Creams in Hillingdon

Rubbish! Portions have gone smaller not worth the money!

This is what i received when I ordered Vegan cookie dough with lotus biscoff and chocolate gelato for £13. Overly cooked cookie which doesnt look like one. Creams pls stop delivering your desserts, its not worth a single penny.

Ordered Belgian chocolate cake which was stale and so hard I requested a refund. Floors were dirty,cutlery was dirty, toilet floor was dirty and toilet badly stained, toilet seat was hanging off,seating “faux” leather was badly cracked and peeling

Food was cold. Hair was found in ice cream. One dish came 20 minutes later than the others. Poor customer service.

I ordered a cake and a Sundae through Uber Eat, and I received a cake that didn't look at all like the one in the picture, on top of that, the cake and the chocolate on the cake were burned, and also both cakes the one on the Sundae and the one that was burned look old and not eatable

The service is very poor and unprofessional we asked to change gelato flavour which is coming with waffle I used to change the flavour and they refused my request

I visited Creams today and requested nachos and waffle. Tragically alongside the jalapeños I found a plastic bottle cap inside the nachos. I revealed it to the staff however didn't actually receive any apology. They gave me free ice cream however it can't compensate for what happened with me. The hospitality and treatment wasn't sufficient. I'm truly disheartened with their services.

I ordered through Uber eats, when the items arrived I had a problem with the quality, some stuff was freezing cold(was meant to be hot) and the ice cream was all liquid. I rang the store as Uber eats told me it wasn’t their fault and was an issue with the store. The general manager was more than helpful, he invited me in and offered to remake everything fresh for us there for nothing, he asked if there was anything additional he could do to make our experience better. The customer service and care he provided was above and beyond. We have used creams many times before and always found it over whelming, as soon as I walked in I could tell there was a new manager! We will definitely return again, but will not use Uber eats! Thank you for this experience and turning something negative positive!!

We just been to creams yesterday.The place is very dirty. The floor , toilet, tables chairs are dirty. The staff are polite but they need to clean the place.

Great place to have a treat and chill. The staff is amazing, we were greeted by Chiranjan with a smile and he made sure we got our order in a timely manner and made sure we were comfortable. However, I would like to highlight that they should get their AC fixed since these days seem to be hotter and the temperature inside the store is extremely hot, I think for food safety reason and even for the comfort and performance of the staff and customers these should be fixed

I ordered a banoffee crepe to takeaway and as I collected my order I asked the man who was serving if it was a banoffee crepe and he says no I said so it’s not order #201 (banoffee crepe) he said yes banoffee crepe is in there and then I took it home to find it was white chocolate cookie dough… terrible left my kids hungry and dissatisfied as this is not what i ordered ! also very poor hygiene standards.

Staff was very welcoming, great desserts. Rajni was very helpful taking our orders and accommodating our choices which slightly varied from the menu.

Best creams and I’ve been to a few all over London. The staff are super friendly! They always remember my order and are such a fun and lively bunch. Always polite and hospitable, and I love my absolute favourite desert of all time - apple crumble is amazing!

Vulgar desserts. Got burnt crepes that couldn't be cut by a knife and fork. Ice creams do not taste like they used to. Wife got a sundae which she regretted as to how tasteless it was. Melted ice creams on display that they're trying to sell to customers. This place is nothing like it used to be.

No hot Drinks, third occasion Ive attended in 3 months my wife likes sugar I prefer a tea. Tea/coffee machine not working very poor effort Creams. If you want unhealthy snacks everything is working wonder why there’s a obesity pandemic.

Meant to be a warm waffle,stone cold.had to microwave my waffle meal not happy an it cost me £15

Absolutely awful! Came at 9pm at night, I ordered an Oreo milkshake and a kinder bueno milkshake. They asked if I wanted white or milk chocolate bueno, I said milk chocolate yet I saw them make a white chocolate bueno milkshake. Second of all, they packaged the order, and last minute decided to pour the oreo milkshake into another cup, half of my cup was whipped cream… I barely had a milkshake. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not come here again. They stapled the bag so I wouldn’t see this as well. Disgusting !!!

It's by far one of the worst places I have been to, what ice-cream place don't have cones for ice-cream, we have ordered one scope of ice-cream, it took about 15 mins, never again!

Nothing special, better going Baskin and Robins, they have nice ice cream and brownies. Their ingredients are better. Also only one toilet for such a large place.

This is always our favourite place for desserts. Plenty of seating area and menu options. We actually love all their desserts choices 🥳 You can go late, it’s not difficult to find a parking if you’re driving. Alternatively it’s well connected by bus and train. It’s very close to Uxbridge city centre. Staffs are friendly and quick service feels great. They have other branches, but this is our favourite. It’s a must go place if you love desserts and if you don’t, you may after try once here✌️

Used to love going here with my family not no more Staff were welcoming and friendly but hygiene was disgusting the hygiene of the staff was appalling I don’t mean to sound nasty or disrespectful but the Oder coming from the staff was absolutely horrible when our food came the plates were dirty the floor was dirty cutlery dirty and staff were in and out of the toilets not even washing there hands I would never go again hygiene needs to seriously improve and so does the hygiene of the staff would not recommend

everytime i come here they always get my order wrong and idk what to do and when I ask they always say there’s nothing they can do CHANGE IT

Seriously Creams need to sort out this branch, the hygiene, missing items, wrong orders, and just people who don't know what they're doing

Usually order take out via Uber eats and they can never get the order right. Cheesy nachos are a hit in our house. Made a few orders over the last few months and the nachos either come with a dollop or cheese, a share box ordered but arrived as a normal size, order extra cheese and it’s inedible and absolutely smothered or no cheese present I’ve only ever received salsa dip with one of my orders. Won’t return.

Very bad service, you preorder for pickup arrived on time, the food is not made, they start making it, stopping it to make another order for someone who arrived after you and didn't pre-order.

Shocking service, dirty cutlery, wrong items delivered to table, mismatched delivery of items, left one person with no desert for 5 minutes, shan't be returning anytime soon that's for sure! I'll be buying all the family their own tub of haagen daaz or Ben and Jerry's for a third of the price!!

Life is too short not to experience Creams I visited ‘Creams in Uxbridge’ for the 1st time yesterday evening (21/09/2023) with a group of female friends. Oh my, I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful feast that awaited me. And as I write this review, I am reliving the yummy, scrumptious tantalising, mouthwatering food and drinks that my friends and I had at ‘Creams’. All made possible by the delightful Anna, the Manager at Creams, who reserved a semi-circular table for us, so we could all sit together. I had the Mexican nachos with cheese and jalapeños; as well as strawberry milkshake - yummy. My friends had different sorts of waffles with different mouthwatering, tantalising toppings; and chicken bites. The food was so good that we forgot to take photos before we ate. Too late! Look clean plates 😊

I went to Creams with my friends recently and the service we received from everyone, especially the manager was amazing!! Looking forward to our next visit soon!

The desserts here are amazing and the customer service we received was just as good.

Eggy raw waffle. I politely complained and asked if I could change it for something else (the item I wanted to change it for was even cheaper than I what I paid for by £3), staff tried to argue with me and say that ‘no one else complained’, as if that means anything. If anything , nobody else complained because they were probably scared the aggressive staff were going to spit in their food. All of them need customer training. After 5 mins of back and forth they decided to just remake my waffle. Eggy again and raw tasting so I just ate the crusty top off (please see below :) )
