An English breakfast, chicken burger and 2 pints of Camden pale was £62. The breakfast was small, cold and tasteless and the burger although tasty was stone cold. Service was friendly but extremely slow. It took over an hour in all which is poor considering it's in a departure lounge. The cost is ridiculous and I will certainly never visit again.

Service was efficient and pleasant. Food wasn't very memorable because I can't even remember what I had and it was only 2 days ago.

The full English, 2 pints is great for the price. The FOH was very polite and kind whilst taking me to my table. The lady who was serving me was extremely polite and had good vibes around her. I asked her name and it Anya? A nice place to dine before boarding your plane.

I tend to stop by here for when I travel, which is quite frequently. I tend to go for the English breakfast or the fish and chips. The pub/restaurant is decent for what it is given its location and lack of direct competition.

Good food, fast friendly service and good value, for an airport restaurant. Perfect for a quick bite to eat whilst waiting for a flight.

It’s in the duty free area of Terminal 3. Table service unless you sit at a bar table where no one will come and take you order. After flagging a waitress down, I went to the bar and ordered. Had a decent breakfast sandwich on thick sliced white bread. Last taste of British food before leaving.

Excellent brunch breakfast here, very tasty, served quickly & good value. A little noisy & we had a short wait for a table but overall very happy with experience.

We popped into the bridge at T4 last week while waiting for our flight. This is a busy pub/ eatery that we have used before Offers regular pub grub , fast service due to flights and service depends on your waiter We ordered a fish and chips and a Caesar salad with chicken Food arrived looked freshly cooked / prepared and we started our meal My other half tucked into his salad to pull out of his mouth A fairly large portion of plastic bag with a sarigated edge which had wedged between two teeth and cut his gum making his gum bleed . We called the waitress who apologised took the plate and sent for the manager A guy was very reluctantly pushed out of the kitchen door and wandered over Totally disinterested said he would take the meal ( salad ) Off the bill ( really good of him as my other half had only had a couple of mouthfuls ) Said my others pint was on the house and that these things happen Shrugged his shoulders and left Yes it’s fast food we all know that in airports , but you wonder how food is prepared , what kitchen conditions are like and are the kitchen teams messing with customer Food . A previous review hit it in the head when they said They know you are just passing through and in the majority will not return , so don’t give a fig !! The guy ( manager ) on Saturday didn’t for sure - seemed puzzled as to what the problem was - these things happen was his parting quote !! Would like to say he probably previously managed a Mc Donald’s branch - but that would be an insult to McDonald’s who’s food would have been superior to what we received on Saturday afternoon Plenty of eateries in T4 - my advice - go elsewhere Stay clear of this one unless you just want a pint or a glass of wine - hopefully nothing will be floating in your drink !

Okay, if you just need a sit down place to have a quick breakfast when traveling through Heathrow Term. 3, then the Bridge can meet your needs. Prices are what you expect at an airport. The food is good and the service average. Try their salmon and eggs!

I went into The Bridge Bar and Eating House for a £9.95 ($12) all day brunch (which was essentially a British breakfast), but once I sat down and ordered, was told that it wasn't available. Chalk it up to jet lag or hunger, I figured the reason was acceptable and still ordered the brunch, but then wondered where my toast was when my food arrived. (Service was very slow, and as is often the case in the UK, I felt as though I was bothering the wait staff by being there.) The icing on the cake was when I was told that toast wasn't included (when is toast not included with a British breakfast?!) and an extra £1.99 for two pieces of white bread felt like a racket. Looking back now, charging more than the price that was clearly advertised on the menu in front of the restaurant was a scam and I should have just walked out. I ended up paying over $15 for the breakfast (which wasn't worth it, even at an airport).

Had a layover in LHR T3 and decided to try this place as it looked good. The food itself was good. I had the chicken and egg hash and it was as described. Tasty, nothing special, but nothing wrong either. The service on the other hand was terrible. I was seated immediately and then waited around 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. Ordered my food and a cappuccino. The food came out in ten minutes, the cappuccino too around 20 minutes. Then when ready to pay the struggle of finding someone to deal with started again. If you've a bit of time to spare on a layover and don't mind a wait, then maybe this is the place for you. If you have a short layover I would definitely suggest avoiding it

We had a surprisingly good (!) vegetarian lunch here. There were plenty of vegetarian choices and we opted for the goats cheese and honey salad with sides of sweet potato chips and black Americano coffee to drink. All were excellent. The service was fast and friendly and the prices reasonable. The only downside was the slightly cramped seating area, but overall we were very happy with our experience

Ate here before a transatlantic flight. Waited ages to be served, ordered avocado on toast and it arrived with unripe avocado and on untoasted bread. Sent it back. One highlight was a great waitress who dealt with my problem in a quick and friendly way. Got the impression she was pretty embarrassed by the deficiencies of her workplace - to be honest they don't deserve her. Avoid this place if you can - even by Heathrow's low standards it's poor.

We chose the Bridge Bar for breakfast before our flight and i feel it was a good choice. I had pancakes, bacon and syrup - but there are plenty of options to pick and the full english was recommended by another traveller in my group. Yes, prices are airport prices, which is the only down side - but the service we received was very good and the food was great too.
