinks with some old friends, beginning if the night was so so. Overpriced drinks, ended up spending silly amounts on lacklustre cocktails. Ended up going to the party downstairs. Everyone was smoking cigarettes and doing drugs openly inside of the venue. Extremely snotty and pretentious staff. Manager has a horribly inflated ego. I would seriously avoid this place at all costs.

Friday 18th November we visited the branch of Costa in the basement of the Bentalls Centre in Kingston. As we were placing our order we were informed that our drinks would be served in take away cups, even though we were sitting in. When we ask why ceramic cups were not being used, when there plenty on view, we were informed that they did not have the staff to wash them up. The use of take out cups seems to be a growing trend we have found in various branches of Costa that we have visited recently. We ordered two flat whites, £3.30 each, which were served by a rather miserable member of staff. We had to clear a table before we could sit at it, the staff did not appear too inclined to clear the tables. Although the coffee was good, we prefer the flavour from a ceramic cup.

Ni siquiera lo intentes. Los lugareños (apelantemente) parecen no tener sentido. La comida tardó mucho en llegar. Otros lugareños a pocos pasos de distancia, donde mucho aprecio de nuestra empresa y donde más rápido en la entrega.

¡Qué lindo bar de ensaladas! Gran variedad de ingredientes para elegir con una gran construcción de su propia opción y también una opción de comida de gimnasio que se adaptó a mí. Todo el mundo era amable, especialmente Sharon que estaba alojando como yo entré y era muy servicial!
